"Excellent resort to stay with Family, if you want a quieter and relaxing holiday. The staff are extremely helpful. The family apartment with two bed rooms , and a living room was fully equipped with items needed for daily life. We prepared our own breakfast and this gave us a home feeling . We were 100 % Satisfied with the hotel. For young couple or singles , the area maybe too quiet with very little night life."

"Very nice place to stay for couple of days. We did it before leaving Phuket cuz its location is quite convenient to head to the airport on time. All the amenities, the room, the public areas are big, quiet and well designed. Highly recomended!"

"We recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-night family stay at this hotel. The ocean view from our room was absolutely stunning, offering a serene backdrop to our vacation. One of the highlights was the impressive variety of Halal food options, with breakfast changing daily, adding a nice touch of variety to our mornings. The hotel is quite spacious, so we often used the shuttle carts to get around. While convenient, there were occasional delays, especially during check-out times, which required a bit of patience. The poolside area was truly delightful—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. However, if you’re looking forward to a sandy beach, be aware that this beach is more of a rocky coastline, so it might not meet typical beach expectations. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we left with wonderful memories. Highly recommended for a relaxing and scenic getaway!"

"The room has its own pool. It is spacious and perfect for couple or family. The whole ambiance of the hotel is like a paradise, very quiet and peaceful with all facilities available. We are very grateful with the service from the FO Guide for a smooth check in, their manager Edson for touring us around and giving recommendations. We ate dinner buffet and was serenaded by Marie and Medic, they are wonderful singer. Our server Joan was also bubbly and attentive to us. Overall we had a memorable experience and we will definitely come back!"

"Mengikut saranan Xiaohongshu, di kawasan Patong yang sibuk, terdapat pasar malam dan banyak restoran di luar Lokasinya bagus, tetapi terdapat kesesakan lalu lintas di Phuket, jadi saya cadangkan rakan-rakan untuk menempah lebih banyak masa. Hotel ini mempunyai kemudahan sokongan yang lengkap. Terdapat kolam renang infiniti di tingkat 7, yang sangat bagus Anda boleh berenang secara percuma pesan jus. Sekarang adalah musim puncak jadi harga telah meningkat di luar musim harga akan lebih murah."

"Kali ini saya menginap di bilik berbulan madu dengan pemandangan laut yang sangat bagus dan biliknya besar. Ia hanya jauh sedikit dari bandar, dan hotel ini menyediakan pengangkutan percuma ke dan dari Pantai Patong. Lebih baik menikmati kehidupan yang tenang di sini. Restoran, bar dan kolam renang hebat. Meja penyambut tetamu dan semua pelayan ramah dan profesional. Saya pasti akan menginap di hotel ini lagi jika saya mempunyai peluang. Saya secara peribadi sangat mengesyorkannya. Makanan dan minuman semuanya sangat berpatutan dan kos efektif Saya tidak akan mengatakan bahawa ia lebih mahal daripada yang lain hanya kerana ia adalah sebuah hotel. "I booked a room with pool access, and breakfast was great with lots of variety! The location was perfect, close to markets and massage places. I definitely recommend it to others! I will come back for sure! Loved it!"

"The rooms at Patong bay hill resort were very clean. We had rooms with pool access which was really cool. However the rooms did not have an iron and when we phoned down to reception requesting one it never came. The hotel is situated on a hill and you have to take a shuttle bus from reception to our hotel rooms. These shuttles sometimes took a long time to arrive and on more that one occasion we found our selves walking down the steep hill to breakfast. Breakfast was adequate however there were not enough chairs and tables to accommodate the guests and we found ourselves waiting for a long time to get a table"
