Struttura accogliente con tanti servizi; ottimo buffet per colazione. Peccato per la posizione distante dal mare anche se la struttura mette a disposizione un servizio navetta che andrebbe potenziato coprendo anche la fascia serale. Esperienza complessivamente positiva.

I had an excellent stay at this place! The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and professional. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and service. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

La camera era una stanza molto ampia con servizi ed un angolo cucinino, in posizione molto comoda e centrale rispetto a Sestri.
La struttura è tuttavia collocata in una sede diversa dall'albergo.
Questo non era detto chiaramente nell'annuncio.
La stanza seppur recente aveva alcuni piccoli difetti la macchina del caffè con cialde non funzionante e piccoli difetti nel bagno, ma complessivamente era comoda, silenziosa e in ordine.
Il servizio di pulizia e riordino è stato più che adeguato.

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient, situated near major tourist attractions, the airport, and public transport links, including a bus stop nearby. There are plenty of shops and grocery stores within walking distance, as well as many good restaurants, cafes, and local street food options. It is close to both sightseeing areas and the conference venue, making it easy to get around. The hotel can be a little difficult to find at first if you are not familiar with the surrounding alleys, but it is very close to the main road, so this was only a minor issue. The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel also has an elevator, which was particularly convenient when travelling with luggage.

MMIN KYUIt's a good walk from the station. The road to the hotel is a pedestrian road, so taxis don't go. I went to Naples 21 from the station and was guided by the staff. The staff took a destination on the app to tell me the wrong way Google Maps told me the wrong way
I left my key in the room, but I solved it by phone. There are everything I need in the room. You can simply cook and eat, and there are microwave ovens, coffee pots, coffee machines, toasters, electric stoves, etc. There's a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine.
There's a strange elevator, so you don't have to worry about heavy luggage.

CChristutiVery spacious place and bathroom. Our room had a small kitchen with the basics that became very useful as we cooked two of the nights we were there. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Centrally located and very near places to eat, supermarkets, all kinds of stores and more. Lots of places to see and visit just a short drive away. Place is located right next to some train tracks but we barely noticed when the train went by. Limited parking. Great place, would stay again.

GGuest UserThe hotel was clean and much bigger than we anticipated. It was a bit of a hassle getting checked in online to get our “digital” room key. There was no one at reception so we had to call multiple times and chat via whatsapp. Ended up talking about 45 minutes.

CCHOO CHOONIt's not very convenient to get to the hotel in Riomaggiore, you have to take a bus to the hotel. If you are carrying large luggage, it is not recommended that you live there, because after you check in, going to your room will carry you to death! But the scenery there is really amazing! very beautiful!

GGuest UserThe room was a very large room with services and a kitchen corner, in a very comfortable and central position compared to Sestri.
The structure is located in a different location from the hotel.
This was not clearly stated in the announcement.
The room had some small defects with the coffee machine with a lack of functional stove and small defects in the bathroom, but overall it was comfortable, quiet and in order.
The cleaning and re-order service was more than adequate.

GGuest UserAppartement propre avec le nécessaire minimum pour y passer un court séjour. À une quinzaine de minutes à pieds du centre. Il y a quelques places pour se garer dans la rue sinon il est plutôt facile d'en trouver dans les rues voisines.
La communication et l'accueil au top ! Très arrangeant, il parle aussi français, merci pour tout !
