The room was spacious, clean, and had a great sea view, plus a balcony which was super convenient for drying clothes. The swimming pool was clean with multiple lifeguards, so I felt very safe letting my kids play. They also have different activities every day: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays feature bubble parties and water boosters, while even-numbered days have free water gun fun! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, even gifting us a complimentary afternoon tea for two, which we could enjoy after check-out (from 2 PM to 5 PM). This was the longest late check-out I've ever experienced, and I was absolutely thrilled with it.

Treated like a VIP on my birthday! Room surprise + seafood buffet with grilled crocodile, this hotel really knows how to pamper you 🎂 My Sanya trip happened to coincide with my birthday, and I originally thought it would be just a normal stay, but I ended up being incredibly touched. I have to give a special shout-out to the housekeeping staff – when I returned to my room in the evening, I found a cute little cake made of rose petals and towels on the bed, along with a handwritten birthday card. There was also a delicate small cake and a fruit platter on the desk, which instantly cheered me up. These little touches weren't just standard procedure; they genuinely made me feel cared for. Now, let's talk about the super value-for-money ”package including dinner buffet for two.” I used to think all hotel buffets were pretty much the same, but this one changed my mind. The freshness of the food was top-notch, and there was a wide variety of seafood. The biggest surprise was finding grilled crocodile! It was my first time trying it; the meat was firm, a bit like a cross between chicken and fish, and dipping it in the special sauce was amazing. The tropical fruit section was a colorful palette, with rambutan, wax apples, jackfruit, and freshly opened Hainan coconuts that were sweet and refreshing – I drank two in one go. What truly elevated the dinner experience was the ambiance. The restaurant faces the sea, and as the evening sunset glowed through the floor-to-ceiling windows, dining while watching the sunset was so romantic it left me speechless. There was also a Filipino band playing live, with soft jazz accompanying the sound of the waves, making me want to stay an extra hour. The waiter saw the cake on our table and even offered to take photos and asked if we needed help cutting it. In short, this birthday experience far exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, the sea-view restaurant offered an unbeatable view, and the buffet was excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to celebrate an anniversary or simply treat themselves. Remember to choose the package that includes dinner – you definitely won't regret it! 🌟

The villa is beautiful and the pool water is very clean. The hotel is right next to the beach, so you can walk over and dip your toes in the water. The rooms are large and plentiful, and I got a bit disoriented when I first checked in. Unlike other standalone villa hotels I've stayed at, this one doesn't have a butler service; you need to call the front desk for any requests. It also felt like the hotel was understaffed. We checked in during peak hours, and the front desk staff looked very tired and overwhelmed. They didn't even guide guests queuing up in an orderly fashion. The experience in this regard was quite poor compared to the Hilton we stayed at two days ago. If you're staying in a villa, you'll need to bring your own mosquito repellent. Because the rooms are so large and there's a lot of greenery, even electric mosquito coils were largely ineffective. I didn't see any mosquito traps or similar facilities outside either. We were almost carried away by Sanya's mosquitoes!

Specialist Jill was absolutely fantastic! She contacted us two days before check-in and was incredibly responsive, day or night, resolving any issues quickly and efficiently. The hotel itself also exceeded my expectations. I loved everything, from the water-themed sofas in the lobby to the huge indoor and outdoor play areas. I was especially happy with my executive lounge access this time. The best part was being able to enjoy the executive lounge while also getting a room on the top floor of the West Wing, which had an amazing view. The 'Shan Hai Jing' themed room was excellent too – honestly, everything was perfect. We even went tide pooling in the reef area below the hotel. This is definitely a hotel I'd highly recommend to my friends!

We booked the Celebrity Suite, which was very spacious and perfect for families. The room was also very clean. Although some of the facilities were a bit old, it didn't affect our comfortable stay. My favorite part was the large balcony with direct ocean views – a true beachfront experience! We could go straight down to the sea for a swim. A special shout-out to our housekeeper, Suyu, who saw we had elderly guests and children and arranged for a late check-out for us, allowing everyone to take a nap before leaving.

The hotel facilities are comprehensive, clean, and the location is excellent. I especially want to commend how child-friendly it is. Not only did they provide delicious kids' meals, which greatly relieved the worries of parents whose children don't eat seafood, but the hotel pool also had plenty of swimming rings and beach balls, making the kids very happy. The sand-digging tools, available for loan anytime, were of excellent quality. Plus, the complimentary snacks were a delightful surprise, both in quality and quantity! 👍 During our stay, our butler Dora was incredibly responsive and provided superb service! My friends, who were with me, kept raving about it. Truly the king of value for money!

We were very satisfied with the room. A huge thank you to our hotel butler, Li Shiping (Xiao Li), who was incredibly patient, meticulous, and attentive in helping us with numerous issues during our stay. For example, he assisted with supplies and meals for our children and even helped us with a late check-out due to a flight delay. Xiao Li also diligently resolved many other small details that came up during our stay. We were also lucky enough to get an upgrade to a sea-view room! The beach was just a 3-minute walk away, and there was a pool right downstairs where our kids had an absolute blast and didn't want to leave. It was a very happy and enjoyable vacation at this hotel.

Traveling with the kids during the summer vacation, we checked into the Pullman's pool room on the first day. It was super convenient to access the pool right from our room. The room itself felt a bit dated, and the air conditioning unit outside our door was quite noisy. However, the hotel's complimentary photo shoot was a nice touch; the kids got a lot of great pictures. The photographer was really nice, and the post-production lady was excellent too. Overall, we had a very enjoyable first stop.

The hotel also offers free scheduled shuttle buses to the beach, which is very convenient. Within 800 meters of the hotel, you'll find the Yalong Bay Yatai Night Market Street and the Baihua Valley Commercial Street, making it easy to browse the night market and commercial area after dinner. It's a peaceful escape that doesn't lack convenience, truly an oasis of calm in the bustling Yalong Bay. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable. The hotel's excellent location, beautiful natural environment, spacious and comfortable villa, and attentive service all left a deep impression on me. The hotel offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it for anyone vacationing in Sanya. I'll definitely choose Shixi Villa Jianguo Resort Hotel first on my next trip to Sanya!

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Palace Hotel. There was a small issue on the first day, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally, which left a good impression. The location is also very convenient, with the night market within walking distance. Yalong Bay Beach was a little below my expectations, although it is only about a 3-minute walk from the hotel. This hotel offers great value for money. We booked a sea-view suite with two balconies, which was perfect for enjoying the views and drying clothes. The room layout was excellent; both bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and there was even a walk-in closet with a huge full-length mirror. The bathroom was grand yet thoughtfully designed. Both rooms offered stunning sea views from the bed. The entire suite was clean and well-maintained, and the soundproofing was fantastic, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. We actually regretted only staying for two nights! There are plenty of dining options within walking distance of the hotel. Swimming in the pool at night was incredibly relaxing – you could gaze at the stars and listen to the sound of the ocean. My only minor complaint is the limited number of washing machines in the laundry room; for such a large hotel, only two washers and two dryers meant a long wait, and we ended up not being able to do our laundry. However, this small issue doesn't overshadow the overall excellent experience. I would definitely choose this hotel and this room type again when I return to Sanya.

I have to commend the hotel's butler service. They contacted me in advance to reserve my preferred floor and room, and consistently checked in on my needs throughout my stay. The experience was absolutely fantastic. From my room's floor-to-ceiling windows, the entire sea stretched out in a magnificent blue. In the morning, I'd wake up to the shimmering golden light on the waves, and in the evening, leaning against the railing, the sunset would paint the horizon in a gradient of orange and pink. The sound of the tide was like a never-ending lullaby. This will definitely be my first choice for a return stay.

This was my first stop in Sanya, a hotel recommended by a colleague. There are so many hotels in Sanya, and I usually check negative reviews, which makes choosing difficult, so I ended up trusting my colleague's suggestion. Pros: I was very satisfied after checking in. The room was clean and tidy. I specifically checked the sheets and towels; they were pristine and fluffy. The balcony offered a stunning view. The beach is just across the road. Although it's at the end of Coconut Dream Corridor, the scenery is still great, and it's very convenient to get to Tianya Haijiao, Tianya Town, and the Nanhai Guanyin. Cons: 1. The facilities are a bit older; the cabinet doors don't close perfectly, but it doesn't affect their use. 2. There were fewer children's activities during our stay, even though there are quite a few kids during the summer vacation. 3. The food selection wasn't very diverse, especially the Chinese cuisine. I hope this can be improved!

Service: Sara provided excellent service. She added me on WeChat a day in advance because we were transferring from Yalong Bay and our child needed a nap. She quickly checked if an early check-in room was available and, once confirmed, arranged for it to be cleaned immediately so we could check in early. She even gave us a small bear when we checked out! Environment: The hotel is located on Coconut Dream Corridor. You don't need to cross the road; you can reach the beach directly through an underpass. The overall style is Southeast Asian, and the public areas offer a lot for kids, like sand digging, fish feeding, and an outdoor playground, plus an indoor soft play area and an arcade, making it very family-friendly. The only minor downsides were that out of three pools, one was closed for maintenance, and the remaining two had very little shade, making them too sunny in the summer. Also, three slides were open at the water park, but some smaller ones were closed. Cleanliness: We stayed in a two-bedroom sea-view suite. The room was very spacious, with two living areas, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms. The room's balcony connected to the living room, offering direct sea views of the entire eastern coastline, which our child loved. Staff proactively cleaned and refilled our mineral water. Overall, this was a great experience, and thanks to Sara's service, we will definitely be back!

This is a fantastic resort! The butler contacted me before check-in and arranged a sea-view room with an amazing view. I spent most of my time at the hotel, avoiding the sun, and could even watch the sunrise without leaving my room. The waves at Haitang Bay are quite strong, so swimming isn't allowed, but the sand is incredibly clean and soft on the feet, perfect for photos. The pool is also larger than other hotels, making for a very comfortable swim. Breakfast was quite accommodating for Chinese tastes, especially the noodle soup – I had two bowls every morning! There's also a convenience store downstairs, though prices are a bit on the higher side, so it's up to you if you want to use it.

I was genuinely surprised by this hotel! Having stayed at most of the beachfront hotels in Sanya, I spent a few days by the sea this time, and then decided to escape the rainy season in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai by retreating to the mountains for a few more days. Location: Since I was driving, I didn't feel it was far from the city. At least all delivery services were available. Plus, the resort itself is so convenient that I didn't feel the need to go out. They have everything: restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, a spa, a supermarket, a barbershop, etc. If you need anything, you can just order delivery. Ambiance: Excellent. The greenery is superb, and the hygiene is top-notch – not a single piece of trash. Service: The butler service was fantastic right from the moment I completed my booking. They handled vehicle registration, luggage, check-in, and even delivered fruit. The butler's WeChat responses were always prompt. They also helped me pre-book some in-house activities (yoga, sound healing, etc.). They even helped deliver food up to my room, and there are shuttle buses to phases 1 and 3 of the resort. All the staff are very attractive. My flight was delayed due to a typhoon, and they even granted me a late checkout. Hotel Facilities: They have it all – pools, restaurants, a gym, and sports courts. The room's amenities are also great, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, a fridge, a coffee machine, and even a pour-over coffee pot! The balcony has lounge chairs and a drying rack. Bathing and toiletries are fully stocked. The minibar offers complimentary drinks and snacks daily. Dining: I tried the Michelin-starred Sichuan restaurant Jichuan (good), the yakitori place Niaowan (great value for money), various cuisines at Dining Hall No. 1, and the 1402 coffee and bakery – all were good. Yongfu and Xinrongji Manner are only open in winter. Compared to the hustle and bustle of the beach, this place feels like the quiet Ubud of Sanya. I realized it's perfect for a 'sportcation' this time, and I plan to come back!

The environment is incredibly elegant, and the location is right in the city center – peaceful yet still close to the action. The best part is the infinity pool on the third floor, which is exceptionally clean, even cleaner than pools at beachfront hotels! There's also a small supermarket in the hotel, so late-night needs are no problem. It's truly a great place for a relaxing vacation! It's about 3-5km from the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's also very close to Dadonghai and Luhuitou.

I chose this hotel for its great value, drawn by its reputation as an established 4-star, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The room was quite clean and tidy. The service really stood out to me; I want to give a special shout-out to girls #3, #5, and #15 – they greeted us warmly every day we saw them at the entrance and helped us with our luggage both on arrival and at check-out. This really shows that management and employee welfare are excellent, making it a truly 'warm' establishment. My child absolutely loved the bubble activities that were held for both days of our stay, and the photos turned out great. This 'old mom' was happy too, haha!

Taking advantage of my recent leave, I brought my parents and child to Hainan and chose the Sheraton Yalong Bay Resort for a few days' stay. It was then I realized that the best of seaside vacations, a perfect blend of mountains and sea, is hidden right here within this resort. The hotel boasts an exclusive, prime beachfront location in Yalong Bay, surrounded by 100,000 square meters of lush tropical gardens. Towering coconut trees, blooming frangipani and flamboyant trees line the paths, while winding streams encircle pavilions and reflecting pools mirror the sky. Every few steps reveal a new floral display, and every ten steps, a breathtaking view of mountains and sea, creating a harmonious blend of Nanyang elegance and island wilderness. From the airy lobby, the vast expanse of turquoise sea stretches out before you, with a gentle breeze carrying a faint scent of coconut. All the dust and fatigue from the long journey instantly dissipate upon entering. A leisurely three-minute stroll through the gardens leads directly to the hotel's private, long stretch of silvery beach. The children, barefoot, chased waves and collected shells in the shallows. The resort also features five uniquely designed swimming pools, with dedicated shallow areas for children to play and splash to their hearts' content, worry-free. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, and the sea-view balconies offer a panoramic triple treat of coconut groves, sandy beaches, and the distant ocean. Leaning against the railing, I quietly awaited the sunset, watching the golden light melt into the sea, painting the entire horizon with a gentle glow. The service throughout the hotel was warm and attentive, with thoughtfulness hidden in every detail. The three meals offered a delightful array of mountain and sea flavors, with meticulous care taken morning, noon, and night. There's no need to venture far to find scenic beauty; within the resort, you can embrace all the poetic charm of the island – the coconut breeze, the sunset, and the sound of the tides. The most precious aspect of this trip was being in the gentle embrace of the Sheraton's mountains and sea. There was no need to rush to distant places; the refreshing breeze was ever-present, my elders were relaxed and content, and my child was joyful and free. Three generations spent precious time together, enjoying the beautiful seascape and the perfect family bliss. A bay of turquoise water, a garden full of lush greenery, a wonderful stay, and warm hospitality – all the myriad joys of this trip were made possible by the Sheraton Yalong Bay Resort.

I saw Sanya Bay Holiday Inn mentioned online as being very family-friendly, and after staying there this time, I can confirm it lives up to its reputation. Before check-in, a dedicated butler from the hotel contacted me and added me on WeChat, proactively asking about our needs. What truly stood out was that every morning after we checked in, they diligently inquired about our stay experience. This is quite rare; at other family-friendly hotels I've stayed at, the butler only added WeChat and didn't follow up so actively every day. Next, let's talk about the hotel's pools. During our stay, two pools were under maintenance, so we only used the other two. I asked a lifeguard, and they said the pool water is changed every 24 hours. I actually witnessed the water being changed twice, which is a huge plus. The breakfast buffet was very extensive. I personally feel it's much richer than the breakfast at the Sheraton Sanya Yalong Bay. The breakfast area was also bright and spacious. By the way, the dinner at the Chinese restaurant was delicious; we ate there two nights in a row. Overall, our stay was a perfect 10.

My main reason for staying at the Conran was definitely the rooftop pool. The infinity pool is incredibly photogenic, and there's even a performance at night. The views during the day are fantastic, but it gets too sunny. While it's cooler at night, you can't see the sea view. The best time to go is probably between 5 PM and sunset. The cantilevered pool is a must-try, and you absolutely have to swim under it. Walking across doesn't give you the same visual effect due to light refraction; swimming under is what makes you feel like you're flying out of the building. Hotel service was a bit slow; I had to follow up multiple times for some requests. The biggest surprise was the breakfast conch noodle soup – the broth was rich and delicious, much better than many restaurants outside. The main downside was that the children's family pool downstairs had very limited operating hours. There was nowhere for the kids to play in the morning, and in the afternoon, it would get cold quickly, forcing us to move up to the rooftop pool.

I stayed here 15 years ago, and I returned with a nostalgic feeling, bringing back many memories. Overall, my stay was great. The staff was excellent, responding to guests very quickly. The kids' club staff did a wonderful job providing emotional support for the children and were very accommodating of older children's accidental misbehavior. I really appreciate and commend them for that. We were also impressed by the dedicated work of the lifeguard at the garden pool. I stayed here with my kids. Before check-in, I was informed that a butler would contact me via WeChat. However, it took more than half a day and a follow-up call from me for someone to actually add me. Compared to the Marriott and Le Méridien hotels I stayed at afterward, the speed of adding guests on WeChat and daily response times were quite slow. This needs improvement. Upon driving to the hotel lobby, the greeters weren't very noticeable and didn't proactively offer to help with luggage. Check-in, however, was efficient; after contacting the butler in advance, I was able to check in around 1:30 PM. The hotel's public areas are stunning, with photo opportunities everywhere, especially the two large lawns – clearly, the maintenance cost is significant. Most of the hotel staff, apart from the Horizon Club front desk, weren't very attentive. When asked standard questions, they often didn't know how to answer, and they didn't proactively greet guests. Compared to the Marriott I stayed at later, the difference was noticeable. I suggest more training for the staff in this area. Our room was a bit far from the beach, but we could request an electric buggy for transport. The hotel beach was well-lit at night by two large lights, making it feel safe to be there in the evening. However, the room facilities were a bit dated. I stayed in a Horizon Club room, which was in a separate building, with the executive lounge (Horizon Club) on the first floor. The standard bottled water provided was Bing Lu, which is quite basic. I suggest upgrading to mineral water. The toiletries were also large, off-brand bottles, whereas a Horizon Club room should typically feature L'Occitane. This also needs improvement. Regarding dining: Normally, Horizon Club breakfasts have fewer options than the main lobby but higher quality, often including more fresh juices and an à la carte menu. This was not the case here, which I recommend changing. So, I ended up having breakfast in the main lobby every day. The main lobby breakfast had two areas. The food selection was largely similar, but the main restaurant offered a bit more variety. There were two or three types of fresh juice, but no orange juice. The Haikou 'Lao Ba Cha' (old man's tea) was quite good. Overall, the taste and service of both the lobby breakfast and Horizon Club breakfast were, in comparison to other Shangri-La hotels I've stayed at, mediocre. I suggest improvements. Given the outdated room facilities and the average quality of food and service, it's unlikely that a Horizon Club guest like myself would return.

The hotel's environment and location are both excellent. Right outside, you have both sandy beaches and rocky areas, satisfying both swimming and beachcombing needs – it's perfect for a family vacation with young and old alike! All the staff we encountered were incredibly enthusiastic. They proactively offered to help with luggage and greeted us with polite smiles. Our butler, Annie, was also super attentive, always checking in with us and anticipating our needs, even those we hadn't thought of ourselves, fulfilling all our requests. The front desk sister who checked us in was not only cute but also incredibly kind, and she arranged a fantastic room location for us. Even from a garden view room, we could see the sea in the distance. The complimentary travel photography session provided by the hotel was also great; my mom was very happy with the 20 photos she chose. We were extremely satisfied with this stay and will definitely be back.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay! The Blue Cat butler service was exceptionally good – they were always responsive and went above and beyond. We encountered a few minor issues upon check-in, and Blue Cat actively helped resolve them, bringing us a toiletry bag, arranging afternoon tea, and coordinating a new room for us. It was truly thoughtful. Whenever we contacted Blue Cat, we received prompt replies, even after working hours. Their response speed was incredible, showing great dedication. Thanks to Blue Cat, we had a wonderful experience. The hotel's scenery is beautiful, the ocean is stunningly blue and perfect for photos, and the wellness experience was also great. It's definitely worth another visit.

We booked a family suite, which was very large and spacious. For an older hotel, the hardware was acceptable (though some things like the balcony light wouldn't turn off, the electric curtains didn't work, and some room light switches were faulty) 😂. However, the unbeatable sea view was incredibly therapeutic! For the best sea views in China, Yalong Bay is definitely the place, though it depends on the weather. In the afternoon, even phone photos of the sea look like a jelly ocean. You could sit on a lounge chair and zone out all afternoon. If you're with kids, there are daily activities available, some free and some paid, so you can check the schedule. (For sea fishing, if you get seasick, I'd seriously reconsider.) Personally, I felt the activities were more suitable for younger children; our fifth grader wasn't too interested. His favorite thing was playing in the water. After 4 PM, it's not too sunny, and you can play for a long time. However, the beach has become much coarser. When we came a few years ago, it was soft, but this year it really hurt our feet. The waves were quite strong during our stay, which made swimming in the sea exhilarating. We tried the hotel's popular bubble tea – it was good even with regular ice and no sugar! Though the price was indeed a bit high. It was decent overall. The photographer from Platinum Photography, a partner of the hotel, was incredibly patient and excellent. They took many beautiful photos, and you could even borrow their dresses. Although it's all post-processed uniformly, it still looked quite natural. From booking to shooting to selecting photos, everything was very smooth, with no excessive upselling, purely based on personal preference. (Photos are at the end) The WeChat butler, 'Yue Lai Yue Hao' (Getting Better and Better), was very responsive and provided incredibly thoughtful service! Definitely worth a good review!! Looking forward to visiting again.

Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton Sanya Yalong Bay, specifically in a full sea-view room, far exceeded our expectations – we were absolutely delighted, giving it a 12 out of 10! The room offered expansive views; from the balcony, we could gaze at the endless ocean and also admire the hotel's beautifully tiered pool landscape. It was a double treat for the eyes. The room itself was spacious, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing excellent. The food was delicious too, and my friend and I enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing vacation here. A special thank you goes to our butler, Xiao Die. Her service was perfectly balanced – never intrusive, yet incredibly prompt and efficient whenever we needed anything. From our initial communication to all our inquiries during the stay, she patiently and meticulously helped coordinate everything. She thoughtfully arranged a room that perfectly met our group's needs and consistently provided excellent solutions when we required assistance. Her attentiveness and patience truly put a perfect finishing touch on our Sanya trip. The hotel grounds are beautiful, and it's very convenient to access both the beach and the pools. The service atmosphere was just right, balancing privacy with thoughtfulness, making our entire stay comfortable and at ease. Looking out at the pools and sea view in our leisure time, with the sea breeze, was incredibly therapeutic. This trip left us with wonderful memories; it was an impeccable stay, and we are very much looking forward to returning and choosing the Ritz-Carlton again.

The hotel's exterior looks a bit old and the public areas outside are quite small, mainly just a swimming pool. However, overall, for a hotel priced around 200, it's still worth a good review. It's very close to the beach, only about 30m away, just across the road. Taking a bus, taxi, or getting takeout is all very convenient nearby. There's also a place to rinse off sand right by the pool, which is handy. The front desk staff on the night shift on the 21st was very helpful and answered all questions. They deserve a good break; you could see the dark circles under their eyes. The interior of the room has been renovated, similar to the style of a Hanting Hotel (Jingjiang Inn's premium brand), and I slept very comfortably. There's a Xiaomi TV for screen casting. Points for improvement: The white curtains in the room are a bit dirty, and the mini-fridge only works when the room card is inserted.

Five-star review for Yalong Bay Mangrove Tree Resort World! I especially want to commend our butler, Coral. Before our trip, I had a lot of little questions, from check-in details to dining options nearby, and she answered every single one quickly and clearly. It was like having a walking encyclopedia! Seeing that we had kids, she thoughtfully sent up a seasonal fruit platter, which was wonderfully sweet and refreshing. Throughout our stay, whenever we had a request, whether it was for two extra bottles of water or inquiring about pool hours, she'd respond and resolve it within minutes. She truly delivered on every request. We booked a garden-view room for two nights, and the window overlooked lush tropical greenery – so peaceful and beautiful. The hotel's best asset is its location. Just through the garden, you're on the beach. It only takes two or three minutes to walk there with the kids to dig in the sand and play in the waves, making early morning and evening beach trips super convenient. The family activities were incredibly diverse, from bubble parties to DIY crafts, with multiple different events each day. Our kids never wanted to leave! Overall, the service is thoughtful, the location is excellent, and it's very family-friendly. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we're in Sanya.

We liked staying with you a lot. The size of the room was big enough for our family, so much space! Cleaning is good. We had almost everything we needed. Kids animation is great! My daughters were busy all day long going from one playground to another. We liked the pools, food and the design. I would add spoons, forks, knives and some plates in the rooms. No shower at the beach was a problem. And difficulty to find a sunbed. Staying at the beach under the sun without having a sunbed and an umbrella is not nice for children. This is my go-to hotel! I stay at the Renaissance for a few days almost every time I visit Sanya. This year, I've already been here three times because the value for money is just unbeatable. The rooms are spacious and have all the basic amenities. We travel with a baby, so we never turn on the TV, which is why some people complain about the old TVs, but it doesn't bother us. Sometimes, when we don't feel like going down for a swim, the bathtub is perfect for a soak. The hotel is a bit old, and some rooms might have a slight smell; if that happens, just tell the front desk and they'll switch your room. For this price and this ocean view, what more could you ask for? You don't have to deal with the crowds like at other hotels in Haitang Bay, and there's no competition when collecting shells. Plus, there are no windbreaks, so the ocean view is unobstructed and lovely, unlike in Haitang Bay where the windbreaks really spoil the scenery. A few days ago, I stayed in Dadonghai, and it was noisy outside even at 2 AM. Haitang Bay is much quieter, perfect for relaxing and letting the kids play. The kids' club is just right for a three-year-old; my child never wants to leave! Compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Sanya, the Renaissance's breakfast is excellent, even better than hotels that cost one or two times more. There are a lot of negative reviews online, and I actually hope there are more, otherwise, if the prices go up, it won't be such a good deal. My only wish is that they'd upgrade the hairdryer; it's so weak and takes forever to dry my hair.
