The service was excellent, especially the shuttle bus service which made getting around very convenient. The hotel staff were also very friendly and even upgraded our room for free. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping the room spotless during our extended stay. The hotel's breakfast buffet was wonderful and very satisfying. Cleanliness met five-star hotel standards. We've stayed here more than once, and overall it always feels very comfortable, like returning home each time.

We booked eight rooms for a family gathering and requested them to be on the same floor in advance. The hotel not only arranged it perfectly but also provided cakes and fruits. From the moment we checked in, our entire group experienced the hotel's incredibly warm and thoughtful service. I'd especially like to thank a waitress in the breakfast restaurant (I apologize for forgetting her name). I mentioned that my parents, who are early risers, wouldn't know how to use the coffee machine. She remembered this, and the next morning, she personally brought coffee to them. Thank you so much for your attentive service! The staff were consistently polite, whether we were at the pool, in the sauna, entering or leaving the lobby, in the restaurant, on our floor, or taking the shuttle bus. It was truly an excellent stay, and we will definitely choose Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau again on our next visit!

Better than expected! I'm really satisfied with the hotel's facilities, environment, and service. It's very well-maintained, so it doesn't feel like an old hotel at all. The room isn't huge, but it's much better than similar hotels in Hong Kong. Of course, don't compare it to a luxury five-star. Dining options nearby are also very convenient; you can walk to Grand Lisboa and Wynn, and Senado Square isn't far either. Highly recommended!

Miss Yuki at the front desk was absolutely wonderful – beautiful, sweet-voiced, and incredibly patient and thorough in explaining directions. She even anticipated our daily needs. The room she arranged had a great view, and she gave us some delicious complimentary cookies. The room itself was very spacious and the bedding was super comfortable. The only downside was a bit of noise from construction on the upper floors during our stay, but that's understandable. Macau is really great value for money right now; the room rate on the day of check-in was 200-300 cheaper than booking in advance, but there's not much you can do about that. Guests can also enjoy free access to the 7th floor of the Eiffel Tower.

Hotels in Macau are so much better than those in Hong Kong, honestly. For a similar or even lower price, you get a much bigger room. I've stayed at the Londoner in Taipa before, but if you're looking to explore the old streets rather than just shopping malls and casinos, staying on the Macau Peninsula, in the old town, is much more convenient. This time, I chose the New Orient Landmark; it wasn't expensive, and the room was quite spacious. While it's not brand new, it's well-maintained. The room even came with a dehumidifier. It's a short walk to Wynn Macau, Lisboa, and Grand Lisboa. Strolling to the Ruins of St. Paul's and Rua de Cinco de Outubro is also easy. There are also buses nearby to Coloane and other areas. Really, the entire old town isn't that big; it feels like everything is within a three-kilometer radius. If you enjoy walking, you can get everywhere on foot. It was definitely a much better experience compared to the hotel I stayed at later in Hong Kong.

We booked this hotel for a staycation. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool. The room is also instagrammable. However, there was a strong smell inside when we arrived. The bathroom door is also hard to close and the toilet bowl is a bit broken. The water keeps on flowing when the flush button doesn’t bounce up. It will also be better if they have complete amenities, like shower cap, lotion and cotton buds that we can use. The shampoo and conditioner are also bad. Our hair was tangled and hard after using them.

Folks, let me tell you, for being in the city center, this is a pretty charming, decent, almost retro hotel. The staff are very pleasant and always smiling. There are tons of shops and restaurants around. Exchange offices are just 2 minutes away. If you see a more or less reasonable price around 500, it's better to book the hotel in advance if you need it for several days or a week, as the price changes daily from 500 to 900 closer to the weekends. Reading reviews of other hotels in the area that are cheaper, there have been cases of personal belongings and money being stolen from rooms. In any case, always be careful. It's better to overpay a hundred or two dollars for a few days than to lose half your cash and deal with the police. I'm sure it's safe here. For those who need it, there's a bathtub where you can relax. Overall, it's good, I like it here!!!🫶🧘🏻‍♂️💁‍♂️🍀

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the Grand Lisboa Hotel. Although the decor reflects that of an older five-star hotel, it's incredibly well-maintained; all the facilities are perfectly functional and nothing looks worn out. During our stay, we even saw maintenance staff repainting doors in some rooms that had minor nicks. The room doors are quite solid, showing that a significant investment was made during the original renovation. Some details are very well-executed, such as a shower room that's slightly larger than average, a 'please wait' response button next to the toilet, and complimentary phone charging cables by the bed that don't require scanning. The shower pressure is strong, which was a plus. Breakfast was a bit simple, and the variety could be improved.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, which takes around 15–20 minutes even with luggage. There’s also a nearby public bus stop that provides convenient access to the Cotai area. The housekeeping staff were friendly as well. Overall, the stay was good, although the design feels a bit old-school. The in-house casino has also ceased operations since November 2025.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time, with the only issue being the lack of markings for the hot and cold water in the bathroom. My relatives and friends didn't know which taps were for hot and cold water. It was especially difficult for the elderly to adjust the water temperature for showering, so they ended up showering with cold water. It would be best if each bathroom clearly marked which way to turn for hot and cold water. I hope this can be improved next time. Everything else was excellent!

This is an established four-star hotel. We arrived quite late, but the front desk staff was very welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was very clean, and our request for a high-floor room was fully met. Downstairs, there are many delicious eateries and a 24-hour supermarket. It's also very close to popular attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's and Wynn. The coffee in the hotel lobby was excellent, and the egg tarts were freshly baked. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try them, but I'll definitely make sure to next time.

Check-in was efficient during off-peak hours, and the front desk staff tried their best to accommodate requests for non-smoking, non-corner rooms. However, the bathroom facilities are a bit dated as the hotel is a little old.

This was my fourth visit to Macau, and I finally managed to book the Galaxy Hotel, which my mom had been longing for. It was truly excellent, the only hotel I've ever stayed at that allowed early check-in and extended our check-out time to 3 PM. Rachel, who checked us in, was particularly kind and professional. I really appreciate this kind of service. I learned that regular rooms are usually reserved for casino guests, and not always available to the public. The room size was just right, and all the drinks at the minibar were complimentary. The only minor downside is that the hotel is a bit older, so the power outlets and switches are a bit dated. Hotel guests get free access to the water park; I only had a quick splash this time as we didn't have much time, but I'll definitely go again next time. My mom said she wants to stay at another Galaxy-affiliated hotel next time. One thing to note is that the shuttle from Galaxy to the airport isn't on a continuous loop; it operates on a fixed schedule, so it's best to plan ahead to catch the right bus and avoid missing your flight.

I've been spoiled by the Four Seasons, I truly love it, love it, love it! The front desk was so enthusiastic, giving us Macau guidebooks and a small plush toy for my child. They also gave us a detailed introduction, which was great. Every staff member at the hotel was very polite. In the room, there were fruit, cake, and pastries, which was a nice touch. Every day, they provided turn-down service, tidying up all our belongings, even neatly organizing charging cables. The swimming pool also offered free Haagen-Dazs. Next time I come to Macau, I definitely want to stay at the Four Seasons again! 🇲🇴

The connecting room was very spacious, and we stayed for five nights. Our original room was on the second floor, but we paid extra to upgrade to the eighth floor. The sea view from the room was excellent. The hotel's breakfast and service were also great, and there's a daily shuttle to Grand Lisboa Palace. The only regret is that starting from the third night, I developed an itchy rash all over my body. My child also had it slightly, but he recovered within two days. Even after returning to Beijing from Macau, the rash continued, especially on my legs, to the point where I couldn't sleep at night due to the itching. I went to the hospital and was diagnosed with insect bites, which can appear within 1-10 days, and it still hasn't cleared up. I suspect it might have been caused by dust mites in the hotel's bathrobes or bedding.

The room is quite standard, not big. The infrastructure is online. The overall artistic atmosphere of the hotel is great! The suite originally came with a complimentary teddy bear and a duck soap. Since both my friend and I wanted a teddy bear as a souvenir, I emailed Conrad to inquire. The hotel was very accommodating and provided an extra bear for us, even customizing them with our initials. We're very grateful for this. This stay was an excellent experience, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we're at The Londoner!

When checking in, I asked the front desk staff, ”I heard Morpheus is a seven-star hotel, the best in Macau,” and they replied, ”Yes.” I told them I hoped it wouldn't disappoint. The review section is full of positive comments, with many saying the service is excellent and it's the pinnacle in Macau, but I didn't find it to be all that. 1. The doorman didn't help with my luggage, even though I only had one bag. After getting out of the car, I took a call, but my body was facing the counter. A lobby manager patiently stood beside me, waiting for me to finish the call, then asked if I needed assistance. I said I was checking in, and he led me to the counter. During this, there were no hot towels or welcome drinks offered. To be honest, I've stayed in many hotels in Macau that don't offer these, so I thought this supposed 'best' hotel would be different. 2. I read guest reviews saying that someone would escort guests to their rooms after check-in, but I wasn't. The hotel's response was a lack of staff, but there were dozens of staff members in the lobby at the time. (See photo 1, you can count them). 3. After exiting the elevator on my floor, I was looking for my room. A staff member was cleaning the elevator but didn't greet me or approach to ask for my room number or if I needed help. 4. The screw on the right-hand drawer of the mini-bar was loose. After pulling it open, I couldn't push it back in. I called housekeeping to check it out. They said they would inform maintenance to come as soon as possible. I asked for an ETA, but there was no clear answer. Finally, I told them to just report it and not send anyone, and they could fix it after I checked out. 5. I rarely eat breakfast, but since this was a highly praised hotel, I naturally wanted to experience it. They seated me at 10:30 AM. At 10:35 AM, after confirming I could still order, I ordered Eggs Benedict, shrimp wontons, and black truffle siu mai. Photos 3, 4, 5, and 6 show their serving speed (with timestamps). After ordering, I went to the buffet area, got some fruit, poured a cup of tea, and waited for my food. It took a full 23 minutes for all my dishes to arrive because a manager noticed I had been sitting for a long time without much food. He came over to check on me, realized my order wasn't complete, and then rushed to expedite it. I intentionally didn't say anything because I wanted to see how long it would take for them to notice; I was timing it the whole time. Regarding the above complaints (points 1-4), I called guest services, and Winnie was assigned to follow up. I want to commend her for her patient listening and incredibly swift response. She immediately apologized and compensated me with Executive Breakfast on the 30th floor, a fruit platter, and executive car usage.

I've always wanted to stay at Hotel Okura, but it's so hard to get a reservation. I finally managed to book a two-night, three-day stay last week, and I was so impressed by the meticulous and thoughtful service. I have to give it a big thumbs up: 1. Before checking in, I emailed the hotel to let them know it was my husband's birthday in June and asked for some birthday decorations. They replied quickly, and to my surprise, they even sent a delicious matcha cake! [Strong] 2. The hotel lobby is open and airy with a simple, understated design. The bamboo garden courtyard is serene and luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff are all attractive and friendly. When we checked in, Johnny thoughtfully extended our check-out time to 1 PM. When we checked out, Alsen proactively asked about our stay and even gave us a hotel fridge magnet. The service from both gentlemen was truly exceptional. 3. The guest room layout is well-designed, comfortable, and practical. The Japanese design details are perfectly executed. The tea set is very practical, and there were also candies and fruit, with complimentary beverages. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning and thoughtfully organized all my jewelry and cosmetics. It's been years since I've seen such a comprehensive turndown service – water, slippers, and a bathmat were all meticulously placed, and they even provided a sleep spray and paper cranes. Coming back to a tidy room every day after enjoying the Grand Resort Deck was incredibly comforting. 4. I've already decided to bring my mom to Hotel Okura next time, and I hope it will be easier to book then. I do wish the trash can in the bathroom was a bit bigger. All in all, my stay at Hotel Okura was very pleasant and excellent.

This hotel was truly amazing! Out of all the places I stayed during my five-day, four-night trip to Hong Kong and Macau – besides the Disneyland hotel, which I always love – this was by far the most attentive service I experienced in Macau. I checked in at 3 PM and just rested for a couple of hours. I didn't even head out for food until close to sunset. When I returned around 10 PM, I noticed that the covers I'd messed up had been neatly tidied, the toilet and sink were re-cleaned, and two new pairs of slippers were placed. It was clear a staff member had come in to service the room, and this was only a few hours after I'd first checked in, and I was just staying for one night in one room. So, given the spacious suite and its excellent location (close to the airport and ferry terminal), I honestly think this place is fantastic.

I frequently stay at Ascott properties on the mainland, and this was my first time trying one in Macau 🇲🇴. The experience exceeded my expectations and was absolutely wonderful! 🎉 I especially want to give a shout-out to Emma and Gary at the front desk. They upgraded my room and even provided a small gift for my colleague's birthday 🎂! Their service was super excellent. Full marks! The location is fantastic – close to everything. Since it's an apartment-style hotel, the room facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped! 👍 There are three restaurants on the ground floor of the hotel. You can't really talk about high value for money here, but it's fair and worth what you pay for. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Macau 🇲🇴.

My wife and I stayed at Wynn Macau again from June 7-9, 2026. We returned because of our satisfying first experience. The front desk staff were attentive and polite, and they upgraded our room. The room was luxurious, spacious, and spotless, looking as good as new and well-maintained. At 'Wing Lei' restaurant, both breakfast and dinner offered exquisite food with a wide variety of choices at reasonable prices. Enjoying a coffee or beer at 'Wing Lei Bar' during leisure time was a delightful pleasure. I must especially mention that after checking out, I realized I had left my phone in the safe. Fortunately, the hotel team safely kept it, and with Ms. Mak Tsz Kuen (Manager)'s prompt contact and thoughtful arrangements, I was able to retrieve my phone. Many thanks! Past hotels include The Londoner, Conrad, The Parisian, The Venetian, Studio City, Altira, Art House, Grand Lisboa Palace (formerly Grand Hyatt Macau), and Sheraton… St. Regis Staff: Security is polite, front desk is polite, essentially all staff are professional and courteous. Facilities: The bar on the 2nd floor is very popular, offering a single light drink set for around $2xx, which includes a glass of champagne, an oyster, a small bowl of spicy peanuts, and a small bowl of olives. The gym is excellent, with beautiful night views, new and diverse equipment, disinfectant wipes, a water dispenser, chilled Pocari Sweat, cold towels, and regular towels. The changing rooms have a jacuzzi and sauna, all free of charge. The pool provides swimming noodles and kickboards, has warm and cold water, and also offers towels, all free. What truly surprised me was the butler service. My teddy bear was initially just lying on the bed. After returning to the room from dinner, I found that Butler Kevin had dressed my bear in a bathrobe and eye mask, and even covered it with its own blanket. I was so touched I almost cried. Many thanks to Butler Kevin for providing such wonderful surprises and immense emotional value!!! The St. Regis Macao has incredibly dedicated staff, absolutely outstanding!!!!!

This is absolutely fantastic value! During our two-night stay, we enjoyed two different breakfasts: one featured lobster eggs Benedict and scallops, while the other offered sashimi. The afternoon tea had a variety of sweet and savory treats. I highly recommend the evening bar food, with its wide selection of freshly mixed cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks – the snacks were truly amazing! Apparently, there are three different menus, so you could go for three consecutive days and not have the same food. We went both nights and everything was delicious. A special mention: the room comes with complimentary fruit and snacks, and we barely touched the free drinks and snacks in the minibar, but it shows great thoughtfulness. I love The Londoner Macao and will definitely choose it again next time.

My stay at Yingsing Hotel was absolutely fantastic! 👍 After exiting the gate, I took a car directly to the hotel, passing by the entertainment complex, Galaxy Macau, StarWorld Hotel, and finally arriving at Yingsing Hotel and W Hotel. The hotel is separate from the entertainment venues, making it very quiet. The room was spacious, with the bathroom and bedroom separated, and there was a bathtub for soaking. The complimentary and paid snacks, drinks, and fruits were clearly laid out, and refills were prompt. Turndown service was provided on both nights, and I received a lovely keychain and L'Occitane face mask as gifts. The hotel is very high-tech; all room amenities can be operated via a tablet, which is incredibly convenient. There are many dining options within the hotel, such as Hua Ren Bing Shi, Chen Ji Bing Shi, and McDonald's – whatever you crave, you can find it. I also explored the entertainment complex and got a free matcha bubble tea. I highly recommend staying here!

The absolute best thing about this place is its location. It's perfect for anyone looking to do a deep dive into Macau's casinos. Wynn and StarWorld casinos are right across the street, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the old and new Grand Lisboa. After clearing customs at Gongbei Port, you can take the free shuttle bus from Wynn or StarWorld directly here. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and I'm sure by then the renovations will be finished and the room facilities improved.

I visit Macau 2-3 times a year, so a price hike during the summer weekend was expected. This time, I chose The Londoner Macao for our family of three, specifically for the 1.4m twin beds, which allowed us to sleep comfortably without feeling cramped. The room's cleanliness and overall environment were good, and the window overlooked the stadium. The front desk staff were all warm and welcoming, contradicting some reviews about poor service. The room was well-equipped with amenities sufficient for daily use, and there was even a self-service vending machine on our floor, which was quite convenient! The best part is that despite The Londoner Macao's slightly off-the-beaten-path location, there's a shopping mall right downstairs, catering to all our daily needs for food, clothing, and entertainment. There's also a 24-hour cha chaan teng (Hong Kong-style diner), and registering as a Londoner Macao member gives you an 15% discount. The hotel also provided two discount coupons for Wynn Palace, with free shuttle bus service to Wynn Palace and Grand Lisboa Palace. The coupons included a priority ride on the cable car once, which was perfect for watching the musical fountain show in the evening. There was also a shopping and dining discount card for the mall, which really made up for the location. It's clear that The Londoner Macao's management is very thoughtful and genuinely cares about its guests.👍🏻👍🏻 Previously, staying in the Parisian area meant large shopping centers, but during peak season, it could get uncomfortably crowded. The Londoner Macao, however, is quieter and less crowded, making for a more comfortable and leisurely trip. The hotel is a 7-8 minute walk from the East Asian Games Dome Light Rail Station, and getting to Cunha Street (Taipa Pier Station) is also more affordable than taking a taxi. Personally, I think it's a very cost-effective choice for a family of three or four. Next time, I want to try the L'Occitane room and the LINE FRIENDS themed room, as I believe the weekday prices will be even more attractive. In short: Of course, more expensive hotels will offer a different experience – you get what you pay for. But for our family's habit and experience of visiting Macau for a few days every year, The Londoner Macao is a good value-for-money option. If guests have higher demands, then I'd recommend choosing a more expensive hotel. 😉😉

The bathroom was also excellent, with good water pressure. The soundproofing in the room was great, and most importantly, the bed was large and incredibly comfortable. All in all, for this price, such a good room is excellent value. A small incident occurred: I accidentally left my beloved earrings in the bathroom when I checked out. I only realized it when I arrived in Zhuhai. I quickly contacted the hotel to see if they could mail them back to Shanghai. The hotel staff said that sending express delivery would be very complicated and that they had already safely stored them for me. They suggested I could pick them up on my next trip to Macau, or have a friend pick them up. A few days ago, a friend who works in Macau and commutes to Zhuhai daily helped me retrieve the earrings from the hotel and mailed them to me. I just received them today. I'm very grateful to Hotel Sintra for safekeeping my earrings and I also commend the hotel's strict management. When my friend went to pick up the earrings, they had to upload their ID card and Hong Kong and Macau通行证 (travel permit) to the hotel's email, which is something we should all learn from. I love Macau and will definitely visit again when I have time, and I will certainly stay at Hotel Sintra.

The room was neat, bright, and clean. Although not large, it was well-equipped and very comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful, and there's even a rooftop garden. It's very close to the city center, yet surprisingly quiet. Located on a hillside, it's perfect for those who enjoy walking and getting some exercise. A short walk further up the hill leads to a park with panoramic views of the entire city. The hotel also offers a transfer service, making it very convenient for getting to your next destination.

I've stayed here multiple times, and the location is simply unbeatable. It's just a stone's throw from Casino Lisboa in the old town. The Ruins of St. Paul are only about a 10-12 minute leisurely walk away, passing by a colorful local market, cafes, and Portuguese-style eateries. I stayed in an 8-person dorm, and it was quiet; I was lucky with my roommates. The bathroom was clean, and all amenities were provided. I recommend it.

Stayed for one night during a layover. Wouldn't recommend it for a regular stay. Paying over 400 RMB just to sleep felt a bit overpriced, especially considering the hotel is a bit dated. For dining and entertainment, you'd be better off heading to the Peninsula or Cotai. The lobby is beautiful, and the elevator halls and corridors exude taste. Service was good, but the room felt damp and overlooked the sea and runway. The biggest advantage is its extreme convenience for early morning flights.
