While I have stayed at many places in Jakarta, this was the first at this location. Our family spent two nights here an were very pleased by the place. We had a three bedroom apartment which felt huge compared to regular hotel rooms. All the rooms were large with great views of the city. The balcony is nice for some fresh air, but I would be cautious with smaller children as they may be able to climb up on the rail. The views from the master bed and bath were exceptional and I have not had a room with anything similar before. The pool and play area are large and nicely maintained. Being attached to the mall is nice if you want to eat out, go shopping, or buy groceries. You don't really need to leave the complex if you don't want to. One the negative side, the connection to the mall has stairs which is a small issue for strollers or people with mobility issues. Also the kitchen is not really stocked with some basic cleaning supplies.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aston Priority Simatupang during my visit to Jakarta, and I must say, it was a delightful experience overall. The breakfast buffet at the on-site restaurant was a feast for the senses, offering a wide variety of both local and international dishes. Additionally, the hotel's bar served a fantastic selection of cocktails, providing a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. Aston Priority Simatupang boasts impressive amenities that cater to both business and leisure travelers. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my exercise routine during my stay. The rooftop swimming pool provided a refreshing escape from the city heat, accompanied by breathtaking views of Jakarta's skyline. One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, every staff member was genuinely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any requests made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The hotel's location is ideal for business travelers due to its proximity to the business district, but it's also well-suited for leisure travelers looking to explore Jakarta. There are shopping malls, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby, offering convenience and a taste of the city's vibrant culture. If I were to offer one area for improvement, it would be the Wi-Fi connectivity, which occasionally experienced minor disruptions during my stay. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience. In conclusion, my stay at Aston Priority Simatupang was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of stylish accommodations, outstanding service, and convenient location made it an excellent choice for my visit to Jakarta. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable stay in the city.

the best attributes are location and price. reasonable price in a prime location, 2 large malls within walking distance. The area is also relatively safe, plus a McD in the same building should you have midnight cravings or early morning hunger However as a business hotel (no facilities) there are a lot to improve - already indicated there are no windows, so good for short stay - Cleanliness needed improving as we found small cockroaches inside the bathroom and one even crawled up the bed - wifi speed was terrible, borderline unusable - room partition was terribly thin, you can hear the conversations from the other rooms (even noises of **********, if that's you thing)

The only word I can use about here is ”Superb” -we had a bad experience at Grand Tropic so checked out after 15 minutes -then came here -yes a bit expensive but worth every penny/cent -Lady on reception -sorry dont remember her name was superb -apartment really just great -was six or seven of us -apart from me all Indonesian-I was concerned about no pork etc. as all Muslim -no problem at breakfast the Restaurant Manager just a great guy -yes we waited a bit as was busy but first day 6 then seven second day totally acceptable -but he really went out of his way to make us happy -I have lived in Asia 18 years just dont eat rice much -but asked for 'nasi Goreng” for my friends -and ended eating myself was great superb taste -kudos to Chef -but Restaurant Manager and team were just superb -Restaurant Manager -just knows how to deal with foreigners and Indonesians in a seamless fashion -=wont mention his name -you find out!

Great location. The hotel is currently under renovation, so one restaurant is down and the other is quite small. The best thing about this hotel is the variety in breakfast options. Other than that, the bed and pillows are quite firm, too firm for my liking. The rooms are old and could need a proper deep cleaning. The couch and bench were full of stains and quite dirty. Wifi worked well, and the hotel Had plenty of restaurants nearby.

The facilities and the food is good. The location is great in the center of Jakarta. The room is very clean. When i enter my superior room, there was a smoke smell, after reporting to the front office then they move me and upgrade to deluxe room

For the price offered, no complaints. Surprisingly was quite when checking in. Realised in the evening it might due to the construction of train line. Short cut to Gajah Mada Plaza but it's a pretty small and limited options. Newly renovated mall and some F&B options. Unfortunately no cafe. For a stopover, should be fine but near with heavy traffic from the Airport.

Used the meeting room to host my team for business planning and discussion and it was very conducive. Service was good and snacks are provided. Highly recommend to business travellers who are looking for a place to stay not too far from the airport.
