This was our first time staying here and it definitely exceeded out expectations. The service was wonderful! We were treated very kindly by the staff and are especially thankful for Ms. KiKi for helping us out! Food was also great as well as the location. Highly recommended!

看完星海廣場噴泉來的，佈置得非常温馨舒適。床品柔軟乾淨，讓人一夜好眠。設施設備一應俱全，酒店的位置也非常便利，周邊交通便捷，出行無憂。而且附近還有很多燒烤和飯店， 總之，這家酒店無論是硬件設施還是軟件服務都堪稱一流。強烈推薦給大家，下次出行我還會選擇這裏。

The staff at the front desk were really kind and English was also comfortable. The room was spacious enough and comfortable, especially with a bidet in the bathroom. However, I stayed on the 10th floor, but it was a little disappointing that the room with a bad view of the building in front was blocked, and I turned on the heating, but the cold wind kept coming out, so I asked for a separate heater, so it was less cold. Hotel facilities such as saunas and restaurants in the hotel have great convenience like a global brand five-star hotel, especially because it is located in the center of the city, so it was very convenient wherever you went. The hotel was famous, so the taxi drivers quickly found the location and arrived quickly. I am thinking of using it again when I come to Dalian next time. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

This is the second time I come to this hotel, and the experience was the same as the first time: comfortable location, good amenities, clean accommodation, and pleasant service. I recommend this hotel.

We stayed in this hotel as a couple for 4 days during Chinese national day holiday. We booked east wing rooms and the room decorations is a bit old but room is very comfortable and big. Hotel location is great and only 10 minutes walk to Zhongshan Square and subway. There is lots of restaurants and shopping malls near hotel. The breakfast is not very reach in Western foods.

I had a fantastic stay at Guoshi Hotel in Dalian. The location is superb, just a quick 5-minute drive from the conference center, making it incredibly convenient for business travelers. Additionally, the hotel is close to several popular tourist attractions, allowing for easy exploration of the city during downtime. The drop off street is narrow, but the driver can still drop you off at the entrance. The staff was exceptional—always friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any requests. They allowed us to use the conference room and a late check out. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I would have loved coffee in my room, but they have a coffee machine at the lobby. I recommend Guoshi Hotel for anyone visiting Dalian, whether for business or leisure. It's the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and outstanding service!

The hotel is strategically located right in front of Huai Yuan Men and the metro station is just across the road. It is very convenient for travellers. The hotel provides an unlimited supply of drinking water.

I liked this hotel because it locats in the centre of the city, subway station is a few minutes walk. It is so convenient to get around in the city. The room size is ok, and the carpets are a bit of worn-out. I liked the swimming pool, it made my stay a lot better and no bath in the bathroom was not relevant anymore.

The room was nice however overall this hotel was below our expectations in a few ways, given the price paid. 1) The check in process took 15 minutes and was quite frustrating with repeated questions. We are foreigners (but speak Chinese), so our passports had to be registered, however the steps could have all been done by taking a photo of our passport rather than us standing there after a long journey. It would also be better if they could have just asked us to sit down to wait, or told us approximately how long this process would take. 2) There are only two slow lifts servicing the entire building, with the amenities and reception floor on level 26, which is on a separate floor to all of the guest rooms. During peak times we waited a long time for lifts. 3) There are not enough laundry machines (only 2 washers and dryers) and we had to wait every time. 4) The gym is too basic. No weights, mats or aircon. 5) the daily housekeeping is not comprehensive. We were out of tissue paper for 4 out of the 5 days we stayed, and the rubbish was not always cleared.

This is an honest review that is not meant to dissuade anyone but to offer a thorough unbiased review. My opinion of New World before my stay was that it was a 5 star hotel, it certainly wasn't horrible, but after my stay and comparing to other Dalian hotels in its league that I've stayed in, think it doesn't fit the bill for a 5 star hotel. I can't complain about the service, Check in was swift and we got a free room upgrade and spa coupons, but the hotel room carpet was stained, there was dust in some places and the furniture and room amenities are aging, slightly dated and need to be improved (I didn't feel the need to zoom in on those issues so the pictures wont reflect this) . I loved that there were lovely art pieces throughtout the hotel and the fitness centre was top notch especially the heated pool. The breakfast buffet had fewer options than expected for a hotel of that standard but it was honestly delicious and satisfactory, they had both Chinese and Western dishes, fruit and cereal. The waitresses from Guo restaurant had the best service they went out of their way to make our dinner pleasant. The most disconcerting issue I had with New World was that the room deposit refund took longer than I've ever experienced, I found it highly unusual and somewhat disappointing because I've stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels and usually the refund is instant but they told us it would take up to 3 days. Maybe this is standard practice for them but it made no sense to me and I've never had to wait that long. In any case surely it doesn't take 3 days to check a room!

We found this hotel to be extremely enjoyable!! Many of the staff could speak English and there was no stress to communicate what we needed. The interior and exterior are beautiful. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very tasty. Best breakfast buffet we’ve had in China so far! The only improvement would be the smell of the bedding in the room. It smelled just a bit dusty.

Had a very enjoyable stay here over the weekend leading up to Christmas. Lovely room with a fantastic view over the Labour park. Very good breakfast - excellent coffee - and the Paulaner Brauhaus had a superb Christmas party. The Kempinski sets very high standards and did not disappoint.

Walking distance from Shenyang Train Station. Next to a major pedestrian shopping street, Taiyuan Lu, with a supermarket. The ”Little Europe District” on Zhongshan Lu, with Western restaurants and sidewalk cafes, is walking distance. 9th floor facilities are great--gym, pool table, Western restaurant, patio dining (no wifi, though). 23rd floor partment 1-br suite was great for the price: not luxurious but clean and well-maintained, comfy bed, kitchen with basic equipment (convection stove, not gas, unfortunately), no noise, no odors. Friendly English-speaking staff. Overall a very pleasant stay. I will come again.

Good hotel. Nice, clean, and central. The bed had a plastic bit jutting out. That scratched and almost cut my leg. That's still apparent, red and tender after 4 days. Called reception. Very helpful apologetic lady came. Brought dressing for wound. Offered to charge rooms. Brought fruit. Brought engineer. They sorted the issue. Then for personal reasons, I needed to leave earlier than 5 days. The hotel refused to refund 3 days. After trip. Com intervention, offered 2 days refund. My stay was 2 nights. So, a mixed feeling review.

Can't get any closer to Shenyang North than right across the street. Several restaurants and a convenience store just outside the hotel for a quick bite. The room was clean. I just wish I had realized there was a non smoking option because the room did smell like smoke for a bit. The staff was friendly though I had little interaction with them beyond check-in/out. And I didn't really make use of the amenities so I can't tell you anything about those. It was inexpensive, clean, and conveniently located. That's all that I needed.

Great location with Metro entrance just out of the front door. The view of the room includes the combination of historical buildings and modern constructions. Breakfast has local and American styles of food. The lobby is wide and full of tractions for short breaks.

Great experience; appreciate the warm hospitality from everyone, from concierge to front office, housekeeping to restaurant and lounge. Also loved the stunning bird’s eye view of Shenyang and the cozy night view in the evening!! Only one slight disappointment: the hotel doesn’t have any international sockets (albeit being an international brand - not sure if that’s the norm in China though). Plus-point was when the call centre staff took the initiative to send their concierge member to buy an adapter for me when I called them and was told that they didn’t have any adapters available in the hotel at that point in time to lend me. Really appreciated the initiative. Though the concierge member brought the wrong type of adapter (China to UK instead UK to China - thought that should be at least commonsensical for someone working in an international brand); and he was slightly unpleasant to deal with when he demanded for payment for the adaptor even though the wrong type was bought. He was also hesitant to escalate the issue to the duty manager at first until I really insisted. Duty manager resolved the issue seamlessly, took the initiative to bring one from their office and sent all the way to my room - again appreciate it. Overall, great environment and professional but warm hospitality. All other concierge members were also extremely helpful! Jacky also took initiative to send me a GPS location of the nearby police post when I needed to settle some documents there.

亞朵酒店的標準配置，酒店比較新。 定的幾木雙床房，房間夠大，設施齊備，裏面的裝飾畫很喜歡。 開放式的衣帽間，掛衣架夠多，智能馬桶也有點兒小驚喜。冰箱裏的飲料免費暢飲。 早餐很豐富，味道不錯。 酒店服務人員熱情周到，很專業。 如果説電梯再多一部就更方便了，畢竟是三十層以上的高樓，一部電梯確實有點兒慢。

The hotel was really clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast served was good. There were only 2 small issues. People smoking in the hotel, even with signs saying no smoking. Staff didn't stop people from smoking. And secondly during the night there's a strange humming noise in the bedroom.Otherwise a really good stay and I would definitely recommend others to book their stay there.

The hotel was great value for money. The pool was great and the gym was very well equipped. It is located right next to the Wanda Plaza, so food and shopping was a quick walk away. Staff was friendly and could communicate in English. All and all very satisfied. We would use them again in the future.

The hotel is a bit hard to find. This hotel is about 1.2km away from Dandong train station. You may consider to take a taxi instead walking. The Dandong train station is also bus station. The room some is using ai control. Like window & light. You just called the name then speak clearly (Chinese) what you want to do. If the action is in Thier list they will perform. The hotel is clean , staff is friendly.

很感謝臻選酒店，酒店環境温馨衞生乾淨地理位置絕佳，過馬路就是斷橋，從房間窗户可以清楚看到對岸朝鮮的景色。另外酒店前台小姐姐服務態度特別好，有求必應，非常推薦這家酒店。也非常感謝酒店旅行社為我們提供的河口一日遊服務，旅行社工作人員熱情和藹，説到做到，100塊錢每人玩一天全程真的沒有任何強制消費和其他的隱形費用！給旅行社接待大哥點贊！導遊小姐姐帶團也非常有經驗，説話幽默風趣，為旅行添姿加彩。再次為酒店和旅行社點贊👍👍👍

客棧是個獨立小院，順樓梯上來後是個大露台，晚上5點以後有燒烤，味道不錯！房間訂了兩晚的家庭江景大床房，303和304。如果兩個人住，比較推薦303，房間比304略大一些。兩個房間都各自有個小露台，喝茶聊天很是愜意！還能看到斷橋和鴨綠江裏開往的船衹。客棧位置也很好，出行方便，離斷橋步行不到10分鐘。這次來丹東衹停留了兩晚，時間太緊張，希望下次冬天能再來！最後再提一下，老闆熱情豪爽，樓下的純凈水不限量，有冰鎮也有常温。

個人感覺酒店很不錯！窗外景色很漂亮～酒店離月亮島非常近，酒店邊上不用過橋就是月亮島夜市，晚上可以逛逛吃點小吃，月亮島上有咖啡廳，觀望朝鮮體驗就非常好，如果不想花錢坐遊船的朋友，可以去月亮島上看朝鮮，掃碼望遠鏡清楚的看到對岸朝鮮建築和朝鮮人。丹東打車很方便，從酒店出發去丹東艦、鴨綠江斷橋、抗美援朝紀念館、高麗街、安東老街都很方便～第一次來丹東，喜歡這座城市～希望有機會再來～

The location is great and the price was reasonable for a 5 star hotel. However, there were some things that seemed lacking of a 5 star hotel. The CONS - Rooms come with heavy smoke smell and ashtray even if asking for non smoking, and it was open smoking in the lobby and even elevators. I would have loved a bathtub instead of only a shower. The breakfast was very good for the price (48 rmb) but didn't include juices and their attempt at adding bacon was horrific as it was a fake street sausage type of bacon that's bright red and inedible. There was brand-name water bottles and then there was the hotel water bottles in the room and there was a menu charging 2 rmb to heat up water. I am not sure how they would know or if this is to charge for the people who steal the tea and coffee. But I would expect to boil water for free. Also the gym closed at 19:00 and it seemed a bit early. The PROS - The beds were comfortable. The staff did their best to accommodate and even allowed picking up luggage later. The coffee shop inside had great coffee if you dont mind the smoke. The breakfast was a great value for 48 rmb. The location was great and convenient. The hotel was able to check us in to the room early with availability. The hot spring SPA was amazing as well since there was no pool but you need to be careful not to let them give you extra services (which are sub par) and just enjoy the hot water and sauna for free when you buy something.

文化廣場邊上，後邊就是電力局，離斷橋步行五分鐘，位置個人覺得比正對斷橋的中聯要好點，不會太嘈雜。 作為老牌酒店，整體服務管理水平還是可以的，二樓餐廳服務員還是朝鮮姑娘，比較有特色。房間寬敞明亮，廁所乾濕衞浴三分離，總體標準夠四星，但還是有幾個問題要説。 設施設備雖然沒到破舊的地步，但跟附近的智選假日等新酒店比確實陳舊了，花灑不可調，車位比較難找。其次是客房吸煙的通病，地毯沙發已經被燙了很多洞了，房客開着門坐在屋裡抽煙也沒人監管，衹能拿清新劑來中和。最大的槽點在於早餐，種類份量都很少，除了幾個熱菜，就剩幾種小菜，實在跟這個價位無法匹配，畢竟也是地級市市中心酒店，看其他酒店評價好像也有這個問題，不知道是不是地方行業慣例。

The hotel was very near the Yalu River. I like the location. I would love to book again. The owners were very helpful and very kind.
