Paint flaking off the walls, rotten timber windows frames and doors that dont close properly, and decor thats seen better days. Having just stayed in another 5 star hotel the difference was very noticeable. This is more like a good 3 star and definitely not a five star

Overall, I'm really satisfied with my stay at Tasik Villa! From start to finish, everything felt complete and well-managed. The best part is the 24/7 customer service — if you have any questions or need help, just scan the QR code and chat. It's super convenient because you don't have to bother calling or going down to the reception. The food was delicious too! My whole family loved it because there were so many options and variety, making it easy to choose something for everyone's taste. Service overall was also top-notch — the buggy service, room service, and customer service were all good, and the staff were helpful. The only thing is, I found the room service food a bit pricey. 😅 But aside from that, there are no major complaints. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience here and highly recommend it for a family staycation! ❤️

A Last-Minute Getaway That Turned Out So Well! 🥰 We booked a Deluxe King Room for 3 days 2 nights at the last minute, and honestly, we didn’t even bring any clothes or prepare anything! 😂 Luckily, there were still some malls open, so we managed to shop for everything we needed there. The best part? 🥹 When we arrived at Thistle, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Thistle Suite! What a blessing. ❤️ This was actually our second stay at Thistle, mainly because our little one absolutely loves swimming in the pool. 🏊🏻♀️ The hotel is also great because it has easy access to the beach, making it perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The breakfast was delicious, and there are also plenty of food options around the hotel. For lunch, we tried Dapo Cikgu, and the food was really good! For dinner, we went to Dusun Pakdin. It’s a little further in, but the place was beautiful and the food was definitely worth the drive. 🌿🍽️ Overall, this turned out to be such a wonderful and spontaneous vacation. We stayed in this hotel many times. It is in a good location and beautiful looking. However, during this visit we first checked into the Executive Room and it was not satisfactory. There was a smell in the room and aircon wasn't working well. Air con was dirty and lacking gas air, the maintenance had to clean and pump gas. Shower was rain shower type, we were not comfortable to use that. Design of the room was old fashioned too. Staff of the hotel were very friendly, polite and helpful. They helped us shift to Superior Room where we had stayed before. It was much better. We can see that some of the furniture especially the chairs and sofa was a bit worn out. The liquid bath soap in the bathroom had finished, and I had to use my own liquid. We strongly feel that hotel should ensure regular and proper maintenance, and if possible invest in some newer furniture. Overall we were happy with the environment, the staff, car park facilities and had good fun at the Sailor's Drink Shop.

Its a bit old hotel, air cond got issue, only normal air come out. we even cleaned the filter by ourselves. But. Technician also very fast arrive. Within 5 mins. They just restart the aircond again. Maybe can do deep cleaning to the toilet. Also most of the plug loose and got no power. Parking a bit chalenging. Once got parking, dont dare to go out anymore😂

Provided free parking, but it is not that secure due to not being gated; When it comes to the lift, there’s no need for an access card to reach the desired floor, which means everyone can come to your floor. The building is run down without maintenance. The room inside is as per the photo—no painting and dirt. The bathroom has mold, and the window was open when checked in, which means there could be a possibility of being seen by others in the corridor while showering. Views are okay, but the balcony is left with rubbish, and the air-conditioning compressor has three units, but there’s only one ac in the room. Also, the room is connected with another room like a dual key, literally with no soundproofing, which affects my sleeping. My conclusion is that there’s a better hotel out there.

My stays when steps inn it was at wet carpet maybe they just come back from poolside... the bedsheet lucky dry and anyway the stays are convenient staycation, walking distance for fine foods is easy just it was quite far from PD town and far from Teluk Kemang. Must have its own transporter to travel. Good stays but the worst breakfast CHEF please improve cooking or else no breakfast. Luckily there have bunch of bread for breakfast cover. I truly enjoyed my stays there will travel again for another staycation. Thank you namastays

Stayed at Langit Langi Hotel PD over the weekend. The hotel location was easy to find, right beside the main road and directly in front of a Petronas station and PD Hotel. Parking was mostly available during the weekend and the area felt safe. Check-in process was smooth and fast. I only needed to provide my booking details and IC for verification, then paid RM50 room deposit and RM4 local charge. In less than 10 minutes, I received the room key. The room condition was generally acceptable, but the actual experience did not fully match what was advertised on Trip.com. The room view and overall feel were slightly different from the photos shown. A few things that could be improved: - The floor was slightly dusty. - The room had a weird smell at first, probably because it had been unoccupied for some time. - No hair dryer was provided even though it was mentioned on Trip.com. - Iron was available, but it was shared outside the room for the whole floor. - The listing showed a bathtub, but our room did not have one. - Aircond took quite a while to cool the room. On the positive side, basic toiletries were provided including toothbrush, toothpaste, toilet tissue, and shower gel. The biggest issue for me was the soundproofing. I actually read reviews about this beforehand but still decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, you can clearly hear vehicles from the main road throughout the night. What surprised me the most was the sound of the washing machine running almost nonstop from night until midday. It honestly felt like sleeping above a laundry room, and it did interrupt my sleep. Other than that, everything else was generally okay for a short stay.

When we first arrived we were suprised the parking lot now had a pole security systems on all entrances. Went to Block A, Block B there was no receptionist. Luckily a security guard told me the hotel now under new management, they only have the 10th floor room which are the 4 bedrooms suite. I booked a 2 bedrooms suite but was given 4 bedrooms suite & they locked the other 2 doors. The cleaner now act as front office & will manage your bookings & deposit needed to be paid to her too with official receipt. All Indonesians & no locals.So we went to our room & it was average but the sea view was superb. My wife was bit worried about the locked rooms so we asked them to unlock it for the rest of the stay. Main bedroom aircond was broken, noisy sounds all night & i could not get a good sleep until i turned it off. Really dissapointed with that. Luckily i only stayed for 1 day.
