One of our favorite hotels of our trip. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. Easy walk from the train station and too the beach. We had a room for 3, could have been for four on the fourth floor. Air worked great. Beds comfortable. But it was the staff that made it great. Helped with bags, great bartending. We had to check out very early. We were able to get espresso and croissants before we left and they brought all our bags down that morning. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Very charming place with charming people.

Excellent Hotel with American standards! Hotel room was larger than most I have found in Italy and the bathroom was very modern with a large American size shower. The shower had an adjustable height bar for the removable hand wand and the bathroom had good lighting. The room was immaculate with a king size bed, tile flooring, tv, and mini refrigerator. Beautiful door with real working shutters opened to our own patio with chairs, table, and lounge chair. Self serve Breakfast buffet is included and included both hot dishes such as scrabbled eggs and bacon, and cold choices. Two very amazing coffee machines allow guests to choose the coffee of their choice with the press of a button. This hotel also includes an elevator! A rare find in the Cinque Terre! I highly recommend this hotel. Friendly staff speaks several languages.

Facilities wise I would probably rate it 3 star but the staff are all lovely and make a difference. Our room on the 3rd floor missed out on beach views - not sure whether those on the front of the building get a view or whether it’s blocked by the building in front. However too was very clean and the bedroom spacious but let down by a bathroom so snug you almost needed to stand with one foot in the bidet to dry yourself. Good breakfast included and spacious courtyard to sit around in. It does have a lift - helps with those suitcases. It’s in the “new” area of Monterosso which I think is better for accommodation. Set back maybe 50m from the beach and an easy walk from the train station
