Staff: Very welcoming, polite, and accommodating. Room 5012: Comfortable bed, stunning balcony view, great air-conditioning, smooth WiFi connection. Amenities: There's a meeting room and restaurant just beside the reception counter. Good • Approximately 12mins walking distance to Losari Beach. • Nearby convenient store, Indomaret and Alfamart. • Nearby cafe, Republik Kopi. • Nearby places to eat, Mas Daeng, Sate Gaga, RM Bahari. Bad • The balcony door wasn't locked and unable to lock. • Toilet water at times very little pressure. • The room has a door that links to another room(501). • Toiletries not provided. I don't know how this hotel got a good rating, but something unexpected happened during my stay. It was on a Saturday late night, a group of teenagers were having party in their room(501), they were drinking and smoking in the room, making so much noise and playing loud music, the worst part was they knocked on my room door 2-3 times when I was sleeping. They were not only making noise in their room but also in the corridor, they were screaming and shouting. Probably, the counter/security personnel needs to do a patrol after 12 midnight on each floor, especially on a Saturday night, to ensure minimal noise pollution.

Kakitangan: Sangat mesra, sopan dan membantu. Bilik 5008: Katil yang selesa, bersih, penghawa dingin yang hebat, dan pemandangan tingkap kolam renang. Kemudahan: Minuman alu-aluan di lobi, kolam renang, penyewaan basikal dan lokasi yang bagus. Barang Bagus - Kira-kira 15 minit berjalan kaki ke Pantai Losari. - Terdapat kedai serbaneka di luar hotel, Circle K. - Banyak kafe berdekatan, Maxx Coffee, MyCoffee, Fireflies Coffee, Starbucks. - Lebih kurang 3minit berjalan kaki ke Pasaraya Gelael. - Sambungan WiFi lancar. - 2 botol air mineral tambah nilai setiap hari walaupun anda mempunyai baki 1 (begitu juga untuk peralatan mandian dan kopi/teh percuma). - Sabun tangan berbuih yang sejuk, dan baunya juga wangi. - TV mempunyai pelbagai saluran untuk menghiburkan anda. Perkara Buruk - Tandas dan bilik mandi dipisahkan secara pelik. - Bilik mandi tidak mempunyai rak untuk meletakkan peralatan mandian anda sendiri. - Salah satu kunci tingkap rosak sedikit dan tidak berkunci. - Ia boleh menjadi agak bising pada waktu pagi apabila keluarga dengan anak-anak menggunakan kolam renang.

Everything was great, except for the unpleasant damp smell in the building, which is why I only give 3 stars for cleanliness. So it is clean, but the air doesn’t feel clean at all. Needs refurbishing in the bathroom as well.

The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Batu. Will be back to this place soon..!!!

My stay at Four Points by Sheraton Makassar was very enjoyable. The King Room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff was friendly and quick to assist with any requests, making the experience even more pleasant. The hotel facilities, including the fitness center and pool, were well-maintained and added to the overall relaxation of the stay. Additionally, the breakfast options were diverse and delicious, with a good mix of local and international cuisine. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again!
