Enjoyed my stay at Citadines Apart Hotel. Room was cleaned and the hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. The robot “staffs” were helpful as well by transporting my food delivery orders dropped off at the reception, right to my doorstep.
Compliments should also go to one of their male hotel staff 汪鹏, who patiently searched for my Taobao parcels for almost 45 mins, as two of the parcels were“missing”. 汪鹏 calmly took further steps to understand which items were missing, which courier sent the package, and also whether they were correctly sent. Good place to crash if you need some hours to sleep . Location is in the heart of many western restaurants (if that’s your thing ) The room I had you have to step into the toilet and shower area . Drain wasn’t draining fast enough so the shower floor would become a small pool . Good heatDariMYR 37

The hotel smell with cigarettes. We had to stay at the room full of the cigarette smell for the night coz we arrived late and couldn’t be bothered to change room.
It was great they changed the room straight away but then I smell the cigarette again at the corridor.
It’s a non smoking hotel but guests are still allowed to smoke in the room.
The laundry was disgusting, I can’t wash the clothes coz the washing machine was full of detergent and dryer wasn’t working.
The room was big though and location was good

First of all, Mr.Wang Shi Xiong provided us the best service for this stay.The hotel is new and modern. In my opinion Qiuzhu especially suitable for staying when visiting Disneyland. Had a very interesting and enjoyable 4D3N stay. Check in was smooth and hotel was able to receive parcels for us and the collection of the parcels from the staff were a breeze. The movie themed hotel was also very eye opening for us as it was our first time staying here. The hotel lobby was decorated like a movie box office. There were also soft drinks and popcorn available free flow.
The coffee machine and tea at the entrance of the hotel was also very thoughful. Drinking the coffee warmed our hearts during the cold weather.
The hotel was also well located with eateries nearby and just a 5min walk to the main hipster huai hai road for shopping.
The room was spacious and clean. There are also additional amenities that you can take at the hotel lobby.
We also had fun playing with the different lighting in the room and the big projector screen really makes the room feels like you're in a movie theatre.
The glass panels on the toilet and shower area however is a little translucent. It would be better if they could make it more opaque for privacy.

DO NOT book this hotel unless you are planning to drive or take a taxi every time you enter the hotel. Getting to the hotel while walking is very difficult: It's about a 25-30 minute hike from the subway station (map apps will lead you through street that are not accessible) and requires a 15 minute walk that includes hiking up a steep incline through a parking garage and then a *very* long walk across blazingly hot parking lots (no shade) while dodging cars (no sidewalks). The room itself was great, though! No cigarette smoke smell, new, and clean.
