Ya, bagi warganegara Malaysia perlu visa untuk melawat Australia. Untuk lawatan singkat (pelancongan/perniagaan ≤3 bulan setiap masuk), pilihan biasa ialah:

We had a fantastic stay at Paradox Hotel Sydney. The location is excellent — super central and very easy to get to, whether you’re coming in by car or public transport. It’s right near plenty of great bars and restaurants, so there’s always something happening nearby and lots of options within walking distance.
The room was very clean and a great size, with plenty of space to relax. Everything felt well maintained and comfortable. The hotel staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.

We loved our stay at Hyatt Regency. The location is very convenient and walkable, especially when traveling with kids. We were able to easily walk to Barangaroo, SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, and WILD LIFE Zoo, which made our trip very relaxed and enjoyable.

This was my second visit to Sydney. Last time I stayed near Circular Quay, close to the Opera House. This time, I chose a hotel near QVB, and the location couldn't be more convenient! There's shopping, supermarkets, and a train station right downstairs. The Opera House is just three light rail stops away, and Hyde Park and the Australian Museum are right next door. If you're not dead set on staying right by the Opera House, I highly recommend this spot. We stayed in a room with a sofa bed, perfect for two adults and two kids. **Location:** The location is excellent. It’s a short walk to QVB and other places in the city. We even walked to the Opera House. Coming back from the outlet mall, it was a direct bus ride.

This was by far the best hotel during our Australia trip. First, it was incredibly affordable, offering genuine value for money. Second, the room was spacious; we could easily open two 28-inch suitcases in the luggage area, giving the kids plenty of room to play. Third, the environment and location were fantastic. The breakfast restaurant and corridor facing the Yarra River offered a distant view of Flinders Street, allowing the kids, on their first visit to Melbourne, to instantly grasp the city's unique charm. Right downstairs, you're on the riverside square with pigeons, musicians, and artists – the children immediately understood Melbourne's artistic vibe. Personally, I found it much better than the Westin in the CBD and the Langham in Southbank where I've stayed for business trips. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall, making dining incredibly convenient. There's an exit downstairs that leads directly to the river, surrounded by a cluster of charming restaurants with river views. We enjoyed dinner at various places; my parents loved the Thai restaurant, and the kids were all about the steak. The hotel breakfast was more than adequate, and the head chef, who is Asian, was lovely to chat with. There were plenty of Asian options like congee and noodles, along with convenient chopsticks, and the kids' favorite, ice cream and a chocolate fountain. The breakfast service was excellent; both local staff and Chinese international students made us feel very comfortable. After learning from a student that you can work in Australia from age 14, my child has been dreaming of coming back in a few years to work and help alleviate the burden on me and their dad... Perhaps because we visited just before Chinese New Year, the massive crowds hadn't arrived yet, but this Crowne hotel genuinely made our stay so pleasant. Myself and my two teens spent a night here. We stayed on the 12th floor and the room was beautiful, the balcony was large and gave us wonderful views from the ocean to the city. The bed was super comfortable and it has to be one of the only hotels I’ve stayed in that actually descaled their kettles ( huge bonus for someone who is grossed out by hotel kettle stories)
We enjoyed the pool in the early hours of the morning before check out. We tried to get towels to go down to the pool about 8:30 and told that they were closing it even though the hotel information states 10pm (apparently they needed to update that)

Housekeeping is arranged from the third day of your stay, and they do a thorough and clean job. Overall, I'm very satisfied, although the location is a bit far from the CBD and Melbourne's main attractions. First of all, the hotel does not have a reception desk. You need to contact the service staff to check in later or soon. If you don't speak English well, do your homework in advance or choose another room.
Geographical environment: 8-10 minutes walk to crown business district (take a 6-year-old child). The Crown business district is full of food, shopping and casinos. There are many supermarkets in the downstairs for a minute or two. You can buy food and cook, and provide daily living supplies. Very convenient.
Room facilities: The hotel is a bit like a homestay. In a comprehensive apartment. You need to swipe the magnetic card to get in and out, which is relatively safe. The overall space is large, but both bedrooms are 1.5 meters small beds. The kitchen has pans, cutlery, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher. But there is no seasoning. Cooking a light meal should be OK. Due to the folklore nature, there is no daily cleaning service. There is a swimming pool in the building.
Parking charges, $ 25 a day. Just come in and out. Friends who drive are highly recommended. City parking is too expensive. It's a good deal to take a taxi.
Disadvantages:
1. Give Ctrip. When booking, it was not marked clearly, I thought there was a hotel with a front desk. Stupidly arrived and found out that it was a homestay type. The current homeowner couldn't get through to the phone, and there was no place to stop and jump straight. Later, the host came and said that Ctrip only told us to check in at 5 o'clock, and did not give the host the contact information, so he was not prepared. Check-in at five is my time for Ctrip, but we flew from Brisbane, that is only approximate time. If Ctrip protects my personal privacy, I will not give the owner contact information, but at least I have to contact me Tell me how to check in, let me contact the owner in advance! !!
