I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent—the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby at restaurants, and took only 10 minutes to GPO & Cable Car station (Awana Skyway). The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of options for breakfast and dinner. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The stay was good, clean, and easy access to the mall, casino and sky avenue. However be prepared for a 100m run from the entrance to your hotel room, it is actually wide enough and quite a nice walk 🤭 staff were well trained and attentive to any needs or questions you may have, not sure what amenities the hotel has as there wasn’t any that had directional cues for guests, so I’m guessing there aren’t any? I may be wrong

Hotel is further up so pros is nice views, cons is harder to get grab (if you don’t drive/rent vehicle). Convenient location as McDonald delivery also manage to deliver to hotel location. There is also food, Marts, laundry etc in 1 km. Saw some tourists walk down as well. Hotel has 2 toilet, small tv not able to play Netflix etc unless you have HDMI to connect your own devices. There is one bedroom without aircon as its door is sliding door (queen bed) so got to leave it open slightly to get the hallway aircon.

Great! A truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff who were friendly and we got a room with a nice mountain view. The room was spotless, comfortable and there are many eateries and convenience stores nearby. Drawback was a few cancelled trips from Grab, who were not willing to go up Genting, but nevertheless we still managed to get a ride.

This is our first stay in ion delemen for 4D3N. The unit is very spacious and clean however we faced some difficulties as below. 1. Broken bedframe: One of the room bed is broken and we have reported to the reception immediately however no action was taken nor any updates was received. There are difficulties every time when we sleep on it as it is unstable. 2. Wifi connection: Throughout our stay, we unable to connect to hotel WiFi and no action was taken to rectify it. 3. Noisy door: There's a very annoying sound every time when we open or close the room door.

I couldn't sleep until midnight because my neck and back are very itchy.The most important thing for us when we travel is to get enough sleep. I had a very pleasant stay with my family here. Totally worth for the price, it has great view, great attraction such as nature trail, kids activity area and large swimming pool. Room is nice with comfortable bed. Toilets and sitting area is a lot in the resort, great for guest to sit and chilling. However, one area of improvement should be on breakfast part. Please make sure adequate staff is available in the morning to serve for breakfast as there was long queue. Ala carte food is understandable with the food voucher, but please provide other drink also for kids as option available are only black tea and black coffee. Other than that, we had a great time and keep up the good job.

The water pressure from the shower is low, one of us had to shower cold water until we manage to figure out the water pump. The host sent their maintenance guy to fix the water pump the next day at 9am (when we were still sleeping). Couldn't find the AC remote, took us 30 minutes to final find it next to one of the beds. The kitchen sink was clogged and making noise. Parking is a hassle as it's open air and you need to park quite a distance if you get back late. It was raining when we arrived, so we were all soaked due to the open air parking. We called the host at 12am to ask about the water pressure, he was responsive and helped us (over the phone) to sort it out. Water pressure is still low, but I guess that's the ”normal” pressure. Room can fit 6 adults comfortably. Good sound proofing.

If possible, book through Agoda with a different partner so you can find someone at the front desk if issues arise. 7stonez customer service seems to be unreachable in person; they only communicate via WhatsApp. If you're not familiar with PDFs, you'll be left to figure things out on your own. When I checked in, I saw an uncle struggling with it for a long time.

The room was clean and well prepared when we arrived, which was appreciated. However, the hotel is located quite far from the main hustle and bustle area. It took us around 10–15 minutes to walk back to the hotel, and some routes involve stairs only, with no lift or escalator. This makes accessibility challenging, especially for senior guests. Service was very average, with no extra‑mile or personalised service experienced. Overall, it felt like a run‑of‑the‑mill operation catering to the masses rather than offering a memorable stay. Amenities were very basic and minimal, which may not meet expectations for guests looking for added comfort or convenience.

My son and I have stayed at this boutique hotel twice before, back in 2024. Now our 3rd stay, still always our favourite. Lobby area is comfortable and spacious, smooth check in and be sure have cash to pay for the conservation fee RM3 since no cashless option for this. The room is well equipped with comfortable queen bed, air condition, tv, mini bar, kettle and coffee tea as well bottled water. Bathroom has clean towels, toothbrush set, soap, shower cap and toilettries. Shower with hot water, good water pressure. Wardrobe has bedroom slippers, ironing board & iron,laundry bag and ample space to store your clothes. There is self service laundrette with a fee(washing machine & dryer) in hotel. Hair dryer is available upon request. Other facilities include surau, 7 Eleven, another convenient shop as well as hotel cafe which I think is only available for breakfast. One might enjoy the wonderful paintings all around the hotel public area, where there are comfortable seating area with sofas. Overall, pleasant stay for us as always.

Hi, the price was great and included breakfast. However, the breakfast menu was quite disappointing. The front office service was excellent—there was a staff member (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) who was especially helpful. The maintenance team was also superb. However, it was quite frustrating when we were already tired and the room’s electricity kept tripping repeatedly, and we eventually had to change rooms. Initially, there were no towels provided as well. Overall, it was an okay stay.

Booking at the same day and last minute, attract from the kids pool and room. Book for one studio room, and when arrive. They said the room is full and they upgrade to family room. My kids love that room so much and so big. Also the cleaness and facility everything is good. My kids got play at kids pool and other pool also.. we have so much fun and memory in here. Definitely will be myfav place whenever i come to genting highland in the future !!

Overall stay was good. Owner was fast to respond to any needs Except we were expecting 2 single BEDS (as described in booking page), but was a little disappointed with only 2 single MATTRESS provided. So the kids had to sleep on the floor 😬 Also follow the instructions given in the series of photos. There are many tower blocks and lifts so things can be easily confused. There’s a water dispenser outside our room so that’s very helpful 👍

The hotel was prompt in responding and very kindly taking note and made special arrangements for our occasion of our child's birthday and wedding anniversary celebration. We had a lovely surprise and birthday song played when we checked in to our room. Amazing scenic views of mountain and KL city night lights, and comfortable bedding that gives us good sleep. Comfortable space to spend good family time. We enjoyed very much and would love to return or recommend to our friends and relatives! Only 2 suggestions to make: 1) the fan in our master bedroom (room 2008) makes some noise quite often during the night, good to have it checked and fixed to not affect guests' experience, and 2) if only the shower area in the bathrooms have a door to avoid water splashing out to the toilet area.

We stayed two nights and the place was great for the money we paid. The check in process is simple and quick but need to contact them earlier to set the check in process. The room is big and comes with a nice mountain view. Will book this place again next time if the price is still maintain low.

The cleaning was not very clean, and it felt like there was no floor or table. The outside terrace was not swept and there was a lot of dust. The location is relatively remote and the others are medium. Not too bad. There is a small kitchen in the room, there are dishes and spoons, you can cook fast noodles to eat 👍 The guard's service is very good 👍
