I stayed for 5 nights. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff is wonderful, helpful and accommodating. They all went above and beyond to ensure I had a good stay, helped booking cabs, provide suggestions. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Location was also great, safe and a few minutes walk to the beach and Dona Paula circle. I loved staying at this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.

Had an amazing lunch at Bay 15 Goa during the trip.preparation was quite good.you can enjoy your meal with sea view and soothing music .Though Goa is on hotter side in march and dining outside is little bit crazy on our part but surrounding gave us a cool breeze feel to us.Both for placing order and for the bill had to wait a bit.

Overall we had a fantastic experience with Taj Cidade Heritage. We went there for 4 nights and we spent our whole vacation inside this hotel. Staff is amazing. We were visiting for our daughter's birthday and Nikita and team made fantastic arrangements for a surprise in our bedroom with birthday song, cake and decorations. We were also upgraded to suite for 3 nights which made our trip even more enjoyable. We didn't like the Cafe Azul service that much and so we mostly went to C2C in Cidade Horizon. Alfama restaurant is also nice and can be tried a few times. I'd also like to give a special mention to Chhotu who was at our service within seconds of placing a request. I'd recommend everyone to try out this hotel if planning for a Goa trip.

I visited this property back in 2018, and since then I have always been coming back to this place. The room, the quality of the food and the roof top is perfect. The most important reason I always come back cuz the staff are just amazing. The receptionist Deepika Parvatkar who is a sweetheart. She is so sweet and has amazing patience level to answer all your queries. Because I have visited other restaurants and their hotel staff are very rude. I would really recommended this property.
