From specially arranging a high-floor room with a view of the Wynn Fountain, to constant communication regarding airport pick-up, and then having a dedicated receptionist escort us to our room upon arrival to explain the amenities and recommend travel routes – everything was perfect! The breakfast was also delicious and plentiful, especially with fewer people, making for a comfortable dining experience. Plus, the mattress was fantastic, providing great support after a long day, allowing for a very peaceful sleep! I'll definitely be back!

Arriving Sofitel with excitement, my family was treated with cold indifference and a lack of basic courtesy. This is a shame as the hotel itself is great in all other aspects like the location and the seaview. We arrived at the hotel at about noon and we're instructed to return after 2:30 pm as the rooms need cleaning - something we perfectly understood. We followed this, had a walk nearby in the heat, only to return at about 2:35 pm, wet and exhausted, ready to check in. A staff member called Ana responded dismissively and told us to wait till 3 pm. Her comment ”you can see the check-in time here” was unhelpful and completely inappropriate for a 5-star establishment. The most upsetting part was not the timing itself, but the way we were spoken to. We traveled with family, endured uncomfortable conditions in the heat, and expected a 5-star hotel to prioritize guest comfort and dignity. What we experienced fell far short of that standard. Our experience reflected 1. No empathy despite arriving early due to the hotel's guidance, 2. No assistance despite clear discomfort (wet, tired, family present), 3. Unprofessional communication that ignored guest service, and 4. No accountability for how earlier instructions led to this situation. It's so very disappointing that a single staff member's unprofessional attitude ruined what should have been a great experience!

I went with a few friends this time. First, let's talk about the hotel's location. Although it's not in the bustling city center, a good stay prioritizes peace and comfort. This location is perfect for that. It faces the Macau Tower directly, which looks great for photos at night. There are also attractions nearby, definitely worth checking out. The guy at the front desk who checked us in was also very nice, sorry I didn't catch his name. We booked a sea-view suite, and the room was very clean. It even had two bathrooms. The large balcony was also fantastic, great for enjoying the view and taking pictures. All in all, it was perfect. Finally, the hotel also has a free shuttle bus that picks up guests at Gongbei Port, though the pickup spot is a bit hard to find.

This time, I stayed at The Venetian Macao with my kids, and the hotel service was truly exceptional and thoughtful. Even before we checked in, a hotel staff member named Valentina contacted me to provide directions. Since there was a typhoon approaching, she patiently answered my questions about whether it would affect transportation in the days leading up to our arrival. The Venetian is huge, and with a concert going on, it was very crowded, and our room was quite a distance from the front desk. Upon arrival, Neon, another hotel staff member, helped us with our luggage to the room. Ms. Rosie guided us all the way to our room and, seeing that we had children, thoughtfully sent up two extra sets of toiletries, along with a surprise welcome snack and fruit. The night before we left, she specially contacted me to help calculate the total time needed to get to the port for the high-speed rail and recommended a departure time for the next day. On the day we left, Ms. Irene and a male staff member were waiting for us outside, helped us with our luggage, checked us out, and even escorted us to our car. They also gave my child a teddy bear as a souvenir. I truly loved the hotel's warm and attentive service, and I'll definitely choose to stay at The Venetian again next time!

I've always wanted to stay at the Galaxy Macau, but unfortunately, there was a thunderstorm warning on the day we checked in, so we couldn't enjoy the water activities. It was a bit disappointing. However, staying at Galaxy is incredibly convenient; there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options available. Plus, if you show your Air Macau boarding pass, you can get many discounts and free gifts. It's also super easy to get to the Venetian, Big Ben, and Parisian from here. After a good night's sleep, we could even pop over to Rua do Cunha the next day, which is very close by. What I'll remember most is how incredibly comfortable the beds are at the Galaxy hotel. The room was beautiful and clean, and the service was absolutely fantastic. Truly five-star service! Since we were traveling with kids, they even gave us complimentary 'Toto' slippers, a 'Toto' tent, and a 'Toto' doll for them. My kids were thrilled and said Galaxy was the most fun! ^_^ Haha. I will definitely stay at Galaxy again next time I visit Macau. What I personally loved most was being able to choose my own pillow. This time, I picked the lavender sleep pillow and even received a free pillow mist. All complimentary, truly excellent value for money.

I stayed at this property 9 years ago when my kids were still toddlers and one of them is a teenager now. The service of the hotel remains as tentative and warm as 9 years ago. We upgraded to one of their suite rooms and I think we will book a suite on our next trip. My kids enjoyed the pool and playing chess downstairs from the lobby. This was one of the highlights of their trip. My wife had a nice glass of wine at the regency club we missed the happy hour drinks and food as we went to HuangGuo Shu for a day trip and the second day we had dinner plans with our family. Harris checked us in and showed us our room knowing we were allergic to smoke. He was very attentive and checked on us each day to make sure we were comfortable. Will come back again soon hopefully.

I arrived at the hotel around 6 PM, and the air conditioning in my room was broken. After a lot of hassle, I finally got a new room around 10 PM, but the AC in that one had a terrible, musty and smoky smell. Picture one shows the restaurant, and for a supposed 128 RMB breakfast, it offered instant fried noodles and similar items – definitely not what you'd expect from a five-star hotel. The zoo next to the restaurant was a novel idea though, and one of the staff members there was very nice. However, I think the hotel should focus more on its core business. I wanted to go to the pool on the 5th floor, but you have to walk through a row of shops to get there, making me wonder if it's outsourced. It felt less like a hotel and more like an old-fashioned entertainment arcade. The lifeguard at the pool was even on their phone with headphones on… The management of this hotel really isn't five-star quality. Accor's standards are far too inconsistent.

Perhaps my expectations were too high, but after staying there, it felt pretty average. The service was just standard, nothing exceptional that you wouldn't find at many other hotels. I also stayed in the VIP building and definitely preferred its grander, brighter feel, and standard service. Compared to that, the 'Zhen Po' room felt a bit small, probably more suited for introverts like me. The day before, I asked the housekeeper if I could do laundry, and they said I'd have to send it out, and it wouldn't be back until 6 PM the next evening. That essentially meant no laundry for us since we were checking out the next day. Overall, considering the price, the value for money was quite poor, especially since the VIP building was only half the price. The lack of a swimming pool is also a big drawback. The breakfast, however, was indeed good, and the beef noodles were delicious. The complimentary cocktail was just okay, and it was a bit awkward being the only ones in the bar, perhaps because it was off-season.

Kempinski lives up to all the expectations of a five-star hotel, not necessarily in terms of luxury, but because there's simply nothing wrong with it. Everything works, which isn't always easy to achieve. However, these expectations are based on my younger days traveling for business around the turn of the century. For instance, the lack of a coffee machine, with only instant coffee available, feels a bit too 'classic' now. The power outlets aren't very convenient for larger chargers, as there isn't enough space around them. In one of our rooms, the shower was right next to the bathtub without a separate enclosure. Also, the elevators were quite slow. The location and orientation are excellent. One room had a floor-to-ceiling window directly overlooking Jiaxiu Tower on the Nanming River, with a view of Guanfeng Pavilion too. A shopping mall is right next to the hotel, and Wenchang Pavilion and Minsheng Road Food Street are just a ten-minute walk away. Breakfast hours are extended, and the food selection is abundant; there were even five types of porridge alone. The management is very well-organized.

The service was thoughtful and impeccable; both the buffet and executive lounge food were excellent. The front desk and room service were incredibly responsive. The gym facilities are comprehensive, and the breakfast offers a great mix of Western and Chinese options. It's a fantastic choice for hosting clients or a short business trip – truly impressive. Big shout out to the front desk staff, especially Xiao Xiong, and the concierge team! Their service was incredibly warm and attentive. My stay at the Guizhou Hotel VIP Building was fantastic, and I really want to commend Xiao Xiong at the front desk! Check-in was efficient, Xiao Xiong was always smiling and friendly, patiently helped me coordinate my room, and tried her best to meet all my requests 👍 The concierge team also deserves a huge compliment. Their service was very proactive, helping me with sending and receiving packages, and storing my luggage. They were efficient and meticulous throughout, I didn't have to worry about a thing. The room amenities were also a big plus. The fully smart TOTO toilet with bidet function is practically a necessity for me, perfectly meeting my travel needs. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. I was debating between this and Guizhou Hotel for ages, but I'm so glad I chose this one. The front desk service is excellent, they were able to accommodate all my requests. The room facilities are very new and definitely live up to five-star standards. The metro station is right outside the door, but the best part is how close it is to Qianling Park. My main goal this trip was to see the monkeys, and the market at the park entrance is also great for exploring, with lots of delicious food and super cheap fruit which I bought to feed the monkeys. A special shout-out to the uncle at the parking lot entrance, he was very friendly and helped direct parking.

The hotel's 6th to 8th floors house private dining rooms for the Chinese restaurant, while the 11th floor is for casual dining. The restaurant's food is excellent, with fresh ingredients. The 9th floor has an outsourced massage and foot massage parlor, which also provides good service. Overall, I'd rate it as very good value for money. Key card access for rooms adds to the security. The room decor is quite simple, so I didn't take any photos. Right outside the hotel, to the left, you'll find Guizhou's intangible cultural heritage sour soup fish restaurant and a spicy chicken restaurant, both highly recommended.

I originally picked this hotel just for its close proximity to the Olympic Sports Center, thinking that even with traffic, it would only be about a twenty-minute walk. However, after checking in, I was met with one pleasant surprise after another! The moment I arrived at the main entrance, a bellboy enthusiastically came forward to help with my luggage. I quickly told him 'No need,' but he insisted on helping, which was incredibly thoughtful. At the front desk during check-in, the staff member noticed my outfit and proactively asked, 'Are you here for the concert?' I confirmed that I was, and to my delight, he informed me that the hotel had organized dedicated shuttle buses for concert attendees, offering round-trip transfers. This meant I wouldn't have to worry about finding a taxi or dealing with traffic jams during peak hours! On top of that, they even gave me a concert support kit containing a water pouch, bottled water, and tissues – truly exceptional service! The front desk staff also arranged my room based on my request and even added me to a dedicated group chat for concert shuttle services. The duty manager in the group was incredibly attentive, constantly seeking feedback from guests, coordinating pick-up and drop-off times and locations, and even thoughtfully sharing navigation pins. Everything was perfectly organized! My concert trip to Guiyang was truly made perfect by the Guiyang Century Golden Resources Hotel. Would definitely stay here again, I had a great view from my room, and the building is tall enough that you can see pretty far out. The breakfast was up to par for CN standards, had a made to order noodle bar. Very comfortable and spacious overall, not just the room, but common areas as well, (oh and they have good coffee with a selection of Monin syrup and a variety of quality tea bags, self-serve in the lobby 24/7). They also had free laundry/dryer at the 3/f, with detergent. On the second night of a 2 night stay, there was torrential rainfall throughout the night, including thunder and lightning; the power went out twice in the whole area, at least several city blocks; there basically wasn’t anything the hotel could do about it. But all the emergency backup lighting and signage were all working properly, both in the room and in the hallway, so that was surely good. 小周 at the front desk was quite helpful and sincere, props to them, they were also super apologetic about the power outage (even though it was in no way their fault). Great stay!

After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。
