I booked this hotel last minute and they even upgraded me to the 18th floor for free, where I could see the little rowboats on West Lake. The room was clean and tidy, and the cleaning lady in the hallway was very friendly. The location is convenient; it's a normal 6-7 minute walk to Longxiangqiao subway station. We also walked to Qinghefang, which took about 20 minutes, and it was even easier to get to Intime Department Store – just walk to the end of the street and you're at West Lake. The breakfast was pretty good, and the environment was nice too!

I came to Hangzhou for a concert and a trip with my parents. I chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location and good value for money. Most importantly, it had a room suitable for three adults, which made it easy to take care of my elders. The staff were all very enthusiastic. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was enough and the food was good. There's also a small gym; the equipment is basic, but it's fine for a quick workout. The downside is that there are too few parking spaces, and they have to share with the residential complex. Once you've parked, you're reluctant to move your car again, as the security guard said there might not be a spot if you come back later.

The stay at this hotel led to both bad and good/expected experiences. To begin by the bad, the reception/checkin was terrible (I had to wait for a long time and was forced to ask them two times to check me in, the breakfast restaurant was chaotic (I had to go back and forward, left and right, to find what I wanted to eat and drink, and so was the situation for everybody else, a huge number people forced to do the same…) which did not give a good start for the day, the staff in the lobby were not willing to tell me where the nearest convenient store was located… And now to the good/expected. The location is great: a 2 minute walking distance to the West Lake, a large number of restaurants, shops, cafes, Kerry Center, etc. The rooms was clean and quite and the bed comfortable. The cleaning staff were nice and helpful and the checkout was fast and pleasant.

Five-star review! I booked an Executive Deluxe room for the National Day holiday, and the front desk even upgraded me to a better room. Sofitel perfectly blends French elegance with the江南 (Jiangnan) atmosphere of West Lake. The hotel's location is unbeatable – within walking distance of West Lake, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Hubin Road and the scenic spots. Check-in was efficient and smooth, and the staff were all gentle and polite. The room was spacious and bright, with excellent cleanliness, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable – perfect for a good rest after a long day. The breakfast selection was rich, offering both Western pastries and local Hangzhou noodle dishes, all of high quality. The hotel also has a well-equipped gym and a swimming pool available for use. The overall service was attentive yet unobtrusive, making it suitable for both family trips and business travel. If you're coming to Hangzhou and want to stay by West Lake, this is my top recommendation. I've already recommended it to friends, and it will definitely be my first choice again next time.

Our stay here was simply fantastic! The hotel has a prime location, and you can feel the unique charm of Hangzhou everywhere you go. The lotus chandelier in the lobby creates an amazing ambiance—looking up at it is truly breathtaking. Up on the 13th floor, the Sky Mirror offers expansive views, including a distant look at the Three Pools Mirroring the Moon, making it a great spot for stunning photos. The service was also attentive and thoughtful, making for a wonderful experience from start to finish. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Hangzhou!

This was my first trip to Hangzhou. After doing a lot of research and comparing many hotels, I finally chose the Zhejiang Hotel, and it far exceeded my expectations. First, the location is fantastic. As soon as you exit the D2 exit of Fengqi Road Metro Station, you are right at the hotel. It's only 20 minutes to Hangzhou East Railway Station, and Wulin Night Market and West Lake are within walking distance, making getting around extremely convenient. Second, the accommodation experience was wonderful. Although the hotel decor is a bit dated, it was clean and well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff were very warm and welcoming. For a hotel in this location, the value for money is exceptional.

The room was spotless, without any strange odors, and the bedding was comfortable. The central air conditioning was quiet, and the TV was large. Given that the Grand Hyatt Hangzhou is located in a bustling commercial area, some rooms can be noisy. Ms. Du from Guest Relations actively helped me switch to a quiet room with a nice view, and her attention to detail was exceptional, for which I'm very grateful. To be honest, the Chinese restaurant was just average. There were four vegetable dishes on the menu, but two were unavailable. I picked the stir-fried choy sum with pork cracklings, and it was very tough – even tougher than what I cook myself, haha. The presentation wasn't great either; it didn't look like a dish from a Black Pearl restaurant, especially for 98 RMB plus a 10% service charge. The fish with tofu pudding was good, but overall, I'd say it was just okay. The breakfast variety, quality, and service were all very good. The Grand Hyatt Hangzhou has many positives: it's comfortable, clean, offers excellent service, is close to West Lake, and has a beautiful swimming pool.

The gleaming tabletop was spotless, without a single water stain, and every crevice had been meticulously wiped clean. The soft bed featured perfectly smooth pillowcases and sheets, with no stray hairs even in the corners. In the bathroom, the sanitized fixtures were sparkling and dry, the mouthwash cups neatly arranged, and the air carried a faint, reassuring scent of disinfectant. From the handrails in the public corridors to every detail within the guest room, you could feel the dedicated care of the service staff. Through rigorous cleaning procedures, they establish a comfortable and secure sanctuary for every guest, allowing weary travelers to let down their guard and enjoy a night of complete relaxation and rest.

The bunk beds and toys in the room were a big hit with the kids. The location is absolutely fantastic, right by West Lake, where you can take a boat ride – super convenient for families with children. A special thank you to the bespectacled lady at the front desk. Our child accidentally fell into the water after we had already checked out. When we explained the situation to her, she kindly found a place for us to give the child a hot shower, preventing them from catching a cold. The service was truly excellent.

The room was quite spacious and clean, and you could see the Qiantang River from the window. Of course, their main draw is the infinity pool, but I couldn't get in because it was raining. Having a drink at the poolside bar was also nice. The facilities are a bit old, and the toilet isn't smart. The breakfast was adequate, but the quality wasn't great; the frozen wontons and noodles had no texture. However, the auntie serving the noodles was very friendly and had a good memory. The fruit at the restaurant wasn't very fresh either. I hope they can improve the breakfast quality, then it would be perfect. The standard room isn't expensive, but the river view suite is quite pricey.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! I originally just wanted to find a place to crash for the May Day holiday, but this place totally exceeded my expectations. I love it so much... 🥺 My only minor complaint is that it seems a bit far from the city center (and the Hangzhou International Expo Center?), but it's super close to the East Railway Station! The service is outstanding! Housekeeping is super diligent and doesn't even need prompting, and everyone is incredibly friendly TT The front desk even helped me mail a package when I was rushing to catch my train! Getting takeout is also really convenient, and they actually have a fridge, induction cooktop, and a working kettle... This is the only hotel I've ever stayed in while traveling where I dared to use the kettle (lol). It was like opening a mystery box and finding out this one actually *shines*. Ugh, I'll definitely be back! Even if it's far from the expo center, I'll put up with it!

I truly recommend this hotel!! It's not huge, but it has everything you need. Since I was traveling with my baby, the lady at the front desk upgraded us to a family room. The room was spotless and had a little tent that my baby absolutely loved! They even thoughtfully provided baby toiletries and slippers—so sweet! It was so much better than the Kaiyuan hotel I stayed at before. The decor has that minimalist, Muji-style vibe I really like—very chic. Plus, the pillows were super comfy! (I usually can't sleep on the high pillows most hotels have, but these were great.) I also thought the breakfast was quite decent; a lot of the items were sourced from Sam's Club and Freshippo. The only downside is that the toilet isn't a smart bidet, but for this price, I think it's already close to perfect. It's also very convenient for visiting nearby attractions. I will definitely stay here again next time!

I booked a king room in Building 7, which was advertised as 32 to 40 square meters, but the room I was given felt like it was only 32. There was practically no window view, and it smelled like a tour bus. The wooden cabinets looked very old, and the breakfast was just average—plus, the Sunday spread was noticeably better than Saturday's. Overall, a thumbs down. On the positive side, the hotel's public areas are fantastic, with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. Building 7 even features a large, exquisitely maintained moss garden. Not to mention, the West Lake views from the property are stunning, and you can even go hiking right on the grounds. The State Guest House cruise (”Liuzhuang Hao”) is also well worth taking, but you need to book it by phone in advance, as you likely won't be able to get a spot once you've checked in.

We enjoyed our stay here, the hotel has upgraded our room. It is very near to the Hangzhoudong railway station. The concierge service is very good. They allowed us for late check-out at 2pm. We even stored our luggage at the hotel since we are travelling to Wuzhen for 1 night stay, this is so convenient as we don't have to drag our luggages to Wuzhen since we are coming back to Hangzhou to take our flight back to Singapore. Staying here is so much better than staying at Xihu area which is overcrowded. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay again if i come to Hangzhou again!

I highly recommend Atour Hotel Hangzhou Binjiang Avenue of Stars! My stay was exceptionally good. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was very comfortable, and it was bright and airy with no strange odors, perfect for both work and rest. The location is excellent, making travel convenient, and the environment is quiet and peaceful. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, responding quickly to any issues. The breakfast featured fresh ingredients and a wide variety, and the late-night snack was also a comforting treat. The self-service laundry room and gym facilities are well-equipped, making it very friendly for business travelers and tourists alike. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay at Atour Hotel Hangzhou Binjiang Avenue of Stars again.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom had no strange odors, and the hot water came on very quickly. The front desk attendant checked me in within minutes. The hallway was quiet and not noisy at all. The location was easy to find, and it was convenient to go out for meals and shopping. Downstairs, there were various convenience stores and small restaurants, so the amenities were complete. There were also enough power outlets for charging. It offers great value for money, with no hidden fees. My overall experience exceeded expectations, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling!

This hotel is truly excellent. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is incredibly warm and welcoming; they even escort you to your room. It's also very close to the subway station, just a 10-minute walk to Wengmei and Qiaosi stations. Plus, parking is free! They even provide complimentary breakfast, and the restaurant environment is lovely. The breakfast spread is very rich, with a DIY sticky rice option, which is a nice touch. At check-out, they even gave a gift to the children. For late-night food deliveries, a robot delivers it right to your room, which was quite fun. Security is also well-handled; you need a key card to access your floor, showing the hotel really cares!

Vivi at the front desk was very warm and attentive, providing thoughtful service. It was a great experience, five-star recommended! The complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in was very fresh! The hotel room was also very comfortable with a wide-open view! The hotel's location is excellent, with many shopping malls nearby and convenient transportation. The room's soundproofing was good, very quiet, and the bedding was comfortable and tidy, so I slept very well! Highly recommended! Downside: In the bathroom, water easily overflows when showering, so you have to be very careful when getting out.
