My stay at the hotel was very comfortable but I was surprised to find that the hotel does not offer a complimentary bottle of water which I think is a must for a traveler coming from far off places. I have to go outside searching for a water bottle.

房間蠻幹凈，從窗戶能看到遠處的山巒和森林，北卡的森林覆蓋率很高，空氣清新，酒店位置在高速旁，雖然離市中心很近，但還是要開車，步行不方便，周邊道路太多，服務態度不錯，稍有點怠慢。

The hotel was nice, and quiet, didn't hear doors slamming throughout the night like most hotels. Was told it was only 4 blocks from the convention center. Was actually like 10 blocks. Parking was a little over priced at $45. The valet never sent call links and it took 25-30 min to get our truck sometimes then they expected a tip as those links didn't seem to have any trouble getting through to my phone. Parking/valet would prob be my least favorite about the hotel. Breakfast was spot on! The staff were incredible in the breakfast area. Especially one lady I wish I had her name. My sone was getting over a chest cold and she made him a Honey Lemon Tea.

The room itself wasn’t bad. The TV had a couple issues but was fine otherwise. I was quite disappointed in the customer service after checking out. I stayed here with my friend for his birthday, so I brought his birthday gift (hand painted canvas that had a paper note/card tucked in the back) to the room to give to him. Unfortunately, it was left there when we checked out. I called the same day (yesterday) and was told they would talk to housekeeping and call me right back. Got no call. I called again this morning at 9:30 and got transferred to housekeeping. She said she had some items to go through and would call me back to let me know if she found it. Almost 5 hours pass by and nothing, so I called back and couldn’t get through to housekeeping. I talked to someone at the front desk, explaining that this was pretty important because I spent a lot of time on the gift and apologizing for being an inconvenience. The person acted irritated and very nonchalant and then put me on hold for nearly 30 minutes while “going to talk to housekeeping.” Also said “Well if it was on a piece of paper then they probably threw it away” even after I had previously said it was a CANVAS painting. After being on hold for so long, they came on the phone and said that they looked in the room and didn’t find anything. I asked if they had looked through the items that housekeeping mentioned before and received a rude, “Yeah that’s what I said, they looked everywhere and didn’t find anything.” I could feel them rolling their eyes through the phone. They didn’t apologize or anything of the sort at the end of the phone call, which was the least that could have been done. Very unprofessional and very bad customer service.

We stayed 2 separate nights at this hotel, once going and once coming from Florida. The first time the bathroom in our suite smelled like cigarette smoke and 2 out of 2 boxes of chocolate milk had gone bad during our breakfast. We let the hotel know and hoped for better on the way back. The second time it was sad, the sofa in the suite was ready for the dumpster and the mattresses also need replacing (me and my wife shared a bed and we sank into the middle). When we checked in I specifically asked about pool hours and the staff told us promptly that it was open from 8am to 10pm. So the next morning I get the kids up early so we can have breakfast and go for a swim only to see that the pool was temporarily closed. Needless to say we had some very disappointed kids ( which could have been avoided if the staff told me the pool was closed upon check in)…all in all 2 bad experiences and I will never ever stay here again.

I did not have e a reservation scheduled but I was able to get a room. Thanks to Wayne as he was very helpful and kind. I had a reservation at another hotel in the immediate area but checked out because they could not get the air conditioning fixed. I will use this hotel anytime I have a need to stay in the Durham area!

環境挺好的，但是洗衣服卻洗不幹凈，交個酒店洗的衣服回來居然有黃斑。

Myself and husband along with another couple stayed at the Hampton to attend a concert. Our stay was fine. The hotel had hot water issues but the front desk staff (Tony) took very good care of us. I will stay again as the breakfast ladies were very nice as well

If you live within 50 miles of the property you will not be allowed to check in and will be turned away. Nowhere does it state this as a rule or restriction when we booked and this information is also not supplied on the properties direct website. Management stated there was no exceptions to this rule and would not comment if it was due to the recent weather related disaster or keeping local mischief away. It’s also intrusive to have your address read out loud and verified in front of a packed lobby of guests. You will wait in a long line to check in with only one staff member who turned customers with new or prearranged accommodations away. We stayed one night here during the week but would have chose other accommodation had this information been revealed prior to booking which it should be as this was a time consuming hurdle. No matter why the policy is in place, it should be prior beforehand knowledge. Second floor is noisy and our room had an odor. Sheets smelt clean and room was clean. Entrance is inclined off a busy road.

Me and my husband were in town for one night saw extended stay online and took a chance. Great location friendly staff. Drexel checked me in and told me about breakfast signed me up for discounts. I really appreciate how he made me aware of what extended stay has to offer. Thanks again

機場一般都有喜來登酒店，但這家比較老舊了，一般般吧！真的也沒什麼好説的！房間比較小，唯一可以説讓人有點小驚喜的是我在酒店點了一份炸雞和沙拉送客房的那種，味道還不錯，盤頭也很大，還真的是吃不完。早餐是需要另外到下面餐廳去點餐的。

Decent hotel for just a weekend stay. The breakfast is very close to continental style minus the scrambled eggs. It's closely located to grocery stores, retail stores, gas stations, restaurants, and the highway.

Secara keseluruhan, kami menikmati penginapan kami. Lokasinya mudah untuk membeli-belah dan menjamu selera. Hotel dan bilik mungkin lebih bersih, terutamanya semasa COVID-19. Terdapat gulungan kertas tandas separuh terpakai dan tiada gulungan tambahan tersedia di bilik mandi. Sabun tangan juga tidak disediakan.

Hotel ini bersih dan kemas. Barangan sarapan dihidangkan dalam bekas yang dibungkus secara individu. Kakitangannya ramah. Kami mempunyai jiran yang sangat bising tetapi itu adalah sesuatu yang tidak dapat diharapkan oleh siapa pun. Akan mengesyorkan hotel ini.

Our entire hotel room was impeccably clean as well as the elevators and common areas in the hotel. We had a great breakfast and they were able to accommodate my dietary restrictions and food allergies. The manager, Bernadette, was friendly and helpful with suggestions on local restaurants and stores. This made for a relaxing, weekend getaway and we would definitely like to visit again!

I felt the need to say a public thank you to Tenia at the check-in. My husband and I arrived earlier than the official check-in time and immediately Tenia explained that a large group had just left and housekeeping was working hard to get rooms ready. She took our luggage and pointed out the bar and lobby area where we could hang. I was exhausted from traveling early and proceeded to the nearest couch. Within 15-20 min Tenia came over and said she had a room for us because I ”looked so tired”. Thank God she did because I proceeded to get a 2 hour nap before our work dinner this evening. I know it doesn't sound like a huge deal but waiting another 4 hours would have been grueling and made dinner not nearly as enjoyable. In this day and time when customer service seems to have been shoved to the back of line and we now celebrate ”just showing up” --Tenia went over and beyond and you can tell she values her customers and her company. She is a fantastic ambassador for the Sheraton brand.

I must say this place is amazing. The staff here is second to none. Convenient location. I highly recommend this motel to anyone. Prices right and huge rooms. I mean huge. A separate living type area separated from the bed room area. Thank you once again for a great stay. We have used this motel about 50 times in past year and half. Very convenient also to Duke medical center and university.

Clean and staff was friendly. Would come back again but has highest deposit I’ve paid for so far

We stayed here after a long day of flying back from Europe. Front desk person was OK - not particularly friendly for check in but it was later in the evening. The room was great- clean, quiet, and comfortable. We were given the hours for breakfast which we were aware was not included in the room as this was not a Holiday Express. We went in the morning to eat as it was convenient so we had a drive ahead. We were there well within the hours of serving - but there was no food out in the buffet, no one to greet us or seat us but we could hear people in the kitchen. We waited a few minutes expecting someone to come out. Did not happen so we went back to our room, collected our things, dropped our key and left. Found a restaurant near by to eat at.

I had a fantastic experience at the Renaissance Raleigh! The accommodations were clean, modern, and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making sure every detail was taken care of. But what really stood out to me was the incredible service from Dakota at valet. Every time I walked by, he greeted me by name and had me laughing with his great sense of humor. Dakota’s friendliness and ability to remember small details like my name really made the stay feel personalized. He went out of his way to assist me every time I needed something, and he’s truly the reason I’m leaving this positive review. The service he provided was outstanding, and he deserves all the recognition!
