Great location for a modern hotel with nice healthy food buffet breakfast and good espresso machine COFFEE. Location close to Xining Railway station and 3 km walking distance to the Muslim old quarters where variety fruits, potato snacks, breads, and hand pulled noodles to try. The staff not conversant in English but with google translate on my phone, had no issue conveying my written message. Luv the flexibility of early check in and later check outs that made our stay memorable and highly recommended to tourist to explore Xining and catch the later evening train. Our room tv movie box was not working, no international English channels and strong wind cause ceiling boards to rattle for a while. This small issues to us as we are seldom in the room but outside exploring. Special thanks to staff Ms. Yun Yan for the farewell milk candies gift and delightful fruits basket during our stay. Highly recommended to all to stay here to catch the Xining trains or central Bus stations nearby.

We were impressed by the front desk staff n grateful for Celine the manager. She helped us to get transport to go to Qinghai lake. She was able to speak English and make communication easier for us. We had a wonderful and memorable time in Xining. We hope to come back again.

The room itself in the hotel was amazing and especially considering the price we paid. 10/10. There is a small convenience store next door at the bottom, which makes it easy to get essentials. There is a man, I didn't get his name. He was on night shifts at the front desk with glasses and was by far the most helpful hotel receptionist I've ever met. These things make me look back very fondly on my stay at Sanyu.

I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.

去大柴旦辦事，再次住維也納酒店，還是不如既往的好，前台還有歡迎水果，歡迎茶，前台小姐姐態度很熱情，還給免費升級了房間，房間很大，很乾凈，暖氣很舒服，總之很滿意，以後來大柴旦還會住。🥰🥰🩷❤️

入住了這個西寧香格里拉希爾頓歡朋酒店，酒店真的是不錯，從入住到退房也是沒的説，辦入住的時候酒店工作人員主動幫我升級了房型，給我贈送了隨手小禮，是一個具有當地特色的冰箱貼，值得紀念，行李帶的比較多，工作人員也是幫我們用小車送到了房間，酒店停車也是免費的，房間在十樓，房間內暖和，一點也不冷，甚至有點想穿短袖的沖動，可以從房間看到美景，為小朋友提供了優質的洗漱用品，贈送了小朋友貼畫，安撫了小朋友的小情緒，熱情周到！！熱心幫我們推薦周圍的美食美景，有機會會再次選擇該酒店入住！

I stayed here for night, having left the higher rated Wanda hotel due to a lack of AC and being unable to sleep all night. The room and bathroom exceeded my expectations for 4 stars and were very close to 5 star standard IMO. The staff allowed me to check the room(and most importantly, AC) before booking, which I appreciated. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if returning to Xining.

Yogurt di Xining memang sedap. Perkhidmatan dan kemudahan kedai berada dalam keadaan baik, dan tempat letak kereta adalah percuma. Seluruh rumah pintar dan mempunyai tandas elektrik. Perkhidmatan ini benar-benar lebih baik daripada Jiji Saya yakin Jiji tidak akan mengatakan bahawa ia akan memberi anda sarapan percuma Jiji juga mengenakan 38 yuan.

I chose Park Plaza as it was convenient to both the train station and airport. The price was also excellent value for money. My train from Lhasa arrived at 6.30am and I caught a taxi the short distance to Park Plaza without issue. I checked in around 7am and was shown my room. It was beautiful, very spacious with a large window, and it also had a freestanding bath. Unfortunately I could smell cigarette smoke, which is not uncommon in Chinese hotels. I asked for a different room and was immediately shown one . This room was identical but the bed covers were a children's design and there were some toys and teepee in one corner . I simply folded the bright yellow covers down and had a lovely tasteful decor again. The bed was extremely comfy and the room was very quiet. The buffet was beyond excellent and the head chef and his small team were very friendly and attentive. Clearly they were very proud of their fabulous buffet and presentation....as they should be. It was my best in China.. I found a lovely walking trail behind the hotel beside the river, 5 mins away. The area in general was nice to wander around, very different from my stay in the centre of city when on my way to Tibet. I will most definitely choose Park Plaza when I return to Xining.

衞生：乾淨整潔，早餐一流，品種多，飲品多，還特別給我們提供了歡迎水果與零食堅果，特別值得提的細節是贈送了眼部熱敷用於緩解疲勞喔，好喜歡😍😍，因氣候乾燥，酒店更是提供了手工製作的酸奶，就能體會到工作人員的用心服務 服務：不得不特別説明：酒店服特別好，因今天到酒店時間還早，搬運行李時，酒店內部各部門人員看到後，都主動的問我們是否需要幫忙，真的特別感動，非常熱情，酒店還特別給我們做了免費的升級，升級成了套房，近90平米的套間全新裝飾風格，更顯高大尚，停車非常方便，有後院，有專業的酒店人員守護者，停車除了安心就更安全啦！ 環境：高層可以府望全城，房間製氧設備，冰箱，空氣凈化器，加濕器，環境一流！ 本來來這座城衹呆一天的，因為這熱情周到的服務，特意多留了一晚，點贊👍👍👍👍

我們從新疆遊玩結束在返回北京途中，到了德令哈市休息，我們選擇入住在了金世界賓館 ，當我們走進大堂前台時就受到了前廳李經理的熱情接待，前台的小東美女也是彬彬有禮熱情，禮賓小胡積極的幫助我們拿行李，從他們的工作態度上就體現出該酒店工作人員職業素質之高！總之內心感覺特別温暖有如回家的親切感！特別值得一提的是，房間特別乾淨整潔，床品衞生舒適，是我們多天旅行住店最為滿意的酒店 也是最好的酒店！ 對了差點忘記説的就是，我們訂的是標準雙床房，在辦理入住時李經理還免費給我們升級了行政雙床房，特別感謝！

Clean rooms and central located. Breakfast was also solid. Our room had a projector over the bed and the screen just in front. Nice for a a movie after a long day of travel and sightseeing - or to watch the Euro2024 matches in the middle of the night ;)

When walking into this former “Swiss Touch Hotel” you feel yourself thinking, the Swiss touch is gone by now. But once you see the breakfast buffet, just wow! Full 5 star breakfast with all Western and Asian breakfast foods you like, good baked goods, eggs to order, even a cheese platter. Even fresh Pork knuckle! The best breakfast in all our Qinghai journey, and that in such an out of the way town.

柴達木酒店是我們這次青甘環線入住的第一家酒店，酒店工作人員特別熱心貼心，夜裡兩點房間空調出風口有水滴聲，給前台打電話，二話不説給我們換了一間，有任何需求衹要和工作人員講，他們立馬給你辦，讓人感覺特別温暖，再次感謝所有工作人員的付出，很讚的服務！另外，房間設施設備很新，早餐豐富，有本地特色的羊湯和奶茶，大家可以試試，噢，對了，他們是國企，非常值得信任

酒店位置比較好找，前台接待很熱情，入住之後還給送了一大盤的歡迎水果，葡萄最好吃😋酒店設施比較新，床墊可以贊一下，腰不好的我很是滿意👍就住了一晚，退房的時候還送了吃的和鹽雕，非常喜歡，謝謝酒店的用心～

在自駕西北大環網上，從青海湖到大柴旦途中的一個很好的停駐的地點，酒店的環境很好，出門看出去就是雪山，最方便的就是車子可以直接停在房間門口，非常方便。服務也非常的熱情，服務員晚上還把他們自己種的瓜拿過來給我們吃，很貼心！房間非常大，我們一家三口就住了個三房一廳，不過要上樓下樓還是有點累的，早餐的選擇不是很多，房間裏面沒有杯子，覺得這一點有點奇怪。

住茶卡小鎮，既然是小鎮，對住房期望值就沒那麼高。在攜程網站上看到這一家評分還比較高，直接打了一個不到2折的優惠價格，我馬上付款，當時感到了撿到了大便宜。 在酒店看到大廳，感覺就是一個名宿或小旅館，看到了好幾輛小巴車載着旅遊的遊客來住店。老闆很熱情，提醒晚上不能洗澡，否則容易高反。另外，針對攜程尊貴的客户，免費升級了房間。從兩張床的房間升級為三張床的，為了不浪費老闆的好心，我將兩張床合併在一起，第3張床的被子墊在這兩張床上，這樣我就同時享受了三張床。當然，客觀上是因為這個季節沒有空調，沒有暖氣，但是温度還很低，最低温度3度。老闆説青海99%的酒店房子都沒有空調，想到頭一天晚上我住的酒店有空調製熱，我預計到我未來99天都會挨凍。 房間有飲水機，看上去很乾凈，這是一般酒店沒有的，必須贊一下。但是，晚上他一直響，像是抽水的聲音，我還以為是隔壁有人洗漱，後來發現是水管有問題，直接斷電就解決問題了。 衞生間設施齊全，雖然不高端，但是，我能接受，牆角的建築垃圾反而説明這酒店比較新。 早餐內容齊全，看到饅頭底部有黑點，以為是黴點就沒吃，估計是我看錯了，因為其他人沒有提出意見。包子我浪費了，看到包子上寫的字，我就沒吃，眼神不好，但浪費可恥。每人一個的煮雞蛋，熱乎乎的，是我到青海吃的最好的雞蛋，味道不錯，應該是土雞蛋。 酒店位置極佳，門口直接看日出🌅，門口大道直接到底就是茶卡鹽湖景區，才幾分鐘的路程。

The Chaka Evening Hotel is new and all facilities are in very good conditions. The hotel is located in a new commerce area in Chaka which has the clear ambition to develop more business. However, there is not much around this area and most fields are empty or under construction. Chaka Lake is a beautiful spot but the city is not so attractive. So also the hotel is not having any good spots around it. We also took the dinner in the hotel. The breakfast is okay but typical Chinese but they didn’t provided hot water for tea or a coffee. The staff is friendly and they provided extra heater and humidifiers for the cold nights. Overall, the hotel is a good choice if you stay in Chaka to recharge your batteries but it’s also good to move on after the stay.
