My family and I recently stayed at IFC Residence in Shanghai, and I can confidently say it was a perfect experience. The location is incredibly convenient, being right next to the metro line, which made getting around the city effortless. The apartment itself was outstanding – non-smoking, quiet, and soundproof, with top-notch amenities. It was well-equipped with a washing machine, a segregated kitchen area complete with a refrigerator, oven, induction cooker, and basin. The space was thoughtfully designed, and the view from the apartment was spectacular. While the curtains were manual, this was a minor detail in an otherwise impeccable setup. The service was equally impressive. The hotel housekeepers and counter staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, ensuring every need was met with efficiency. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely choose IFC Residence again for my next trip to Shanghai. Highly recommended!

房間設施非常新，服務人員Jennifer 親切友好，賓至如歸，顧客的要求都能夠竭力滿足。服務和管理部署給最好的五星級酒店。雙卧室套房可以入住4個人，如果餐桌配的椅子也是4把就更完美了。期待下一次入住。

Perfect location, Super convenient to everything (as Sporean). Few mins walk to Metro & Nanjing Pedestrian Rd (just like fm JEM to West Gate). Less than 15mins walk to d Bund (just like Raffles City to Marina). Most hotel rooms near Nanjing Ped. Rd r small, old & no window, no cars can direct pick up or alight at hotel, hv to go thru malls, steps or small alley to check in. Not for Polar, d room r big n clean with windows, washing machine, oven, big fridge & electric cooker. Toilet hv heater, wont feel cold after bathe n also can ”dry” clothes after wash😁. DiDi car can stop directly infront of d hotel. Busstop infront got 2 buses to 愚园 for 打卡 (not 豫园). Restaurants (some open till 12am) n shops beside hotel n along d street. The key point, d next street behind, Ningbo Rd, where famous Shanghai breakfasts n mini mart (open till 12am) can b found. Famous LAI LAI Xiao Long Bao is just 5mins walk away. Most important, staffs r friendly.👍👍

Saya perlu memberi acungan jempol kepada hotel ini, bagaimanapun, saya rasa ia berbaloi untuk wang! Tiada tekanan untuk tiga keluarga tinggal di sini Lokasinya sangat baik dan sangat mudah untuk masuk dan keluar dari kereta bawah tanah. Terdapat juga restoran, pasar raya dan kafe berdekatan. Senyap dan kemas. Bilik ini dilengkapi sepenuhnya dengan semua kemudahan yang diperlukan, termasuk semua alat memasak. Hujan di luar dan ada payung. Terdapat mesin pembasmian kuman di pintu masuk. Sesuai untuk sewa jangka panjang. Lain kali saya datang ke Shanghai, saya akan tinggal di sini. Saya dilahirkan dan dibesarkan di Shanghai dan telah menetap di luar negara Kali ini saya membawa seluruh keluarga saya pulang ke China untuk melawat saudara-mara.

Luxury experience, home away from home - an unforgettable hotel As a foreign tourist, I am very satisfied with the service and facilities of this hotel. The hotel is strategically located, convenient transportation, and surrounded by abundant food and shopping places. The rooms are spacious and bright, tastefully decorated, and the beds are comfortable for a good night's sleep. What impressed me most was the service of the hotel staff. Mathys and Eden were warm and thoughtful and patiently answered all my questions, which made me feel the warmth of home. In addition, the hotel's Chinese and Western breakfast is also memorable. All in all, this experience made me feel very much at home, and I will choose this hotel again next time I come to China!

The apartment was larger than expected, clean and comfortable, perfect for an extended stay. We ended up with a view of the Jin’an Temple, which was pretty nice and I think a bit quieter. Every member of staff we interacted with has been amazing. We needed some help to set up Chinese apps, they explained everything and that gave us a lot of confidence navigating Shanghai.

Ascott at HuaiHai (Middle) Road has an excellent location, there are bus stops and metro stations (no.1, 2, 14 lines), shopping malls and a variety of cafes and restaurants that suit different pockets nearby. Xintaidi is also a stone's throw away. Behind the hotel is a lovely and good sized public park for walks and runs. I deeply appreciated the fact my room came with a fully equipped kitchenette with washer! While the furnishings may be a little dated, the cleanliness and excellent services provided by the staff more than made up for anything that could be amissed. A big shout out to my (11th) floor housekeeper, Mdm Ling Xin Mei (凌心梅阿姨). She noticed that I consumed all my mineral water on day 1 and left me more bottles on the second day of my stay. Throughout my 7 days stay, she made sure I always have sufficient mineral water, shower supplies and ear plugs...she always leave me a note wishing me a good day and stay. She made me feel well taken care of and I felt at home while staying at Ascott, room number 1105 from Nov 7 to 13, 2024. I want to return to stay the next time I visit Shanghai.

Normally I don't write reviews but I really enjoyed my time staying here. I was following a Chinese language course at Shanghai Jiaotong University at the Xuhui Campus. BaseLITE Longhua is located close to two metro stations, expecially Shanghai Swimming Center Line 11 takes you to Shanghai Jiaotong University in a few stops only. I would recommend to take one of the rental bikes you can find anywhere because walking could take a bit longer. The studio had everything that I needed like a desk, large bathroom, towels, closet and fridge. It even had a washing machine which was ideal for me because I was staying for a few weeks. I would recommend cleaning the door seal of the washing machine because it had a lot of dust. However, the staff is very friendly and when my shower drain was a bit clogged in the beginning, or when I need new bed sheets, I could easily reach out on WeChat where the staff helped me. The room looked very new and I felt very comfortable. Also ordering food or stuff online on Taobao was convenient. The hotel itself also has a small fitness room and large common are and kitchen where you can heat up and eat your food. The location is close to a few convenience/ grocery stores but for the rest it's very quiet, which is a contrast to the busy city. However, with Didi and metro it is easy to go anywhere.

Enjoyed my stay at Citadines Apart Hotel. Room was cleaned and the hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. The robot “staffs” were helpful as well by transporting my food delivery orders dropped off at the reception, right to my doorstep. Compliments should also go to one of their male hotel staff 汪鹏, who patiently searched for my Taobao parcels for almost 45 mins, as two of the parcels were“missing”. 汪鹏 calmly took further steps to understand which items were missing, which courier sent the package, and also whether they were correctly sent. Throughout this whole exchange, he has not once shown any frustration and has professionally dealt with the issue. Kudos to him for showing service excellence.

Heater is working well during winter. I love the washing machine facility as well. Walk out from the compound turn right, at the second junction turn straight again is good place for food and morning market. Metro station is 1.1km away from the accommodation, not near. Check in counter is different from the place you stay, need to call the front desk to register your check in if the staff is not there, the office door was locked when I was there at 6.30pm. Overall stay is good.
