Great value, nice hotel generally clean, just a little old. Very kind and helpful staff. Just 1 thing to take note that it's beside a cemetery so stay here only if you're not superstitious. But overall good experience.

This property still good for us to stay, the bfast was amazing & all staffs was friendly since we arrive till we leave. One thing that U could make it more better is try to fix/maintain some small damage inside the room such as wall paper, smoking burn mark & Carpet. As I mentioned above, good place to stay. You get what you paying for. Technically no window, humid, smells funky. It is however clean enough, with ac. A place to take a shower and a nap.

Beberapa kali nginap disini..makanan lumayan enak tp pas kita nginap makan tdk prasmanan jd kurang memuaskan...gedung n dekor .sofa. sudah lama perlu di renovasi biar tambah nyaman krn bangunan lama..

Despite the excellent front desk staff, clean and comfortable room and location, the corridor on level 29 had an overpowering smell of smoke that seeped into my unit. After informing the front desk of the scent, housekeeping placed a deodoriser along the corridor. Unfortunately, the smell was still lingering along the corridor and our unit. It is very disappointing that a well-known international brand still offers smoking rooms, ruining an otherwise enjoyable experience. I hope the hotel management will look into this matter, as smoking in air-conditioned rooms is harmful to health.

Staffs were friendly and check-in process was smooth. Room was clean. Hotel is located near World Capital Tower and embassy offices, walking distance. Limited car parking space, but parking staff was very helpful. Highly recommended to stay for those who visiting embassy offices.
