Hotel Dengan Sarapan pagi di Kien Giang, Vietnam

Very beautiful new hotel in Sunset Town. The room is still in new condition, clean, spacious, big tv with clear reception, individual shampoo, conditioner and bath gel in refillable bottles, US/UK power points at both bedside tables and even have 2 power points near the basin. Shower water pressure is reasonably strong. Most importantly the balcony view is very pretty as you can see the sea and the kiss bridge. Do note that the room door is heavy for big guy like me. Also, the breakfast is located in another building with short walking distance. The beakfast is pretty delicious though varieties are not the most i have before. Nevertheless, the pool view beside the restaurant is spectacular. Location is excellent as it is walking distance to the kissing bridge, cable car, kiss of the sea show, sunset town night market. Overall, highly recommended to stay 2 days here if you plan to stay in Sunset Town.

The hotel, which is around 10 years old, is located on a very narrow sandy beach and the adjacent swimming pool is completely overcrowded with loungers. Relaxation looks different, absolutely no privacy and children screaming and jumping into the water. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet restaurant is also completely overcrowded. This 5-star hotel can only be recommended to a limited extent. Apart from the bedroom and the spa area, this hotel definitely offers no opportunity for rest and relaxation. The friendly staff speaks and understands English very poorly. The hotel would be well advised to either take in far fewer guests or to carry out major expansion work. The price-performance ratio is only satisfactory.

The resort has a very large pool and a private beach, both very nice. However, it takes sometime to look for a free sun lounger. The wide selection of the buffet breakfast is definitely a plus. The room was in good condition, except there is serious leaking from the shower. The bathroom floor was half wet after shower.

I absolutely loved our time there and was reluctant to leave. I went with a one-year-old baby and the staff was super friendly and accommodating! The kid's club was our favorite place to visit and the staff there was so sweet and helpful. Breakfast is extremely busy but we loved our Pho and various meal options. Minor suggestions: The room didn't have a lot of plugs so it was somewhat inconvenient to charge our phones and I wish there were more trash cans. We purchased our bottled of water across the supermarket, but I wish there's paid option water bottles within the room. The room was very comfortable and within steps of walking distance to the grand wonder. We took the Vinbus to Safari and Vinwonder but would advise taking the buggy ride to Vinwonder since it is only 5 minutes away (end up being 50 minutes on the bus)!

The buffet breakfast is nice with variety of selection; however, the location is remote and surrounded with other resorts, if you would like to stay at the hotel most of the time, it would be fine, but if you would like to walk around, there’s nothing much nearby, only the night market and the scale is small. Vinbus #19 bus stop is near, but the schedule is not friendly, you may have to wait an hour or more for the next bus. The facility is older than expected and cleanliness to be improved. The gym room is equipped with several equipment and the pool isn’t as nice as seen in the picture. For the beach, it takes 5 mins walk and it’s nice.

If we compare this to resort; the price only differs around 2 dollars for their sea view room, but I think the breakfast and service quality greatly differs. The view from the residence sea view studio is amazing, I liked it more than the resort. On the other hand, service, cleanness, and breakfast are a lot better in the resort. The resort sea view room comes with a capsule coffee machine and has small details such as beach tote bags and umbrellas. Also, the study desk is more convenient, and the room is a little bigger. Gym is also on this side. The residence comes with a kitchen, no capsule machine, no cutlery, nothing in the kitchen. The sink makes the room smelly. The room generally was smelly. The sheets never smelt fresh for all 3 days, even though I saw them changing the sheets. I don't think they cleaned the bathtub because the insect in the picture was there for all 3 days, even if the house keeping kept cleaning. The breakfast area is a lot smaller than the resort. Also, the breakfast selection is not as wide as the resort. For example, the resort had gluten-free options and baristas to make different types of coffee. If you prefer having a good view and a sink, go to the residence. If you need convenience, go to the resort. Also, there was a BBQ option for Saturdays. I found it quite overpriced. The menu selection was very limited, even less than breakfast. We asked for mangos, but they didn't have it. The fruits included were all the cheap ones. Only one type of beer was included, and it was not from the refrigerator. I think bbq was my worst experience in the whole movenpick resort residence experience.

My stay at Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc Starbay was fantastic. The hotel is beautifully designed, with spacious and modern rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The beach and pool area were serene, perfect for relaxing. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. A great choice for a peaceful getaway!

Villa is large and clean, with a pretty big swimming pool that can actually swim. Services are good, providing an app to communicate with the staff and able to book services through it, like book buggy or in villa BBQ etc. But most of the staff need to improve their English speaking abilities, i guess only 1/3 of the staff can actually communicate with English. Other than that, it’s a very good villa.

Kerana saya mendapati bahawa ia sentiasa lebih murah daripada hotel pada tahap yang sama, saya selalu berfikir bahawa mesti ada beberapa penipuan Kali ini, saya pening kepala memilih hotel dan menempah yang ini dengan mata saya tidak menyangka akan terkejut. Kami tinggal semasa Festival Musim Bunga, dan tidak ramai orang di sana, jadi kami dinaik taraf kepada rumah pantai. Bilik ini sangat besar, dengan jakuzi dan kopi kapsul di dalam bilik, kolam renang eksklusif di tingkat bawah, dan coklat dihantar setiap hari. Terdapat dua pilihan untuk sarapan pagi, dan lembu gila di tingkat sembilan mempunyai pemandangan yang lebih baik dan lebih halus. 푸꾸옥페리 승차장과 가까이 있어, 푸꾸옥으로 가는 페리이용하기가 편리했고, 숙소바로 아래쪽에 시장이 있어 구경하고 열대과일을 사 먹기가 좋았어요. 직원들은 친절했고, 룸과 숙소 곳곳에 차를 마실 수 있게 준비되어 있는 것도 인상적이었요. 저렴하게 하루 지내기엔 적당한 곳이었던 것 같아요

Khách sạn đạt chuẩn, nhân viên thân thiện, dễ thương, sạch đẹp. Nếu có dịp mình sẽ ghé và chọn Khách sạn Phúc Ngọc là ưu tiên hàng đầu.

Cool hotel with beautiful territory. The staff is friendly. You need to drive to the hotel on a dirt road. It gets very wet when it rains. There was a lot of water in our room when we arrived and we were given a room with a direct view of the pool. The room is clean, but due to the dampness there is mold on the walls. There are a lot of mosquitoes here in the evening, close the doors as soon as you enter and close the window in the shower. It is very difficult to swim in the pool in the evening because of the huge number of mosquitoes. But the water in the pool is very warm. We arrived at the hotel in the evening and asked the staff to provide a menu, they said that there were only a few dishes left. We ordered rice, scrambled eggs and coffee. The rice was old and dried out, we did not eat it. The scrambled eggs were ok. But they did not have bread. They did not bring me coffee. The next morning we ordered coffee - very tasty.

Нашей основной целью была ночевка в городе и наутро ехать на пароме на остров Фукуок, поэтому не долго думали и выбрали отель не в центре, а прямо у паромной станции (в отель нас доставила автобусная компания). До парома 5-7 минут пешком, до центра с супермаркетами (унылые) и набережной минут 12-15. Это новый район города, все свежее, улица тихая, впрочем, через пару дней мы поняли, что в номере нет окна, поэтому было идеально тихо. Номер просторный, много места для вещей, просторная ванная, есть расходники (бритва, щетки, палочки, мыло), каждый ставят 2 бутылки воды. Есть чайник и холодильник. Несмотря на то, что в описании отель был без завтрака, каждый день кормили - или лапша, или яичница. В этом городе мы итого пробыли не один день, а три, поскольку в связи со штормом отменяли паромы на Фукуок. Транспортная компания каждый раз перебронировала билет на следующий день, а мы бронировали отель через трип ком.
