"Great location in the Patong, walking distance to Bangla street, Jungceylon mall, plenty eateries shop, and many many more. However, when I arrived for checking in, the lobby air conditioning was out and two days after when I checking out it was not fixed yet, kind of weird. Breakfast was not so impressive, not much variety and the taste just normal. Room was abit small for two person, especially the toilet. Overall it still a recommended hotel to stay for its great location and conveniences."

"Nice party hostel for a couple of days, only issues are that it’s not as good as other mad monkey we have stayed at. The pool is a bit dirty, and we had a little cockroach situation in our room but the staff were very helpful to help empty our bags and spray our belongings and also change the rooms for us. The service is very very good and I’m sure it was only one-off pest situation. Would recommend."

"We arrived at the hotel. Got the key. We go in the room and the old dirty sheet was on the bed. They changed right away. The shower doesn't drain the water is all over the bathroom. Really bad. The cleaning lady was nice. No elevator you have to go up the stairs. I didn't like it. Never go back there."

"Diamond Cliff resort is a beautiful resort to stay at. They have thought of everything. Welcome drink on arrival, bags taken to our room, room equipped with everything you could need including room slippers, waffle dressing gown, bottled water, tea coffee station etc. huge comfy bed, balcony with beautiful view. Breakfast buffet was incredible- best I have ever experienced. It included eggs cooked fresh to your liking, usual european options of bacon, sausages, beans etc, soup/noddle station cooked on demand, selection of 3 hot vegetarian dishes different each day, 5 different fish/chicken/pork stir fry’s, rice, roti, cheese station, extensive sushi station, salad station, fresh fruit juice, breads, croissants, pancakes, pudding -and I haven’t even listed everything!!! 2 beautiful pools one with slide for kids, gym, pool side bar. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Pool tools available. We used the trip booking facility in the hotel and it was very efficient and helpful. We got a gift of a basket of fruit which was a real treat. Lastly location was perfect- a short downhill walk to the beach if you are inclined but also very easy and cheap to get a grab or tuk tuk downtown and /or back from Patong for 200baht or less. Hotel also had a regular shuttle bus. Lastly staff at the hotel were so lovely."

"Room. Our stay at the 2 bedrm Club Suite was awesome! Next to Club Pakarang, we were just a few steps away from the infinity pool, gym, awesome view and daily happy hour. Room was clean and well kept too. Breakfast. While breakfast at the main restaurant had an unbeatable spread, breakfast at clubhouse offered classy serving. We were pleasantly surprised with the offer of wild honey in addition to normal honey for our waffles, as well as cinnamon to go with our beverage. Buggy service was nothing like some of the complaints we read. In fact, as we were staying by the clubhouse, buggies were often available even without our call. Service. Above all, the Amari hospitality never fails! Service staff were always courteous, friendly and proactive. We were greeted even by staff who were going about their work or leaving the resort after their workday. While standing at the main entrance waiting for our taxi, they proactively directed us to seats and asked if they could help. These simple gestures go a long way to help us feel at ease and welcome. Kudos to the Amari Phuket team 👏"

Great workspaces, a rooftop restaurant, a game room, and a large gym with a multifunctional room as well. The highlight is the rooftop pool — truly a gem. Food for breakfast so so damn delicious. Lot of varieties food there. We also enjoy the kids activity there and also try the dinner which so so great. 20% discount if you a member of IHG for the food and beverages. We tried the happy hour also for buy 1 free 1 cocktails. The room so so damn nice enjoy the view from the room. Recommended for couples or family. Will back for sure."

"I select this hotel because to fill my daughter dream “I told sunset about you!” But out of my expectation the service and the warm welcome frim the staffs make me feel like HOME! "This quiet and relaxing hotel is a hidden gem. It’s situated on a hill side so even a low 5th floor rooftop pool is incredible. Amazing view to see sunset without blocking. You can order drinks to sit on the pool to watch sunset. Hotels near the beach are difficult to see sunset because the trees are very tall. Unless you walk towards the beach. All the staffs and are very friendly. Mr Chai the manager is very helpful. A spa in the hotel is super good with reasonable prices. 15 minutes walk to Karon beach but no issue because the hotel provides free transport. Very convenient tuk tuk to hotel from everywhere. Don’t miss the seafood at Chic Ann restaurant. Very good and reasonable prices. Definitely will come to stay."
