We stayed near here for a summer camp. The room was backlit, damp, and generally okay. However, we asked for hangers for 9 days and never got a single one! Friday night was incredibly noisy, it felt like there was a party right above our heads! On Saturday, we had an early start for a day trip, so we were forced to stay up late... That day was truly terrible. We called the front desk multiple times, but it was useless.

The room is quite spacious, and the pool is also large, offering a good amount of private space. What I liked most was having a sofa in the room where I could cast shows, and the kitchen came equipped with utensils, a microwave, and a fridge, making simple cooking perfectly feasible. However, this place has fewer public facilities and no beach. Although it's close to Patong Beach, the area is quite bustling with lots of people, which isn't ideal if you're looking for a relaxing stay. On the plus side, it's very close to Jungceylon, within walking distance.

If youre looking for a sleek, ultra modern 5 star resort, this may not be for you. But if you want authentic Thai hospitality, traditional Thai-inspired architecture, lush tropical surroundings, and a peaceful beachfront escape, this resort is absolutely worth it. I stayed here as a solo traveler and had one of the most relaxing stays Ive experienced. Its also perfect for couples, honeymooners, and families. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view hillside cottage even though I booked one of the more affordable room categories. The private beach was the main reason I chose this resort and it was exactly what I was looking for, quiet, uncrowded, and perfect for relaxing. I also loved the petting zoo, the beautiful pool, and the delicious food. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Chuty and Ms. Kat at the front desk for making our stay even more memorable. They assisted us during checkout, kindly reminded us about a few belongings we had accidentally left in the room without ever making us feel rushed, and even allowed us to extend our stay until 12:30 PM, which we truly appreciated. Since our flight was later in the afternoon, they also arranged lounge access so we could comfortably wait in an airconditioned area until it was time to leave. Their kindness and thoughtfulness really reflected the genuine hospitality of the resort. I also appreciated the complimentary refreshments in the lobby, the beach bag provided for guests, the convenient buggy service, and the fact that ordering GrabFood was easy. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the TVs to Smart TVs. Other than that, everything exceeded my expectations. This resort may not be the newest, but it’s clean, wellmaintained, peaceful, and full of character. If you appreciate nature, privacy, and heartfelt service over ultra modern luxury, you’ll absolutely love staying here. Thank you Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa for making my birth truly a special and memorable. ♥️

I absolutely loved this hotel; my overall experience this time was truly wonderful! ❤️ The hotel staff were all very friendly, and the quality of service was excellent. Although we only found out after booking that the hotel's waterslide was under maintenance, and I was a bit worried the kids would be disappointed, the hotel was very thoughtful and provided an inflatable pool for the children to play in. The kids still had a fantastic time! I also have to commend the hotel's breakfast. The variety was incredibly rich with so many choices, and it was included with the stay at no extra charge, which was a huge plus. The shuttle service within the hotel grounds was also very convenient, almost always available on demand, making it easy to get around with kids or luggage. While it was a bit of a shame that the waterslide was under maintenance this time, the hotel's arrangements for service and alternative facilities were very sincere. The overall stay experience wasn't diminished at all. Great service, rich breakfast, family-friendly, and convenient shuttle – this is a hotel I would definitely want to stay at again! Highly recommended! 👍

I stayed here because I wanted to relax in the Patong area. The pool was beautiful, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, with daily cleaning, towel changes, and water refills, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is also convenient, with easy access to Banzaan Market and Jungceylon. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time relaxing by the pool. I'd love to stay at this hotel again next time I visit Phuket.

Phuket Coconut Resort boasts an excellent location, just an 11-minute walk to Jungceylon Shopping Center and Banzaan Fresh Market, and not far from Patong Beach. Despite being close to the night market, it offers a peaceful retreat with good soundproofing, so noise isn't an issue. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the pool is exquisite. It's great value for money and an excellent choice for those on a budget who still want convenience.

This hotel is very close to the beach, but honestly I didn’t think that this beach is good for casual swimming. The hotel was under renovation the time I was staying there and looked a bit messy. Also the air conditioning is almost not working in the room, so I hope they would fix them. The rooms are ok, clean and all, but look very old, there are other options on trip com that provide you better value for the same price. Also there are not much good restaurants around this area (in my personal opinion) so I’ll never stay here again

Honestly, the service was pretty subpar, and the facilities were a letdown. My key card stopped working countless times. I had to go all the way down to the first floor in the scorching heat to report it, and even when the front desk called a worker up to try, it still didn't work. It took over half an hour before they finally decided to move me to another room, which was incredibly frustrating. The only upside to this place is its proximity to the airport; you can walk there. Other than that, there are no advantages. Oh, and breakfast was decent enough.

A cozy, medium-sized hotel shaped like a cruise ship. The definite highlight of this hotel is the infinity pool on the rooftop, offering a fantastic view of the city and the sea, especially at night. A DJ entertains guests with music by the pool in the evening. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only downside for me was having a bathtub instead of a shower. The fridge only contained paid bar drinks. You can walk from the hotel to the beach, passing countless cafes, restaurants, massage parlors, and convenience stores along the way. There are several Russian-speaking channels on the TV. The price is reasonable. I recommend it.

The service was excellent. The staff kept the building clean, the breakfast buffet team was great and the atmosphere was amazing. The only things I didn’t enjoy was how understaffed the beach bar seemed because we had to constantly ask when our food would be finished because it was taking so long. I assumed it was understaffed in the kitchen. Ask the lobster bruschetta was not actually lobster, but shrimp. Unsure if it’s a language barrier thing or they stopped using lobster for it and just didn’t change the menu to reflect that. It tasted great, but perhaps the price would be different if it was labeled what it actually was. The room was so nice and clean! Cleaning ladies came by daily and every single person working there was unbelievably friendly and kind. I will most definitely go back just for the hotel alone! The hotel close to everything, including many different beaches. One thing to keep in mind, even though the hotel is on a beach front, you can’t swim in that particular beach, but they do have a pool on site! 10/10 🤩

Pros: The jungle view room is essentially a private villa, offering excellent privacy with a beautiful tropical rainforest view. The hotel provides direct access to the beach, and it's also conveniently located for shopping and strolling outside. Cons: Aside from a creatively designed but otherwise rather ordinary pool, the hotel practically lacks any other amenities or services. You can sit by the pool, but no one offers you a glass of iced water or a towel. For a hotel costing 1300 RMB a night, this is a significant drawback. Compared to many other Southeast Asian hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, this one performs poorly; there are many hotels with better value for money at this price point and location. To put it simply, this hotel has almost no supporting services. Breakfast isn't even served in the cliffside restaurant, which would better showcase the hotel's advantages, as it has been converted into a bar. The complimentary breakfast at the Red Chopsticks restaurant by the entrance was very mediocre, and I only ate there once.

We had a street-facing room this time, and the noise from motorcycles and tuk-tuks at night was so loud we couldn't sleep. If you're considering this hotel and are sensitive to noise, definitely avoid the street-facing rooms. The common areas are small, and the lobby was hot with no air conditioning. The staff lacked a service-oriented mindset; no one offered to help with luggage, and the restaurant staff were casually chatting amongst themselves. The room decor was a retro nightclub style, which I guess is a matter of personal taste.

Woody and the team at Bandara took great care of us. The staff were incredibly helpful with anything we needed from booking excursions to ensuring my sister’s dietary restrictions were catered for. The facilities were well maintained and the rooms we had were a comfortable size for us. Beds were also very comfortable.  Whilst Panwa is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of Phuket, it was the perfect relaxing escape for us. There are still plenty of eateries and things to do near by.  We honestly don’t want to leave! I’d highly recommend a stay at Bandara. We hope to come back again in the future.
