Great location for a modern hotel with nice healthy food buffet breakfast and good espresso machine COFFEE. Location close to Xining Railway station and 3 km walking distance to the Muslim old quarters where variety fruits, potato snacks, breads, and hand pulled noodles to try. The staff not conversant in English but with google translate on my phone, had no issue conveying my written message. Luv the flexibility of early check in and later check outs that made our stay memorable and highly recommended to tourist to explore Xining and catch the later evening train. Our room tv movie box was not working, no international English channels and strong wind cause ceiling boards to rattle for a while. This small issues to us as we are seldom in the room but outside exploring. Special thanks to staff Ms. Yun Yan for the farewell milk candies gift and delightful fruits basket during our stay. Highly recommended to all to stay here to catch the Xining trains or central Bus stations nearby.

We were impressed by the front desk staff n grateful for Celine the manager. She helped us to get transport to go to Qinghai lake. She was able to speak English and make communication easier for us. We had a wonderful and memorable time in Xining. We hope to come back again.

房間的格局不太喜歡，是門口正對着床頭。（一般是門對着床側）。到酒店差不多快晚上10點，尤其是新客，不會給升個房型麼？ 酒店優點也很多，床睡起來感覺很棒，然後配備的洗漱用品也很好！畢竟是四星級酒店，該有的硬件配置都有。早餐也很豐富。配備的工作人員也足夠。如果有機會，下次還是會去住，但前提是能主動升級個房型。

Very kind and courteous staff. The room is well equipped and has a good layout. Breakfast with wide selection of Chinese and Western options. Definite recommendation! Only minor point is the cleanliness of the tables in the restaurant, especially the mats on the table and chairs could use a wash. Not the end of the world, but for a hotel of this class I would expect better.

先談軟件辦理入住，前台服務人員禮物用語笑容迎接，不細談了，1，説個細節服務人員接過身份證後迅速給套上消磁防護，細微的一個舉動，2，酒店提供夜宵，21點有些餓了就去了餐廳，那裡服務態度超級好先送來鮮果汁，然後又送上自製酸奶，酸奶超級好，不一會廚師現做的牛肉拉麪，剛剛好，3退房時間前台服務員笑容禮貌，送不上小禮物，這都是軟實力，必須點贊尤其入住時的服務和餐廳服務，好評點贊，硬件設施不多講乾淨整潔應有盡用，重點提一下製氧加濕器，這個太棒了，如果外地遊客來即加濕又製氧，其他設備就上照、強烈推薦，點贊👍

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed. Service is amazing. Breakfast is extremely good with a very big choice of western food. At check out Isabelle even gave me some complementary coffee for my train trip to Lhasa, as well as a gif box from the hotel. Absolutely value for you money! Good locale. Service staff excellent! Breakfast spread worth the value. Hotel changes their menu and not repeat all the same items. However they should look into the coffee bean maker as it was really slow to churn out a good cup of coffee! Could be that the piping needs to be checked or even cleaned out!? Overall, it was a good experience. Hallway to the rooms lighting uses sensor, which perhaps need to be adjusted, as it requires heavy stomping of the feet to light up. Thanks!

This is really an International Hotel with 5 star standard. Service, amenities and room toiletries is of premium quality except the central aircon is not switched on so the room temperature is at 25°C cannot be adjusted much lower, only can switch to fan full blast but not cold. When I lodge a complaint, the staff says they don't switch the central aircon for month of May but advise to just open the window as it gets cold in the evening. The cold air do come in through the window to keep the room cool.They will switch on the central aircon in month of June and July when it's very hot. Overall I love this hotel as it's next to the railway station and many local street food around the hotel. Highly recommended!

前幾天入住的這個酒店，體驗感非常不錯的，就先從辦理入住開始説，我是早上七多鍾到的，當時還沒有合適的房間退出來，前台小姐姐荔枝耐心給我解釋，幫我積極的跟客房商量可不可以及時打掃出來一間，當時確實因為出差趕路累死了，等了大概半個小時就可以入住了，十分感謝荔枝積極幫我協調，安撫我坐在大廳，給我提供了充足的熱水，為我提供了需要的濕巾，酒店停車方便，提供小禮品給我，很是喜歡，具有青海特色，房間內比較乾燥，不過提供了加濕器的，床墊軟和舒服，睡得很好，房間隔音也是不錯的，一點也不吵，退房的時候很開心去點上這個好評！

入住後發現房間居然還有前面客人遺留的內褲，交涉時態度也不好，反複電話朝服務員確認，估計擔心故意誣陷，確認後沒有道歉的誠意，退了一百元錢。一次性拖鞋是臟的，製氧機顯示屏是壞的，房間600多一晚的標準間，價格不便宜。早餐屬於能吃那種。不知道高分評價是咋來的。是這次旅程同價位最差酒店。

住茶卡小鎮，既然是小鎮，對住房期望值就沒那麼高。在攜程網站上看到這一家評分還比較高，直接打了一個不到2折的優惠價格，我馬上付款，當時感到了撿到了大便宜。 在酒店看到大廳，感覺就是一個名宿或小旅館，看到了好幾輛小巴車載着旅遊的遊客來住店。老闆很熱情，提醒晚上不能洗澡，否則容易高反。另外，針對攜程尊貴的客户，免費升級了房間。從兩張床的房間升級為三張床的，為了不浪費老闆的好心，我將兩張床合併在一起，第3張床的被子墊在這兩張床上，這樣我就同時享受了三張床。當然，客觀上是因為這個季節沒有空調，沒有暖氣，但是温度還很低，最低温度3度。老闆説青海99%的酒店房子都沒有空調，想到頭一天晚上我住的酒店有空調製熱，我預計到我未來99天都會挨凍。 房間有飲水機，看上去很乾凈，這是一般酒店沒有的，必須贊一下。但是，晚上他一直響，像是抽水的聲音，我還以為是隔壁有人洗漱，後來發現是水管有問題，直接斷電就解決問題了。 衞生間設施齊全，雖然不高端，但是，我能接受，牆角的建築垃圾反而説明這酒店比較新。 早餐內容齊全，看到饅頭底部有黑點，以為是黴點就沒吃，估計是我看錯了，因為其他人沒有提出意見。包子我浪費了，看到包子上寫的字，我就沒吃，眼神不好，但浪費可恥。每人一個的煮雞蛋，熱乎乎的，是我到青海吃的最好的雞蛋，味道不錯，應該是土雞蛋。 酒店位置極佳，門口直接看日出🌅，門口大道直接到底就是茶卡鹽湖景區，才幾分鐘的路程。

非常好的體驗呢！酒店位置按導航很好找。一行5 人入住4間房，3分鐘內辦法入住；入住的大床房房間面積比較大，整潔漂亮，功能也非常齊全。好大的果盤，豐富且新鮮，細節滿感感！最感動的是同行小夥伴高反，前台即刻應答送上血氧儀與氧入瓶，瞬間安全感滿滿。稍遲為高反的小夥伴送來了早餐，簡直不要太貼心，必須點個贊！

在景區裏面的酒店，我選的是酒店樓房裡的，還有房車，和露營基地。很漂亮很浪漫。房間沒有空調，下午太陽西曬房間裏很熱，而且去的那天停電了。景區的餐廳也沒什麼好吃的。 房間裏的設施還比較新的，但是水温不大穩定，晚上洗澡有點冷。天黑了就挺冷的了。 自駕車進景區住酒店要辦很多手續要先去排隊買票，4A景區衹有人工買票，自主買票機沒用的。買完票又要去登記車牌，保安也根本説不清楚，亂的一團。 景區很漂亮沒得説，住在酒店裡可以看到日落和日出。蠻值得的。 但是早餐人太多了，種類不多全靠搶。體驗感不好。

服務：前台小姐姐態度好還幫忙升級了房間，走的時候六點多比較早，前台小哥哥困着呢還幫忙提行李抬上車，感謝工作人員。 衞生：對於我這種輕微潔癖的人來説還不錯，浴巾毛巾全是一次性的，床單被子乾乾淨淨，看得出來是熨燙過的，沒有褶皺！衞生間還放了一次性馬桶套，真的不錯！ 隔音：沒有聽到吵鬧的聲音，比較安靜。 ps：九月末這邊晚上有點冷，除了沒空調沒別的毛病！
