This review is for 60 balconies iconic. So, a surprise for me, after reserving on ***********, is that this is an apart hotel. Positives - the location is AMAZING and the room (we had an appt for 3 people) was EXCELLENT . Staff were very helpful. Very clean throughout. Bed was super comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. A gorgeous breakfast was delivered every morning. Bread, fruit, yogurts, cereals… Negatives - pool (which had workmen upgrading the roof terrace) was freezing. Naturally, not heated, but attached to hose from mains water. Icy. Personally, not a fan of the frosted glass doors/walls to the toilet. We had a large teenager sleeping on the pull down single bed. Was a bit small. Positives far outweigh the negatives. As long as you don’t have your heart set on swimming, you will not regret staying here.

This self-service apartment hotel is on a beautiful street in the city centre. Minutes walk to a metro station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The kitchen has everything you need including a washing machine. Laundry power provided. Washing works well but drying functions are confusing, we couldn't use it for drying. Had a drying rack in the room so no problem. Bedroom can be very dark and quiet which is great for sleeping. Noise is mainly from other guests. Beds were two king single beds pushed together, which is not ideal for us. Things that could use some improvement: More coat hangers needed. There were only 5. Water pressure is fantastic, but it's more than needed, by reducing it a little perhaps you can lower your water bill. Aircon has an added device above the bedroom door, this device makes constant noise, we had to turn the aircon off by the wall switch in order to turn the added device off for a quiet sleep. Clean or repaint walls that are marked by people's suitcases. Overall I do recommend if you need a kitchen, a washing machine and want to stay in a beautiful area in central Madrid.

It was a very pleasant stay. It is close to Plenilunio Mall, about 7 minutes walking, also close to the airport. It is located in a quiet area. To be able to cook in the aprtment you need to make a deposit of 20 euros. Overall satisfied with the experience and the price

Very good location near to metro station & Palacio within walking distance. Good restaurants & supermarket nearby. Very spacious room.

Walaupun lokasi hotel ini bagus dan pemandangannya bagus, tetapi meja depannya mengerikan dan bilik-bilik yang perlu ditempah untuk dibersihkan benar-benar sedikit ditolak, terutamanya meja depan kelihatan tidak sabar apabila berunding soalan dan pada dasarnya boleh ' t menjawab telefon

very spacious 2 bedroom appartment. great when you travel with teenagers. great location. a quiet alley in the centre. it is a great place when you want to be left alone, since there is no cleaning or changing towels. make sure you bring coffee- you get only 2 capsules on the first day. but unfortunately- there was a terrible smell of sewege coming from the bathroom and toilet. we complained about it to different people at the reception. they all gave us the same answer that someone will come to take a look. no one came and we understood that they didnt really mean it.

We arrived on a stormy day, without umbrellas. The lobby person was very friendly but couldn't speak English very well and the second one that arrived couldn't speak at all. That particular lady wasn't at all helpful, with her ”best” moment when she called a taxi for the airport and after 15 minutes she told us to go to the streets to look for one becouse she didn't know when it was coming... Let's see the good things about the hotel: It is on a perfect place, close to the centre and all the attractions. Nearby, there are some fantastic restaurants (Italian and Argentinian) which is nice when you travel with a child. But...: The hotel was terrible noisy. We were listening everything from the rooms next door (babies crying, toilets working, laughs). Another thing was the club close to the hotel. We were listening loud music all night...Very bad place for a quite sleep. Breakfast in the room, was nice at first day, but it was too boring eating the same things every morning afterwards. There was a big problem with the power outlets in the room. Most of them didn't work, so if we wanted to charge phones or tablet, we had no lights... The room service was great. Helpful, smiley and adorable people, even if we communicated with Google Translate. Just the opposite to the the middle-aged lady on the lobby, which she shouldn't work on tourism... My general opinion about this hotel is...AVOID IT.

El hotel tiene ciertas peculiaridades, diría que son más apartamentos que habitaciones, lo que hace que sean muy espaciosas. Está localizado cerca de la estación de Nuevos Ministerios y del Bernabéu, en una zona que tiene restaurantes, tiendas y cerca de la zona de negocios. La calidad del sueño es muy buena, camas amplias, limpias, cómodas y los cojines también, no es una calle muy bulliciosa y aunque la insonorización no es total hemos dormido plácidamente. Limpieza muy buena, todo impoluto y no es moco de pavo porque la habitación es muy amplia, la nuestra tenía un salón/comedor, baño y habitación de un tamaño considerable. El baño, con secador, antiguo pero en buenas condiciones, sorprende que con el tamaño de habitación que había el lavabo es pequeño en comparación y para salir de la ducha en nuestro caso, tenías muy poco espacio, ya que tenías muy cerca el baño por un lado y el bidé por el otro, lo que deja muy poco espacio de maniobra obligando a mover la mampara, eso es un punto a mejorar. Respecto al aire acondicionado tuvimos que pararlo porque al encenderlo hacía un ruido fuerte bastante molesto. El personal muy amable y servicial. Un aspecto curioso es que para el desayuno te dan un ticket para desplaz**** a un bar a una calle de distancia, eso quita comodidad y puede pasar que nosotros llegamos el primer día al desayuno a las siete que es cuando abrían y nos comunicaron que abrirían unos 45 minutos más tarde porque faltaba alguien por llegar, lo que nos obligó a ir a otro bar y perder el desayuno porque no llegábamos a tiempo a la cita. En resumen una buena opción, no podemos valorar calidad/precio porque el coste del mismo fue sufragado por nuestra compañía.

El 1 de agosto, mi familia y yo llegamos al hotel de la calle Almirante dispuestos a dar comienzo de nuestras vacaciones. Nuestras expectativas eran altas, basadas en el precio que pagamos, las fotos prometedoras y la reputación en línea del hotel. Pero la realidad resultó desalentadora desde el primer momento. La falta de advertencia sobre las multas en Madrid Central al llegar en coche fue un golpe inesperado. ¿Cómo es posible que un hotel de supuesto lujo no se preocupe por informar a sus huéspedes sobre esto? Viajar con un bebé ya implica desafíos, y esta sorpresa lo hizo aún más complicado. Mi solicitud de ayuda fue ignorada, y la falta de empatía nos hizo sentir desamparados. El apartamento que encontramos no se parecía en nada a las fotos en línea. Las paredes desgastadas y sucias, los marcos de las puertas envejecidos y los baños anticuados eran una decepción total. Nuestra inversión de más de 200€ no se correspondía con la realidad que encontramos, y la diferencia era dolorosamente evidente. El peor momento fue cuando la puerta de la nevera se rompió al abrirla, dejándola inutilizable. Esta situación se convirtió en un total despropósito al viajar con un bebé que necesitaba comida y poder guardar medicinas frescas. Nuestra llamada en busca de ayuda quedó sin respuesta, y la sensación de abandono fue abrumadora. A pesar de nuestras solicitudes de ayuda tanto con la situación del coche como con el estado del apartamento, fuimos ignorados. Incluso expresar nuestra frustración solo generó una respuesta indiferente. La promesa de ”lo anoto y se lo haré llegar a mi responsable” resultó ser vacía, sin explicaciones ni disculpas. Casi un mes después, tras agotar las esperanzas de que la empresa se comunique con nosotros y nos de las necesarias explicaciones, he contactado con ellos. Nada nuevo bajo el sol. Excusas y palabras vacías que no van cambiar la pésima experiencia sufrida ni van a revertir el peor inicio de vacaciones que uno puedo imagin****.

I'm not sure why there any high reviews for this hotel. It is a really filthy hole. The only good thing about it, it's location. We found green mold inside the coffee machine, black mold in the bathroom, the kettle did not work, the toilet is super loud, no insulation between rooms or outside, the shower does not drain properly. Check in is in the different building. When we brought this issues to the manager, his reply was ”sorry for the inconvenience”. Mold and fungus are not inconvenience, but major health hazard. Pictures on the website does not look like the real room. Horrible view from the window. Stay away!
