Hands down best stay so far during my 15 days in Japan and the service is really immaculate. I've been to Japan on several solo trips and this is easily one of the most memorable hotels. The staff are really nice and the hotel room view is incredible. The room they upgraded me to speaks for itself, beautiful bathroom and really good amenities. Although the hotel is situated off the mainland, there is a portliner rail service and also a complementary shuttle service to two of the main stations in Kobe city area. Really value for money.

It was a lovely hotel- location was great just 3 mins walk from Kobe sanomiya train station. And the hotel looks and smells new. Check in was a breeze via the machine but there is always someone friendly to help. They even have complimentary drinks and dessert each night 8-10pm. The triple room is spacious with enough room to open luggages. A very good find with the price point and location. 24 hour Don DONKI is just opposite the hotel. Will definitely stay again

Reached earlier than 3pm and the service to drop off luggage was easy and smooth. Room is a bit old and dated but clean. Breakfast menu was limited. Location is good as I was bringing my daughter to kidzania which was just a short comfortable walk away.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay while in Kobe. It is just next to Kobe Harborland and Kobe Port Tower. The room we had comes with a private balcony offering a spectacular view of the harbour. The room is clean, comfortable and has full amenities. The hotel provides bus shuttle service to and from Sannomiya Station. There is also a Family Mart located at the lobby where you can buy snacks, drinks and other additional amenities. Hotel is also walking distance from a Starbucks which opens at 7:30am should you need to get your coffee and the famous BE KOBE sign. Highly recommended.

Stayed here exactly a year ago for work, and have chosen to stay here again this time round as my experience last year was a great one. Everything is the same as last year, which is a good thing i suppose. Good experience this time too. Highly recommend.

房間設施新.裝修現代簡約.智能家電系統好用.房間面積大.雙人床舒適度高.床品柔軟.毛巾浴巾以及睡衣套裝雪白軟糯.乾淨衞生.窗簾也是方便開關的設計.地毯也比較新.傢俱功能性多樣.方便收納.沐浴產品全部都是Polo的牌子.入浴粉是葯浴粉.泡澡很舒服.入住了四晚.很滿意.製冰機很方便.茶水包也不錯.每天製作冰茶.攜帶方便.衞生間用品很貼心.我在日本住了一個月酒店.第一次遇見有中文提示的沐浴巾.酒店前台有會講中文的日本小姐姐.對於不會日語的朋友很友好. 交通地鐵三宮站穿行至10號出口步行五分鐘.離酒店不算遠.阪急JR站離酒店15分鐘.也可以做阪急去京都和奈良.急速很快就能到.到大阪難波站也很快.機場大巴停靠站也在那裡.去大阪關西機場方便. 早餐沒有享用.基本都早早去外面遊玩了.推薦六甲山連續去四天.除了牧場還有高山植物園和小童遊樂園.一天絕對不夠用.暑期避暑度假就去六甲山.一點都不悶熱. 關於一日三餐.元町商圈和南京町全部是餐廳.周邊沒有超市.購買小商品小食可以去全家和7-11.大型超市都是在大型購物中心地第一層.購買特產和甜品之類的可以去.也不遠.葯粧店在元町街到處都有.對外籍免税.美利堅公園離得近.步行可以到達.神户立博物館離的很近.喜歡歷史地理的朋友去看看吧.

This hotel locates beside the shoppiing street under the JR Sannomiya station(the Hankyu and Hanshin are in the same place). It just takes 5 minutes to walk to the platform if you did not stop for shopping along this popular area in Kobe. The hotel may be the best one I have ever lived alone with such price, it has big and clean room, great and new room stuff. However, it has a limited internet speed which even made me hard to use Google map in certain time, mostly during 8 p.m. to 10 p.m..

Hotel Okura is very prestigious place with Japanese emperor frequently visited. One of the big conglomerates Pre world war 2. 1 year ago, Japanese emperor had visited Okura Kobe. However, it has been subpar to say the least and overpriced. Cleanliness (Stains in a lot of spots) As you can see from the photo. There were stains at bathtub. When I asked the front, they said it is inevitable due to how long it has been used. Even the washroom inside Okura had stains and dust, which is very concerning considering it’s price point Location (Good for sea views but bad for tourism, walking and traveling) The location for sea view is amazing and it’s near haborland and BeKobe. However, Meriken-Oriental park also offer the same sea view + direct port for ferry with same price point and better cleanliness. The big problem with its location is it is far from everywhere else. Some tourist spots such as Kitano Ijinkan, sanomiya city center, waterfalls and herb garden. The JR is at Shin-Kobe which is around 15min taxi. Walking is pain the ass, as front entrance is only for cars, in order to walk, you need to go through one of the three sub-entrances, which requires you taking elevator or walking stairs The location is not bad but there are hotels with better location such as ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe. Directly under the shinkansen, 5 min walk (one street) from kitano ijikan and one straight line to waterfall and herb garden. The service was also fantastic. Service (Amazing, but can’t really speak English) The only thing going for the hotel with this price point was its service. Everyone was really kind and helpful, very professional. I have seen several times staffs were struggling with English speakers but aside it’s amazing. Amenities. (It got the regular stuff but lacking minor stuff like weight scale, free newspaper etc which gets offered at same price point)

The room was clean with plenty of amenities. Yet, the facility itself was quite old made some strange noises all night and day. I could hear the sound from upstairs and beside that made me uncomfortable.

this hotel situated in very good location beside Shin Kobe Station which can get you to anywhere such as Osaka, Kyoto, Himeiji, even Tokyo. The hotel is consider rather big as compared to local Japanese hotel. Services & breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

部屋に露天風呂付き、朝夕部屋食でこの宿を選びました。 この条件としては他のホテルに比べとても安くてお得感がありました。 部屋での食事は工夫されていておいしく、また係りの方も丁寧で良いです。 フロントにはありましたが、部屋にアルコールスプレーが置かれていないのは残念でした。 部屋の露天風呂は大きな開き戸を全開すると天井はありますが露天風呂になります。半露天かな。ラドン温泉水は常時注ぎ込まれており、バスタブは深く広く夫婦と子供2人の4人くらいなら一度に入れるくらいの大きさでとても開放感があります。 部屋にはその浴槽1つのみで、身体の洗い場スペースもあります。 その開放された窓からの景色はすばらしく、川向こうの山の爽やかな緑一面なのでとてもリラックスできます。鴻朧館のHPのトップにある景色そのままでした。 さらに高価格の宿と比較すると設備で高級感は少し劣りますが、有馬の他の宿は街中にあるのでこの景色は臨めないでしょう。 大浴場は行っていませんがコロナ前には小さい缶ビールも無料提供されていました。現在は中止中でした。川沿いに金泉のお風呂もあります。 駅からはシャトルバスがあり、川沿いを少し上ると意外と混んでいるマス釣り場や滝があります。

その名のとおり、神戸港の一角で、温泉が楽しめます。一階に外来入浴可能な温泉、10階には宿泊客専用の温泉があります。一階の温泉はツツジの紅と新緑の若葉に囲まれており、庭池の緋鯉、いや鮒かな？、にでもなった気分でのんびり休めます。10回の温泉からは海、空が見渡せ、雄大な気分になれます。部屋は温泉旅館とホテルの融合スタイルなのか、半分畳部屋様です。畳部分は使いませんでした。外には広いバルコニーがあり、海が見降ろせます。食事はビュッフェスタイルで、慌ただしい感じ。リゾートホテルなのか、温泉旅館なのか、不思議な感じです。

Pros: service, amenities, Western and Japanese style rooms, food, location Cons: there is no elevator in this old Japanese building, so prepare to walk up stairs; the wifi reception in our room was not reliable We had an absolutely amazingly relaxing stay during our 3-day-2-night trip, enjoying the peace Tocen Goshobo had to offer, as well as their exceptional customer service. I searched high and low to finally find this ryokan with very specific amenities. Since my elderly parents had issues with getting up from the floor had we stayed in a traditional ryokan only, while I wanted to enjoy the full traditional ryokan experience, the Deluxe Suite with Private Hot Spring and Sauna was the perfect compromise for both our wants and needs. The Deluxe Suite has both two full sized western beds that were perfect for my parents, and the tatami sitting room that could be closed off for me to sleep in with my super comfy futon bedding. By no means is the room and experience itself a compromise, as my father kept calling it the ‘Presidential suite’ since it was on the top floor, and we had abundant space with our own onsen attached to the room! The room can fit 6 total guests, and has a secret playroom, a seating nook/area with perfect natural light, a dining room with regular table and chairs (in other ryokans, my tall Caucasian husband commented on how much he missed having actual chairs with space for your legs to stretch when seated), an office, a powder room, two bidet toilets rooms, a space to prepare tea with its own sink in the tatami room, and let’s not forget the massage chair. The room was clean, tastefully appointed, had everything we needed and plenty of space to either gather, or spend some ‘me time’. We opted for breakfast and dinner at the inn, which we looked forward to each day. The breakfast was pleasant and filling, while the kaiseki dinners were amazing. Kobe beef was featured as well as plenty of seafood both nights. We had a great time with our host, Yoshinori Tatebe-san, who tolerated my many questions of ‘what is this?’ or ‘how do we eat this?!’; his professionalism absolutely made our meals a tremendous delight! The location of the ryokan/onsen is ideal, walking distance to everything and right next to a bus stop. It’s in the heart of the Arima area, which has many temples, restaurants, and shops to explore. One cannot deny the outstanding customer service Tocen Goshobo’s team offers. Shout out to Hatsumi and Matsu at the front desk, making sure we were well taken care of, offering absolutely above and beyond service! When Hatsumi was helping me get settled on my first day arrival, I had asked her about the beautiful tokonoma (alcove) that was in the wa****su (tatami room). Unfortunately, I had asked so many questions she couldn’t quite answer me fully! A few days later, she showed me a note where she apparently took the time to think over my question and write it out in English so I would understand the importance of the a

We used the hotel for our second wedding anniversary. The welcome service hand towel smells good and makes you feel relaxed immediately. All rooms have a luxurious rococo style with an ocean view. You can spend a blissful time while enjoying the scenery that is unique to Kobe, such as　the Mosaic Ferris wheel and the Port Tower. We had dinner in the room to prevent infectious diseases.It was an impression that it was cold overall..Next time I would like to have it in the restaurant. After taking a jacuzzi bath with a view of the sea, we stayed up late relaxing on the terrace with the night breeze.When you get sleepy, you can snuggle up in the fluffy bed. Breakfast was very satisfying with lots of bread and fruit.

Stayed a couple of nights in this Hotel on our recent trip to Japan and it was the best of the lot. From the moment you are greeted at reception on the 17th Floor the service you get is excellent at this hotel. The room was a good size and the 3 of us had enough room. It was very clean with a great bathroom and a wonderfully powerful shower. The supplied cotton pyjamas were so good we ended up buying a set to take away. The breakfast was very good, a standard buffet with Japanese items available as well. Plus its the only breakfast I've had where sparkling wine was available. The terrace bar is also based on the 17th floor and has a great view of the city and a good selection of Japanese whiskeys and cocktails. We had dinner one night at the steakhouse which served us with the best Wagyu beef we had in Japan. If we are in Kobe again we will stay in this hotel. The staff were very attentive and always did their best to please us and the quality of the accommodation and the food was excellent.

2泊目に主人が体調を崩したのですが、お願いして部屋に朝食を持って来てくださって助かりました。主人が部屋で休んでいる時に、邪魔しない様に外に出ていたのですが、ホテル内にもソファや読書スペースがあったので利用させて頂きました。とても良かったです。また伺いたいです。

Das Hotel ist sauber, modern, ruhig, hat die perfekte Lage und ist bester Ausgangspunkt zum Besuch der Himeji- Burg. Von unserem Doppelzimmer hatten wir perfekten und wunderschönen Blick auf Himeji. Das Doppelzimmer ist für japanische Verhältnisse groß. So auch das Bad mit getrennter Badewanne/Dusche. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und wunderbar in schönem Ambiente. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden.

Best hotel we have stayed throughout our 6 days trip in Osaka! Staffs are professional and helpful who helped us to solve lots of problems. The Japanese room was awesome with LOTS of space and my son loved to sleep on the tatami ! Super clean and the bath tube was also amazing ! Will come back if visit himeji again.

Hotel is next to JR station very convenience for walking which have many restuarant near by. You can walk to JR station to take bus travel to Himeji castle which very easy. Hotel look quiet old but okay, also have onsen but have to paid.

Really good experience in there!!! Love their hot spring!!!!!! You can have the really beautiful view when you enjoy the hot spring!!! The service was really good and they try their best to communicate in English with me. However, don’t expect that the room is so clean. Is still acceptable for me. Strongly recommended if you drive a car to there.

ここのホテルには一種類ずつ異なるコンセプトルームがあり、その中の日本のいいモノを集めた和モダンルームに宿泊しました。 ドアを開けると靴を脱ぐ石畳の小さなスペースがあり、お部屋内は気持ちの良いフローリング。 下足で部屋に入らないスタイルは快適でした。 このお部屋はタオル、食器、照明、カーテン、ティシュケースに至るまでこだわりの物が揃えられているので、眺めてるだけで心地よさを感じます。 このお部屋のこだわりとは残念ながら真逆だったのは大浴場。リノベーション宿でよくある古い設備をそのまま使う数十年前の雰囲気そのままなのは、まあ仕方ないこととして。お風呂椅子や洗面器のプラスチック類の劣化が激しいままなのが気遣いの無さを感じてしまいました。 また、コロナ渦の中ドライヤーまで撤去されているのは良いとして、そこまでのイレギュラーは一般的な注意書の紙に小さく書いておくのではなく、チェックイン時に説明を省略せずに伝えておいて欲しかったです。 なお、お風呂で下がりきったテンションを再び上げてくれたのは、ドリンクオールインクルーシブの宿を謳うラウンジでチェックインと同時に始まるシャンパン、ワイン、日本酒、梅酒に焼酎といったお酒タイムと、夕朝食です。 夕食は和食と洋食が交互に出てくるスタイルで変化もあり、食器類のセンスも秀逸。また料理長さんが、手ずから鮎用のだけで串やリゾット用の竹の器を採取して作られているといったトピックスも楽しいものでした。また、フリーのドリンクでも妥協されない器での提供も良かったとおもいます。 レストランスタッフの方々のご対応の暖かさもあり、本当に素晴らしい夕食時間を過ごすことがができました。 味もどれも美味しく、リゾットの食感などは感動を覚えました。 朝食は、完全な和食。釜炊ご飯に合わせた播磨のおかずが多種楽しめました。

Great hotel, nice facilities, specially the baths. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also within walking distance from himeji station and close to a groceries. The only downside for me was that my room was on the 3rd floor close to the pedestrian crossing. No noise at night, but in the morning you will get the sound from the crossing giving green light to the pedestrian.

今回初めて利用させてもらいましたが、週末で朝夕食付きで6000円以下とはびっくりしました。 夕食も定食にサラダバーがあり、食後のコーヒーと十分な内容、朝食もバイキングスタイル(少しメニューが少ないかな？)ですが、お腹を満たすには問題無いですね。 ただエレベーターから部屋に行くのに吹き抜けの外になっていて、普通のマンションの様な作りで少し戸惑いましたが、慣れればそれもありかな…お風呂も大きくはないですが、4人くらいなら1度に入れる広さがあるので十分ですが、冬になると、行き帰りが外なのでかなり寒いのが難ですかね。 立地も姫路駅まで歩いて5分程度、食事や飲みに行くのも色々お店があるので、問題は無いですね。 また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

The hotel is new and a good choice for staying in Himeji. Rooms clean, staff nice and helpful. Breakfast also convenient.

Does the job hotel. Well situated. Close from the castle and from a nice small restaurants/bars area. The room is clean. Nothing fancy. Same for the bathroom. I did not get any breakfast in there so, I cannot say. The service is efficient. Quick. People are nice like all over Japan. There is an indoor smoking area. And a special for Jaku who own a Jazz bar the street just behind. An exceptional moment during my trip.

Mein geräumiges Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. WLAN und TV haben gut funktioniert. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet unter anderem Croissants und Waffeln, Würstchen und Eier sowie Huhn in Honig Senf Sauce, Reis und Müsli sowie Gemüse. Getränke wie Tee und Kaffee sowie Säfte stehen zur Verfügung. Parken kann man bequem neben dem Hotel gegen Gebühr und in der Nähe sind Shops und Restaurants

After studying Japanese for the last year, I was really excited to visit Japan and our travel agency had wanted us to try an Onsen, however, despite doing our best to respect the culture and locals, the front staff made it clear they didn’t care for foreigners before we even had a chance to make an impression. The checkout staff ended up being much nicer, but we were so uncomfortable here, we checked out as early as we could. Even when getting breakfast in the lines, we were both shoved by locals staying here. We never had this experience other places, especially when it’s a line that naturally moves. This was our last night of a 10 day trip, and it left a pretty awful feeling behind for us. We wouldn’t recommend this location. In general, if you like foods like raw crab meat, you’ll enjoy the kaiseki meal. We found out it wasn’t something we loved, however, this is a preference and wasn’t reflected in the review. The accommodation is a bit older, but okay.

這是一家百年老店 從城崎溫泉站打車過去幾分鐘在窄窄的路上 旁邊是另外一家老店三木屋 有周到的迎接 一進酒店看到處處打理得精緻整潔 維護得非常好 我的日式房在二樓房間不大 設施優良 一樓的可以看庭院估計濕度會大些 有交換的溫泉大池沒有私湯 乾淨但溫泉一股濃郁的消毒水的味道 這個酒店歐美客人很多 溫泉看到紋半花臂後背一條大蛇的歐美妹子 晚餐房間內 體驗不好 吃得很累 上菜的節奏 菜品的質量還趕不上星野界的 同樣四千一個人鶴雅碧之座lunge 料理設計得有奢華的感覺 馥府系列也有 房間吃弊端烤牛肉後房間一大股味 上菜的小姐姐搬着沉重的餐具也很累 早餐大廳吃 上菜節奏好很多 兩餐的調味都是日式甜咸口 過甜過咸 比較簡陋 服務上在門口接待得很熱情有豐田送站服務 茶水吧沒有銀水庄豐富 不會按時段更換的 這裏的房子幾乎沒有隔音 抽風機和空調比較響 需備耳塞 遮光比一般日式溫店好 這次旅行體驗了很多酒店 共立旗下翻新過的佳雲印象最好 上菜行雲流水 一泊二食才一千多一個人 體驗過修善寺新井 和這家都是歷史悠久的酒店 以後不會想再訂 但稻取銀水庄這次又訂了

The hotel is a classic onsen experience with the interior design and set up being very nostalgic and interesting. The hotel provides free pick up from the train station and umbrellas if it rains. The onsen bath is not the best, it is on the small side, but kept clean. Though this is typical for onsen hotels in busier onsen towns compared with onsen hotels which are more remote. The dinner is the highlight of the place with many kilograms of snow crab served in so many different ways in our room. All of which was prepared in a way so that it was really easy to eat. We were lucky to have a lovely staff member who knew both English and Chinese.

應該係最近番新裝修很舒服潔淨，服務態度很好，可以穿着和服外出拍照行街，是很特別體驗，我擇了店內的溫泉，有4個已經很足夠也很潔淨。晚餐和早餐都非常豐富和美味，服務員能說普通話講解，只係沒有開水供應，要額外付費點飲品。另外比左個pass去其他外面的溫泉，但沒有事先講明要收費，我哋跟本沒有時間享用不知道可否退款。

Stayed with a 4 member family and decided to add on the dinner set menu few days before our arrival. Aside from their excellent service, it was very kind of them that they decided to give us free upgrade for the room, which was a huge surprise for us. They provide free transportation with shuttle bus between the hotel and the main station, by which very convenient for those traveling with families. Dinner was also superb as they adjusted the seasonal menu based on our dietary restriction. Had a great stay in overall and very satisfied with the service given.

The staff were helpful and friendly, although the do not speak much English. The cleanliness of room was good except that the cupboard doors and walls are quite stained and old. The shuttle service was very good with nice drivers. Facilities and amenities were very exclusive and good. So was the breakfast! Wish we had more time to explore their facilities. Overall a wonderful experience

今まで宿泊した旅館・ホテルの中で夕食の豪華さ、味は最高でした。洋風の冷やし茶碗蒸し、ケーキは美味しかったです。 部屋もリニューアル後なのでしょうか、綺麗でした。木造建築だと思いますが、廊下を歩く人も気になりません。 温泉は掛け流しで綺麗にされています。城崎温泉は外湯前提のため、大浴場ではないです。 次回はカニの季節に泊まりたいです。

外観は古びていましたが、内装は綺麗にしてありました。 お風呂は日によって男性用と女性用が替わるようになっています。 夜入った時は早い時間で人も少なく、ゆっくり入れました。露天風呂は外気が入るだけで外の景色は全く見えません。朝違う方のお風呂に入りましたが、露天風呂は修理中でした。 お風呂をすごく重視する方には微妙かもしれません。外湯めぐりもできるので、それで温泉を堪能できたら良いかも？しれません。 部屋の眺めは川と反対側だったので、建物の裏側が見えただけですが、4人部屋が一階洋室2階和室と2人ずつに分かれていて、ゆっくり出来ました。 夕食朝食はビュッフェで、種類がかなり多くて良かったです。 満室だったという事で、料理も次々に追加されて、食べたいものが食べられないという事はなかったです。 デザートはソフトクリームもあり、子供も喜んでいました。 城崎温泉に泊まると決めてから、小さな旅館と悩んでいましたが、結局こちらにしてコスパは良かったかなと思います。

The distance from the Stn is manageable by walking. Our room had this amazing view both day and night. The service is superb and the assistance extended to us (as foreigners) was worth noting. We opted for their dinner & breakfast and it did not dissapoint. The freshness of the food served esp the crab was memorable. Thank you team Asagiriso, our visit to Kinosakionsen was made extra special because of your delightful service & facilities.
