Sangat dekat dengan stesen trem, 2⃣️ di seberang jalan dari stesen, 3⃣️ minit, bilik ini juga sangat sunyi, perkhidmatan kaunter penerimaan tetamu positif dan bersemangat, pemandangan pantai di sekitar hotel ini sangat baik, dan terdapat banyak makanan... Pendek kata, harganya sangat tinggi

地段很好,櫻木町車站走過來很近,位於野毛小路的入口、吃完就能上樓,房子2017年重新裝修過，很乾凈.早餐也是挺豐富的,性價比極高.我訂的吸煙房，本來怕房間煙重,還帶了消香煙味道的噴霧,結果進了房間一點味道都沒有.房間有空氣凈化器、而且有大窗户可以打開,日本可以開窗的賓館實在是鳳毛麟角、太讚了。唯一不好的點就是窗户把手上灰很多、大概入住的客人大部分是日本人，沒有開窗通風的習慣吧。下次朋友來橫浜玩,還是打算住這裏！在萬葉泡完温泉,走過夜景，到野毛吃個宵夜直接上樓,完美！

Anda juga boleh berjalan kaki dari Stesen Yokohama, tetapi ia mengambil masa kira-kira 10 hingga 15 minit. Kawasan sekitar tenang dengan hanya apar**en dan hotel. Saya fikir ia agak mudah kerana terdapat kedai OK di sebelah. Memandangkan bahagian hadapan berada di tingkat 20, saya merasakan ia agak menyusahkan. Saya check in pada waktu malam, jadi pemandangan malam adalah cantik, tetapi kerumitan untuk naik ke atas untuk mendaftar masuk dan perlu turun ke bilik adalah titik tolak. Memang susah nak tunggu lif. Bilik itu agak besar dan bersih. Bilik yang saya duduki tidak mempunyai tab mandi, tetapi mungkin bilik lain juga ada? Memandangkan lokasi, kebersihan, harga, dan lain-lain, saya fikir ia akan menjadi baik tanpa tab mandi, tetapi saya fikir ia akan menjadi lebih baik jika ia berlaku. Secara keseluruhan, saya ingin menggunakannya semula apabila saya bercadang untuk tinggal di Yokohama lagi. terima kasih banyak - banyak!

A beautiful hotel that's more or less right next to Shin-Yokohama station and within sight of Yokohama Arena. You can find a 7-11 on the ground floor, next to the elevators, while a direct link to the Prince PePe shopping center leads you to some eateries and a supermarket. It appears to be mostly frequented by business folk, at least when we visited in late November. Checking in was a smooth process with the friendly, English-speaking concierge. You'll want to grab some amenities such as washcloths, cotton pads, and shaving cream before taking the long elevator ride up to your room. We had a nice view overlooking the city seeing how we were past the 30th floor, though said view gets better once you head to the top for teppanyaki or the lovely lounge. Visit the latter at dusk to soak in the panoramic sight and count passing trains while you sip on house cocktails and savor their beef tagliata. Or maybe treat yourself to a dram of Hibiki 25 -- you deserve it. The double room is more business than leisure, though clean and comfortable enough to relax in after a long day out. There's a safe and a mini-fridge, as well as an air-conditioning remote mounted on the wall, and a room control panel by the bedside. There's also a table right by the TV that could pass as a work desk (with accompanying chair) if needed, though I much prefer the sofa by the windows so I can ruminate on my choices while at the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum. I should also mention that the housekeeping staff are incredibly warm and friendly should you cross paths. It's these little things that make a stay enjoyable, you know? Excellent value and a definite return should Yokohama ever be on the itinerary again.

No good for families We booked a stay here at the end of our 2 week Japan holiday. We decided on this hotel in particular as it offered a swimming pool. Because of bed configuration we booked 2 rooms. Unfortunately we arrived to discover the swimming pool is only open from 3-8pm and anyone under 140cm (my 10 year old) is only welcomed until 6pm and must be accompanied in the water with an adult at all times. Anyone even entering the pool deck must be in a swimsuit. I feel this is simply to accommodate the social media vibe as every person on the deck was there for the selfies. We are leaving well before 3 tomorrow so our opportunity for taking a dip is limited. A brand new hotel that cannot accommodate a morning lap swim seems like a big miss to me. Onto the rooms. Tiny, and awkward with basins in the bedroom area rather than in the bathroom space. Odd. Shower also only has clear glass door so if you’re here for a romantic weekend with a partner that may be fine but families with teens wouldn’t mind a bit of privacy when showering. As mentioned earlier the room configuration with only twin beds meant we had to book two rooms. We did so but when we arrived they were unable to accommodate us on one floor. Again. Not family friendly. Four elevators service the guest rooms and they are crazy slow. With our family split over two floors it was endlessly frustrating. Yokohama was fabulous just wish we stayed at a different hotel.

Citadines HarbourFront Yokohama is a very clean and sleek looking hotel, with the train station just below! The room has all the necessities and even has a mini-kitchen including a microwave/oven and a refrigerator! We would most definitely stay here again if we were to visit Yokohama again.

Nice location, just exactly right in front of ext3 Bashamichi station. Amenities are plenty for you to pick up as you needed right at lobby floor such as iron, combed hair dryer, bath salt, etc. the hotel are a little outdated but fully functioned. The staffs are helpful and good at english communication and breakfast tastes pretty :)

This hotel is extremely convenient and located right next to Haneda Airport. If you are arriving Haneda late night this is the hotel of choice. There is a shuttle bus that runs between Haneda terminal 1 and the last bus is at 11:10 pm, from terminal 1. The hotel is kind of a designer hotel with very clean good sized rooms. Toilet is very clean and shiny. The view from our room to the airport was just amazing

本來預訂了騰澤市的酒店，後來考慮玩鎌倉就臨時改了這家酒店，挺不錯的。 大船站，有很多地鐵線路，公共汽車站都彙總在這裏，對於自由行旅行很方便。 這個站還上蓋了個百貨類商場，muji品牌也有。 酒店距離地鐵就幾分鐘，地鐵東口出來，馬路對面就是麥當勞，麥當勞路口左轉直走，過了一條街走幾步就看到酒店了。前台接待的年輕女孩，美美噠，態度很好，英語也比較流利。 大廳有免費自取的洗護用品，註冊會員可以拿瓶汽水。 房間小小的，一張小桌子小凳子，1.6米的大床，2個人簡單住住還可以的。衞生可以的，我住了2晚，第二天掛打掃牌，還是打掃了挺乾淨的。 房間是掛壁式空調，可以調節温度，也可以打開窗户。 酒店周邊都是吃飯的小店，選擇品種也多，很方便。 早餐有米飯，味增湯，納豆，小魚等，品種不算多，但是早上吃飽出行就方便很多。

Not super near to the train station but still walking distance and still in city centre. Good standard hotel, new, clean with friendly staffs who understand english. There are coffee/tea and some cookies serves in the lobby.

Anda boleh mendaftar masuk terus dengan berjalan kaki, Taman Yama****a, Gudang Gundam dan Chinatown berada betul-betul di belakang. Roda Ferris Cosmo Clock 21 dan Red Brick Warehouse terletak sejauh 20 minit berjalan kaki. Perjalanan pulang teksi berharga lebih daripada 1,000 yen. Bilik hotel agak kecil dan tiada air minuman disediakan. Sarapan pagi adalah bufet, dengan lebih banyak ***a Jepun.

It’s a nice newly renovated building, with pretty garden views … but for the price the service was lacking. Queuing up to check in via a machine was a miss, and as a vegetarian I struggled at the expensive buffet. No help was provided when I asked for it, no reply to feedback left for management either. Next time I’d stay elsewhere and just pay for day use of their pool area, which was certainly fun for our 3yo.

To be honest, this hotel has probably the most number of English-speaking Japanese staffs out of all the hotels that I’ve stayed in so far! Impeccable service, rather smooth communication and good location within Hakone. The hotel gives off a really relaxing vibe~so if you’re finding somewhere to just chill and soak in all those “zen-ness”, this is it! Just a little tip, the hotel is rather far from the train stations so do arrange for the free shuttle service in advance!

Terdapat bas ulang-alik percuma dari Stesen Odawara, dan pengangkutannya sangat mudah. Semasa daftar masuk, kami mempunyai minuman, pencuci mulut Jepun dan kemudahan kemudahan, dan juga menyewa pakaian renang, supaya kami boleh menikmati tempat mandi awam yang besar.

First and foremost, the hotel is just a road across the Yumoto station and bus stations towards all places in Hakone and is extremely convenient! The service was excellent and took my request in swift and prompt response. There is even a souvenir shop that gathers almost all kinds of souvenirs of the area. You can pay a little more to book a private onsen bath for yourself or your family. Will visit again if I come back to Hakone again.

The Japanese rooms are almost to small to house two people with luggage, mattresses very thin, no Aircon available (only air clean). Room was run-down, the entire hotel is in dire need for make-over. It surely has seen better days. Therefore, it is overpriced. On the plus side: Food was good and so was the Onsen. But one would find similar Onsen standards nearby, in fact, next door. The nicely sized swimming pool closes at 5pm, can’t tell it’s quality. Massage service available, good service.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is just a few minutes walk to the Hakone shrine and tori gate on the water and about 15 minutes walk to the town by the water. From the town you can catch the pirate ship or ferry to the base of the cable car and head up the mountain to other attractions. The hotel grounds are lovely and full of pathways lined with Rhododendrum. The rooms are a great size and all have a view of the lake. I stayed on the third floor and in my opinion rooms on the third and fourth floors have a better view but the second floor rooms have a balcony and the first floor rooms have patios. The hotel provides yukatas and all toiletries you might need. The hotel onsen is small but nice and also has an outdoor bath. The hotel spa is very relaxing with a variety of services. I did not have dinner at the property but breakfast was very good. Every staff member I encountered was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. My only complaint is the mattress was very firm and I prefer some thing softer but that is a personal preference.

I read great reviews about Hakone Pax Yoshino. It's an older hotel in a tourist town and appears quite nice. My room was OK, large and could use some updating. My traditional dinner and service was spectacular, hence my 3-star rating. What tainted a one-night stay is I was traveling with a vegetarian friend and not only was she shut out of a dinner she paid for, but the front desk agent said they couldn't accommodate her, there would be no refund or substitutions, because we were traveling as solos we couldn't sit together - so many ”couldn'ts” that were simply not true. This tainted my stay and I went alone to dinner - plenty of room for another person - which was great. I was embarrassed that I had picked this hotel for friends to stay separately and upon arrival was told that our plan didn't include meals, which they sure did. So, at the front desk for about $300 per night, everything is ”couldn't”. Breakfast was just OK compared to dinner. I loved wearing the yakata and having hot spring water in the room's tub (which could use updating) was nice. In the morning, I was told to reserve a spot on a shuttle to the train station for what reason, I'm not sure. When no shuttle showed up for me, my friend and others waiting - and waiting - and waiting - we were then told that the shuttle doesn't always show up. Why the reservation for something that doesn't happen? The front desk could not request a cab, another ”couldn't”. Since most of us leaving had trains to catch and tours scheduled, we walked the 15 minutes or so to the station in the rain. I saw other guests I met while waiting also drenched at the station. In short, I'm not impressed though so much of Japan has impressive accommodations and kindness. Hakone Pax Yoshino falls short. For that reason, I wouldn't stay again and don't recommend it. Too bad, because the traditional dinner and restaurant serving staff are top notch. I'm sure the chef - and a dinner this good has to have a chef - would have said to serve a vegetarian rice, vegetables, desserts of which there were several as well as a large drink menu and other dishes - and the experience would have been better. Unfortunate that the front desk person we had could only say no, you don't have, we can't. Well, I think they could have. Very sad.

共立リゾートでは、一番利用し、一番好きな我が家の定宿です。 ロビーラウンジが混んで来たので、ラウンジ外の広いテラスで、チェックインまでコーヒー飲みなから、くつろぎました。 このテラスからは森の木々が見えて、せせらぎの水の音が聞こえるように設計されています。 翌朝のお風呂上がりにも、ラウンジに来て、モーニングコーヒーと冷たい黒豆茶を飲みました。湯上がりに外のテラスの涼しさはホッとします。まだ紅葉の緑が美しく、水の音とともに、本当に癒やされます。 大浴場の大きい方の風呂に行ったら、脱衣場の籠がロッカー型式になっていました。 ロッカーの柄が竹か笹なのはともかく、濃いペパーミント色と白(ハワイっぽい？)で、本来の古代風呂の雰囲気に全くマッチしてませんでした。 部屋に戻り、つれあいとロッカーについて訪ねたら、「安っぽいくなったなぁ」と言ってて、全く同感です。日帰り湯でもあのような柄は見ないです。 湯上がりの椅子(湯上がり牛乳を飲む)が無くなったとつれあいが言ってましたが、一番端の方(エレベーターとは逆方面)にテレビがあるお休み処ができてました。 また朝の乳酸飲料も、こちらの場所に変更になっていました。 お風呂は翌朝早朝に、久しぶりに、貸し切り露天風呂に行ってみました。森の中のお風呂という感じでいいです(お風呂はつかるだけ)。 またもう一つの大浴場に行ったら、脱衣場ではまだ籠を使っていて(部屋のキー用のロッカーあり)、変なトロピカルっぽい？ロッカーに、なってなくて、ホッとしました。 こちらも古代風呂の感じです。 夕食は、静かな席をとリクエストを入れておいたら、一番奥の静かな席でした。 食事内容も、担当の方も良かったです。 今までに宿泊した共立リゾートの中で、この宿だけが、夕食時60分のアルコール飲み放題があります。 60分なので、飲み過ぎにならない範囲なので、このサービスは嬉しいです。 11時チェックアウトなので、ゆっくりできる点も気に入ってます。

共立リゾートでは、一番利用し、一番好きな我が家の定宿です。 ロビーラウンジが混んで来たので、ラウンジ外の広いテラスで、チェックインまでコーヒー飲みなから、くつろぎました。 このテラスからは森の木々が見えて、せせらぎの水の音が聞こえるように設計されています。 翌朝のお風呂上がりにも、ラウンジに来て、モーニングコーヒーと冷たい黒豆茶を飲みました。湯上がりに外のテラスの涼しさはホッとします。まだ紅葉の緑が美しく、水の音とともに、本当に癒やされます。 大浴場の大きい方の風呂に行ったら、脱衣場の籠がロッカー型式になっていました。 ロッカーの柄が竹か笹なのはともかく、濃いペパーミント色と白(ハワイっぽい？)で、本来の古代風呂の雰囲気に全くマッチしてませんでした。 部屋に戻り、つれあいとロッカーについて訪ねたら、「安っぽいくなったなぁ」と言ってて、全く同感です。日帰り湯でもあのような柄は見ないです。 湯上がりの椅子(湯上がり牛乳を飲む)が無くなったとつれあいが言ってましたが、一番端の方(エレベーターとは逆方面)にテレビがあるお休み処ができてました。 また朝の乳酸飲料も、こちらの場所に変更になっていました。 お風呂は翌朝早朝に、久しぶりに、貸し切り露天風呂に行ってみました。森の中のお風呂という感じでいいです(お風呂はつかるだけ)。 またもう一つの大浴場に行ったら、脱衣場ではまだ籠を使っていて(部屋のキー用のロッカーあり)、変なトロピカルっぽい？ロッカーに、なってなくて、ホッとしました。 こちらも古代風呂の感じです。 夕食は、静かな席をとリクエストを入れておいたら、一番奥の静かな席でした。 食事内容も、担当の方も良かったです。 今までに宿泊した共立リゾートの中で、この宿だけが、夕食時60分のアルコール飲み放題があります。 60分なので、飲み過ぎにならない範囲なので、このサービスは嬉しいです。 11時チェックアウトなので、ゆっくりできる点も気に入ってます。
