Your Trip.com membership tier and maintenance requirements vary by level. Silver and Gold tiers are permanent once achieved, while Platinum, Diamond, Diamond+, and Black Diamond tiers are valid for one year. To keep your status at Platinum or above, you'll need to meet specific booking and spending criteria during your validity period. If these aren't met, your tier will be downgraded, but you'll never drop below Gold!
- Silver: Your status is permanent! There are no maintenance requirements, so you'll keep your membership indefinitely once you've registered.
- Gold: Permanent status is yours! No maintenance required—keep your benefits indefinitely after completing just one eligible booking.
- Platinum: Valid for 1 year. Maintain your status by completing at least 3 eligible bookings within the validity period (extended for 1 year if met).
- Diamond: Your status is valid for 1 year. To maintain it, complete at least 8 eligible bookings (with a minimum total spend of USD 1,000) within the validity period.
- Diamond+: Your incredible Diamond+ status is valid for 1 year! To keep enjoying those exclusive perks, simply spend a minimum of USD 10,000 within the validity period.
- Black Diamond: Your incredible Black Diamond status is valid for a full year!
