I have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.

I already stayed in this hotel several times and can recommend it for business trips. The staff was friendly as always, they can speak English, I like the environment with many small restaurants, and there is a coffee beans on F1 for breakfast (if you prefer western style breakfast with bagles)

The location was a little far from the nearest metro stations (juyeop and daehwa) but there were bus services with bus stops just a 3-5mins walk away from the hotel. Love the room, it was very clean and spacious. The pillow and bed were comfortable. I slept very well on all 3 nights. Despite being far from the metro stations, the area was close to a few shopping malls like Onemount and hyundai department store which had good shopping and food options. There was also a Starbucks right next to the hotel and a local mall with good brunch options right opposite the hotel. The staff were helpful and they told me that there was an airport limosine (bus 5600) that I could take from the bus stop in front of the hotel and advised me on the bus timings. It really saved me a lot of inconvenience trying to naviagate my way to incheon airport using the metro. Would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in goyang.

I'm in Korea for work and so am travelling on my own, and I couldn't be happier with my choice to stay at Aura Hotel. I felt very safe, and the quality of the room and amenities felt far superior to the price paid - I'm certain back home this would cost into the triple figures per night. It felt like absolute luxury. My double room included an absolutely huge corner bathtub, a separate waterfall shower, a huge 60” TV with access to Netflix and an Android box (I have a USB stick of movies which I was able to plug in and play), a computer, a refrigerator which was stocked with 3 bottles of water, a tinned fruit juice, and a cold coffee every day, an armchair with table, and the softest bed I've ever slept in. I had to extend my stay to 12 days total, and I didn't want to leave. It's 5 minutes walk from the subway station which is on Line 4 with direct access into Seoul if needed - this took just over an hour. There's lots of restaurants nearby and several convenience stores and a large Daiso, if you need more substantial shopping then Jungang is a single train stop away or a 20ish minute walk. I was happy with the location as it was close enough to everything I needed, but quiet enough to still be peaceful.

It’s a good hotel but the service at the counter can be better as well as the pool service. You’re only allowed to use the pool during selected hours and even if there is no one there they will tell you to leave. Also I asked to book a bus trip back to the airport and I got the worst seat. She could have asked me which seat do I prefer.

リムジンバス乗り場から近いのがよい。 部屋は広くて快適。 冬場だからオンドルで床があたたかかった。 バスルームがガラス張りなのは、人によっては困ると思う。 周りには食べる店も多く、市内を走るバス乗り場も近く、 地下鉄も近い。 この辺りに用事のあるひとには立地は最高だと思う。 今回は利用しなかったが、チェックアウト後にリムジンバス乗り場まで車で送ってくれるサービスがあるみたい。 参考までに。

Bilik penginapan dibentangkan dalam bentuk cincin. Jika anda tinggal di dalam bilik di dalam gelanggang, anda hanya boleh melihat struktur tiruan yang dibina di tengah bangunan di luar tingkap, dan anda tidak dapat melihat pemandangan luar. Jika anda ingin tinggal di dalam bilik dengan pemandangan luar, saya fikir adalah lebih baik untuk menyatakan terlebih dahulu.

Did not use any facilities as only checked in at evening and checked out early morning next day. Service wise was good in terms of checking in time taken. Room is very much aged but for the pricing it is worth it. Good thing about the hotel is that there is a 7-11 right below the hotel linked to the lobby and so it was very convenient.

연초부터 출장이었음 진작에 알았더라면 주변 호텔들 절대절대 안 가고 고민 1도 없이 연간 장기투숙 했을텐데 출장 끝나갈 때 알게 되서 넘나 화남 ㅜㅜ 주변 호텔들에 더 비싸게 투숙했는데 담 기회가 있다면 숙박비 더 내더라도 JS부티크호텔 가겠음 시설과 물품 진짜 깨끗하고 좋음 다림질한듯한 가운과 수건, 새 거 같은 침구, 실내용과 화장실용? 구분된 슬리퍼 배치(화장실이 현관에 있었는데 다른 호텔들이 실내 문 닫아도 곰팡이 하수구 냄새나는 거를 여긴선 원천봉쇄), 방음 잘 되고, 실내공기 좋고, 온수 콸콸(무슨 온천수인줄, 샤워부스랑 욕조 따로 있음. 출근땐 샤워부스 사용하고 찬바람 맞고 퇴근후엔 욕조 사용 강추), 건조하지 않으면서도 아늑한 따뜻한 난방, 대형TV, 작아도 들어갈 건 다 들어가는 냉장고, 진짜 뭐 하나 나무랄데 없음. 굳이 하나를 꼽자면 노트북 작업하기엔 테이블이 작고 낮은데 룸마다 다른진 몰겠음 조식도 좋다고 하던데 룸컨디션 보면 괜찮을 거 같고 못 먹어봐서 아쉬움 1년 내내 왠만한 호텔 다 가봤는데 집같은 느낌이었고 만점 보다 더 점수를 줘야 한다고 봄 사람들 많이 갈까봐 소문내고 싶지 않은 완전 좋은 호텔임 만족만족대만족!!

Located across the street from the closest airport bus stop. Rooms aren’t as modern as other hotels in the area but the bed was very comfortable and no loud noises to be concerned with after hours. Check in and check out were very easy. There is also an express check out drop box if you don’t want to interact with anyone.
