Fantastic hotel! I have to admit the room was a bit small and the decor a little dated, but the location is excellent, and it offers incredible value for money. It's so convenient for the beach! And the service was truly exceptional – that professional, old-school hotel service. Whenever we had a problem, the front desk staff always considered things from a customer's perspective and actively helped resolve them. We received complimentary welcome fruit, the breakfast was extensive, and the airport drop-off service was very convenient. This time, we had noisy neighbors, and the hotel promptly helped us change rooms and even offered a complimentary afternoon tea. Every front desk staff member sincerely told guests to contact them anytime with any issues. We even received complimentary coconut water when we left. When I come back for a holiday next year, I will definitely choose Yintai again.

We brought our child to this hotel at the tail end of summer vacation, initially just looking for a convenient stopover, but we were pleasantly surprised! It offered incredible value for money and perfectly met my expectations for a 'one-stop kid-friendly getaway.' I definitely give it a big five-star rating and highly recommend it to everyone! 🎡 **[Super Rich Kids' Activities]** The 'Daily Fun Activity Schedule' in the first picture really caught my eye! From 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday, the schedule was even busier than an adult's work week! My child had an absolute blast, with every day clearly planned out. Besides regular activities like drawing, DIY crafts, and sandcastle building, we also participated in 'beach treasure hunts' and magic balloon shows. When the afternoon sun was too strong, we took the kids to the indoor play area. The Peppa Pig-themed play zone was absolutely perfect for my child's taste! There was also a huge ball pit and a wood pellet pit (clean and safe). My child bounced around in there all afternoon, freeing up this mom's hands! In the evening, the swimming pool even had a dreamy bubble show, and my child, though soaking wet, couldn't stop smiling. 🏊‍♂️ **[Abundant Facilities, Excellent Sea View]** The hotel's infinity pool with its sea view was absolutely stunning! The water was very clear, and being right next to the ocean, watching the kids play while adults enjoyed the sea breeze on the shore truly maximized the vacation vibe. Both the indoor and outdoor facilities were very new and extensive, with great attention to detail (for example, there were signs to remove shoes before entering the play area, and all collision corners were padded). I must praise the dinner buffet! The ingredients were incredibly diverse and super fresh! The seafood section had chilled clams, large shrimp, various sea fish, and freshly carved roasted meat and sausages. Seeing the fresh seafood neatly displayed on ice made me feel very confident about eating it. The chefs refilled dishes quickly, and there were many kid-friendly cooked dishes and desserts. Our whole family ate very satisfyingly. All the staff members were very enthusiastic and helpful, especially the ladies in the kids' club, who were incredibly patient and played wonderfully with the children. Overall, whether it was the variety of entertainment facilities, the quality of the food, or the overall value for money, this place exceeded expectations. Take advantage of the end of summer vacation and bring your 'little monsters' here – you definitely won't regret it! Everyone had a fantastic time; not only were the kids happy, but the adults could also completely relax. We will definitely come back again.

In mid-August, all the hotels in Sanya went crazy with price hikes. For example, Tianyu's prices tripled, making it feel completely unnecessary to book. Even very ordinary hotels at least doubled their rates. Amidst this wave of price gouging, only Grand Mercure quietly offered a low price of 500 RMB. And seeing room photos posted by others on TikTok, I thought it looked great, which made me immediately place an order. My flight was delayed, so I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. The young lady at the front desk upgraded me to a family suite, which was super spacious. It had two large beds, one of which was a 2.2-meter king-size bed with an extra-large duvet, so the kids could roll around as much as they wanted without a problem. The complimentary seafood dinner was delicious, and the creamy clams were incredibly tasty. The staff were all very enthusiastic; if you stood in the lobby for a moment, a staff member would immediately come up with a smile and ask if you needed help, which was very heartwarming. There's a children's water slide, and both big and small kids had a great time playing. There's a bubble party at 4 PM. It's a quick five-minute walk to Yalong Bay if you're fast, a bit slower with kids. Downstairs is Baihua Valley, with KFC, Pizza Hut, Heytea, and other stores. The Ah T milk tea near the beach is also very good, but the coconuts and fruits from the street vendors there weren't tasty.

The hotel's location in Xiaodonghai is great. While it's an older property, the facilities are well-maintained, and the rooms exceeded my expectations. It offers good value for money. During holidays, getting to the city center can be slow due to traffic from Luhuitou. I hope the hotel improves its pool management; it's currently subpar. People were in the pool without swim caps and even wearing shoes, which makes you wonder about the water quality. On the plus side, access to the beach is very convenient and close, perfect for families with children. However, Xiaodonghai has many underwater rocks, making it a bit uncomfortable to swim from the shore. The concierge service was excellent – very friendly and proactive in helping with luggage. Also, the breakfast was delicious with good quality offerings, including fresh juice. Overall, it was a good value stay, and I hope the hotel addresses the areas for improvement.

This hotel was originally just a one-night stopover, but the overall facilities, lounge, and room type turned out to be a pleasant surprise. In China, you probably won't find a JW Marriott at this price again. The hotel is located on a rocky beach in Dadonghai, without sand, but offering a different experience: mudflats foraging and swimming in the sea (there's a recessed, shallow area on the rocky beach in front of the hotel that's safer at low tide). The overall sea view isn't bad at all; one side offers a view of the curved Dadonghai beach, while the other faces the lighthouse. The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, with a long family pool and a shallow children's pool. Armbands and full-body swimming life jackets are provided free of charge, and there are even cylindrical holders for shoes. There are numerous lifeguards, strategically placed so that every blind spot of one lifeguard is covered by another. This is completely different from the setup at other five-star hotels in Sanya, and the pool closes at 10 PM, which received unanimous praise from my family. The outdoor open-air children's playground is similar; for younger children, the playground staff will even follow behind to supervise, truly demonstrating JW's high standards. We booked an executive sea-view room in the East Wing, a room type that directly faces the sunrise over Rabbit Tail Ridge. Plus, it has a huge balcony, instantly eliminating any feeling of a small room. Since we only stayed for one day, we couldn't experience many of the dining options. However, seeing the hotel selling egg pancakes for 15 RMB and refreshing Qingshubiang for 20 RMB, I immediately felt that the prices were accessible to the general public. The executive lounge's food could only be described as average Marriott quality (I suspect this might be due to the hotel's price point), but it's one of the few resort hotels that even has an executive lounge. The breakfast experience was excellent, with stewed soups, JW noodles, numerous egg preparations, fermented grain vinegar, sour noodles, Hou'an noodles, and various fresh juices. Among the three hotels we stayed at in Sanya, this was the lowest-priced hotel, yet it had the highest breakfast standards. The service was excellent overall. Whether it was the lounge attendant helping us with a last-minute room change (and getting us a room with a large balcony), or the front desk staff running out to find the mini-train because my child wanted to ride it when it was almost closing time, or the proactive luggage service and reminders from our butler Una, it all truly met the high standards of a luxury five-star hotel! Some suggestions: 1. The open space on the large balcony could really benefit from some decorations and lounge chairs; I think it would enhance the resort feel. 2. Stronger signage is needed from the East Wing to the West Wing breakfast area. It's quite hard to find since you have to take an elevator. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Aside from the lack of a sandy beach, this is a high-standard, high-value-for-money resort hotel!

Our family's stay in Sanya this time was a great overall experience. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get around, and it's very close to the beach, just a short walk away. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was very comfortable to sleep in. The staff were enthusiastic and polite, and responded promptly. The environment is quiet, perfect for seniors and children to rest. The breakfast selection was rich and tasty. Our comfortable stay definitely enhanced this trip. I stayed here back in 2017 and thought it was great then, with direct sea views and easy access to nearby restaurants. The hotel's pool isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate, and the staff were constantly skimming leaves out of it. Lying by the pool was very relaxing, quiet and leisurely. This time, I booked a brand new room type, which was newly renovated and also very good overall. The night market snacks over the two days were also delicious. All the staff were lovely, and our butler, Dora, was really nice too. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for accommodation in Sanya Bay.

A hotel with exceptional service, and I really want to highlight the service. A huge thank you to Lucia, our hotel butler, for her constant help throughout our stay. From the moment we checked in, Lucia was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. When we checked out, I realized I'd left my power bank in the room, and Lucia promptly arranged for a delivery service to bring it back. Having Lucia as our butler made this trip incredibly pleasant. She's the most attentive butler I've encountered in all my visits to Sanya. **Location:** The hotel is just across the road from Sanya Bay's Coconut Palm Promenade, making beach access super convenient. It's also a quick 15-minute taxi ride from the airport. **Room Facilities:** The rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel itself is quite large and has a very distinctive design style. My two children absolutely loved the big bathtub in the room. You can also see the ocean from the hotel balcony. **Breakfast:** The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of Chinese and Western options. As it's a family-friendly hotel, they also provide baby utensils. The restaurant is very spacious with two huge halls. **Hotel Environment:** The hotel boasts a massive lawn, perfect for travel photography. We brought our two kids for a photoshoot, and each room comes with 5 complimentary retouched travel photos. **Kids' Activities:** This hotel is ideal for families with children. There are several swimming pools, a small water park, and a huge indoor children's play area. The kids loved it so much they didn't want to leave!

The hotel is located within the Yalong Bay National 5A Tourist Resort, within walking distance of Yalong Bay Beach. The hotel also offers free scheduled shuttle buses to the beach, which is very convenient. Within 800 meters of the hotel, you'll find the Yalong Bay Yatai Night Market Street and the Baihua Valley Commercial Street, making it easy to browse the night market and commercial area after dinner. It's a peaceful escape that doesn't lack convenience, truly an oasis of calm in the bustling Yalong Bay. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable. The hotel's excellent location, beautiful natural environment, spacious and comfortable villa, and attentive service all left a deep impression on me. The hotel offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it for anyone vacationing in Sanya. I'll definitely choose Shixi Villa Jianguo Resort Hotel first on my next trip to Sanya!

Extremely satisfied with my stay. The sea view was fantastic! The weather was bad, so I stayed in the room the whole time and didn't get a chance to experience the pool. But this suite was truly excellent: clean, bright, and spacious. It had two separate bathrooms, and at night, the bedroom doors could be closed for privacy. Both rooms also had their own balconies. Although it's close to the airport and planes constantly flew overhead when on the balcony, you could barely hear any noise once the doors were closed. The downside: The food at the executive lounge was a bit disappointing. There was a limited variety of hot dishes, and all the desserts were mousse-based, which were both heavy and not very tasty. Wouldn't some regular cakes have been better?

Our butler, Mila, proactively asked about our room preferences two days in advance and even upgraded us to a high-floor room, which was clean and offered a good view. The complimentary gift was also very nice, and we were granted a late check-out without any催促 (hurry). The public areas are large, comfortable, and spacious. The pool is quite big and not crowded, and you can find shells on the beach. Overall, I was quite satisfied. The breakfast bread was good, though other options were pretty standard. There weren't many Chinese guests, mostly Russian tourists. The hallway had a slight odor, and the air conditioner fuse blew at one point, but it was fixed quickly. Kids' amenities and the bathtub liner were delivered promptly. The elevators were often empty, making for a comfortable ride. Pullman is definitely worth revisiting, and a big shout-out to our butler. There aren't many activities within the hotel itself, but it's convenient to get to nearby attractions like Coconut Dream Corridor or Joy City; a taxi ride isn't far or expensive. Watching the sunset at Luhuitou Park or even on the hotel's beach is fantastic. Although the butler urged me to leave a good review, I ended up deleting her. I'm posting this when I have time after my return trip, and it was worth it.

Facilities: The hotel has been open for many years, but the overall maintenance is still very good. The hotel uses a lot of solid wood flooring, both in the corridors and guest rooms, which feels very substantial and high-class. The facilities and equipment are very well-maintained, not as old as some online reviews suggest. Hygiene: The guest rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms have separate wet and dry areas with double sinks, which is very convenient. The bathtub is amazing, with a direct hot spring water supply. The room cleaning is very thorough and tidy, and all amenities are well-stocked and practical. The room attendant was very genuine and enthusiastic, always ready to help. Knowing we had a child, she thoughtfully added extra hangers and a laundry basin. Environment: The environment is truly amazing, perfect for taking photos. There are three large swimming pools and hot spring pools, with various types of hot spring baths to choose from according to your preference. The garden is also very picturesque, and I saw many people taking photos; the hotel even has its own travel photography service. Service: I'm very grateful to Butler Pineapple for his service and assistance during our stay. He answered all our questions and even added me on WeChat beforehand. His service was truly attentive and warm, providing a sense of security for someone visiting Sanya for the first time. He patiently answered all my questions about local Sanya attractions and dining. No matter when I contacted him, even outside of working hours, he always responded immediately. I highly recommend him. The front desk staff were all very welcoming and proactively helped with our luggage. The receptionists were busy, with many guests, especially at breakfast, which was super crowded. Fortunately, the breakfast was also very rich, so queuing was normal. Since it was peak season (summer holiday), we also had to wait during check-in, but overall, it was excellent. Good service, good environment, a truly immersive and relaxing holiday experience at the hotel!

I chose the Crowne Plaza Sanya City Center for my trip to Sanya, and my overall stay exceeded expectations. The hotel's location is very convenient, situated in the city center. It's a short taxi ride to Dadonghai and the First Market, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making sightseeing and getting around hassle-free. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with lots of tropical greenery, and the sky pool offers stunning views. It was very pleasant to relax with a swim during my free time. The room was spacious, with a scenic balcony, and the cleaning was meticulous. The bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were efficient with check-in and were polite and friendly. They responded promptly to any requests. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a gym and a children's play area, making it suitable for both couples and families. This hotel was a pleasant surprise on my trip to Sanya, offering great value for money. If you don't mind the slightly dated decor (it's an older hotel after all), it's a fantastic option. I'd say about 80% of the guests were international, and everyone seemed very friendly. The location is unbeatable, with direct access to the beach. We even found a rocky beach nearby where my kids had a blast catching lots of little crabs. The surrounding area has a shopping district, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel service was also very thoughtful; when I had a backache, the housekeeper helped me flip the mattress, which was perfect for someone like me who can't sleep on soft beds. A big thank you to Managers 5, 10, and 15. This will definitely be my first choice next time I visit!

The Sheraton's service and quality are consistently excellent. There's a concierge at the entrance, and the hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's environment and facilities are also fantastic. I'm not sure why some reviews mentioned it being old; the facilities seemed quite new to me. The pool was clean and clear, the beach was uncrowded, and there were plenty of towels. Breakfast offered a wide variety of Western and Chinese options. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. After checking out, the front desk called to ask if I had received a gift, as it seemed the hotel had forgotten to provide it. They even offered to mail it to my home, which was a very thoughtful gesture.

At the tail end of summer, I spontaneously decided to take my child on a four-flight trip to Sanya. After looking at many hotels in Sanya Bay, I ultimately couldn't resist the allure of the infinity pool and chose Kempinski. Our butler, Vivian, called me in advance to add me on WeChat, informing me about hotel matters. She was thoughtful and enthusiastic, and even arranged a room according to my needs. Upon arriving at the hotel after our flight, the greeter helped us with our luggage and opened the car door, making us feel right at home. We left our luggage at the front desk and went for lunch, and when we returned, we checked straight into our room. It was clean, tidy, and well-laid out. The cleaning staff patiently mopped the floors for us during our stay, which was greatly appreciated. For any issues during our stay, our butler Vivian was always incredibly quick and responsive. On our last day, when I had to take my child to the hospital last minute, she even helped us extend our check-out until 2 PM. The breakfast was bountiful with a wide variety of options, and all the hotel staff were very friendly. Although it's not primarily a family-focused hotel, it has all the necessary playground facilities. Our 7-year-old spent most of the time playing in the water, and all the facilities and services were more than enough!

Our stay at Hilton Sanya truly became the brightest memory of our trip, and this wonderful experience was made possible by the dedicated efforts of two staff members. First and foremost, a special thanks to Eddy. Before our departure, I had a specific room preference and, on a whim, contacted the hotel. To my surprise, Eddy's response was incredibly prompt, and communication with him was exceptionally smooth. He patiently listened to all my requests and, in the end, secured a room that exceeded my expectations – opening the window revealed the azure sea, and I woke up every morning to the sunshine and the sound of waves, exactly my ideal vacation. What's even more remarkable is that whenever I had a question, whether it was for iodine after an injury or requesting a late check-out, he always provided clear and efficient solutions immediately, with both professionalism and warmth. That kind of reliable 'follow-through on everything' made us feel incredibly secure in an unfamiliar city. Our unexpected delight by the pool, however, was thanks to lifeguard Master Peng Zhaohui. That afternoon, the pool was nearly empty, and my friend and I, both complete 'landlubbers,' were just splashing around in the shallow end. Master Peng diligently guided us, helping us get started. The most touching part was that he showed no impatience despite our absolute beginner status; instead, he encouraged us repeatedly. After an hour, we could already float on our own, experiencing the relaxation of swimming. That feeling of being professionally and gently looked after was the coolest comfort under the scorching sun that day. Ultimately, a hotel's hardware, whether new or old, or the quality of its views, might create a fleeting impression, but sincere human interaction truly determines the warmth of a journey. From Eddy's flawless online communication to Master Peng's patient and meticulous in-person instruction, I saw not only Hilton's professional standards but also the passion for work and kindness towards guests from these two specific individuals. This perfectly timed 'being seen' and 'being cared for' deepened our affection for Sanya. Next time we visit, it will definitely be here again, and I hope to see you all. 💙

I saw a lot of negative reviews online, but the price was really good, much lower than surrounding hotels, so I still booked for two nights. It was a Ctrip Business Travel Executive Sea View King Room for 1200 (breakfast not included). There was a small hiccup; the room wasn't ready at 3 PM, and I waited 40 minutes. I gave feedback to the guest relations specialist, Leo, who promptly upgraded our room to a Deluxe Club Sea View King. The hotel also helped take our luggage to the room, so kudos, kudos, kudos! Once we got to the room, it was completely different from those negative reviews online. I don't know what their consumption philosophy is, to speak so seriously. I didn't see a single bug. I used the pool twice, and my skin was fine. There were several lifeguards in fixed positions, which was very reassuring. It's very close to the sea, the environment is beautiful, the service is excellent, and there are many activities for children. It was a very satisfying trip. Finally, I want to say: I feel like the online reviews are malicious. No hotel is perfect, but don't be so extreme in your evaluations, it creates confusion for people who haven't been there yet! It was really annoying; I spent three days looking for a hotel. If I had known it was like this, I would have booked it in 10 minutes. My friends, the important thing is to go and experience it for yourself!

Came to Sanya to relax, mainly to enjoy the hotel, so I booked this InterContinental at Xiaodonghai with executive benefits. It perfectly met my needs – just lounging around the hotel, getting a spa when bored, or chilling at the executive lounge. In the evenings, there were a few special alcoholic cocktails, or I could go for a swim in the pool. - The room decor wasn't too new or old, and I particularly liked the small balcony outside where I could lie down and stargaze at night. - The executive lounge didn't have a huge variety of food, but it definitely met basic needs. The evening cocktails were my main focus. - The main pool was great, with plenty of sun loungers nearby. After swimming, I could get out and lie down, and an entire afternoon would just fly by. - It seems you can swim at Xiaodonghai; I saw many Russians swimming at the hotel beach (P.S. there were so many Russians!). However, there didn't seem to be any sun loungers on the beach. - The breakfast variety was also quite extensive, and there was enough seating, so no need to queue it seemed. - What's really worth mentioning is that a day before check-in, our butler Dora contacted me to ask about my needs and help arrange things. During my stay, she also resolved issues very promptly. Excellent!!!

With a generous amount of yellow lantern chili and bean sprouts, I ended up having 6 bowls over two days. 4. The butler was quite prompt in resolving issues. 5. The public areas are beautiful, especially when viewed from above. 6. The sound bath healing is definitely worth experiencing; I actually fell asleep during it. On a sunny day, every shot you take has that full island vibe, with the turquoise sea and coconut trees creating a stunning backdrop. After snapping photos, we could head straight back to our room to refresh. The room had excellent lighting, which was super convenient for fixing our makeup and outfits. The hotel has everything you need for dining, entertainment, and fun, so besides taking pictures, we could also fully enjoy our vacation time, traveling and documenting our journey. It was a very fulfilling trip overall.

We liked staying with you a lot. The size of the room was big enough for our family, so much space! Cleaning is good. We had almost everything we needed. Kids animation is great! My daughters were busy all day long going from one playground to another. We liked the pools, food and the design. I would add spoons, forks, knives and some plates in the rooms. No shower at the beach was a problem. And difficulty to find a sunbed. Staying at the beach under the sun without having a sunbed and an umbrella is not nice for children. I would add more sunbeds for sure! Thanks a lot to Bella and the stuff! R

Lucas's service was absolutely amazing! The game consoles in the hotel were a lot of fun. I highly recommend staying here. The sea view offers incredible value for money. For a hotel priced around 400 yuan, the service is top-notch, even better than some places like Atlantis. The staff, both the young men and women, were incredibly thoughtful. We even bothered them to switch rooms in the middle of the night, and they didn't complain at all. The Xbox experience in the game center was fantastic. I recommend everyone to come and stay!
