Deposit 2000PHP diperlukan semasa daftar masuk dan dikembalikan semasa daftar keluar. Uncang teh dan kopi tidak disediakan di dalam bilik. Cawan, cerek, peti sejuk, kit pergigian, sabun, pengering rambut, syampu dan gel mandian serta tuala disediakan. WiFi percuma. Simpanan bagasi disediakan. Lobi yang sangat bagus dan luas. Terdapat sebuah restoran di seberang lobi. Kakitangan yang sangat mesra dan membantu.

Location is good, room is clean, staffs are friendly and approachable, but breakfast quality is rather disappointing and not many choices, no air-con in the gym and treadmills are out of service, was there one night but was told to leave as the gym had to close early before 7pm, can't exercise much................

We were able to check-in earlier. However the first room we got had leaking aircon so we asked for a transfer. The transfer was done immediately. The staff were very active and accommodating. We also requested for pots and pans for cooking and they gave it to us right away. Service here is really good despite old facilities especially the bathroom. The bathroom had drainage smell but could be masked by the air freshener they gave us. Hehe

The room we had was so clean and the breakfast buffet was very nice. I sent my special request for a room with a view and they gave us a room with a great view! The service was very nice, the staff are all very friendly and accommodating. My husband and I had a great time. The only downside were the parking garage was confusing because there were no signs that can lead us to the exit. The amenities like the elevators were also a bit old and when we tried to go to our floor (30th flr), from the top flr, its not allowing us to go there so when we realized what was going on, had to stop to the 29th flr and use the emergency exit to go to our floor. No biggie but i would like to see more signs in the future to avoid this incident. Overall, we will come and visit again. :)

Very near the shops and clean. Staffs are okay too but we are not just happy that we werent allowed to take our free breakfast upon checkin because we are checking out very early on the 3rd day.

I gave it a three for cleanliness because the toilet had a very strong sewage smell. I was told this was ”normal” but okay. The location is great and lots of bars and restaurants around, and only 30 min to the large shopping mall. Overal I was happy with the stay and would recomend this to my family or friends.

Friendly staff, overall customer service was good. However, they have thin walls and we can hear noise coming from their pantry around 2-3am. Also, we can hear sounds of car and motor passing by. Not the best place to stay when you want some quiet time.

At first, I was dissapointed to the room given to us - No view, at the corner location which was super dimmed. I immediately requested for us to be transferred and I was given another room by 4pm. I emailed our room two room reservations a month prior my booking so I am not expecting that my requests were not granted. However, I really appreciated their kind gesture of transferring us to a room with view and giving me complimentary birthday cake.

I could say, one of the best hotels in the heart of Makati. I love the ambiance of their swimming pool at the roof top (seeing all the beautiful city lights at night), plus the amazing buffet breakfast we had on the next day. Truly won't disappoint.

From the entrance of the lobby I like how the guard approached me and my kid. I forgot to get his name to commending. Front desk JOY is nice she did not hesitate to offer a crib since I have a 1 year old kid. The next day before we checked out, we had a breakfast in Spice. I was not able to get the name again of the young guy in café section. He offered me a latte which I love to start my morning. My family enjoyed staying in this place. We have not visited the pool and roof deck coz we only stayed over night but will definitely go back here! Thank you Trip.com for your employees privilege to experience this kind of vacation.

We booked to stay here for Christmas. We chose it for its close proximity to Greenbelt malls. I booked 3 rooms and asked for the rooms to be adjoining but the best they managed to do was that we were all on the same floor. It was a busy period so this is understandable. There are many other places to stay in the area which are cheaper and if we ever stay in a hotel for Christmas again, we will seek cheaper accommodation because we were hardly in our room. The breakfast had fantastic selection. Staff were lovely and we appreciated that they also employed staff who are hard of hearing–– they opened the door for us and were prepared with a list of places guests might want to go to so that they can direct. Hotel hardware n facilities a bit old, location is good nearby the green belt and close to malls that connecting to most of the places Plenty food options. But, the Japanese restaurant in the hotel is very expensive (2 people 160USD) and food is not fresh. Diarrhea and vomit after the meal. Do not recommend.

Had the studio room for one. Better than most hotels as they have a kitchenette which includes a sink with water filter, microwave, and induction oven. Really nice to have the water filter as you don’t need to go out and get water bottles.

Excellent service. The maintenance crew were kind enough to move us to a different floor after calling front desk about the smell of paint entering our room and the entire floor due to the next door maintenance works. Rooms are very clean and I chose this hotel because it has very convenient access to the shopping mall and the airport. The pool area looks nice from above but at close, I feel like a landacape designer can uplift its tropical ambiance further. It seems there are as much rugged-looking concrete grey texture as the garden green. Food and drinks was great at the pool bar. We had pizzas and mocktails.

Everyone was very nice! Everyone always said hello whenever they saw you. We had mangos that we wanted to peel so we asked for a knife and they actually peeled the mangos for us and even boxed it up at no cost. The gym is pretty nice too and security was amazing at helping out my cousin who got a little too tipsy from a night out in town. I would definitely recommend this hotel and also a good location!

We were little upset as they have charged me for early check in about 2550 for 5 hours and after that I have to change the room twice and no good one with no TV cable working at last given the comfortable room after 5 hours. Overall everything was fine. As we both are senior citizens there was trouble for check in time rest okay.

This hotel is adequate, but slightly overpriced vs. competition. While they have updated the lobby in recent years, from what I can tell there has been little effort to update guest rooms, which are dated vs. other 5 star properties like the Westin. The one differentiating factor this hotel previously had was a great breakfast buffet served in the Pacific Lounge on the 21st floor with floor to ceiling windows that gave a sweeping view of the skyline and the bay. It was carpeted with cushioned club chairs and those soft surfaces absorbed noise and the overall experience was a great way to start your day compared to the crowded and loud breakfast buffets at other 5 star hotels. Well someone decided to spend a lot of money to destroy that experience. They have opened a new restaurant on the first floor that is loud, crowded and gives you a view of 7-11 across the street instead of the bay. I spoke to the GM about this, so he already knows my opinion, but what continues to strike me is his point that the Pacific Lounge is “a premium space” - yes Sir, that’s true and previously it was one that virtually all your guests got to enjoy which is exactly why it was THE difference maker for this hotel. I came back thru Manila for a night on May 15 and was going to try the Sheraton one more time, but it was fully booked. Instead I stayed at the Westin for less money. There was no comparison- the Westin’s rooms have a much higher end finish, their food was better, and the service there was far superior like being provided a welcome drink and the Manager sending fruit to my room with a welcome note. The Sheraton Manila Bay is no longer on par with Manila’s best hotels

We stayed at Winford overnight to celebrate my brother's birthday. I could say it was a very nice experience. When we arrived, the room was already available. I even requested for a room on a higher floor and they gave me a good one. The ambience and lighting fixtures were really nice and the waiting area with sofa as well. We stayed at an Executive Suite. The room was also nice. It had a bath tub, separate shower and 2 wash basin. There is also another toilet upon entry but with watercloset and wash basin. The view was also nice though its more of houses and the rizal mountains. The pool size has a good size and not crowded and also heated. We had dinner at the poolbar since they have Acoustic band playing on saturdays. The service was a bit slow since there were lots of people and the food came from the ****** kitchen. Also, they do not accept room charging if it exceeds the 2k deposit. First time to experience this, good thing my brother brought his wallet. Food and liquor was good too. For breakfast, they also have a good selection however they do not have bacon :( sad. Nonetheless, the breakfast experience was good as well. They also sent a birthday cake for my brother. Check-out was fast too. One downside is the parking area which was on the 7th floor. It was a round swirl going up or down and caused us to be dizzy. Overall, i recommend this hotel. It is not very high-end but the service and people are good and facilities are nice. P.S. We were not able to go to the ****** as we have a kid with us.

Das Hotel ist ca. 8 KM vom Flughafen entfernt und empfiehlt sich, wenn man einen Tag in Manila verbringen muss, wegen der Weiterreise. Taxifahrer haben gewöhnlich Probleme, das Hotel zu finden. Aber dank Google Maps geht's dann doch. Das Hotel liegt mitten im extrem geschäftigen China Town. Es gibt kleine indoor Märkte mit extrem billiger China Ware, aber auch größere und teurere Malls. Aber, abends wenn die vielen Läden dicht machen, wird es sehr schnell ruhig. Zum Hotel: Alles funktioniert prima, die Aircon, der Tv, Dusche, Frühstück wird ins Zimmer gebracht. Und es ist absolut ruhig. Probleme gabs bei der Taxibestellung morgens. Grab App funktioniert nicht richtig, sehr langes Warten. Absolute Empfehlung für Leute, die Spass an China Business haben und gerne richtige Schnäppchen machen wollen, dazu aber auch die Nerven haben. Uns hat es jedenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Rainer Karin
