Excellent location, making it easy to get to all the attractions. The staff were attentive and patient. Highly recommended!

Overall, it was a good stay. The location is convenient and not far from Nanjing Road. The room had no smoke odor, which we really appreciated. However, housekeeping was inconsistent during our stay. In one of the two rooms we stayed in, daily cleaning was not done properly—only tissues and towels were replaced, while the bed was not made and the sheets were not changed. On a positive note, the reception staff were very helpful and assisted us with restaurant bookings throughout our stay, which made the experience much more pleasant.

Hotel is in a great location with close walking distance to Ningbo road with lots of food options and very near to Nanjing east road . Rooms are also clean and staff is friendly . The toilet could be a bit more light proof as there is light shining through from exterior. Otherwise it's great .

The hotel's location is great, and the staff are very enthusiastic, especially the front desk attendant who was extremely polite. The only downside is that the room was too small; I couldn't fully open my suitcase.

The location was great, very close to Nanjing Road and Metro Station. It's just a 4-5mins walk from Metro. Same time for Nanjing Lu, which is excellent for Shopping and Tourism Perspective. The rooms were small.

The hotel receptionist were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent which close to nanjing road and metro station. The hotel also provides free laundry service and bottled water, which is a nice touch. The shower water pressure was excellent as well. The only downside is that toilet paper cannot be flushed; all used paper has to be disposed of in the waste bin, which takes some getting used to. The room was also abit small, but not big impact. Overall, it was a great stay.

When I reached the hotel, it's just 12pm. The reception was good, let us check in at the time because have empty room. The room is clean and need to walk few minutes distance to nanjing road. Overall it is good, recommend to stay in this hotel.

Special Thanks to receptionists 云舒 and 𣇈彤。We, four seniors, arrived late and short hands for luggage. They both came out of way going down from third floor to helping us. Special gratitude to receptionist Yosh. Due to the fact that I did not have a local telephone number in China, she used her personal cell phone calling my local traveling contact and also arranged prepared taxi sending us to the destination. Perfect location, room is small but for the price and location, it is absolutely worth it. Short walk to Nanjing East Road train station.

My 2nd time staying here. Receptionist were friendly and helpful. Clean and near to metro station. Also close by Nanjing road. Walking distance to the bund too. Probably 15 to 20mins walking distance. But with the room price, i aint complaining. I also went to the hotel early at around 8.30am to drop my luggage and stroll around, but they were kind enough to let me straight away check in. Best service as always! Oh and if you guys wondering, there’s convenience store downstairs as well🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I am truly satisfied! The location of the hotel is Wukang Road, Tianzifang, Yu Garden, on the Bund, near the Nanjing Road Walkway. People's Square and subway station can be reached within a few minutes' walk, which is very convenient. Whether it's shopping, dining, or visiting attractions, it's very convenient. The hotel environment is very clean and tidy, the rooms are decorated warmly and comfortably, the bedding is soft, white and clean, and I slept soundly. The facilities in the room are also very complete, including air conditioning, TV, Wi Fi, and sufficient water pressure in the bathroom, The service was even more enthusiastic and thoughtful, helping me arrange a comfortable and safe taxi pick-up and drop off. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided many suggestions for nearby activities and food, which was very thoughtful. The hotel also provides free luggage storage service, making it convenient for us to continue shopping after check-out. In short, this stay experience was great and the cost performance was extremely high! Next time I come to Shanghai, I will definitely choose this place and recommend it to friends and family!
