I had a pleasant stay at Sheraton Kinshasa. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. I also enjoyed the food and the overall ambiance of the hotel. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kinshasa.

酒店不大，但很精緻，不在核心位置，但性價比很高，房費衹需要同檔次房間的一半，重要的是，中晚餐能提供正宗的中餐，非常滿足我的胃，酒店頂樓有花園，居然還有太湖石和假山，據説將開設鐵板燒等特式餐飲，期待下次到金沙薩出差可以品嚐。

J’étais en famille et nous avions aussi invité des amis à se joindre à nous pour le dîner romantique à l’occasion de la Saint Valentin, et nous avons tous adoré le repas et l’ensemble du service. La qualité du personnel est aussi extraordinaire !

JJINGThe first time I stayed, I felt awful. Booked the business room and suite online and paid for it. It was more than 3 o'clock in the afternoon, and even said that the room had not been vacated. Waiting for an hour and a half at the front desk, only a few rooms were vacated, and the room type was still inconsistent. In this case, the front desk also said that it would have to pay $75. The plane that drove late at night, we left at 21 o'clock.

Help solve the problem; as for the lack of breakfast varieties, I think it’s okay. It’s not a big problem if you’re full. There are breads, fruits, and staple food. After all, it’s free; the food cooked by the chef is delicious, and the price is okay. It’s only 20 US dollars for a full meal. Well, no problem at all; the facilities in the guest room are a bit lacking, there is no mineral water, toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, etc. You need to contact the guest room staff. . . Overall, I felt that I was very happy staying here for two days. I recommend trying their various masalas, which taste really good. . .
