From the moment I arrived I was given the VIP treatment. All the staff were helpful from helping me with the correct car parking procedure as I was running late. The meal was an outstanding five course which deserved a Michelin Star, at an unbelievably competitive price. I should have photographed at least the main course, starter & desert. Very sorry. The function room when I think about it now, was a bit on the bland side but wasn’t noticeable on the day due to the great company I was with and the wonderful band that entertained us. The restaurant area was more cosy and intimate, so ignore the bland function room. The whole hotel was immaculate and spacious with large rooms and plenty of car parking spaces. Wishing people a nice stay like myself.

Good evening. The time indicated in the fine is 21, the minute is the paperwork at the hotel. I spent the night in this Hotel, paid money for the parking for the paperwork in the Hotel. There were no empty seats in this parking, after which the hotel workers told me to move to the free parking. 10//23/23. 23:47.....11/06/23. 00:09.

Friendly staff at hostel run by landlord, wife and sun. Provide service, japanese cuisine from Osaka, found it very tasty with many flavour range in the meal Hostel situated in a park, quiet location. Great self caring facilities, has additional kitchen with gas hob with microwave and oven. Also additional food added occassionaly, ideal for budget and also close distance travel to london and Stansted Airport. I want to book to come back to again here in the future, I enjoyed stay here.

I was staying here as part of a large group booking for work, where we had a lot of people checking in and out throughout the duration of the contract. A number of my colleagues changed rooms from where they were placed and messed the hotels rooming list up. They also didn’t tell the hotel when they left, so the hotel didn’t know the room was empty to change the bedding for the next person. It was quite a mess of our own making! The hotel manager Leanne was brilliant in keeping a maid on hand to change bedding and working with us to fix the problems. Shelly was on the reception desk for hours responding to the ever changing list, knocking doors, going through rooms numbers and names with me as we were figuring out what our staff had done. Leanne and Shelly worked really hard on our behalf for anything we needed or any problem we had and they were always friendly, polite and helpful even though it was clearly an exasperating situation. They both also gave me their personal numbers so I could contact them direct during our stay if any further problems arose- with Leanne answering and dealing with things on her day off! I cannot say enough thanks or give high enough praise to them for how they and the rest of the team treated us. THE best Travelodge staff in the country (and I’ve stayed all over the country for work).
