Definitely avoid the smoking rooms – they reek of damp and mold. The non-smoking rooms, however, are excellent, with fresh air and comfortable bedding. A big shout-out to Manager Cai for helping us switch rooms; it really saved our trip! The shower's hot and cold water mixing was a bit inconsistent, alternating between hot and cold every couple of seconds, but the water pressure was decent. While Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16's facilities are indeed a bit dated, its location is superb. It's just a 6-7 minute walk to Senado Square, and the bus stop right outside offers great connections everywhere. You can scan the QR code on the bus driver's window with WeChat to get a payment code, then scan that code on the sensor to pay for your ride with WeChat. And for a true culinary delight, Geng Ji Dim Sum, located near the hotel, is hands down the best Cantonese dim sum you'll find.

This time for our family trip to Macau, we chose Studio City. In a nutshell: everything about this hotel is great, except for the rooms. For nearly two thousand a night (breakfast not included), opening the room door was a disappointment. The space was average, and the facilities were quite old. The room view was nothing special. The room quality was basically on par with an older 5-star hotel costing a few hundred yuan. However, the room snacks and minibar were free, and they also provided children's toiletries, so the service was still very good. On the first floor, there are many food and beverage shops, and even a Donki. On the third floor, you can ride the Ferris wheel, and the outdoor pool is also excellent. The kids had a fantastic time.

Every time I visit Macau, I always stay at the Grand Lisboa. If you're looking for a hotel on the peninsula, the Grand Lisboa is definitely the most convenient and best value for money. It's very close to the Square and the Ruins of St. Paul's, and shopping is incredibly easy. It's about a seven or eight-minute walk to Wynn to see the Tree of Prosperity. The hotel's breakfast buffet and dinner are also of very good quality.

This is an established five-star hotel, conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to get around. The front desk staff are friendly and check-in was quick. Right downstairs, there's a popular photo spot. The room was spacious, clean, and odor-free, with complete amenities. For environmental reasons, disposable items aren't provided in the room, but you can call the front desk to request them. It offers great value for money, and overall, it's excellent. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Macau.

The room was quite spacious, especially the bathroom, which had a bathtub, a shower, and still plenty of room. The air had a slightly musty smell, but it was tolerable! The service attitude was similar to what you'd find in China, with very polite greeters! There wasn't much for breakfast, and many places nearby only opened at 10 AM, though there were a few 24-hour shops. The restaurant downstairs closed at 10:30 PM! There's no **car**, but there's a bus stop nearby. If you're not familiar with the area, you won't know how to take the bus. The first time I hailed a taxi, it was quick, but after that, I couldn't get one for over ten minutes! It's more affordable on weekdays, but a bit expensive on Saturdays!

I've stayed at the Rio Hotel many times, and it's always been perfect. In Macau, where real estate is so expensive, the room rates here are incredibly affordable, which is a huge plus. The surrounding area is also very convenient, with plenty of dining options; there's a Cafe de Coral downstairs and a supermarket right across the street. It's also not far from the casinos, about a 5-8 minute walk. The rooms are really spacious, which I truly appreciate. I love this hotel; at the very least, I can sleep soundly without feeling cramped.

Our experience at Crowne Plaza Macau was fantastic! We booked two rooms. The hotel environment is comfortable, and the rooms are spacious and modern. A special shout-out to Nancy at the front desk for check-in. This lovely lady was friendly and patient, communicating with us about our needs and doing her best to accommodate them. The check-in process was efficient and thoughtful. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. The dining was also good. The staff at the second-floor restaurant were all kind and amiable. Our stay was very pleasant, and we would choose this hotel again if we're in the outer harbor area of Macau. Although the hotel doesn't offer free shuttle service to the ferry terminal, it does have a free bus to Gongbei Port. From there, it's convenient to transfer to various hotel shuttles to explore Taipa.

The environment here is excellent, super value for money, and the staff are incredibly friendly. They even proactively helped us carry our luggage upstairs when they saw we had a lot. This hotel offers excellent service. I was a bit worried at first because it's an older hotel, but when I arrived, I found that the facilities and equipment were meticulously maintained, and the cleanliness was impeccable. There were no 'legendary' creepy crawlies. The hotel's laundry room has plenty of machines, so you don't have to worry about waiting in line. There's also a gym and a swimming pool. For dining, there are both Chinese and Western restaurants, and a coffee shop on the ground floor with pretty good coffee. I stayed for two consecutive days and really appreciate the service from the front desk. As a first-timer in Macau 🇲🇴, I felt very well taken care of, and they helped me solve many annoying little problems! The housekeeping team was also very thoughtful; in the morning, I forgot to close my door while resting in the room, and when they saw me come out, they specifically reminded me. The price offers incredible value for money (compared to similarly priced hotels in Hong Kong, it's truly a no-brainer). Within 1 kilometer, there are affordable supermarkets and local eateries, and you can also walk to Grand Lisboa and New Yaohan, making it very convenient for exploring.

Overall, I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The facilities are magnificent, the room was very comfortable, and the service was remarkable for the vast majority of my stay. I truly enjoyed the experience and, in many respects, the establishment deserves its five-star reputation. However, I do want to mention an important point for future guests regarding the hotel's transportation service. On the night of the fireworks, the hotel transported us to old Macau. We naturally assumed we could also use the hotel's transportation to return after the event. However, upon returning, we learned that the buses were reserved for VIP guests and that we couldn't board. Therefore, I recommend that future guests clearly check with the hotel, before departing, if the offered transportation also includes the return journey and if it is accessible to all guests or only to VIP guests. This information was not clear to us, and we ended up having to arrange our own transportation to get back to the hotel. I can perfectly understand that a bus might be full or that the hotel has a particular policy for certain guests. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. A staff member spoke to us very abruptly and raised their voice, even though we were simply trying to understand how to get back to the hotel. I reported the situation to the hotel upon my return. I was listened to, but unfortunately, no one contacted me the next day to follow up or simply acknowledge what had happened. It's a shame, because apart from this incident, my stay was truly excellent. A simple gesture of attention or a follow-up from management would probably have completely changed my impression of this situation. Despite everything, I still have a very good overall impression of the hotel and the quality of its facilities. I just hope that the round-trip transportation service will be explained more clearly to future guests and that this type of situation will be handled better in the future.

The location is great, and the environment is clean and hygienic. Most importantly, the price is reasonable. Traveling with my family, I finally booked the hotel I've always wanted to stay at. Summer is super busy, so I avoided the peak season – what a relief! Having stayed here multiple times, I already know and choose Four Seasons for its many advantages. The female staff member who helped us with the free shuttle from the ferry terminal, Ms. Kelly who made a great first impression and was incredibly kind from check-in, and Ms. Ka who, after hearing me mumble ”it's cold” to myself when entering the breakfast restaurant, brought a shawl to my table – these were truly touching moments. Plus, she spoke Korean quite well! Not a single staff member, whether in the sauna or anywhere else, was anything but friendly. Because of this, I'd rate it even higher than its excellent sauna, swimming pool, and delicious breakfast restaurant. It's a place I happily return to again and again. I'll be back soon! Oh, and I'm hoping for some changes to the room service menu. Haha.

The front desk staff were very friendly, polite, and attentive, providing us with great convenience and excellent check-in arrangements. The hotel environment is extremely comfortable, featuring Macau's only beach, sea views, and a resort setting surrounded by trees, which allowed us to feel utterly comfortable, relaxed, and truly on vacation. The hotel's breakfast buffet was also very good. Overall, the stay was an excellent experience and left a deep impression. The Grand Coloane Resort will definitely be our top choice for our next relaxing getaway in Macau.

I checked in early because of Ctrip VIP, but other guests didn't. The room was standard and relatively new, and they gave me a small gift and welcome fruit. They also gave me a subway card, which was unexpected. I didn't plan to take the light rail, but I experienced it and went to the Mazu Temple, which was very popular. The breakfast was OK, but not very good. There was one problem, the shower water temperature was unstable, and it was scalding from time to time. This is unacceptable for a hotel that costs 5,000 per night. In short, I didn't like it very much, nor did I dislike it very much. I probably won't book again.

Had a great experience! Staying at The Londoner was super convenient. Just cross the skybridge and you're at Shoppes at Four Seasons, turn right for The Venetian, and left for The Parisian. From The Parisian, a right turn takes you to Studio City. I definitely wouldn't stay at The Venetian or Studio City; they just don't feel as good. The Londoner, Four Seasons, and The Parisian all feel excellent! Shopping is easy there, and the dining options are better too. I chose to stay at Conrad because they give out a teddy bear; The Parisian apparently gives a Little Prince bag, which I wasn't keen on, so I didn't go there. There's a Changing of the Guard performance at 7 PM and 9 PM, which is worth seeing. I walked 30,000 steps every day, so having a foot massager in the room was a thoughtful touch! For breakfast, you can eat nearby. Churchill's Table costs 275 AUD if you buy it separately (at the hotel front desk).

The Morpheus truly lives up to its reputation as the pinnacle of luxury accommodation in Macau! Zaha Hadid's architectural masterpiece, with its unique exoskeleton structure, was breathtaking at first sight. The 35-meter high atrium and the slow ascent of the suspended transparent scenic elevators create an immersive, futuristic experience. Every photo taken here is picture-perfect, truly befitting a landmark hotel in Macau. The location is superb, nestled within the City of Dreams resort. It's connected to a shopping mall, offering a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and leisure. Traveling between the various resorts in Taipa is also incredibly convenient. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, with flowing curved designs that create a wonderful ambiance. The entire room is smart-controlled, allowing you to adjust lights and curtains with a single tap on an iPad, showcasing cutting-edge technology. The amenities are exceptional, featuring a full set of Acqua di Parma toiletries and a Dyson hairdryer. The bathroom is generously sized, and the electric partition door offers excellent privacy. All non-alcoholic beverages in the mini-bar are complimentary, with quality evident in every detail. The bedding is soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. While the toiletries have a sophisticated fragrance and are excellent to use, I do have a small suggestion. Currently, they only include shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. It would be even more perfect if a body lotion could be added. Macau's climate tends to be dry, and having body lotion would further enhance the comfort of the stay. The 40th-floor infinity sky pool is an absolute highlight, offering panoramic views of Taipa. The atmosphere at sunset is simply divine, and it's incredibly photogenic. The hotel also boasts Michelin-starred restaurants and comprehensive spa facilities. The service is the most commendable aspect. The staff are professional and courteous, responding promptly to requests. From check-in to daily needs, their attention to detail is thoughtful and non-intrusive, making the luxury experience feel opulent yet unpretentious. It was a near-perfect stay. Whether for a leisurely vacation or a sightseeing trip, the Morpheus is well worth a dedicated visit. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau!

This stay at the Grand Hyatt Macau was very satisfying. Even after the Mid-Autumn Festival, the weather remained scorching hot. I tried out the pool facilities; it's a small, standard pool where you can actually swim, unlike other hotels whose pools are designed more for wading or soaking. There were even a few competitive swimmers timing themselves here. Looking around, I also noticed a small, heated round pool, which I unfortunately only saw when I was leaving. I personally prefer the Grand Hyatt Macau's design because everything adheres to American standards. This means higher ceilings, tall bathroom doors, wide entryways, and spacious elevators – none of that cramped feeling you get in some other hotels. My stay was between two holidays, after the Mid-Autumn Festival and before China's National Day, so it wasn't crowded at all, allowing for a bit more tranquility. The only minor drawback was the central air conditioning; I couldn't find the thermostat to adjust the temperature in the middle of the night. When I checked in, I also had a friendly chat with the front desk agent about the difference between booking on a platform and booking directly on their official website. Even as a member, there aren't many discounts available for booking. If the hotel could offer more incentives for members, I believe I'd stay here more often. I usually opt for The Parisian Macao or Studio City Macau, staying more frequently at a lower price point versus a more expensive hotel where I'd only stay once or twice. But of course, price control is part of a high-end brand's image. Each has its own business strategy.

I frequently stay at Ascott properties on the mainland, and this was my first time trying one in Macau 🇲🇴. The experience exceeded my expectations and was absolutely wonderful! 🎉 I especially want to give a shout-out to Emma and Gary at the front desk. They upgraded my room and even provided a small gift for my colleague's birthday 🎂! Their service was super excellent. Full marks! The location is fantastic – close to everything. Since it's an apartment-style hotel, the room facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped! 👍 There are three restaurants on the ground floor of the hotel. You can't really talk about high value for money here, but it's fair and worth what you pay for. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Macau 🇲🇴.

The location is fantastic! As soon as you exit the hotel, turn left, and you're right on the path to the Municipal Affairs Bureau, the Na Tcha Temple, and the Ruins of St. Paul's. It's incredibly close. Plus, there are tons of snack shops and boutiques downstairs. Here's the best part: the free shuttle for the Grand Lisboa is only about 200-300 meters away (that's the Grand Lisboa shuttle, not the Lisboa's, and the Grand Lisboa is right next to the Lisboa). This area offers excellent value for money.

They found out it was my husband's birthday and specially decorated the room, even upgrading our room type – that was incredibly thoughtful! Everything else was great, and with a bus stop right downstairs, getting around was super convenient. If I had one minor complaint, it would be about the Fuguilou (Rich Tower) building – perhaps because it's newer, the bath towels shed a lot of lint. After drying off, my body and face were covered in fuzz, which was quite annoying. The smaller hand towels didn't have this problem. Also, the soundproofing in the room wasn't the best. But these are minor issues, and the value for money is exceptional. Highly recommend!

This is my fourth time staying at Wynn Palace, and I keep choosing it because the Wynn Palace team is incredibly dedicated and attentive to guests' needs; every single team member is exceptionally friendly. During check-in, Mr. Terry Ng Ka Wah assisted me. Not only was he polite and efficient throughout the process, but what truly surprised me was that he remembered me at check-out, even greeting me warmly and proactively. This level of thoughtfulness and professionalism, truly putting guests at the heart of their service, made me feel incredibly valued and warm inside. Beyond Terry's excellent service, the entire hotel's facilities maintenance and cleanliness remain at an exceptionally high standard. From room tidiness to the smallest details in public areas, everything reflects the meticulousness expected of a five-star luxury hotel. This was my first time in Macau, and I'm so glad I chose this hotel – I'm really satisfied. First off, the location is excellent; it's a bustling area, and right downstairs there's a free shuttle pick-up point for the Venetian. The iconic Grand Lisboa hotel is also just a five or six-minute walk away. The room was much bigger than I expected, and it was fully equipped with everything I needed. Coming from the Macau Peninsula, Grand Dragon is my top choice when staying in Taipa. The location is convenient, very close to the Jockey Club Light Rail station. Our stay was incredibly satisfying, with exceptional and proactive personalized service! Before check-in, they even provided beautiful drawing toys for my child. The front desk staff also kindly upgraded us to a pool view room and thoughtfully set up a tent for the little one. Every night, the turndown service was full of pleasant surprises, including delicious local cookies. We had some trouble with the TV casting, and the hotel's housekeeping staff helped us multiple times. One of the managers even noticed my child and kindly gave them a small doll, which made my kid incredibly happy! They also paid special attention to potential bumps and proactively placed protective corners on every piece of furniture in the room – a huge plus! Many luxury five-star hotels don't go this extra mile. During every encounter with the concierge service, staff members would proactively ask if we needed help with a taxi or if we needed reservations for restaurants. Upon check-out, another detail left a lasting impression: the staff member proactively mentioned that we could continue to use the hotel's swimming pool and children's play area even after checking out. This truly showed their thoughtfulness and sincerity. The newly renovated room was excellent, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, clean, and hygienic. Having stayed at many luxury hotels, I feel it's truly rare to find a hotel where every department consistently delivers such an outstanding service experience!

Before school started, we stayed at a hotel in Macau for a day. We chose Galaxy Macau and the W Hotel for our buffet dinner. In just a short day, we experienced thoughtful service from several staff members, including the lifeguard at the Galaxy Macau hotel pool (providing rescue services) on the 31st, and Amy 1004469, a front desk attendant at the lobby café where we had breakfast. Her initial warm smile left a deep impression on us, followed by a series of meticulous ordering and hospitality services once we were seated. It's rare to see someone maintain such a warm and bright smile, and a sweet, proper tone of voice while serving us attentively, even when the number of guests grew and she became incredibly busy. Even my husband, who rarely compliments anyone, said her five-star service attitude was excellent. This visit once again left us with wonderful memories. Furthermore, I'd also like to commend the delicious dishes at the lobby café; they were perfectly to my taste.

The hotel is a bit old, so the facilities feel a bit dated, but the cleaning lady was very enthusiastic, and the linens were clean. There's renovation work going on in the building, so it was noisy. The absolute best thing about this place is its location. It's perfect for anyone looking to do a deep dive into Macau's casinos. Wynn and StarWorld casinos are right across the street, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the old and new Grand Lisboa. After clearing customs at Gongbei Port, you can take the free shuttle bus from Wynn or StarWorld directly here. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and I'm sure by then the renovations will be finished and the room facilities improved.

Convenient Stay in the Heart of the City We stayed one night at Towns Well Motel and had a pleasant experience. The motel is in a strategic location, surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants, and local eateries, making it very convenient for travelers. Within a 10-minute walk, you can easily enjoy shopping at popular stores such as SaSa, Nike, Adidas, and Puma, as well as explore the nearby food and beverage options. The room was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone looking for an affordable and conveniently located accommodation for a short stay.

Stayed here couple of times before. Hotel is decent and clean. However they downgraded the breakfast quite a bit (at least for westerners). For example the only bread choice is cheap, not fresh baguette. Also there is no yoghurt or bacon whatsoever. The eggs are ok since those are freshly cooked for each order. Also they decided not to offer bottled water on the room anymore and instead you have to go with a can to the outside floor to refill It from a third party water tank. There is even a note on the machine that the hotel does not take any responsibility for the quality of the water. Very strange. That’s why I give it 7/10, used to be 9/10 for me. Next stay in Macau I probably stay somewhere else.

The location is a bit close to the East Asian Games Dome. A taxi from Macau Airport costs around 60 MOP. It's about a 13-15 minute walk from the Grand Lisboa Palace, but if you're not familiar with the area, be aware that there are slopes and you can't just cross the road anywhere. If you have a lot of luggage or small children, just take a taxi! Check-in was smooth. I was worried about the room card, so I didn't book through an agent. I really liked the highest room type! It has a 'hui' character layout with a three-part bathroom for privacy, and the sofa bed in the living room can be opened with bedding provided! They gave us a birthday cake upon check-in and plenty of bottled water. We also received skip-the-line tickets for the Wynn Palace gondola, a voucher for MaMi Egg Waffles, two 50 MOP Angel's Cafe vouchers, and a shopping mall discount booklet! You can get 20% off go-karting and souvenirs! Business was good, and they allowed a late checkout until 12 PM. Express checkout and free luggage storage were also available! Although there's no casino, there are shuttle buses to Wynn Palace, but airport buses are less frequent! Our room type included three breakfasts, but if yours doesn't, you can find a better deal on Dianping for group-buy breakfasts! The room was quiet and clean! Perfect for adult children traveling with their parents!

Joyful Family Inn

I frequently stay here. Although the rooms are small, they are clean and hygienic. Especially now that they've switched to disposable sheets and duvet covers, it's even more reassuring to stay. Even the bath towels are disposable! Thumbs up to the owner 👍. The front desk staff are all very good. This place offers good value for money, and it's not too far from Senado Square. It's incredibly convenient for dining, drinking, and entertainment, being close to the Ruins of St. Paul's, the Grand Lisboa, and the Macau Tower. I always stay here for the annual International Fireworks Display and the International Food Festival. I'll continue to choose this place when I visit Macau.

Fu Hua Hotel

The room was nice, clean, and tidy, and the service attitude was good too. The air conditioning didn't stop even when the room card wasn't inserted, which was great for instantly cooling down the room and feeling comfortable on a hot summer day. The price was also reasonable, and it was convenient to get around from the hotel.

We stayed in room 1303, which offered a view of the Grand Lisboa. There's a mini-mart downstairs and a bus stop just a hundred meters away. The shower had great hot water and strong pressure, but the hotel doesn't provide hand soap, so you'll need to bring your own.

The service was excellent during my stay! However, I ran into an issue during checkout that required police assistance. While waiting for the police to arrive, my phone was almost out of battery. I asked the front desk if I could borrow a power adapter. The male front desk staff said they had one and asked for my room number. I told him I had already checked out but just needed to charge my phone in the lobby for a bit and would return it right away. The staff then immediately said they didn't have one. Hmm! I've stayed at your hotel many times during my trips to Macau, and the service has always been great. But this time was really disappointing! If my phone wasn't about to die and I couldn't scan for a power bank, I wouldn't have even asked to borrow an adapter after checking out. I understand you have a right not to lend it, as it's your property. But I still wanted to share this experience. After all, even if a guest has checked out, shouldn't there be a bit more humanity when they're in urgent need of help?

The room was very clean, and the air conditioning was sufficiently cold, making for a very comfortable stay during the summer. The water pressure was excellent, which made showering very pleasant. It's very close to the bus stop for the Arch, only about a 3-minute walk away, so transportation is very convenient.

Every time I visit Macau, I stay at this hotel, and this time my experience was even better! First off, the lobby has been upgraded and is much more beautiful, bright, and comfortable. Then, during check-in, the front desk lady patiently explained the new room door lock system – you just swipe the card directly, unlike before where I'd worry about demagnetization if the room card was near my phone. The room, as always, was clean and tidy. My little one absolutely loves the two-meter large bed. When I needed extra items for the room, the staff was super patient, asking if I had enough. This hotel is so thoughtful, it's a must-stay every time I come! 👍
