Отель понравился, достаточно большие номера, у нас был из 2 комнат, 2 душевые с с/у и 2 балкона. Очень приветливые, исполнительные и услужливые работники отеля❤️❤️❤️ Единственный минус, далековато от моря и мы не смогли простроить короткий маршрут)

A beautiful suite complex. Family, mental atmosphere. Perfectly clean, everything clean and comfortable. Any request is pleasantly recalled. Apartments are fully equipped with everything necessary. Feel like home! Very recommended for families! We're happy to return again! The staff is wonderful, kind, responsive, in two weeks of residence became us as native. Our little daughter was not left unnoticed and gifts! Thank you very much for the warm and joyful reception! Let's miss ❤️ prosperity for you!

On arrival at 10pmdue to train delays, arriving at the hotel with my guest we had to s pk to security to get him to call the manager after a conversation the guards gave us a key to the room. The day before i had visited to confirm the booking and that my guest would be staying 3 days and will be late but this fell on deaf ears as end of season and cheap room prices so not great service. Room ok, fridge needed a clean and ac needed a clean but otherwise fine fir 3 star discounted.

Second booking great apartment good value. Good reviews on all stes. Recommend the area away from beach noise but still close to walk. Market area with all amenities atm only a short tuk tuk tuk ride.

First of all, I'd like to express my gratitude to the owner of the apartment, Akhnaten, who contacted me well in advance of my arrival in India, provided me with all the necessary information, answered all my questions, and did everything he could to ensure my comfortable stay. He also stayed in touch throughout my stay and helped me with any questions I had. A thousand thanks! As for the apartment itself, it's excellent – ​​clean, bright, comfortable, and cozy. Everything you could need is there. The kitchen is fully equipped – dishes, pans, a stovetop, a microwave, a toaster, and a kettle. There's also a water purifier – a very useful feature. The bedrooms have air conditioners and fans. The bathrooms have water heaters. The internet is good, and there are no outages. By the way, power outages are common in the building itself, but this won't be a problem for you since the apartment has a generator, so even if the entire building goes dark, you won't be affected; all your electrical appliances will continue to work. The apartment also has excellent lighting!! I have a lot to compare it to after numerous travels; often, lighting in apartments or rooms is woefully inadequate. But you won't encounter that problem here – there are tons of bulbs and lighting fixtures everywhere, and everything is adjustable. I really liked it!! The TV is also great – I was able to quickly connect to all the services. The balcony is wonderful, and it was wonderful to have breakfast there in the morning. I could also talk about the apartment complex itself. It's a very huge building with a variety of features available to residents. There's a large swimming pool (there's another one on the roof, but only apartment owners are allowed there), a gym, and tons of other spaces for leisure – you can play table tennis, billiards, read books, play board games, or just hold meetings. The rooftop is especially worth mentioning – it's a separate space where you can simply dine overlooking the bay, barbecue, do yoga, meditate, or basically do whatever you like. I really enjoyed spending time there! The staff at this complex were always incredibly kind to me and helped me with all my questions. So, overall, I highly recommend these apartments. But I can't help but mention one (possibly the only) downside – the insects. Little bugs were constantly trying to get into my food or devices – they're there. I suppose this is common in warm climates, so I took it for granted.

Our family of three stayed here. The location is not bad, just off the main street, with a wonderful cafe nearby, right across from the apartment. However, this room isn't designed for two adults and one teenager, much less the three-adult room advertised. The apartment has one king-size bed and a sofa that doesn't fold out in any way; it's only suitable for sitting. My 145 cm tall child barely fits in there, and it's very uncomfortable to sleep on. They offer an extra bed for 750 rupees per night, and it's just a mattress thrown on the floor (photo of the mattress is attached). The apartment itself isn't small, but it's tired. The windows are sorely lacking curtains; there are only curtains, so you can't open them because you can see right into the neighboring rooms. The windows are very dirty. The pool is nice, but pigeons have completely destroyed all the sun loungers and towels. The staff tries to clean it right away, but it doesn't help; it's not very pleasant to lie next to pigeon droppings. The apartments are cleaned upon request, so there's no problem with that. The staff is generally very friendly and goes out of their way. Another big surprise for us was the presence of red cockroaches; we encountered them for the first time in Goa.
