Hotel Pet friendly di Missouri, United States

We picked this place for price and location. We didn’t expect to wake up to a broken hose on the toilet and all of our clothes soaked. They did give us a plastic bag to put wet clothes in… but no offer of even a partial refund.

Nota istimewa ialah Akuarium Saint Louis yang serba baharu. Ia berbaloi dengan harga yang anda luangkan masa anda. Anda boleh tergesa-gesa dalam sejam, tetapi belanjakan sekurang-kurangnya 2- 2-1/2 jam dan ambil masa s-l-o-w-l-y.

We had a great time staying at the hotel. The staff were welcoming, nice, and very helpful! When my daughter could not find the bus stop and missed a bus, the front lady helped her so calmly to get an Uber, so that she was able to be on time. We really appreciate her perfect judgment. The hotel is close from the Metro, and located right across the beautiful library and within the walking distance to the Arch and the Union Station.

We have stayed with Drury before, but different locations in St. Louis. This was our first time at the Arch location and won't be our last! Absolutely wonderful customer service. Best kickback yet! My son had a wonderful experience hitting up the Market for a late snack and the associate was soooo nice! They had microwaveable pizza and candy, perfect! Will Absolutely stay here again.

They did not clean my room for the whole stay. There was spiders in the room... I saw about 3 spiders and 2 flies. The 2 queens bedroom is a big size. But overall cleanliness was not great. Otherwise hotel is a great location in Saint roberts. about 10 mins away from Fort leonardwood entrance.

Breakfast was ok for me, great for my husband. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.

I had nothing but the best experience here. I booked online through a 3rd party, but when I called and talked to the front desk lady, she was extremely nice and made sure I had a room on the lower level due to mobility issues. I will definitely come back as soon as I can. I was also able to bring my small dog with me, which was even better.
