Hotel Dengan Sarapan pagi di San Salvador, El Salvador

Nadie me dijo cómo registrarme, el ascensor no pudo detectar la tarjeta de acceso y no hubo orientación. No puedo encontrar a nadie para ayudar. El ambiente y las instalaciones son buenas, pero no son una buena experiencia. 没人告诉我应该如何办理入住，电梯无法感应到门卡，也没有指引。我找不到人帮助。环境和设施都不错，就是这些没得到良好体验。

This is just a generic hotel, but I used points. Hotel has a security guard 24-7. Front desk staff speaks good English and everyone was friendly. Location is next to a mall and so the food choices are pretty much all chain restaurants. There is a grocery store about 10 minute walk away and pharmacies within 5 minutes. Room itself was a good size and was clean. Bed was comfortable and AC was good. Television has a couple English stations. Water is provided on the first day, but not on subsequent days (this should be changed). There is a fridge in the room. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Shampoo and soap provided, but no lotion or conditioner. Breakfast included coffee/tea, hot buffet items (eggs, beans, pupusas), and continental items (yogurt, fruit, cereal). Overall, this was just OK. But I was solo and wanted to be sure I was in a safe area.

Good hotel in a safe neighbourhood. Has all the facilities you’d hope for, albeit slightly dated. Rooms are decent. Hotel pool a lot smaller than expected (not for laps). Breakfast was good and service on point.

I recently reviewed this hotel via another forum for which I used to book a reservation and they replied back that in the 5 years in business and thousands of customers served, they've never received a negative comment with a hatred intent - nothing can be further from the truth as ownership should be focusing on areas of improvements so as to provided quality service to keeps customers satisfied and avoid sad words. To summarize my experience, the WIFI connectivity is terrible everywhere that I could not work on my laptop so I had to use my personal cellphone data in order to connect to the internet. The hot water was another issue as it is sporadic, and sometimes there was none especially when taking a shower. The family room, which I was giving with three beds, even though I had booked a single room when I checked in, was another blunder on their end but it was not cleaned everyday, the towels were not changed daily nor were my bed sheets ever changed during my three day stay. Breakfast is small in quantity and options are limited to what you can eat. Not sure if ownership thinks this is acceptable but running an establishment to accommodate people under these conditions, based on my experience, lacks even the basic standards of any hotel. I stayed at another hotel afterwards and more than made up for these inconveniences as this place which lacks decent amenities and ownership behavior is a total joke, even more so after responding to my review elsewhere but this is the type of behavior you would get to expect when deciding to stay here.

Un lugar perfecto para hospedarse, céntrico, seguro para caminar por el sector y con diversas opciones de restaurantes y centros comerciales en los alrededores. La atención y el servicio son excelentes. El apartamento está muy limpio, bien equipado y cómodo, siendo recomendable llevar cosas para cocinar y comer en el cuarto si se quiere ahorrar un poco de dinero. Cuenta con una cafetería y restaurante en la entrada, la comida del restaurante es rica y cuentan con servicio a la habitación, un poco elevado el precio pero la comida es abundante. El parqueo es pequeño y puede llenarse rápido por el restaurante, lo que requiere tener que mover los carros, pero si te hospedas te pueden dar un lugar solo para huéspedes.

Mi experiencia. El personal, Guadalupe, Carla, Blanca, Roxana, todos, excelente, atentos, agradables, amables y muy simpáticos. Efectivos y eficientes. Las instalaciones se podrían actualizar un poquito, en cuanto a detalles, pero, en general, bien, amplias, cómodas y limpias. El desayuno, muy bien, buena presentación, buenos alimentos y atentos en todo momento por si algo se requiere

房間乾淨，床大且睡着很舒服；早餐水果很豐富，強推；客房服務也比較好，相應更換內容比較及時；晚餐 在酒店也不錯。

Stayed for 3 nights for business. This place needs a complete renovation. Rooms are old and worn out, old and noisy AC system, chipped paint and furniture, etc. Breakfast was average at it best. Looks like this hotel was probably nice 30 years ago, but it should really close for a few years and get a full renovation.

My family and I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in San Salvador, El Salvador. The reception at the hotel by every employee was second to none. They made us feel at home immediately. From the employees at the front desk to the cooks, maids and all other employees, they were all extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. This hotel is next to an outdoor mall called La Gran Villa. Lots of restaurants and department stores (outdoor and indoor stores). This is a very safe area to walk around. Lots of security, and friendly people. We did not see any criminal element in the area. This was our first time in El Salvador and the experience was great. The Marriott is centrally located to many of the activities and landmarks in the country. I can’t emphasize how safe this area (La Gran Villa) is and how much fun it is to just hang out and enjoy a beer or some coffee at one of the many shops/restaurants.
