The hotel is in a convenient location, making it easy to get around. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the housekeeping team did a great job throughout my stay. What really stood out was the excellent service. A special thanks to Mr. Amin and Ms. Sevan for their outstanding hospitality. They were always welcoming, polite, and professional, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. Their positive attitude and willingness to help made me feel valued as a guest. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, the staff were attentive, and the overall atmosphere was warm and relaxing. While there is still a little room for improvement in a few areas, I had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The room is very clean, sanitary and comfortable. The location is not very close to the city center, but fortunately it is quiet. The experience is very good. I stayed here with my colleagues on a business trip. I will continue to book this hotel next time I come to Iraq
