我可以感觉到很多人这几年都一直在等 BTS 来马来西亚开演唱会 😭 每次一有 tour rumor，ARMY 就开始疯狂 refresh Twitter、Weverse、IG，看是不是终于轮到 Malaysia 了 🥲。作为全球最有人气的韩团之一，BTS（防弹少年团）从出道到现在几乎每一首歌都超火，像《Dynamite》、《Butter》、《Spring Day》、《Fake Love》、《Boy With Luv》这些，基本一播出来大家都会唱。最夸张的是他们的演唱会真的很疯，现场大合唱 + ARMY Bomb 海真的会直接起鸡皮疙瘩😭😭。
不过最头痛的就是 BTS 演唱会超难抢票，很多国家都是几分钟直接 sold out，所以这次听到 BTS 要来马来西亚，我最怕的就是抢不到票 😭 所以如果这是你第一次看 BTS 演唱会，应该都会很紧张：票怎么买？VIP 有什么？座位怎么选？住哪里比较方便？当天交通怎样安排？所以这篇我直接帮大家整理成一个超完整懒人包，从开票时间、座位图、VIP 福利，到 GoLive Ready、e-ticket、住宿交通这些一次讲完。准备抢票的 ARMY 可以先收藏起来 💜！

等了这么多年，这次 BTS 终于真的要来吉隆坡开唱了 💜 而且还是直接连开两天，感觉整个 Bukit Jalil 到时候都会变成 ARMY 的世界 😂 这次演唱会会在 TM Stadium Nasional 举办，属于超大型 open-air stadium 演出，加上还是 360 度舞台设计，所以不管坐哪一区，基本上都有机会看到成员不同角度的表演。不过也因为是 stadium concert，距离感一定会有差别，大家买票前记得先研究 seat map！

讲真的，BTS 演唱会最难的从来不是 “要不要去”，而是 “抢不抢得到” 😭 尤其 BTS 这种等级的演唱会，每次开票基本都紧张又压力，很多人连页面都还没进去，票就已经没了。所以如果你准备冲，这部分建议直接先截图收藏！
⏰ Waiting Room 几时开？
官方已经公布：
⌛ 每一轮开票都会在开始前 1 小时开放 Waiting Room。
也就是说，如果开票时间是早上 11 点，你最迟 10 点左右就可以开始准备了。
建议大家：

💜 哪个区域值得买？
如果预算够的话，很多 ARMY 都会直接冲：

这个基本上就是最热门区域。除了距离舞台最近，还可以参加 soundcheck，可以提早看到 BTS 彩排，气氛真的完全不一样 😭 不过 VIP 通常也是最快 sold out 的区域。
🔥 CAT 1 & CAT 2（橙色 / 粉色）
这两个区域算是很多人觉得 “最平衡” 的位置。不会太远，也比较容易看到完整舞台效果，加上 360 度舞台设计，其实体验会蛮不错。如果想兼顾：

很多人都会优先选这几个区域。
🎫 E-ticket 怎么领取？
买票成功后，系统会先发你 Booking Confirmation + Payment Receipt 到 email，不过可能会 delay，记得 check spam folder。
⚠️ 小提醒：如果你用 Apple ID 登录，有可能不会收到确认邮件。
真正的 E-ticket 不会 email 发给你，会在：
演唱会前大约 2 个星期，才会出现在 GoLive Account

I booked a Superior Queen Room for one night. At first I didn’t mind too much that the room and bathroom looked a bit old because the bed was comfortable and the place seemed clean. However I noticed the window knob was broken so I couldn’t close the window properly; the handheld bidet sprayer was also broken as even though it still worked; the bedside light on the right side didn’t work either; and there were a lot of ants.
I also arrived around noon and although their card said early check-in was available they didn’t let me check in early so I had to wait for two hours. On the positive side, they did let me stay in the lobby while waiting and it smelled nice.

The location really near to highway... also near tu Stadium which we went for a concert. If you not conformable with noises from the road/hiway, maybe this hotel not suitable for you, but it still ok for me.

The bad side maybe the lift, as when we stayed there, the lift under maintenance, so we need to carry up our luggage using stairs to go lobby... also carry down after check out. I stayed here for more than 10 days to attend a course. Overall, I really like this place. The only downside is the road in front of the apartment—it gets very traffic jam. Other than that, everything is good.
Check-in is easy, just collect the access card at the counter. There’s a small mart downstairs and many restaurants on the ground floor, first floor, and 8th floor. There are even a salon and manicure shop downstairs, which is very convenient.
The apartment also provides a free shuttle bus to Mid Valley or KL Sentral for guests staying here (maximum 2 pax).
I stayed in a unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a small kitchen. The unit has everything I needed—washer, dryer, hairdryer, iron, microwave, and even cooking pots.

Turns out, they said it was for laundry! I definitely didn't use any laundry service, so I flat-out denied it. They even showed me a receipt, which was bizarre because it clearly wasn't my signature! The room number section even had a crossed-out number, with a different room number written first, then ours. The staff called someone to confirm, and after some back-and-forth, they finally let us go. I suspect the housekeeping staff saw our clothes hanging to dry and tried to charge us for laundry. - very central, 10-15 minutes walking distance to KLCC and Paviliion. There are cafes around the area and decent food options including a Macdonalds around the corner
Condition of the apartment
- Broken mirror at kitchen serves as a safety hazard, with a loose piece of broken glass sticking out
- induction cooker cracked and was tapped up using a masking tape
- shower door seal at common bathroom broken and hanging loose, can result in cuts if not careful
- DB box left opened with exposed wires
- Shape cabinet skirtings left exposed
- common toilet was “gargling” in the middle of the night on the first night.
Hygiene
- this needs a major upgrade, we caught at least 5 cockroaches in the apartment mostly in the bathroom and living area. They run into crevices at the base of the walls and carpentry

- washing machine was in working condition with washing detergent provided.
- Fridge was working and decent
- towels are provided but quite worn out

I had booked another apartment hotel the night before, and the cleanliness and reception there were absolutely infuriating. So, that same night, I reread all the reviews for this Banyan Tree Signatures, especially the negative ones, and my heart sank. I contacted the hotel to cancel, but since it was already past midnight, cancellation wasn't possible. I reluctantly went to check in, but – and this is a big but – I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and service of this Signatures property. I booked a deluxe twin room, and it was very clean. The front desk is on the 16th floor, and our room was on the 18th floor! It was also very quiet at night!
I'll definitely stay here again next time!

This is our honest review of our current stay here. There are always pros and cons for any hotels. Let’s start with the pros first.
The location is great, located near Conlay station and the view is amazing as well. We used the washing machine and dryer several times which is nice. The room is big enough for two to four people.
Now it’s time to talk about the things that were a bit disappointed. The main reason that we booked this hotel is because the pictures shown for Premium 2 Bedroom. We thought that we would be getting the bathroom with the view of twin tower as the background . If not because of this view, we would stay at other places.
One more thing, we need to pay at the hotel. The guests will be charged 3% if pay by credit card. We’re with this because we need the the bathtub with the amazing view of twin tower. However, when we checked in, we found out that we got the different room. So sad and won’t stay here again.

Great apartments for the price.
The location is excellent: the Petronas Twin Towers are a 5-minute walk away.
There's a 7/11 and a cafe with delicious breakfasts in the building itself.
The view from the windows is amazing!
The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay:
a kitchen with all the necessary appliances and dishes, a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board, and a hairdryer available upon request.
4 bottles of water and 2 towels per room.
Cleaning was also provided: towels and bed linen were changed, the floors were washed, and water was replenished.

Overall, I'd give this stay about a 70% rating. The hotel stated it was renovated in 2025, but the room condition was quite ordinary, though still acceptable for a stay. Its convenient location is definitely its biggest advantage. What was really bothersome was the lack of air conditioning in the lobby. In Malaysia's scorching heat, waiting for a car or checking in was incredibly stuffy, even the staff looked like they were struggling.
After checking in, we found that the hot water in our room wasn't consistent; it would turn cold after filling about half a bathtub. We reported it to the front desk, and a technician came twice, but the issue remained unresolved. Since the hotel was fully booked that day, the front desk eventually upgraded us to a quad room. To our surprise, the new room didn't even have hot water. In the end, we had to move back to our original room. Moving back and forth with two young children and not being able to take a proper shower was exhausting and really dampened our travel mood. We raised our concerns to the hotel at the time, hoping for a discount on the room rate, but they only offered complimentary breakfast. Given that two consecutive rooms had hot water problems and we had to move rooms twice, this compensation felt inadequate and didn't truly address the inconvenience we experienced. However, the front desk staff were cooperative and actively tried to help with the situation. I hope the hotel will thoroughly check basic amenities like hot water before guests check in to prevent similar issues from happening again.DariPHP 4,420

I absolutely loved my stay at Hyatt Centric Kuala Lumpur. The location was honestly one of the best choices we could have made. It’s within walking distance of Pavilion Mall, which made getting around so convenient, and the hotel itself has such a beautiful atmosphere.
One of my favorite things was the rooftop swimming pool. The pool area is really cute, and you can see the Twin Towers from the rooftop, which makes the whole experience even better.
The staff were also amazing — so friendly, helpful, and polite throughout our stay. I really appreciated the attention to detail in the amenities and the little thoughtful touches throughout the hotel. For example, the gym had regular towels as well as refrigerated towels for when you’re overheated after a workout. They even had fresh apples available at the gym, which I thought was such a nice touch.
Overall, I genuinely loved everything about this hotel. From the location and atmosphere to the facilities, service, and thoughtful details, it exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.DariPHP 10,737

One of the luxury hotels in Kuala Lumpur city center. It offers ultimate comfort and convenience, feeling like a luxurious oasis. The Pavilion Hotel is located right below the stylish Pavilion Shopping Centre, so you can take the elevator straight down to shop or relax and find food – super convenient! It's also just a few minutes' drive from KL Tower and the Petronas Twin Towers, making it perfect whether you're on a business trip or a tourist looking for photo ops.
Pros: Located in the city center, just an elevator ride down to the shopping mall.
Minor Flaws:
• When turning on the water in the bathroom, it immediately sprays from the showerhead, getting your head wet with cold water.
• The slippers were designed to be too large; the chairs by the bed are easy to trip over.
• Not enough power outlets; we had to take turns charging devices.
• Returning to the room late at night, we found staff had placed water glasses and turned down the bed. International travelers might find this a bit unsettling and prefer more privacy.
• The pool area is a bit small.
Overall, Pavilion Hotel is truly an unmissable luxury choice in central Kuala Lumpur, suitable for both leisure and business! If you want to experience high-level service and chill out, you should definitely mark this one down.

The hotel is good for large families. Works almost like an AirBNB. The only issue would be the deposit at the start of the stay which was not expected. Should have been mentioned ahead of time.
