我最近刚去了一趟广州，回来真的觉得：广州比我想象中好玩很多咯！ 😂 最重要的是，广州真的很好吃、很好逛、也很多东西可以看！从老街、古建筑，到高楼夜景和各种特色美食，每天都可以排到满满，还会觉得时间不够用 🤣 这次我就整理了 5 个我觉得去广州一定要打卡的景点，都是我自己去过、觉得一定要去的地方。如果你第一次去广州，不知道要去哪里玩，可以先把这篇收起来！

Excellent location near to Grandview Mall. The hotel is very comfortable with fully equipped kitchen and washer. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are also spacious and clean. The reception at level 15 helps to collect our parcels and the security at level 1 helps to keep a look out for our digi. A 5 star hotel with an amazing staff. Dominic helped us check in early at 8am although checkin is usually at 2pm. And during our checkout Elena was very helpful and kind. The hotel is amazing and the facilities are great. The swimming pool is fun and the gym is massive with a lot of equipment. The room is huge in size as well. Will surely come again. My stay at the Marriott Zhengjia Plaza was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is excellent, directly connected to Zhengjia Plaza, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Before the end of the summer vacation, I brought my kids to Guangzhou and booked two deluxe twin rooms at Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel for two nights.
Hotel Location: It's right by Exit D of Tiyu Xilu metro station. The hotel's first floor connects directly to Teemall, and Parc Central and Grandview Mall are also linked, making transportation very convenient. Whether it's malls, restaurants, or various community cafes, everything is nearby – extremely convenient.
Room Facilities: We stayed in the most basic twin room, which was quite spacious and roomy. From our 15th-floor room, we could see the pool, offering a nice view. The room facilities were well-maintained, practical, and functional.
Food and Beverage Service: The kids couldn't get up early in the mornings, and we wanted to try dim sum at nearby restaurants, so we didn't book breakfast. We bought a 3-drink pass at the lobby cafe and enjoyed coffee there, which was quite pleasant.
Hotel Service: It was standard five-star service. After we arrived at the airport, my child realized they had left something in the room. The hotel proactively contacted us and arranged to have it sent home. We're very grateful for that.

We stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton and had a wonderful experience, especially because of the warm and attentive service from the hotel staff.
A special mention goes to the team at the 礼宾室 (Concierge). Since I had ordered quite a lot of items online during our stay, I ended up visiting them many times to check on deliveries. They were always patient, helpful, and welcoming, taking the time to assist me with checking the packages and greeting us warmly every time. Their attitude really made us feel welcomed.
The housekeeping team also deserves special praise. Whenever we were heading out, they would kindly remind us to bring water and check the weather for the day. Since we were travelling with a baby, they also thoughtfully provided additional towels and toiletries, which was a very nice touch and showed genuine attention to our needs.
The location is also excellent. The hotel is around 1 km from 北京路步行街, which was an easy and pleasant walk for us. There are also plenty of local eateries nearby. I especially enjoyed visiting 广银肠粉 for 艇仔粥 and 嘉琪饼家 for 菠萝包 — I ended up going to both almost every day!
Overall, this was a very comfortable and family-friendly stay, made even better by the genuinely friendly and attentive staff. The service really stood out to us, and we would be happy to stay at DoubleTree by Hilton again.DariSAR 296

The hotel looked better in the pictures than in real life! Honestly, the overall environment was decent, and there were several pleasant surprises during our stay, like the afternoon tea included in our package and the fruit platter specially provided at the hot spring. However, the downside was the hotel staff's somewhat aggressive upselling. They offered us a room upgrade but wanted an additional 80 yuan per hot spring tub (even though the room I booked already had a private tub!). Also, we had to pay extra for our child exceeding the limit, and this was only for a single entry (a multi-entry pass cost over 100 yuan per person, with no discount for hotel guests). What was even funnier was that each room was limited to 4 bottles of mineral water. We took 5 bottles the first night because we needed more water after using the hot spring, and then they wouldn't give us any more the next day! On checkout day, I wanted to take two bottles of water, but the front desk didn't even have any. Oh well, it's not like we're desperate for those two bottles. Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at a type C suite with superb amenities like bathtub, big shower and a private pool 😍 Upon our arrival, the staff (Ally) was highly proficient and gave us a quick brush up on what to expect on the resort. She accompanied us to the room and even drove the golf cart herself.
The most amazing person in the resort was Anna, their Customer Service Manager who went above and beyond by personally touring us inside the resort - Museum, temple as well as the presidential villa. She even took our photos and passionately shared about the resort and it's history. She is highly proficient in Mandarin despite being from Russia and not a native speaker.
The hot springs were the highlight. We. Went there every day for 3 days and the amenities were too notch. We practically had the springs to ourselves.
Bonus? We played tennis in one of the resorts 2 courts. Service was excellent too! While it rained that day, they mopped the court so we can play.
Thank you to the staff for their dedication, excellent service and heart. We had an very good time with the free photography (3 photos) and paid extra for the other beautiful photos worth 2,000 yuan🤣 Well it was for a unique experience 👍

You can request a shuttle service to get to various areas of the hotel, and there's ample parking. The room key card for electricity was very convenient. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of dishes that suit Chinese palates, though there weren't any particularly high-value items.
The only minor drawbacks were that some of the staff seemed a bit rushed at times, and their communication skills could be improved. Also, the low heat and high heat settings on the in-room dryer were indistinguishable, and its drying efficiency was just average. I stayed at the hotel with my child over the weekend, specifically for the outdoor pool! So, after checking in, we headed straight there! First, I was quite impressed with the hotel staff's attitude. The rooms are all above the 50th floor, spacious, and have great views!
The only minor downsides, in my opinion, are that the bathroom lighting is a bit dim and the hot water takes a while to come on; I had to wait a few minutes for hot water in the shower!
The outdoor pool isn't very big, and it wasn't crowded, but it's a bit of a walk to get there, and you have to pass through the banquet hall! This design seems a bit unreasonable...

The overall all experience was good, staffs were friendly and helpful. We were staying at the room that has the river view, the view is beautiful because the location of the hotel is in the center. The host at the front desk who named Zixuan Yan was being very helpful, he helped us checked in the room, and made the reservation of the restaurant for us. But I really don’t recommend to dinning at the restaurant named hongtu hall, never been to a restaurant that sucks from the bottom to the top, it doesn’t matter if you have reservations that has a specific number or not, they will sit you by whoever stand the closest to the entrance, and if you don’t ask the host and keep waiting for them to call your number, you will be excluded from being sited like forever. Also, food takes like 25 to 35 minutes to come, coffee, cocktail and tea are good, but this 5 star hotel which located at Guangzhou which is known for good food that has only one kind of the hot sauce is really not professional, and it’s not even hot at all. Then comes to payment, we tried to do room charge, and filled out the information on the receipt that they provided, then they told us to wait cuz they need to check if the information is correct, so we tried to be patient and waited for like 20 minutes, I was confused how come they took forever to come back to tell us if everything is going well, then I asked the same girl is everything ok and if we can go now, she was surprised that we still sitting there and wait saying “oh, they didn’t tell you it went through?” I was pissed and didn’t say anything, but what do you mean if other servers supposed to tell me when you are the one that respond to our table. The whole restaurant is super unorganized and maybe they are popular and busy, so they don’t need to really care about every single one of us. It’s really one of the most ridiculous experiences I’ve ever had and not to mentioned is in a well known 5 star hotel. Any room requests were usually delivered within about 10 minutes. When traveling with kids, unexpected situations often arise, so having this service really put my mind at ease.
The laundry service is also excellent; they offer wash and dry, so you don't have to do it yourself. Clothes sent in the morning were returned the same day, which is super practical for families with children!
You can get free coffee on the first floor, and the latte was very good. The hotel is an older establishment that has been renovated, so it feels very new overall. The room space is a bit on the smaller side, but it didn't affect our stay experience. The value for money is excellent. The location is truly convenient; you can walk to Zhengjia Plaza for dining, drinking, and shopping without any issues.

This hotel was perfect for attending Chen Chusheng's concert. It's just one subway stop from University Town, so getting back to the hotel quickly after the show was a breeze.
