I've found a real gem in this modern tower. The hotel occupies floors 15 to 18, and the reception is a 10/10 – the staff are super friendly, they offer coffee, tea, and little pastries, and there's also a very comfortable coworking area. The rooms are like a small studio with a kitchenette: microwave, washing machine, dryer, a full-size fridge, and plenty of closet space. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, and the shower… wow! The water pressure is amazing, absolutely wonderful. The door is floor-to-ceiling, so steam from long showers doesn't escape into the rest of the room. The sink area is a bit small, but it's fine for one or two people. Special mention: the magnifying mirror and the Japanese toilet – a real luxury that I really appreciated. We were so comfortable that we ended up extending our stay by 3 more days. The only downside: the metro is about 1 km away, maybe a bit more. But the value for money is so good that what you save on the hotel easily covers a taxi ride. From now on, this will be my go-to place in Shanghai. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be back.

Keluar sahaja dari Pintu 2 MRT, anda terus masuk ke lobi tanpa perlu risau hujan walaupun menyeret beg. Biliknya tidak besar tetapi susun aturnya praktikal, dengan meja kerja di tepi tingkap, jadi tidak perlu menyalakan lampu pada siang hari. Soket elektrik terletak di atas meja, jadi saya boleh mengecas komputer riba, telefon bimbit dan bank kuasa serentak tanpa perlu membongkok mencari soket. Saya menguji kelajuan internet dan ia mencapai 50Mbps untuk muat turun, tiada masalah langsung semasa memuat naik fail atau menyertai mesyuarat video. Wanda Plaza betul-betul di bawah, sangat mudah untuk mencari makanan. Pada waktu pagi, saya boleh membeli onigiri dan susu dari kedai serbaneka di bawah, panaskan dalam ketuhar gelombang mikro, lebih murah dan cepat berbanding sarapan hotel. Untuk makan tengah hari dengan pelanggan, saya boleh memilih mana-mana restoran di Wanda Plaza, dengan kos purata beberapa puluh ringgit dan makan dengan baik. Jika saya balik lewat dari kerja pada waktu malam, kedai makanan segera di bawah masih buka, makanan panas mereka lebih baik daripada penghantaran makanan. Langsinya sangat berkesan menyekat cahaya, apabila ditutup bilik menjadi gelap, jadi saya tidak akan terbangun oleh cahaya matahari pada waktu pagi. Tekanan air di bilik mandi kuat dan air panas datang dengan cepat, sangat menyegarkan selepas mandi. Bilik dibersihkan setiap hari, jadi ia sentiasa bersih. Baju saya agak berkedut, jadi saya menghubungi kaunter depan dan seterika wap dihantar dengan cepat. Sangat berguna untuk dipakai keesokan harinya. Semasa daftar keluar, kaunter depan sudah menyiapkan invois, menjimatkan masa. Secara keseluruhan, nilai untuk wang adalah lebih baik daripada hotel di lokasi yang sama, saya pasti akan datang lagi untuk perjalanan perniagaan yang akan datang.

this hotel has exceeded my expectations in terms of service, cleanliness, and price point. from the very day i checked in, to the day i checked out, the service attitude of all the staff has been consistently above par. The front desk staff are polite and attentive, always answering requests/queries quickly. Their room option with breakfast is a really nice touch - they deliver it to your room at your preferred time selected a day before. The cleaning ladies are friendly and meticulous, always knocking to get permission to enter and smiling when they enter the room. They do their cleaning daily very thoroughly, changing towels and giving you new bottles of distilled water. And oh, they change bedsheets every 3-4 days. They even have a common kitchen on every floor for guests who like to cook. i rather not reveal too much more information so as not to give away their competitive edge, but this hotel has its way to make guests feel a sense of warmth without being imposing or appearing ”fake”. i would say, it feels like professionalism taken to the next level. The rooms look exactly the way they are in the pictures (minus a throw towel for effect) minimalistic, with clever space management and good layout, clean and new. Best of all every room comes with its own washing machine with dryer. if you dont like to use a dryer, they have a clever clothe hanger in every room too that doesnt take up space as it has a remote control to raise it up and down. Their occupancy rate is high though, so if you see rooms available for your desired dates, better to book before they are gone.

Our stay at WENDING Serviced Apartment was absolutely wonderful. I stayed here with my family, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The location is a major highlight—conveniently close to the subway, making getting around the city incredibly easy, and with shopping malls just a short walk away. This was our second time staying here, and it’s truly the perfect choice for anyone visiting Shanghai for more than a week. The serviced apartment offers all the comforts of home, with the added bonus of a 24-hour butler service that makes everything effortless. The rooms are warm and cozy—the heating works exceptionally well—which made our stay especially comfortable during the cooler days. We’ll definitely choose WENDING again on our next trip!

The hotel is in a very convenient place. There was a cigarette smell in the room when I arrived even though it was a non-smoking room, though the smell faded away by the night. Despite that, I pretty much enjoyed my stay here.

Upon arrival, I encountered a hiccup that nearly drove me to seek accommodations elsewhere, but the issue was swiftly and adeptly handled by a courteous gentleman at the front desk, likely the manager. His prompt resolution and eagerness to address my concerns not only resolved the immediate issue but also instilled a deep sense of trust and satisfaction with my stay. The hotel itself is located in a quiet area, a rarity in this country's largest and busiest city. Despite its peaceful setting, it is conveniently close to Metro Line 11, ensuring easy access to the city’s vibrant heart. The option to open the windows in my room was a breath of fresh air—literally. It allowed me to enjoy the fresh breeze without leaving the comfort of my well-appointed room. Speaking of the room, it was a perfect blend of luxury and practicality. The cleanliness was up to the high standard, and it felt like the facility was brand new. The room was equipped with a small kitchen area, complete with a stove, rice cooker, refrigerator, and even a washer. Although there was no dryer in the room, a quick trip to the second floor opened up options not only to dry clothes but also to access private dining/meeting rooms and a well-equipped gym. Every night was a peaceful retreat. The bed was incredibly comfortable, rivaling the peace of my own home. The tranquil environment contributed to undisturbed nights, ensuring restful sleep and rejuvenated mornings. The housekeeping staff, particularly two young men, were notably diligent and affable, keeping my room clean and well-supplied. The front desk staff were equally helpful, always ready to assist with any request. Assistance was dispatched via a charming, albeit slower, robot—no tipping required. This hotel apartment not only met but exceeded my expectations, making it a top recommendation for anyone seeking a 'home away from home.' For those considering a longer stay, here's a tip: contact the hotel directly to speak with a salesperson. You might secure an excellent long-term rate, potentially including breakfast.

We always stay bere when.we come to Shanghai! The location is perfect to be in.the middle of the city and the apartment is just what we need for a family of.4. We will come to stay again soon.

Apartment located in a perfect location, with the metro and shops within walking distance. Unfortunately, we did not receive the room we originally booked. When we mentioned this, we were told that the room was already occupied by someone else, even though we had made our reservation months in advance, which was a bit disappointing. However, the room we received was clean and spacious. We also appreciated having a small kitchenette and a washing machine. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space in the room. The host was very lovely and helpful and kindly allowed us to store our luggage on the day of check-out, which was very convenient. The transparent shower was a bit weird, but we appreciated that the wet and dry areas were separated. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, Thank you!
