Nice hotel and good food

مكان هادئ وقريب من محطة المترو كما انه في موقع يتوسط جميع الفعاليات التي يرغب الزائر بزيارتها .كمان ان الاستقبال والموظفين ودودين ليس للفندق اطلالة سوى على حمام السباحة والابنية المحيطة .موقف السيارات بحاجة الى ترتيب

The teams were very responsive. Suraj, head of housekeeping dept ensured the appliances were replaced the next day when I informed him of a few glitches. The engineers, Jaychandra and Mukinthan were excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you. Ala at the desk and his team and housekeeping team, Deepu and colleagues are also very good.

We were very happy with our stay. The reception team, especially Alla is very professional and welcoming. The 2 ladies at the reception are also very smiling and always helpful. The house- keeping team under the management of Suraj are also very responsive and friendly, in particular Gayan and Mithun. There are new staff, Deepo and Pradeep are also friendly and do a great job of keeping the rooms fresh and clean. The IT team have been great too supporting us with connectivity etc. Thank you to all the teams for making our stay welcoming and happy.

Would really recommend your stay in Dubai at Park Apartments, Edge by Rotana. Supervisor Suraj is absolutely Brilliant in listening / accommodating / resolving issue. Very polite and humble. Likewise, Mithun, Pradip are also amazing with House Keeping......Punctual / thorough and particular. Combined with the Front desk.....Including Alla and team.....24/7 Courtesy with full of smiles!!! Moreso, IT team is very knowledgable / informative and quick to resolve issues with a smile

I spent 2 years in the hotel and wrote 2 reviews before and expressed my admiration for every thing in the hotel but this review express my praise and gratitude to Josephine and Mel from Club Rotana lounge they are very kind passionate and professional when serving me all the time

Had a great stay here for 10 days. It is an serviced apartment well maintained with kitchen and other facilities. A nice swimming pool and gym was a great addition to it . The service was excellent ,specially Mr. Mithun did a great job in keeping the room clean and tidy . The location was prefect as well . Overall no complaints and enjoyed my stay there to the fullest.

The hotel very nice and there is nice view the staff so nice and they are so support as well spacily Gayan and Roney from Housekeeping department the are so nice and helpful guys i will vist again this place for sure and the room so big and nice to stay for long stay

Excellent housekeeping service by Pradeep and Chandra. They take very good care of the room and all details. We are very happy with their work. The supervisor, Mr Ronny is extremely proactive and helpful. We also would like to praise the work of Mr Ala at reception who is extremely helpful.

I normally don't write a lot of reviews and if the following incident hadn't happened today - I probably wouldn't even be writing this review. My father booked this for our holiday - paid upfront before our stay. We had a serviced one-bedroom apartment - my husband and my two children stayed for a full two weeks. The hotel room had a fly issue, which I made them aware of - they sent someone from pest control but the issue persisted during our stay then our bathroom sink was always blocked - and our floor was so dirty that our feet would almost always be full of dirt. Our room always smelt of food, and you will notice the smell as soon you come in, even then we didn't complain, then 30 hours after checkout, bearing in mind we have had room service/cleaning each day the hotel manager calls my father saying there are scratches all over the TV and demands 3000 AED! We are frequent travellers and never would allow our children to even touch the TV screen let alone scratch it. Non of the room service staff ever noticed the "scratches" and then all of a sudden 30 hours later here we are demanding money! This sounds completely suspicious and bad customer service!!! No pictures/ no evidence just a random phone call that we should pay 3000 aed!!

The place is nicely located and offers spacious two bedroomed apartments with a pool and kids play area. The only downside was the construction works nearby the literally vibrated our room ..you will be woken up no doubt. Otherwise the place is good. Walkable distance to the metro and supermarkets. Shuttle service to Dubai mall, Festival City Mall. And its closer to the airport...
