Hotel is further up so pros is nice views, cons is harder to get grab (if you don’t drive/rent vehicle). Convenient location as McDonald delivery also manage to deliver to hotel location. There is also food, Marts, laundry etc in 1 km. Saw some tourists walk down as well. Hotel has 2 toilet, small tv not able to play Netflix etc unless you have HDMI to connect your own devices. There is one bedroom without aircon as its door is sliding door (queen bed) so got to leave it open slightly to get the hallway aircon.

We had a splendid staycation here at Geo Resort & Hotel. Starting with a smooth check in process, easy access parking, there were mini stalls just outside the hotel lobby until 10pm, the hotel located very near to lots of eateries & convenient stores. We had our dinner at Mohd Chan just walking distance from the hotel. The hotel room was cozy & clean enough. The amenities provided were good, I love the shower gel & shampoo because they smelled so refreshing. The breakfast spread was limited but tasted excellent! Please try their roti canai, so good! I would recommend this hotel to anyine coming to Genting Highlands. We look forward for our next staycation here.

The service provider by the number of 0126739878 is not professional and not responsive. I was having issue of getting the key card and locating the mail box, and i try to call the number, but the operator refuse to take my call for 8 times. It was frustrating when u couldn't get the check in process done and the operator refuse to take my call. i will not book through this operator anymore

We enjoyed the stay. There is a small indoor playground and cartoon for the children at the lobby. The kids love it. No mozzies and it was actually quite cold at night. Sufficient beds for a family of 4. Mattresses are on the floor so not worried young children will fall off the bed. Everything was good, it is just 2 mins walk to theme park. The only down side is there’s no dedicated parking area for SkyWorld Hotel, we actually parked at Highlands Hotel parking area (opposite road to SkyWorld Hotel).

Room quite good after refurbished. The hotel has kindly given me 26th floor with nice golf view. The staffs at Ayu Awana was polite & friendly. I wanted to try the Lodge but it was closed for private events. I went for a walk along the golf course. Had a good morning exercise & ordered hot mocha & cheesecake after the walk. Cheesecake taste need some improvement I guess, overall a good stay for me.

The check-in experience was horrible, was informed by estate management that room was not ready even at 4:30pm (chk in supposed to be 3:00pm). Trip.com has to step in but seems the communication between Trips.com and estate management ((Stonez7) does not go well. I somehow managed to get into the unit at 5.00pm after few round of close follow-up. The room was cosy but cleanliness could be improved. Dust still found on the floor. The shower temperature is hard to control. In most cases, we have to bathe with cold water. We were asked to leave the unit by 11:00am on the final day. Even though we have been informed during check in that they have extended our check out time by additional 2 hours. This is totally a big disappointment as seems there has been miscommunication here and there. Anyway, plus point is that the unit come with balcony and view is nice. We are fortunate to see double rainbow from our balcony.

My experiences stay at Midhills.First night worst, because the aircond not working properly every 1 an hour or 30 minutes shut down. Cannot sleep very well. The next day I had inform receptionist to check then Mr Azim come to check he said censor problem and he is suggest me to change because its to hot and my spouse is pregnant and cannot sleep. The service is very good he know my situation and then Ms Mashitah direct call me to change room. she give me two option which room is suitable for me and wife. First, i find the naming of all the hotels confusing. Genting should just have unique names for their hotels rather than Highlands hotel - formerly known as Resorts Hotel. Then they have RW hotel formerly known as something else, Sky world hotel, Resorts World. Don't repeat the words Resort, World, Highland and make them unique. There is nothing seriously wrong except for the price. For its price, I expected the hotel to be much better. The rooms are rather jaded to be frank. I mean the price of Resorts world is about a fifth of what I paid for Highlands hotel - makes me really wonder what I am getting foe such a premium price.

The room is spacious. But the toilet have that kind of smell that you know its not properly cleaned. There are even doodle marks on the mirrors. I usually sleep on 22c and yesterday 18c still feels average cold. Probably need maintainance. The breakfast selections was ok given the price is cheap. But as i was about to take the food suddenly a wasp fell off on the toaster oven before it flew on the wall next to it. Told the staff yet they didnt do anything about it. Anyone cound get bitten giving that the dining room wasnt that big. I give it 6/10 for the stay.

An old but practical hotel. Not for honeymoon but good enough for families. No swimming pool onsite, no free parking onsite during weekdays. Did not try the foods at the coffeehouse. Near to many eateries within walking distance but only 2 halal eateries in this area. Not far from the GPO. No mosque nearby. Good enough for short vacation for not so demanding families. Not for the stylish travellers. At night can be quite noisy as the hotel is by the roadside. Book without doubt.

The aparment amenities is quite good where has a roof top swimming pool. Indoor ping pong room & gym. About the properties experiences, the property is well clean, nice interior design however i just a bit dissatisfied on the air cond under master room where it was autamatically stop after 10-15 minutes operated with it was default on the timer even try top reset it but it still happen. The aircond also is not really cool. Maybe the maple technician must look into this as priority. This also for the ceiling Fan inside the master room only can go for speed number 4. Other than that is not functioning . All the rest for me is good. This time visit i give 3 star out of 5. TQ

The water pressure from the shower is low, one of us had to shower cold water until we manage to figure out the water pump. The host sent their maintenance guy to fix the water pump the next day at 9am (when we were still sleeping). Couldn't find the AC remote, took us 30 minutes to final find it next to one of the beds. The kitchen sink was clogged and making noise. Parking is a hassle as it's open air and you need to park quite a distance if you get back late. It was raining when we arrived, so we were all soaked due to the open air parking. We called the host at 12am to ask about the water pressure, he was responsive and helped us (over the phone) to sort it out. Water pressure is still low, but I guess that's the ”normal” pressure. Room can fit 6 adults comfortably. Good sound proofing.

Overall stay was good. Owner was fast to respond to any needs Except we were expecting 2 single BEDS (as described in booking page), but was a little disappointed with only 2 single MATTRESS provided. So the kids had to sleep on the floor 😬 Also follow the instructions given in the series of photos. There are many tower blocks and lifts so things can be easily confused. There’s a water dispenser outside our room so that’s very helpful 👍

Came here for the view and amenities and it did not disappoint. Plus point was the selection of food at the mall, responsive and helpful service staff, and the netflix/youtube premium subscription. We enjoyed ourselves and will come back. Some useful tips for families: - kids will love the many heated pools - washing and machine included in room with detergent powder - full set of cutlery and dishes, even a teapot included in room - ask for extra room card and towels - kids will have fun exploring the many playgrounds and its worth it to book the private pool/darts, golf simulator rooms - fantastic privacy to avoid the weekend crowd at casino are

The 3-bedroom unit was perfect for children to play together while parents enjoyed a relaxing drink. The mall downstairs offered a great dining option, however, breakfast options are limited and can get crowded, so we recommend bringing your own.

Google location can't exactly show the location of this place. So, pro-active instruction will be excellent but ad hoc helps when reaching does save the hassle. Parking instruction is clear that helps too. Staying wise, with this price is definitely a good deal. Probably, due to off peak season. I could imagine during weekend or peak period this place will be crowded and the facilities will be insufficient. The lift at the facilities side could be an issue when crowded. Location wise, walking distance to restaurants, convenient shops and nearby skyway and GPO.

Great host! Everything was good except the way to the property.. road was in bad shape maybe due to lots of construction site nearby..friendly host and check in & out was easy.
