My sister and I booked a 1-night stay from December 31 to January 1, but we didn't receive the room we reserved. Although we had a room with a window, it lacked a city view. Additionally, the pool area was not as spacious as expected, and there was no rooftop or overlooking area for the fireworks display. The hotel offers a generous breakfast selection, though there can be long queues, especially during holidays or peak seasons. Its proximity to the airport makes it highly recommended for travelers with early flights. Overall, we found the experience satisfactory and might consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

I can barely remember how many times I've stayed in this place. OUR FAMILY LOVES VALERO SUITES! We celebrated Easter here, my Birthday, and this year -- Christmas Eve! The Twin room 1 bedroom suite is really HUGE! 4 of us can sleep in the beds. Then all our relatives who visited have enough place to roam around and to sit in. KITCHEN - not usable. there's a fridge but you can't cook in here. There's a free water heater too, coffee and utensils. BEDROOM - 2 beds. BATHROOM - shower only. no bath tub but complete with comb, brush, etc all toiletries you need + BIDET! YES! DINING AREA - has a 4 seater table . LOCATION - A lot of commercial areas and restaurants nearby. There are 3 convenience stores that are just 2-3 minutes walk away from the building. Every holiday they have freebies too. Last easter we got a pack full of candies for my kid and a photo with the easter bunny. Then this time, we had super yummy home-made Christmas cookies! VALERO SUITES NEVER FAIL TO AMAZE ME!

I checked in around 2:45 AM, and from the start, the receptionist was unfriendly and did not provide a warm welcome. I had booked a room with a city view, but when I opened the curtains, I was shocked to find a view of the parking ramp instead. When I called the receptionist to inquire about this, her explanation—that the hotel was fully booked—was unacceptable, as my reservation clearly specified a city view. Additionally, the room itself had an unpleasant odor and was poorly maintained. Essential items like paper towels were missing, and the paper provided on the table resembled scratch paper, which is not what I expected from a hotel of this standard. Overall, I felt that my stay did not provide the value for money.I hope the management takes these issues seriously to improve the experience for future guests.

iM hotel is a midern hotel located smack in.the middle of Makatai and its very handy to bars restaurants malls and Makatis night life. The rooms are a good size with a desk, a sofa, a large bed, and some good views across Makati and Manila from the upper floors. There's a bar fridge, a safe, tea & coffee making facilities and a large LCD TV with a reasonably good selection of English speaking channels. There's an outdoor swimming pool and bar and a rooftop restaurant with some great views over Makati. The beds are comfortable, and the shower is a decent size, and the water pressure is reasonable but could be a lot better. I encountered some minor problems during my stay, but thanks to the professionalism and expedient handling of the matters by management, these issues were resolved quickly, which I am thankful for. I would have no problem recommending this hotel or returning here again

The room was clean, and its location was ideal, being close to all the areas I wanted to visit. I'd like to rate their service as more than excellent. The staff were incredibly accommodating, from the entrance guards who genuinely helped us with our luggage to the team that assisted us in booking a Grab car. The guards even kindly told us to wait inside, shielding us from the heat, and offered to call us when the car arrived, asking only for the plate number. What struck me most was the warm hospitality displayed by all staff members, who consistently greeted us with happy faces. Their simple smiles made my stay truly special and peaceful. ❤️ One suggestion I have for improvement is to provide an iron in each room or make it easily accessible for guests. This would be a convenient addition, especially for travelers who need to iron their clothes. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel and appreciate the exceptional service provided by the staff.

Everything is ok as ive been here 2nd time now .. wha bi like here is the location ..with easy access on foods.. groceries.. everything coz its in baclaran.. and with free transpo servive also to MOA. Casino and live band is what i also like here..

and while the experience had its positives, there were some areas of concern. The towels were not changed and looked old, which was unacceptable. Using the shower area is unsafe as it seemed poorly designed. the water container provided in the room was messy, which was disappointing. It would be much better if the hotel could provide bottled water instead for convenience and hygiene. Another issue was the noise level. The sound from outside was quite disruptive, indicating poor ventilation or insulation. It made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep so now like someone laughing loudly and opening the door is truly making me awake, reason I have time to leave a review. For a hotel advertised as five-star on your website, this was far from a five-star experience—especially for someone like me who enjoys staycations. It absolutely did not meet expectations. These issues need improvement for a better guest experience.

Staff are all friendly, they gave us complimentary room upgrade and a late check out. Bed is comfy, restroom is clean and water pressure is good. Considering the rate they offer and excellent customer service, it’s really a great hotel to stay in Makati Avenue and/or Poblacion area.

The most affordable luxury hotel you could get in Makati! Room is clean, room service kindly changes our bed and pillow sheets every 2 days. Breakfast buffet served is amazing and they always switch up the menu. I really appreciate the water dispenser that they have put in the hallway! The gym they have is great with essential equipment and the pool is nice with extra towels provided. Also to mention, the view is breathtaking!

Love staying at New World Makati. Already my 3rd time. Just across Greenbelt 3. Walking distance to Landmark. Shops and restaurants are very accessible. Clean and safe with courteous staff. Variety of food at breakfast.

Loved our experience at MDR ❤️ Booked an overnight stay with my son and requested a SIMPLE surprise for him at the room, and yes, THEY MADE IT HAPPEN without confirming nor declining my request. LOVED THE INDOOR POOL because it’s only 4ft and it’s the perfect depth for him without me worrying cos I did not swim 😄 Breakfast was GREAT! We chose the continental bfast buffet but I think they have a filipino buffet also at the 4th floor. LOVED the choices too. Staff were VERY accommodating, polite and friendly. There was a power interruption at 10am until check out but it was fine.

We last stayed in this hotel more than 20 years ago. It is a great location, central to shopping malls and restaurants, cafes, bars etc. The hotel is first class, same as it was all those years before. The staff were lovely, well spoken, very professional. The swimming pool, hot tub, cold plunge pool, jacuzzi, steam room all great! The buffet breakfast is more like a feast for kings and queens! Great variety, including international fare e.g. Japanese, Indian, oriental and western food. It was exceptional. My wife misplaced her purse with valuable jewellery. We asked reception and they found it for us. It had been handed in by a security guard. We gave the guard a generous reward for their honesty. Loved our stay and we will return.

With a children's playground in the breakfast room and a huge pool outside, this hotel is family-friendly. The breakfast was overwhelming with the variety of items! The pancakes are my favorite.

Hotel staff was professional, kind and helpful. Amazing buffet breakfast, one of the best in Manila. Useful free shuttle to moa. Our only disappoinment was the room cleaning: no floor cleaning, no bedsheets change for 5 nights, found a couple cockroaches inside the room.

Nice hotel good room with balcony looking over the golf course my only concern the club lounge only served whyte mackay whisky as i have stayed in many marriott hotels which serve chivas regal or black label Marriott Manila stop your penny pinching and serve decent whisky which customer pay for in the price of a club room its ashamed i wont stay at the Marriott Manila again i feel cheated and robbed .

As usual staff, security and attendant are all impressive and helpful! They made sure that we are comfortable and easy during arrival and departure in their hotel. Superb customer service!!! I booked a stay for my family from Friday to Sunday, with 2 rooms at the hotel. I called ahead to inform them that they would be arriving late since they were coming from the province. Although the hotel was expected to be busy due to the weekend the staff was accommodating and everything went smoothly. The breakfast buffet was tempting, with a wide variety of delicious food, the pool was clean and the gym was inviting because it was well-maintained and didn’t smell of sweat. This is our family trip for Chinese new year. First time to Manila and this hotel made exceptional service. Cafe serves great coffee (espresso with cocoa) and cakes we tried while waiting for check-in. There even have an indoor basketball court beside cafe you can view from hotel entrance. Great spread international buffet breakfast which they change menu eg noodles and sushi. Will be back to stay in this hotel..

The location is average, next to the Lucky China Mall, and the facilities are relatively old. The waiters are very friendly, shopping downstairs is convenient and relatively safe, overall good.
