PLAYON is located inside E!Avenue at Downtown East, Pasir Ris. If you’ve already done the usual Singapore shopping and sightseeing and want to try something more active, this indoor playground is quite a fun option! Unlike a normal arcade where you mostly sit and play, PLAYON combines sports with interactive technology, so you’ll be moving around quite a bit. You can race with friends, play digital bowling, shoot targets, try VR games, test your reaction speed, or even challenge each other at digital tennis and football. 🎮🏎️⚽

Before checking in, I communicated with the front desk and was able to check in early without any hassle, which saved me the trouble of dragging my luggage around. This was particularly thoughtful. The room was much larger than I expected, with an open and unconfining space. The twin room layout was very comfortable, and there was a leisure sofa by the window where I could relax and enjoy the river and city views. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, and the facilities were well-maintained, making the overall impression clean and tidy. I especially want to commend the staff member Basravi. Their service attitude was excellent, they patiently answered all my questions, and handled things efficiently, leaving a great impression. The Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore's location is also convenient, with river views right outside the window, making it easy to get around and explore. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and I would consider this hotel again next time I visit Singapore.

For a Singapore hotel, the rooms are quite spacious, with standard rooms measuring 32 sqm. The bathroom is clean, water pressure is good, and the bed is comfortable. There's plenty of space to unpack luggage without feeling cramped. On the rooftop, there's an outdoor pool and a 24-hour gym – perfect for a relaxing swim after a day of shopping. The hotel is famous for its Carousel buffet restaurant, where guests have breakfast. The food selection is extensive, covering Chinese, Western, and Nanyang flavors. There are many options like laksa, local toast, seafood, and desserts. Breakfast is served for a long period, so you don't have to rush even if you wake up late. Upgraded rooms come with executive lounge access, offering light meals and drinks all day. Some front desk staff speak Chinese, and they are very prompt with luggage storage and taxi bookings. To be objective, here are the drawbacks: Being an older hotel, the decor isn't brand new, but it's well-maintained for an established property. During peak season, check-in can be slow. Although I requested a high floor in my booking, it's not 100% guaranteed. Rooms facing the street or near the elevator shaft can have corridor noise, so if you're a light sleeper, remember to ask the front desk for an inner room. Late check-out is not supported, which is a rigid policy. ✨Useful Tips: Prioritize requesting an inner, non-smoking room; if you want a high floor, try to check in early; there's a bus stop downstairs, making it convenient for taxis and the MRT; use the underground passage to ION directly from the hotel to avoid the heat. Overall, it's not suitable for those seeking brand new, trendy decor, but its excellent location and spacious rooms make it great value for money for families or anyone visiting Orchard Road for shopping.

The hotel's facilities and services were impeccable. It was my mother's birthday during our stay, and they surprised her with a cake and upgraded our room to a suite, which I found incredibly touching. The infinity pool experience was superb; although we couldn't see the sunset due to hazy weather, the night view was absolutely captivating. We also visited the pool the next morning, and since there were very few people, I was able to swim without any obstructions for a long time, feeling like I had the entire massive infinity pool to myself. Before bringing my mother, I just wanted to try it out, but the experience far exceeded my expectations, so I would definitely love to come back again if I have the chance.

There's definitely a gap compared to nearby luxury spots like the Fairmont, but of course, they aren't in the same price range either. I was just passing through on a layover, and it was perfect for a short transit stay. I even stumbled upon the F1 night race track while taking a walk downstairs, which was a pleasant surprise!

This downtown hotel is very close to the MRT, right next to Marina Square and Suntec City, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also not far from Marina Bay Sands and the Merlion. From our room, we could see Marina Bay Sands, the Merlion, Supertree Grove, and the Singapore Flyer. At night, when the lights come on, the entire bay is beautiful. Having breakfast in the garden atrium, with the crisp chirping of birds, felt like living in a breathing garden.

Overall, it's excellent value for money. They offer Chinese service, but sometimes if there's only one staff member, you might need to speak English. The free luggage storage and rooftop pool are definite pluses, and overall the facilities are pretty good. However, the deluxe king room I was initially given had a very strong urine odor, which was quite disappointing regarding hygiene. I had to go back and forth with the front desk two or three times about this issue, which wasted a lot of my time. Eventually, Citadines Connect City Centre Singapore kindly upgraded me to a larger Loft room for free, and the new room was excellent and spacious, which I appreciated. Overall, the hotel's attitude in handling the problem was acceptable, but I hope Citadines Connect City Centre Singapore will strengthen its room cleaning and pre-check inspections in the future, as the first impression was really negatively affected.

This hotel was definately in a walkable distance from Wild Wild Wet - water theme park and also a shopping mall so it was really convenient. I used the luggage storage service on both my check-in and check-out days, and the bellhops were incredibly kind, leaving a great impression. On my check-out day, when I went to pick up my luggage after sightseeing, I got caught in a sudden downpour. The staff told me, 'If you still have time before your flight, please feel free to rest in the lobby until the rain stops. It usually clears up in about 30-40 minutes.' This allowed me to avoid moving around in the heavy rain. The room was spacious enough to open my suitcase, and the cleaning was very thorough. The only minor downsides were that the water purifier and showerhead hook seemed old and weren't fixed securely, so I had to be a bit careful when using them. However, the air conditioning, which I was initially worried about, was adjustable, and I had a comfortable two-night stay. The hotel is right next to a subway station, with a bus stop nearby, and a shopping center and Clarke Quay are within walking distance, which was very convenient.

Overall, my stay at Hotel Jen Orchardgateway was fantastic. The location is a major highlight—just a few minutes' walk to the Orchard Road shopping belt and the MRT station, making shopping, dining, and getting around extremely convenient. The room is quite spacious compared to similarly priced hotels in Singapore, impeccably clean, and features soft bedding for a very comfortable rest. The hotel also offers an outdoor pool and a gym, perfect for unwinding after a day out. The front desk staff were warm and polite, making check-in and check-out swift while offering plenty of great local tips. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, covering both Chinese and Western dishes, and even included some local Singaporean flavors. Tucked away in a quiet spot amidst the hustle and bustle, the hotel offers a peaceful environment in the heart of the busy city with great value for money. Highly recommended for a vacation or short business trip to Singapore, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Orchard Hotel Singapore Singapore Trip (8) First and foremost, I was deeply impressed by the staff member, Sam, who greeted me warmly in Chinese during check-in and subtly clarified things. Although the room wasn't huge, it was clean and tidy. The lobby decor was bright and grand, and the hotel featured an outdoor pool and a gym. Right next to the hotel is a shopping street with a variety of dining and shopping options. Plus, bus stop 36 is right outside the hotel, offering direct service to Changi Airport. I stayed here for two nights and felt comfortable and relaxed!

Greater than I expected! ❤️ I had a really good stay at Travelodge Harbourfront Singapore, and honestly, the hotel was greater than I expected. First, let’s talk about the location. It’s located just opposite VivoCity, so everything is really convenient. The MRT station is about a 5-minute walk away, and if you’re looking for breakfast or a quick meal, you can easily walk over to VivoCity. There’s even a linkway connecting the hotel to the mall, which makes getting around so easy, especially after a long day outside. The lobby is cozy and comfortable, with plenty of seating areas. The staff were also really nice and welcoming. I was especially glad that they kindly offered us an early check-in, which was really helpful. The room is small, but honestly, it was good enough for two people. The highlight for me was definitely the bed — SO comfortable! I slept really well every night after a long day of walking around Singapore. I also liked that the bathroom separates the dry and wet areas. And the shower pressure was surprisingly strong! After being out the whole day, having a good hot shower was one of the little things I really enjoyed. They also provide bottled water, disposable slippers, coffee and tea, as well as some basic necessities tucked away in the drawers, which was convenient. Overall, I had a really comfortable and pleasant stay here. I especially loved how comfy the bed was — after a long day out, coming back to a comfortable room and a good shower was exactly what I needed. ❤️ Would definitely consider staying here again the next time I’m in Singapore!

The hotel is right outside the MRT Bencoolen Station. It was raining when I arrived, but I didn't need an umbrella. The amenities are quite basic. I was grateful for the slippers. There's no partition between the shower, toilet, and sink, and no curtain in the shower area. Every time I showered, the floor would get soaked, so I had to be careful to prevent water from reaching the sink area. The TV worked on the first day but not from the second day onwards. I don't know about other rooms, but my room's door didn't have a door guard or a chain. I guess it's probably not a big concern, though.

THIS HOTEL IS CYLINDRICAL BECAUSE THEY'VE CUT EVERY CORNER! I really wanted to like this hotel. The location is excellent and the pool and surrounding gardens are genuinely lovely. Unfortunately, what started out as a promising stay (from the photos) turned into one of the most unsettling hotel experiences I've ever had. On my second night, at around 10pm, I encountered two men entering the rooftop pool on the 3rd floor. They asked me to hold the door open as I was returning to my room next door after a moonlit swim because they were laden with several carrier bags. I thought they were staff. The following morning, around 8am, I returned for a sunrise swim and recognised the same two men. They appeared to have spent the night sleeping on the sun loungers. They were smoking and drinking - polishing off an entire bottle of whisky at around 10am. There was no staff presence and seemingly nobody had checked the pool area for approximately 12 hours. I didn't feel safe swimming and reported what I had found to reception. Rather than feeling reassured, I was interrogated by reception staff and told there was no manager on duty. Their reaction was remarkably casual - they seemed fairly nonplussed, simply saying, ”We'll send someone up.” What concerned me most is that the lifts are not guest-card activated, meaning anyone entering the bustling hotel lobby can gain access to all guest floors. My room was on the third floor, adjacent to the pool. I later asked reception about the men. ”Oh yes, they're gone now.” No apparent apology, concern or urgency and still no manager available. When I left the following day, I specifically asked to speak to a manager and, once again, there was nobody on duty. Unfortunately, lax security and two unidentified men bedding down for the night at the pool wasn't the only problem. The thin mattress was so old and worn that the coiled springs were digging into my back, hips and elbows. The bedding was a scratchy brown blanket rather than a proper duvet. An enormous construction site next door started work at exactly 8am every day. The pool itself has seen better days. The sun loungers were worn, tired, smelly and in need of replacement. Even the blue pool slide advertised by the hotel was bone dry and completely out of use. There was no drinking water provided. When I asked for a bottle for the first night, I was told no. When I asked about a filtered water tap, I was told no - I could boil the kettle, drink the bathroom water or go to 7-Eleven. Their lackadaisical response was borderline laughable! One final warning for non-smokers: cigarette smoke is a significant issue. The Level 2 corridors are thick with smoke which permeates the hotel. If you are sensitive to smoke, I recommend requesting Level 3 or above, which benefits from an open atrium allowing air to circulate. Smoking around the pool was also constant during my stay. The Wi-Fi was patchy and there was absolutely no Wi-Fi around the pool. The irony is that the hotel has a beautiful rooftop pool and an excellent location. I gave both 5/5 because they genuinely deserve it. But I gave the service 1/5 because the lack of security, staff presence and management response left me deeply uncomfortable as a solo traveller. There wasn't a single corner of this hotel where I didn't feel like something had been cut back and, by the end, I couldn't help wondering whether I'd inadvertently booked myself into a budget youth hostel rather than a 3.5-star hotel, as advertised. What makes this all such a shame is the hotel's potential. With its riverside views, excellent location, beautiful rooftop pool and gardens, this could be an exquisite venue with a complete refurbishment and, crucially, the right management team. The bones are there - it just desperately needs care, investment and proper management. Beautiful location. Lovely pool. Enormous potential. Very uncomfortable stay.

Though you can hear what is happening along the corridor despite having door closed and locked (people walking/running, talking/laughing… all can be heard clearly). Door latch in room was not in working condition too. Requested for a quiet room on level 2 with windows via Trip.com, front desk claims they did not receive any request. Generally, decent.

The hotel is pretty good, with a very convenient location. Right outside, you'll find the shuttle bus stop, and down the stairs is Xylokastro beach. The hotel has a restaurant, making dining easy, and there's a small supermarket next door for convenience. The hotel environment is nice; if you book two rooms, they can be adjoining with a connecting door that opens. There's also a Chinese-speaking front desk staff member. Service, however, is a bit hit-or-miss. We stayed for two days and asked for an extra blanket countless times, but never received one.

It is well-known that hotels in Singapore are famously small and expensive. The advantage of Hotel Mi Bencoolen is its great location—it's right outside Exit B of the Bencoolen MRT station. There is a food court across the street in Lazada for convenient dining, and getting to Marina Bay and VivoCity is also very easy. The downside is that the rooms are truly tiny; if you are of a larger build or sharing with another person, it feels very cramped. Additionally, the soundproofing is extremely poor—so much so that there are quietness signs in the hallways, and any noise from the corridor can be heard clearly inside the room. Also, the room faces a parking lot, and the sound of every car going over the speed bumps is crystal clear, which heavily impacts sleep quality. Room cleanliness is acceptable. The bathroom only provides the absolute basics: bath towels, toothbrushes, and shampoo/body wash. To sum up, Hotel Mi Bencoolen relies entirely on its location and price, but the physical facilities are genuinely subpar.

My friend and I had booked our rooms separately, so I sent an email the day before requesting rooms close to each other and as quiet as possible. Within 10 minutes, I received a polite reply from the desk manager, and they actually accommodated our requests—I was so grateful! 😆 The front desk staff were also very welcoming and pleasant. On the morning of our departure, they promptly called a taxi for us right on the spot and even let us know the fare would be $21.5 in advance. While the room was about as compact as a Toyoko Inn, we were able to open our cabin-sized carry-on luggage on the designated luggage rack above the hangers. It was fully equipped with all the essentials: an electric kettle, hair dryer, iron, refrigerator, and more. We couldn't hear any noise or talking from the adjacent rooms at all. If I had to pick just one minor issue, it would be that the air conditioning was a bit loud 😅, though that might just be because I'm a light sleeper. However, there were no unpleasant mechanical or motor noises, so I slept soundly through the night. The location near Orchard Station was also fantastic. All in all, I'd definitely stay here again next time! 😊

The location is very convenient, right on the 4th floor of Jewel Changi Airport, only a five-minute walk from the airport. It has two floors, with many rooms on each floor. The rooms are very small; even though I'd heard they were small, I didn't expect them to be this tiny, even smaller than those I've stayed in Japan. The air conditioning in the room couldn't be turned up higher, making the room quite cold, and the duvet wasn't very dry. I can only say it was just bearable for a night.

Wonderful Birthday Staycation at M Social Hotel! ❤️ Booked a staycation at M Social Singapore to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and we had such a lovely experience! Perhaps because lyf Funan Singapore promotes a co-living and connected concept, staying here gives you a little extra sense of warmth. You'll exchange friendly nods and greetings with people in the elevator and hold the door for each other, and there are lots of young people checking in. Every guest room door features a different graffiti design along with a small chalkboard, which is a really fun touch. The check-out experience was also great—being half an hour or an hour late was totally fine, and free luggage storage is available. Plus, if you still have some time before your flight, you can comfortably hang out in the 4th-floor co-living space. The hotel has washing machines and dryers right on-site at very reasonable prices—16 SGD includes both washing and drying for a super-large load. It's exceptionally convenient for business travelers. Another thing I personally loved is that there’s no heavy artificial fragrance in the hotel. The rooms are clean and bright with a very sensible layout; although the room size isn't huge, the space is used very efficiently. The location is also extremely convenient, with many of Singapore's major attractions nearby and within walking distance.

It was our first time visiting Singapore, and since we were traveling with two elderly family members and doing daily city walks, choosing a conveniently located hotel was an absolute must. After comparing several hotels around Marina Bay, I personally felt that the Pacific Club Suite at the Pan Pacific Marina Bay offered great value for money. First of all, the staff member who handled our check-in at the lobby was an Indian gentleman who didn't speak Chinese. At first, I was a bit worried about the language barrier and whether we might get brushed off, but those concerns proved completely unnecessary. He was extremely professional; he used key words in his English that allowed me to grasp the main points easily. Moreover, his attitude was wonderful—patient, warm, and friendly. He handed us a detailed information sheet about the club lounge and patiently explained each item to us, which was truly reassuring. Housekeeping was also very thorough. In addition to the regular cleaning, there was a turndown service: they replenished the drinks in the minibar, replaced used towels, neatly arranged our slippers, turned on the bedside lamps, and drew the curtains, creating a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Finally, a special shout-out goes to the club lounge on the 38th floor. The selection of food for breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails was extensive and changed daily. Having stayed for 4 days, we were extremely satisfied with the dining experience. In particular, all the lounge staff were very proactive in introducing the daily menu, recommending the most popular dishes, as well as the specialty blended juices and mocktails. On our first day, they even walked us through the walking route from the hotel to the Merlion. The thing that left the deepest impression on us was a tall, thin male server. He served us for all 4 days of our stay, proactively asking if we wanted a fresh cup of hot coffee when ours got cold, promptly clearing finished plates along with any used napkins, and constantly working hard to maintain a clean and tidy dining environment. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to him here, and I wish him smooth sailing in his career and a wonderful, happy life.

We booked a room with a sea view, which is relatively spacious for Singaporean standards. The hardware and software facilities are both excellent. Overall, we are very satisfied. For check-in, after exiting the MRT and taking the elevator down, cross the street to your right. You'll see a sign for 'Outpost,' but don't go upstairs. Instead, after crossing the road, turn left and walk straight. After passing a bus stop, there's a hotel exit. Walk past the bar, then through the lobby of another hotel to the parking lot. The hotel entrance is to the top left of the parking lot, on the 2nd floor. Check-in is on the 3rd floor, and the two ladies at the reception speak Chinese. The service was genuinely good. Upon check-in, our luggage was brought to our room, and there were instructions in Chinese. We could choose five snacks (the popcorn was delicious!). When checking out, if you need to store luggage, you can leave it downstairs directly without having to bring it back up. The room amenities were great. The toiletries were my preferred brand, and the room was incredibly clean. The sea view from our room, 615, was also lovely.

Only a pair of toothbrush were given with no other amenities like shaver, cotton pads etc, so we had to get the necessities from the nearby 7-11. They also don’t offer bottled water in the room as there is a filtered tap in the bathroom. The corridors are especially long with many units closely positioned side by side. Staff is quite efficient and friendly. Complimentary carpark is given to all guests. Did not try the breakfast as Flip Coffee Roasters is just next door and we decided to try that.

After the summer holidays, taking advantage of a brief dip in prices before the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays, I went to Singapore for a two- or three-day business trip. Ctrip was having its 919 big sale at the time, and I snagged a pretty good deal on a pre-sale package for this hotel. I quickly booked two nights, September 15-16, only to find out they only release two reservation slots per day. Luckily, there were exactly four of us, so it worked out perfectly – any more and we couldn't have booked, any less and it wouldn't have been worth it. For pre-sale packages like this, if you have a larger group, you really need to pay attention to availability. As for the hotel itself, everything was decent, nothing spectacular. The main draw is its excellent location, not far from tourist attractions, and with convenient access to shops, supermarkets, and dining options nearby. The promotional price made it incredibly good value for money.

The night market in the evening is also very lively. Room Size: I booked a king room. Overall, it was very comfortable and spacious for one person. The room has a bit of a business hotel vibe, with great blackout curtains—perfect for the tropical rainforest climate. Cleanliness: Housekeeping came on time every day, and everything was very spotless. They were quite generous with the Bacha drip coffee and TWG tea bags. The first round of the minibar (included in the room rate) is free of charge. A great selection of drinks, very thoughtful. Breakfast: Very hearty, featuring Chinese, Western, and Southeast Asian cuisines. Wi-Fi: The signal gets a bit weak during peak evening hours. Service: Overall, quite warm, attentive, and responsive to all requests.

Came here for our anniversary and it was such a good short getaway. Service was impeccable and the hotel room was super nice and comfy. Another downside is honestly the location, it's really far but there's a shuttle bus to Changi city point and I think it'll be good for travellers who want to stay near the airport. I think this hotel strikes the perfect balance between location, service, and price. I always recommend it to friends visiting Singapore for the first time. The bayside rooms offer fantastic views, but if you close the curtains, it doesn't really matter... The real charm of this hotel, in my opinion, lies in its ambiance, excellent service, prime location, and fantastic breakfast spread. And don't forget the amazing spa within the hotel! It's a perfect place to unwind after a long day of walking. Navigating to the subway station via the underground passage can be a bit confusing, so I recommend walking above ground. You can also easily walk to Clarke Quay, which is a departure point for river cruises.

The pillows were really nice, a bit longer than usual which made it super comfy to sleep with and quite firm (not super super soft, but really nice if you like soft pillows). The shower and water pressure was amazing, enjoyed the tub and the toilet had a touch screen bidet. Seriously enjoyed myself this weekend! Really good for the price.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this hotel. The hotel is located by the Esplanade metro station and can be accessed through a covered walkway/pedestrian pathway with restaurants on both sides. The reception area was a bit narrow, but very comfortable with lots of seating and good air conditioning (so important in July). We had a king room that was very spacious with a large bathroom and soaking tub. Our room faced the pedestrian walkway, so the view was not exceptional, but go up to the pool to get a fantastic view of the bay. Breakfast (served at Beach Road Kitchen) buffet was out of this world - there was a huge variety of food options from cuisines all over the world. I spoke to a few locals (while waiting in line for my omelette) and learned that many come for staycations because of their amazing breakfast. The best part about this hotel, however, was the service. We were warmly greeted each time we step into the hotel and I have to give a big shout out to the manager at Beach Road Kitchen as well as Mr. Kael Loong, Executive Sous Chef. They kept the restaurant running smoothly and despite the crowds, everything flowed beautifully. My son and I spent 6 weeks in Asia and stayed in a lot of hotels (including the St. Regis - twice), but this one was the BEST by far.

I was very satisfied with the location, cleanliness, and room facilities. Even though Grand Hyatt Singapore is in a bustling area, the stay didn't feel cramped or noisy at all. I had emailed the hotel a month in advance, hoping for a room not on a corner, not near the elevator, and with a decent view, and received a positive reply. However, upon arrival, I was told only corner rooms were available. Perhaps because it was my birthday, the front desk lady tried her best to find another option. After a twenty-minute wait, a quiet room was finally found, but it was on a lower floor with no view to speak of. Seeing the room was pretty good, I let it slide. During check-out, the Southeast Asian front desk staff was very cold. I smiled and greeted her warmly, but she didn't even say hello. She took the room card and just said, ”finish, you can go.” I only found out when the deposit would be refunded after I asked, let alone any pleasantries like ”have a good trip.” This kind of attitude is hard to encounter even in a third-tier city in China, and I'm not sure how it's tolerated in a star-rated hotel. I hope Grand Hyatt Singapore can train its staff on their attitude to treat guests from all countries equally.

Great location, clean hotel, and it really gives off that resort vibe! 【Room】 It had a unique and interesting layout, haha! Both the bathroom and the room were spacious! The ceilings were super high! We had a very comfortable stay! However, the bathroom door is quite see-through—you can pretty much see silhouettes through it. Keep that in mind if you're sensitive about privacy. It didn't bother me much, though, and the place was so spotless that I was totally satisfied overall! 【Staff】 I thought this hotel didn't offer Japanese support, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a few staff members who could speak a bit of Japanese! Generally speaking, all the staff here were very kind and thoughtful, making our stay truly pleasant. Thank you so much! That said, since we checked in quite late, there weren't any Japanese-speaking staff around, and the front desk agent spoke pretty fast English, which gave me a bit of a hard time, haha. By piecing together the general vibe and a few recognized words, I barely managed to figure out what they meant, lol. Smartphone translation apps weren't all that helpful either. If you're not confident in English, just mentally prepare yourself! Haha. 【Location】 USS (Universal Studios Singapore) and the S.E.A. Aquarium are within walking distance! A shopping mall packed with restaurants and more is super close by! Naturally, there are convenience stores and Starbucks nearby too! Palawan Beach and Siloso Beach are just one stop away on the complimentary resort tram for hotel guests. Anyway, the location was fantastic! 【Amenities & Facilities】 We didn't use them extensively, but the complimentary drinks and snacks were well-stocked! At first, I couldn't figure out which one was the kettle because it looked like a coffee machine, lol. Also, for some reason, one thing was broken and couldn't be used, which was a bit disappointing... On the bright side, the hotel pool was reasonably sized and very refreshing! Definitely check it out if you're visiting in the summer! 【Overall】 I was extremely satisfied! If I ever get the chance to visit Sentosa again, I'd love to stay here!

A bit pricey but good hotel ,good enough for short stay not too far from the main tourist attractions 15 to 20 min ride. Singapore is very clean country and beautiful just hard to communicate they don’t really speak English well.

Aside from being a ten-minute walk to the MRT station, taking nearly an hour to get to Sentosa (walking plus MRT), and the AC blowing directly on my head, there aren't many downsides. The cleanliness was decent, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. My child mentioned seeing ants in the bathroom, but I'm nearsighted so I didn't spot them. There are many eateries nearby, including the famous frog porridge. In the mornings, you can even see several crates of large, vibrant green, lively frogs displayed outside their shop. If you accidentally disturb them, they all jump around.

It was a pleasant stay for us. The room was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The hotel was peaceful and not crowded, making it a great place to relax. Its convenient location near the bus station was also a big plus. Highly recommended!

Some areas need to be improvise 1) SOUND PROOFing across the sections of all rooms - noise is unbearable at times and wall is so thin that every one can hear each other snores and yells from 930pm till 1.30 am or even worse at times till 5.30am 2) Walking alley towards to the hotel room is dirty 3) no coffee sachet top up along my stay for 6 days 4) wall of the hotel is dirty and stained 5) The hotel is open to commercial service worker to bring clients up to do something? 6) scores of people can come up without permission for visit and make noise and stay overnight ? security is quite bad and not safe at times 7) The greeters at the reception seems every morning tired to greet us good morning and seems sleepy-perhaps passed midnight shift till morning 8) Bedsheet stained with dots though i ask to change to a cleaner sheets but no changes at all but still the same

The only minor inconvenience was the lack of mineral water in the room. Housekeeping was a bit slow; one day, the 'make up room' light was on early in the morning, but they didn't come until after 5 PM, which meant I couldn't nap in the afternoon. I visit this hotel frequently because it's very convenient for getting around; the bus and MRT are nearby, there's a park not far away, and a small shopping center across the street. Breakfast is okay, simple but filling. The porters at the entrance are very hardworking and always help with luggage when I come and go. I usually tip them 2 Singapore dollars as a thank you.

Four words to describe it: ”Decent, nothing special.” Pros: 1. Convenient location. 2. Friendly for travelers with red-eye arrivals or late-night departures. They can arrange for you to use the showers and rest on the 30th floor, which is a big plus! Cons: 1. I had already seen reviews mentioning dusty rooms beforehand. It doesn't seem to be a cleaning issue, but rather the materials used in the room itself attract dust easily. People with dust allergies should seriously reconsider! 2. If you return to the hotel after 11 PM and suddenly need to go to a convenience store, the closest one downstairs will already be closed. You'll have to walk a bit further to find one.

This hotel is a century old, and apparently, even Charlie Chaplin stayed here. The suite is two-storied, with a very comfortable king-size bed on the second floor, a sofa bed in the living room, and a cot (too thin). There's one bathroom, though the shower stall is a bit narrow, the water pressure isn't great, and controlling the water temperature is a bit tricky. The kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave, oven, pots, pans, and even a washer-dryer combo, along with laundry detergent – which was fantastic for refreshing our clothes daily. There are two pools. The main pool has a rather steep slope and is 2.8 meters deep at its deepest point. There are no lifeguards, changing rooms, or showers; you either have to change in the lobby restrooms or go directly in your swimwear. The service was excellent. They proactively helped with luggage. After checking in, I was told the room wouldn't be ready until 3 PM, but the front desk staff found me in the lobby before 3 PM, remembered my name, and gave me the key – that was a nice touch. The hotel is about 800 meters from Orchard Road's ION, Isetan, and Jollibee. There's a FairPrice supermarket in Scott Square, which is a great spot to pick up local specialties. For affordable breakfast, there's Ya Kun Kaya Toast, food courts, and hawker centers nearby, but honestly, after a while, they all pretty much taste the same.
