Terima kasih kepada kerani kaunter penerimaan tetamu Wei Gaixia👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Perkhidmatan sangat baik. Kerana ini kali pertama saya menginap di hotel Huazhuhui, saya mempunyai banyak soalan yang tidak jelas. Dia sangat sabar menjawab soalan dan membantu saya. Kemudahan hotel ini juga sangat lengkap, terdapat bilik dobi layan diri, sarapan pagi yang sangat baik, dan kakitangan perkhidmatan yang sangat sopan dan menyapa saya, seperti di luar negara. Lokasinya juga bagus. Ia hanya sepuluh minit berjalan kaki dari Taman Yuyuan dan berhampiran dengan Metro Laluan 10 dan Laluan 8. Ia adalah pengalaman menginap yang sangat memuaskan, dan ia menerima penarafan penuh lima bintang!

Receptionists are attentive. Good service. Daily bus to Disney lands. Very convenient. Hotel also provides private guide service to Disney land which is very good. We bought a family entry tickets and hired a tourist guide. The guide is very helpful. She helped us went through 5 big rides and two shows with minimal wait time and also helped us to look after kids. My husband doesn’t speak any Mandarin. The canteen staff was very thoughtful, did his best to help him find the food he wanted to order. Highly recommend this hotel to families with young kids would like to visit Disney lands.

Clean room , good location and good breakfast, the staff are friendly. I had a really good rest for two days! I stayed in a renovated room and it was pleasant and had a nice view. Next time I go to Shanghai, I want to stay again. It was good that the staff spoke English well and responded really kindly. The receptionist Ms.Michelle,Zhang responded with sincerity. The place was kept very clean and the room was also perfectly clean everyday. the location is good, very close to the Jinan temple, overall we had a great time. Convenient location, easy access to the subway… We got a room with the best view! Oriental pearl was my view during my stay!

Lu. Zz Looking out of the window of the room, the scenery is quite intoxicating. Large areas of green plants and the green ocean sway gently in the breeze, as if they were playing a silent welcome song, and we came to Shanghai. The buildings in the distance are rolling. Under the sunlight, the outline is clear and It is full of layers, as if it is a picture drawn by architects and workers with the most hard work. In the middle of the building, you can occasionally see a few wisps of evening fire burning clouds, which is just like giving this picture scroll. It adds a little mystery. The courtyard of the hotel is even more unique. The flowers in the hall and the shrubs outside are scattered and colorful. In the middle, there is also a landscape tank like a clear pond. In the tank, the sesame fish in the water swim happily, sometimes jumping out of the water, splashing a string of crystal-clear splashes. The green plants by the fish tank, the slender willow branches hang on the water.

Senz Hotel, from the moment you step into the lobby, you will feel at home. The lobby is modern and culturally rich, spacious and elegant, and the staff is very warm and thoughtful, and their professional and meticulous service attitude makes people admire. The accommodation environment here is spacious and quiet, which makes people completely relax and feel rare comfort and tranquility. However, what impressed me most was the management team of Senz. They won our respect with excellent management and professional service. From the overall operation of the hotel to the details, whether it is room service, catering service or other needs, they can get a quick and satisfactory response. This efficient and energetic team ensured that every need of ours was met, bringing us an excellent accommodation experience. Next is Estilo Restaurant. The food here is simply amazing! Moreover, their service is first-rate, from pre-meal preparation to post-meal finishing, every link is well organized and meticulous. Whether it is a gathering with friends or a business banquet, Estilo Restaurant is an ideal choice. Special thanks to Mr. Noel and Charles for their hospitality. As for Ivy at the Spa, her professional skills and friendly service are unforgettable. Her massage techniques are skillful and in place, which makes me feel extremely relaxed and relieved after a busy work. Ivy is extremely sensitive to the needs of each guest and can accurately provide the most appropriate SPA services. Her professional knowledge and enthusiastic service made my experience in the Spa reach the extreme. Overall, Senz Hotel, Estilo Restaurant and the Spa have provided us with excellent service and experience. Whether it is the facilities, services or the professionalism of the management team, I am deeply satisfied. I highly recommend Senz Hotel and Estilo Restaurant to all friends who are looking for high-quality services and food, and I would also like to thank Ivy for the meticulous SPA service she provided us. Location is a very good option for those who don't want to bother travelling early or late at night to the airport. The main issue for international travellers in China and at this hotel is that they do require Chinese mobile phone numbers only to get connected to wifi - sad, very sad. Well, as we should be leaving in the morning and check-ined late we didn't want to bother much about this wifi setup issue with reception. The view is great in the morning, at least from the 702 room. The fridge was full with what you see down below.

The hotel reopened again and its service still need some way to be improved. For example, I can’t charge my consumption fee for the hotel’s rooftop bar in my room’s bill as the stuff explained that the system did not finish uploading.

Hotel Radissen akan sentiasa menjadi kenangan indah di hati saya Pada tahun 2003, saya menginap di Hotel Radissen apabila saya pergi ke Oslo untuk acara bersama rakan-rakan saya buat kali pertama pada tahun 2003. Oleh itu, secara kebetulan, ketika saya berada di Shanghai kali ini, saya menempah Hotel Radisson Blu (nama Cina) sebagai stesen terminal perjalanan saya ke Shanghai Walaupun tidak menepati pengalaman yang diharapkan, perkhidmatan keseluruhan hotel tetap dibawa saya senang hati, terima kasih banyak-banyak 🙏!

Great hotel! Room are clean, receptionist are so helpful. We supposed to check out at 12pm, but our flight got delayed, they help us by give free late check out until 2pm, and we’ve paid the 4 hour extent for the reasonable price. Surely will come again to this hotel.
