We frequently use Courtyard hotels when traveling. The COVID paranoia has definitely impacted this hotel and not in a good way - minimal housekeeping service and reduced food hours. Our room was clean and comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure. Hand towels were missing on arrival but rapidly appeared when asked for. The very limited menu for breakfast and dinner was of average quality. Our room at the west side of the hotel had lots of highway 75 traffic noise - our room on the east side a few weeks earlier was extremely quiet. Staff were responsive and friendly. I think the Courtyards are a great value overall but if things don't get back to what we have come to expect in the past, I'll look elsewhere.

Love staying here. Even better when we found out that eddy was working here he is the best. We knew him from the renaissance in Addison. He’s always so nice and considerate. Treat him well. Thank you Eddy for all your hard work

Room was very clean and bed and pillow super comfy! It was just a night but we enjoyed it!

Everything okay but the breakfast same thing for both days and no juice for breakfast and the reception guy was very rude he throw the pen at me and was yell this happens on Friday night doing check in time ..and the other thing no pool but besides that everything els okay I will book again if I ever go back to Dallas Tx

Enjoyed my stay wasn't like the other reviews made it to be honestly. Very professional staff and shout out to Ms Cookie who's very sweet and works super hard thank you for your courtesy. As well to the other staff members who have always been nice to my wife and work hard too. i hate seeing the reviews saying all of the negative when in reality it wasn't bad at all.

If I could give this hotel a zero, I would. I have never written a bad review before but I can’t believe what we just experienced. We checked in on Friday 2/25 for NCA cheer competition with plans to stay here until Monday, 2/28. However upon check in the elevators were broken the main lobby was freezing and the general overall cleanliness was worrisome. We woke up Saturday morning to a letter under our door explaining that there was a gas leak and that the entire hotel was without water and would not have hot food until further notice due to “safety concerns”. We assumed the hotel would take care of this while we left for the NCA cheer competition for the day (after taking Extremely Cold showers), when we returned that afternoon around 4pm we were told there was still not hot water and management informed us we could leave and “go to another hotel” and handed us a list. No compensation was offered and no assistance in rectifying the situation. I have never experienced this level of neglect for the well-being and overall satisfaction towards a customer. DO NOT STAY HERE!! I was offered no refund and had to book another hotel to make sure the athletes could have heat and warm showers for the rest of the competition.
