We booked two Superior Rooms and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Family Suite by the friendly reception staff. We liked the bright and lively vibes of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice views. The hotel is conveniently situated next to the Harmonie Exchange Mall, with good restaurants. The breakfast spread was nice, with a wide selection of food. We really enjoyed our stay at the Yello Hotel Harmoni!

Layanan yang sangat baik dari pihak pengurusan Ciputra Hotel, pada mulanya kami tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan awal iaitu connecting and twin kerana musim perayaan Aidilfitri yang tinggi, namun pihak pengurusan Ciputra memberikan kami pujian yang merupakan win win solution dan kami amat menghargai dan berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan yang diberikan. Kami sentiasa mengunjungi hotel ini, kemudahan yang disediakan sangat mengagumkan, dari lokasi yang strategik di Jakarta, kedudukan yang berdekatan dengan pusat membeli-belah yang sangat digemari oleh kanak-kanak, kolam renang yang besar, selamat untuk kanak-kanak, dan sejuk pada waktu petang, dan kebanyakannya harga mampu milik.

Repeated stay, very convenient location next to Emporium shopping mall. Breakfast is chaotic though, too many guests in small breakfast area, not enough tables to cater to every guest.

I, on behalf of my husband would like to rate 1 or poor during our stay. Because of your management action during quarantine made my husband and my son 8,5 yo are separated for 14 days . You strictly refused him for taking new sample of PCR test while it is valid by current regulation. In addition your team threatened my husband if he did not want to be isolated in Harriston Hotel and preferred to choose in the 'Wisma Atlet' he Will be deported after 14 days isolation. I already Made report to the 'Satgas' team about this and they Said your team's statements were against the law. So i Will make sure to publish this issue in social media so the government can investigate your hotel and Harriston too . You guys , Shangrilla and Harriston has taken advantage of other people so badly.

Just within walking distance to the Kota Kasablanka Mall. The amenities are actually great except the shower which extremely old and leaking everywhere, please do replace it.

my wife and i stayed at the ayaka suites jl. karet pedurenan #45 recently. we LOVE this hotel!!! this was our 2nd time here. our favorite jakarta hotel, and we have stayed at many in the $20-$40/night range. ayaka suites is a GREAT value. we paid around $35/night including breakfast for a deluxe double room. 1 king bed, 30m, with refrigerator, separate bathroom with shower. the bed was very comfortable with great pillows, nice comforter(with cover). 32” tv, with about 40 channels, including 4 hbo channels. wifi was easily connected, fast and reliable. wifi worked good in breakfast area, around pool, and in lobby. our room faced south; looking toward satrio, with nice view of raffles, dbs, lotte shopping center and the rest of kunnigan. at night very pretty with all the lights in the area. there is alittle patio that u can access, from the room. we like this location. we stayed at the rasuna icon which is closer to rasuna said, and ayaka west, closer to satrio. but nice 5 minute walk to ambassador mall, 10 minutes to lotte, 8 minutes to axa, 15 minutes to plaza festival. the staff is what makes a BIG difference at ayakka. from the doormen, front desk, housecleaning, breakfast staff/restaurant, are all outstanding. the doormen have a nice uniform they wear; they all match; very professional looking. the car and pedestrian access has a circular drive for taksi, grab, private cars, etc. the cars can dropoff/pickup guest easily and then the front door/lobby is only steps away. the lobby is large and pretty. porcelain tile, woodgrained walls and front desk area. lots of sofas, chairs, tables, etc. it is very easy to feel at home here. 2 elevators; i think 8 floors. lots of rooms, i would estimate 200 rooms. breakfast buffet is probably my favorite thing about ayaka. the breakfast area/restaurant is large. plenty of places to sit. you can spreak out, away from other guests if you want. daily items include white rice, fried rice, fried eggs, waffles, bread, croissants, kopi, juice, hot tea, bubur, and fresh fruit. other items some days, fish, chicken, spaghetti. i do miss the omelet bar, that is still closed due to covid. there is seating outside near the pool and deck, where you can smoke. after a week in bangkok, we are going back later this month, before we back to u.s.

I booked the corner room for my stay, it has a killer view and the room design helped me to fully enjoy the view from different angles and I could watch the sunset. For the current price, the facilities have room for improvements, for instance the TV is still quite old and has limited channels, it would be perfect to give smart TV or maybe add more channels. It would also be great to install a rain shower for every room in addition to the existing shower now.

Semasa saya menginap, tiada tuala disediakan di bilik air, tolong sediakan esok. Kemudian malam tadi ada beberapa orang lelaki yang marah yang tidak tahu kepada siapa mereka marah, mengatakan sesuatu yang sangat kasar sehingga boleh didengari di dalam.

We enjoyed the stay at this hotel with all the facilities provided. The food for breakfast with wide spread is fabulous. I would to compliment the hotel for having beautiful people around to serve the guests especially Anisanurul whom spent to time to ensure guests are having wonderful time staying in the hotel! Thanks to Angiel who is kind to serve us at front desk!

Hotel is very nice, location just connected to plaza senayan which is very very convenient. Staff are helpful and friendly. Room is huge and clean.

Untk kbrshn dan fasilitas sdh baik cm sop custimer service ny hrs lbh ditingkatin jgn kya di hotel melati yg minim attitude

Overall is fine with location , strategic with 200m walk and have street of food. Staff is very friendly , facility such as laundry is good for long holiday traveller because we can wash our cloth. Just the breakfast selection is very less, no hot soup area. And no hot coffee machine area. Which feeling sick and wish to have something warm such as soup mee, or hot chocolate they don serve😔 Others all is fine ☺️

Hotel near to expo, but still need to take taxi, hotel offer shuttle to expo, but limited space, as only MPV, not bus. Need to take grab to expo. Hotel is clean, but breakfast just ok, not too bad or good. Beside train station, room sound insulation not so good, can hear train running on the track with the gate sound. The concierge service at basement was very good and helpful. But Check in reception slow at the lobby 1st floor.

I had a wonderful 4-day, 3-night stay at Hilton Garden Inn Jakarta Taman Palem. The hotel offered modern and comfortable accommodations, with spacious rooms that were well-maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of local and international dishes. The hotel's location in Taman Palem was convenient, providing easy access to nearby shopping and dining options. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would definitely recommend it for both business and leisure travelers visiting Jakarta.

Excellent location. It’s just 30 mins away from airport which is very reasonable, and it’s just next to a mall, where you can spend tour time, eat, or shop for anything you need

A very comfortable hotel, good service and clean room. If the breakfast can be more food, it would be much better. The street out of hotel is not that nice.

Good location Room is clean Gym - plenty equipments There is bathtub in the room - no separate shower Staff is fantastic! Wearing bikini in the pool area is ok but not comfortbable because no one wear bikini, other guest swimming with clothes. Everytime gocar go into the hotel - parking fee is 5000 even only to drop you.

everything was good, at one time the air conditioner was not cold but immediately called and it was cold until check out, spacious room, nice view, the restaurant service impressed me, I eat vegetables only and was helped by female staff dewi good job for you

Bedding is very good The meals in the morning very good the staff very very helpful. Mr richi setria was very very helpful. everyone was amazing in the samala Hotel the only problem is the government won’t let us stay here, long enough on the visas.

Good hotel with good location, pretty clean & comfortable. Good services, all the staff doing their job pretty good, very nice and warm. As for me who stay here about 10days, the food is good but sometimes there is some food that are too bland for my taste buds, also for the glass cleanliness, sometimes a little bit lacking, but overall it's good. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody. Thank you santika♡
