Hotel Pet Friendly di Lombardy, Italy

Everything was almost okay during my stay. However, I faced an issue with the charging port. I had come from London, and my plug was not compatible with the socket in the room. Unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the issue that same day, so I had some difficulty. The next day, the problem I sorted. I especially want to mention Leonardo, who truly tried his best to help at his level. John was also very supportive and kind. Overall, I left with a smile. Special thanks to both of them — especially Leonardo — for his amazing service and genuine effort to assist

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and the shuttle was very helpful. Room was clean but located near the elevator and an alarm went off in the middle of the night. I had a simple dinner at restaurant (chef’s choice ravioli and aperol spritz), but 2 hours later was so dizzy I could barely stand or sleep. I managed to check out at 5:00am but was very ill and had to vomit in the airport. The dizziness lasted the whole day and it was quite terrifying. I cannot say it was caused by the restaurant food, but the other travelers in my party who didn’t eat there were fine. It was a traumatic experience I hope to forget.

Несмотря на удалённость от Термы, местоположение отличное - 50 мин приятной прогулки по центральной улице или набережным. Тихий район. Очень вкусный завтрак из свежих продуктов. Есть парковка. Приятный гель для душа не сушит кожу. За такой прайс лучше не найти. Замечательные отзывчивые администраторы

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and it was not so good that we expected. First of all we were provided with the number on the 2d floor right next to the kitchen room. The staff started the preparation for the breakfast at about 6 am and we heard all the corespondent noise, and moreover at 7am ppl joined and the noise started getting louder :). But everything would be ok if the night club was not located right on the first floor, all nights from 9pm until 4am we listened the club deep house etc :) and you have only 2 hours to sleep before the breakfast party :) So, to summarize, in case you plan to stay at this hotel be sure you’re not on the second floor ;) P.S. there’re no fridge and drinking water in the rooms, in case it’s important for you ;)

WORK IN PROGRESS...la gestione è cambiata e qualcosa è stato migliorato, anche se la struttura ha decisamente bisogno di un restyling. Soggiornato più volte per impegni sportivi, per la qualità/prezzo è sufficiente. Camera pulita, ma migliorabile. Colazione ok, da migliorare per scelta frutta fresca e macedonia. Personale gentile e disponibile. Purtroppo manca una colonnina di ricarica per auto elettriche.

Exceptionally close walking distance from Milano Centrale, overall it’s convenient and with a small grocery store just around the corner. But I feel like this area is less safe as some people are wandering and just standing on the street. (IMO I feel Via Napo Torriani area is safer) Other than this, the room is spacious, minimal & clean, and the bed was comfy enough too. The hotel provided free luggage storage for the day check in & out, and kudos I was able to early check in too. Overall still a pleasant stay. (Picture was taken by the time I checking out)

I stayed there two times already. Extremely close to the Milano Central station to perfect for its purpose inside the central station that are various supermarkets and small shopping mall and a very nice food market and the place is very nice.

A fabulous , clean and friendly hotel. We were greeted by Irena who was lovely and friendly during check in and made excellent recommendations of where we could have an evening meal and a drink. They had read our message about spending the night there celebrating a 60th birthday and had a fabulous room ready with a glass of fizz, chocolates and a scrolled birthday  message from the hotel staff which was really appreciated. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and delicious - I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location, lovely hotel and friendly and caring staff.

Wij waren op doorreis. Fantastisch familiehotel waar de tijd even heeft stil gestaan en de gast op de 1e plaats staat. Heerlijk ontbijt en top locatie. Een aanrader. Nadeel dat de douche voor iemand van 1.95 erg krap is!

Great staffs. Friendly and helpful. Limited parking on side hotel. But there is public parking near by. Location is close to the city center. 15-20 minutes walking distance. The bed is too soft.
