The best Hotel/Residence in Nha Trang. Located in the center of Nha Trang tourist area with an absolute fantastic seaview/seafront balcony. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, safe and the staffs are very friendly. The service is exceptional. On locations there is a seafood buffet restaurant which also serve breakfast buffet for hotel guest or resident, and a Highland coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. The infinity pool is stunning, and gym is also great. I live there for over 1 year and half and I was a returning customer from few years ago. If you want the best location, the best seaview/seafront don't hesitate to choose Citadines Bayfront, this is the ultimate place to experience Nha Trang without any doubt. 5 stars!

Nha Trang is a lovely beach town a short plane trip from Ho Chi Minh City. If you are in Vietnam, you should take the opportunity to visit. There are a series of islands off the coast that are normally quite easy to visit via a very clever cable car system that connect everything. BUT - the cable system is NOT CURRENTLY OPERATING. So staying on one of the islands is not as attractive. Stay on the mainland! We enjoyed our stay at this location, for its easy access to everything on the mainland. The front desk team was professional. Young lady Thao and the location was ideal, right in the middle of the city on the main road along the beach. Very easy to get around. The pool has a nice view for catching the sunset or sunrise. Wish I could go back!!!

Perfect experience. This iconic service residence is located right in the center of Tran Phu beach road. While the overall environment was nice and ambient, I was lucky to have one of the most gorgeous ocean views of the entire property. The housekeeping team was super helpful and attentive to details. The setup was truly five starred with luxury amenities and efficient laundry service. I was amazed by the team’s professionalism and how they take care of customer’s request. The staff was polite and always try to make me feel like home. In fact, I got everything I want in less than five minutes. The front desk team team also cared to my teeth, trying to make sure my late check-in was smooth and fast. I was so thankful to the team at Costa and will definitely come back. Strongly recommend to all my friends and family.

I was going to change my booking due to negative comments, so glad I did not! We booked City View upon arrival we were told 1night city view then 2nights beach view which was awesome. Rooms were both clean and well equipped. Pool is not really for adults, more for children. It's unfortunate that they charge to use rooftop pool. The lifts are bit of a problem at 12pm and 2pm but most other times it's not too long a wait. Lifts do get very crowded and with no air con it gets quite uncomfortable but, it's only a short time. The location is awesome, central to markets, marts, cafes and massage. Also 1.3k along beach are 2 shopping centres which have lovely shops. The room rates were very good, would not get for same price in Australia!! We would stay again at this hotel.

Without a dout that this is one of the best hotel that i stayed at during my times in Vietnam. The staffs there welcom our group with great hospitality and a warth smile. The room is clean and the asmostphere of the hotel really gave me the scent of home and comfort. Each time we returned back to our room from a long day of exploring Nha Trang, the room will gave us everything we need to relief our pain and discomforts.

Оно выделяется среди других высоток на побережье огромной металлической инсталляцией в виде птицы, раскинувшей в разные стороны крылья. Ночью она светится, поэтому здание видно издалека. Вход в отель расположен с торца здания, ломиться в центральный вход не нужно, там пятизвездочная гостиница и персонал не разговаривает по-русски, поэтому и помочь они Вам не смогут. Фойе на первом этаже довольно уставшее (очень похоже на интерьеры советских домов культуры). Лифтов всего три и они обслуживают этажи с 28 до 45 (вроде как, не могу вспомнить точно :(), поэтому готовьтесь и настраивайтесь, лифт можно ждать до 10 минут (такое было один раз, но запомнилось :)))) Заселили нас быстро, улыбчивый парнишка уже встречал нас снизу. он еще при бронировании предложил нам организовать трансфер от аэропорта (причем - дешевле, чем было бы взять такси), поэтому точно знал, когда мы приедем. Вся процедура заселения заняла минут 7. И это здорово, так как после дороги хочется быстрее отдохнуть и нет сил на заполнение всяких бумажек. Апартаменты, которые нам достались, были большими, двухкомнатными. Основная комната совмещена с кухней (зонирование выполнено чем-то типа барной стойки, выглядит стильно, под стойкой есть стеллаж для вещей), а вторая оказалась спальней. В ней стояла кровать, шкаф и все. В нем, кстати, скрываются утюг и гладильная доска:) В обоих комнатах установлены кондиционеры и телевизоры. На кухне есть холодильник, варочная панель, микроволновая печь. Посуда была, но в небольшом количестве. На двух человек ее хватало, а вот на большую семью может и не хватить. Санузел оказался совмещенным. Причем как-то очень странно. Душевая зона никак не была отгорожена от унитаза. То есть в процессе помывки все брызги летели на унитаз. Как оказалось - это норма для Вьетнама, так что нужно просто привыкнуть. Если вдруг Вам нужно будет оперативно высушить волосы, то фен там есть, сушит, права, не быстро. Интернет есть. При заселении нам сказали, что роутер установлен в номере, но это не так. Со стороны коридора над дверью висит заветная коробочка, на которой есть наклейка с логином и паролем. Не теряйтесь, подключайтесь, все работает быстро и стабильно. Около окна, в специальной нише, установлена стиральная машина активаторного типа (с вертикальной загрузкой). Стирает она хорошо, главное - выбрать правильный порошок, обычный порошок не подходит (поэтому пишите тот, у которого на пачке нарисована нужная стиральная машинка). Ну и главное - в номере шикарный вид из окна на пляж и море. Окно, кстати, величиной со всю стену. Есть небольшой подоконник, высотой сантиметров 20, На нем очень приятно лежать и любоваться видами. Вечерняя набережная или ночной Винперл до сих пор стоят у меня перед глазами, хотя прошло уже больше месяца как мы уехали. В номере убираются два раза в неделю. Меняют гели и шампуни (но их все равно мало, лучше купить свои).

I stayed at Condotel for 3 days and 2 nights, it was a great experience. Book a room through Agoda at a very cheap price, plus get a free upgrade to the resort's highest room category, a 2-bedroom pool view. I'm traveling alone so the 70 m2 room is even bigger than my house. The resort has its own Nhu Tien beach, the swimming pool is huge, and the lights are very beautiful at night. It's quite comfortable here as I'm not forced to use the resort's services. For self-sufficient people like me, I prefer to be in control of this. The staff are extremely friendly. The resort is far from the center so it's extremely quiet. 10 points moa moa moa
