The moment I stepped into the house, the floor felt damp, as if no one had stayed there for a long time. There was a dusty smell throughout the entire place, and the floor was sticky, which was quite uncomfortable. Downstairs, there are many restaurants (most seem to be cash-only), a large shopping mall, and other eateries like KFC and Burger King, so finding food isn't a problem. However, since it's not a traditional hotel, there's no front desk, and the entrance to each building can be hard to find, which might be concerning for late-night check-ins. I recommend checking the building number (A-D) mentioned in the email sent beforehand for peace of mind. There's always security on site, so that's reassuring. I checked in during the evening, and a female staff member guided me to my room and explained how to open the lock.

I've booked this unit for my brother graduation ceremony. As reported from him there is a bit miscommunication before and after the process. Long story short... ive been contacting through the customer service but the reply is not clear. My concern is if he bring extra person which include family relatives does he need to do extra. Knowing that area and the condominium itself the visitors need to submit some documents only. But why must the owner gives my brother bad attitude pertaining the dispute of guest staying in there. Shouldnt the whole house unit can add on few visitors.. plus its not a gathering...just for them to rest. Keep asking my little brother about the visitor leave the place or not. It was my parents!! Please have a sense of humane. Thank you.

I found that the main door was not functioning properly. I only realised this on the second day of my stay, when I discovered that the door could be opened without using the access card. Fortunately, there was no loss of belongings or any security incident. The water taps were also confusing. At the sink, the blue indicator was for hot water and the red indicator was for cold water. However, in the bathroom, it was the opposite — red for cold water and blue for hot water. Since I have stayed here several times before, I would also suggest that the hotel provide a floor mat in front of the bathroom and sliding door area. As the pool is within walking distance, guests often return with wet feet. Only one towel was provided, so I had to use the same towel both as a foot mat in front of the bathroom and to wipe my feet after coming back from the pool. In addition, there seemed to be some stains on the bedsheet. Nevertheless, I still enjoy staying here because the pool is very convenient and located nearby. 🫶

First night of stay was fine and we had a great sleep. However, in the second night my roommate noticed a used face towel under the blanket and a dirt on the duvet cover. It was late at night so we didnt request for room change but my roommate didnt sleep well. We raised the issue to the receptionist in the next morning and received an apology on this. Hopefully this matter had been relayed to responsible housekeeping department.

This hotel is super convenient for transit layovers without going through immigration. You'll need to show your passport and your connecting flight's boarding pass. If you haven't printed it before your trip, on the way from the plane to the hotel, you'll see a transfer service counter where you can queue to get your boarding pass printed. If you book in advance, a double room for 12 hours costs just over 400 yuan. It's very clean, quiet, and has a fresh air system so it doesn't feel stuffy at all. It's right next to McDonald's, which is open 24/7 for ordering food. The original large chicken pieces are delicious. The bedside table between the two beds in the double room can be removed, allowing the two beds to be pushed together to form a large bed.

The rooms were clean, functionally furnished, and perfectly adequate for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful. We couldn't make use of the breakfast due to our early departure. The uncomplicated location in conjunction with an early departure the next morning was particularly important to us. For that purpose, the hotel is very well suited. From our perspective, anyone looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced airport hotel for a stopover can definitely choose the Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Airport. The guesthouse is very close to the airport; a taxi ride costs around 20 RMB, which I was worried about before checking in. The price was quite reasonable. Four rooms were more than enough for our group of eight. During the Spring Festival holiday, twin rooms at other hotels near the airport would cost at least 700-800 RMB, but we needed three rooms, so we saved a lot. One minor drawback is that the north-facing rooms face a small road, and the motorcycle noise was a bit loud at night. Overall, a good experience!

My flight was at 7:00 AM on August 5th. I decided to stay at a hotel near the airport on the evening of August 4th. I saw this hotel, and it seemed reasonably priced and not too far from the airport (it was listed as 7.5 kilometers). I figured a taxi would take about 10 minutes, and I booked it without hesitation. Life taught me a lesson. On the afternoon of August 4th, I arrived at the airport and saw no public transportation to the hotel, so I decided to take a taxi. Google Maps showed the distance from the airport to the hotel as 26 kilometers, but no one on the ride-hailing app ”Grab” accepted the request. If I had gone through all the trouble to get a taxi to the hotel, getting to the airport for my flight the next morning before daybreak would have been a real challenge. The above rating is inaccurate and does not reflect my true intention. Since I don't rate, I can't leave a review.

I wasn't sure how to check in at the kiosk, but the hotel staff helped me out. However, I couldn't sleep well because of the noisy renovation work that went on until around 8 PM. It was still loud the next day, so it would have been nice to be informed about the noise beforehand. As for amenities, it was just average as there was no shampoo or hand soap.
