This hotel seems like it has lost its glory. The pictures make it seem like a nice view is guaranteed, but the lobby (where the photos are taken from) is on the top floor. Also, the cooling function of the airconditioning is turned off, meaning you must open the window at night - a nightmare given the trains passing by. The entrance is also in a back alley and not that close to the station as it seems. I think there are much better hotels in Kanazawa.

Conveniently located across the street of Ōmichō Market. The room is spacious, clean and even equipped with an electric clothing steamer and foot massage machine! I would definitely come back whenever I visit Kanazawa again.

Room was spacious for three with each person a single bed, very comfortable, very classic and elegant furnishing, bathroom and toilet was separated. Staffs were helpful and friendly and they can understand simple English. Good location and very close from the Kanazawa station with lots of eateries and convenience stores around. Breakfast was very nice with a lot of choices and tastes good! Would highly recommend this place and I would also like to go back here again during my next visit.

Beautiful and affordable hotel. Very clean, amenities are great and the Onsen is just perfect! Free ice cream when you’ve finished bathing in the comic reading area, as well as complimentary ramen for supper. Only a 15 minute walk from Toyama station and very close to many local attractions. Would highly recommend and stay here again

Hygiene provided was below standard ,full of dust in bathroom , after first day clean up , room table hadn’t cleaned and still sticky , no extra garbage bags was replenishment even we stared DONT DISTURB . When we went out , the room cleaner just open the door and went away without security concept as we still had luggages left in the rooms .Air cond. was stopped without  feasible adjustment when the weather was not cold

Location: very conveniently located right besides the bus stop for buses back and forth from Kanazawa station as well as other major touristy spots. But even walking wise everything including Kenrokuen garden, Kanazawa castle, the famous districts & also just 2-3 min walk to Omiya shrine Hotel & Room standard: Elegantly classy and very contemporary rooms. Size was also pretty good and comfortable enough for 2 people for standard room. Room amenities are also very good and the Public bath at top also looks quite fancy. Staff service: Was very very impressed with the staff service. I think everyone spoke & understood basic English to assist with any questions. Furthermore they even have great personalised hotel brochures for restaurants and spots nearby the hotel and what cuisine each offered which I found very helpful. Overall an easy 5/5 stay

Fantastic hotel with spacious rooms and very friendly staff. We chose Nikko Kanazawa because of its proximity to the train station. Hotel Nikko is actually Kanazawa’s tallest building, designed by a Japanese-French team. Rooms located on 21st-25th floors have beautiful views. Nikko is connected to the Higashi ( eastern) side of the station by the underground passageway through the Porter building. Our room at the 21st floor was large, clean and modern with a fantastic view over the city towards the Sea of Japan. It was very relaxing at the end of the day to sit in arm chairs and watch the sunset. Service was excellent. We found a good restaurant on the sixth floor of the Forus shopping center adjacent to the train station (on the right if you look at the eastern entrance to the station through the giant Torii gate). The name is Morimorizushi Kanazawa Ekimae-ten (sushi), you can't miss it - there will be people on the benches waiting outside. The line goes fast, just don't forget to take your ticket at the entrance. This hi-tech kaiten (conveyor belt) sushi joint is a fantastic place for excellent sushi at reasonable price. It is only 4-5 min. from Hotel Nikko and on rainy day you can reach it by the underground passage. We liked Hotel Nikko and would stay here again.

My stay at Dormy Inn Kanazawa was almost the end of the vacation started from Nagano, Hakuba, Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, Kurobe Gorge. Believe me that staying at this hotel is money worth spent. Dormy Inn usually are near train station but away from noisy traffic, with nice indoor and outdoor Onsen at rooftop together with FREE Soba for supper (9.30-11pm). However, at Kanazawa only (maybe) they provide complimentary Happy Hour from 7-9pm with free flow of red & white wine, beer and party nut and cracker mix. So you probably want to stay until 9.30pm to continue with Free Soba Supper. Sounds good right? Rooms are very clean, staff are friendly. One thing I like about Dormy Inn is they have ice cube for free at the machine. So you can get cheap and nice sake or beer from stores nearby to fix your own drink. Another plus point is free usage of laundry machine and detergent. You only pay for the dryer. I highly recommend Dormy Inn to everyone visiting Japan.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. We had a corner room which may be larger than a regular 2 twin bed room. This room had a washer/dryer unit in the room. Japanese hotels provide pajamas and toothbrushes. The hotel information on the TV let you know if the public bath was crowded. The breakfast was a mix of Japanese and western offerings. It also included Kanazawa specialty food items. I thought the food was very good. I like that they provide gloves in order to get food from the buffet and everyone complies. This hotel is on the west side of the station and all the bus stops and attractions are on the east side. I found it to have a little less traffic which I liked. It was about 5-7 minute walk to the station. Overall, it was a very nice stay and I would stay at this hotel again.

I think this hotel is out of my expectations and it deserves a comment. The location is nearby the train station. Take around 5mins to get to shopping mall and train station. Staff are friendly and their English is quite well-spoken. The room is clean and new. There’s a massage chair inside. Bathroom is spacious with bath tub and shower base. Highly recommend this hotel!

チェックインとチェックアウトが 無人なだけで、マシーンの据えられている向こう側に、武士や恐竜が投影されてるだけです。 新しいホテルなので、部屋は当然綺麗ですし、ベッドも程よい柔らかさでした。 部屋は少し広いなと感じましたが、設備は普通のビジネスホテルです。 風呂はやはり少し広くて、洗い場があります。 朝食は、一日目がアツアツの焼き鮭で、米も美味しかったんですが、問題は二日目。 鰈の干物か煮付の様なものでしたが、冷たくて食べられません。 温めてもらいましたが、まだ冷たくて硬いので、ほぼ残しました。 リピートはあると思いますが、朝食は考えます。

駅徒歩3分くらいの距離。 ごく普通のビジホ設備で、お安い。部屋に軽食がわりのクロワッサンが2個置いてある。コンビニは小松駅のセブンイレブンを利用。 小松空港からだとリムジンバスで金沢まで移動しちゃうのが一般的だと思うけど、とりあえず小松で寝るだけ寝ちゃえという場合には便利だと思う。 朝食は備え付けのクロワッサンをいただいたが、これクロワッサン…かなぁ？普通のパンにしか思えなかったが。クロワッサン型のパン。サービス品なのでいいんですけども。

急に石川県白山市の白山比咩神社にお参りしたくなり、女房と2人で一昨日の夕方に羽田を発って1泊で利用しました。空港に到着して直ぐにレンタカーを借り、小松の市内で夕食を摂ってからhotelに向かいました。Hotelは小松ICの近くで、とても分かり易い場所にあり、駐車場もたっぷりあって問題なく駐車できました。 Receptionでは他の到着のお客さんが居ましたので少し待ちましたが、check-inの手続きはとてもスムースで館内の説明や朝食の案内もとても親切でした。お部屋はビズコートと呼ばれる別館の3Fでしたが、廊下もお部屋も掃除が行き届いていて気持ち良く利用できました。また、hotelに着いてから知ったのですが、本館の3Fに深夜早朝に利用できる広くて奇麗な大浴場があり、僕も女房も夜も翌朝も入浴し大変に満足でした、ありがとうございました。 朝食は通常のバイキングstyleでしたが、十分に合格点levelでした。ご飯をお茶碗に自動で入れるマシンがあって、とても衛生的と感心しました！ 再度小松に行ったら必ずまた利用させて戴きます。

小松に仕事で行くと、以前は別なホテルを利用していましたが、こちらが開業してから別なホテルを使う気がしません。 部屋は広くて綺麗だし、まだまだ新しさが残っているところが、手入れの良さを感じます。 しかし、線路側の部屋だと、朝方の貨物列車の音が気になります。 上層階の部屋には、まだあるのか分かりませんが、簡易のクリーニングマシン的な物が設置していました。 これを興味半分で使ってみましたが、ガタガタと音がして、うるさかったか記憶があります。

The hotel is old and the room is clean but not well cleaned especially the corners of the room. The room is old and dull and the toilet smells bad. The balcony is covered with bamboo screen which make hard to see the outside. We can see the balcony is not well cleaned and the rooftop of the building is not well cleaned, too. If they clean the balcony and rooftop it will make a big difference. The fence at the balcony is worn out if they repainted it,it will be very beautiful seeing from the inside. I dont care if the building is old but they should keep it well cleaned and more presentable and im sure people will come again. The food is good and the bathing facilities is also good but its too hot no air at all, i didnt stay long because i cant breath i wish they open the window for fresh air to come. the atmosphere from the window the dried mold of the rooftop and the worn out of the balcony fence should be fix.The place is very quiet and you can really relax.The main entrance and ground floor is renovated and its nice and modern. The service is good too but the clerks are not lively they should be more cheerful. If the room is not dull and the balcony and rooftop is clean i want to stay again but sorry i wont stay here again. 色々な湯快リゾートに宿泊していますので 独特のシステムに慣れているからかもしれませんが、 中でも従業員の方が親切な対応でした。 また、『こども村』に子供たちは大興奮 時間ギリギリまで遊んでいました お部屋も、どんだけ広い？？くらいの広さで 子供たちはかくれんぼで遊んでいました 色々な書き込みがありますが、 湯快リゾートのシステムに慣れればそんなもんだなと思います チェックアウトは朝8時から事前にでき、 お部屋は12時まで自由に使えました とても便利なシステムでしたよ 食事処にも子供の遊び場があるので、 子連れのお食事のおすすめ時間は 朝も夜も『1番目の時間に予約する』です コロナで、正月らしいイベントは全くありませんでしたが その分人が多い感じでもなく、快適でした 子連れではない方にも、湯快リゾートを理解されている方には 楽しめるところかと思います 館内で使える無料貸し出しのベビーカーも とても便利でした

金沢駅から行きやすい温泉地を探していたところ、直行バスでお得に行けることが分かり訪れたのが山中温泉でした。お湯が良く、また此方のお宿が居心地が良かったこともあり再訪です。なおバスを利用した場合、停留所より少し離れていますのでご注意を。ただブラブラゆっくり街歩きをすれば10分弱で着きます。 こちらのお宿はとにかく従業員の方々が一生懸命でアットホームな雰囲気です。特に夕・朝食時に対応してくれた方には忘れられない人が何人かおり、コロナが猛威を奮っていた時期を経て前回に引き続きお仕事をされている姿を見て妙に嬉しくなったり...超高級旅館のような洗練されたおもてなしを想像して行くと何か違うと思う人もいるかもしれませんが、人間味のあるおもてなしが売りの旅館のように思います。グレードを上げたい方は系列の吉祥やまなかの方が良いのかもしれません。 さて、温泉は熱めで冬でも露天風呂でちょうど良いぐらいです。女性風呂には露天風呂＋野天風呂があり、浴場はそれなりに広いので、人が多くてもそれなりにゆっくり出来るかと思います。露天風呂は少々深いので、小さなお子さんが入るのは危ないかもしれません。貸し切り風呂は2つ。45分で交代です。 夕食はプランで内容にそれなりの差があるように思います(恐ら**れが料金の差となっている)冬は蟹が出てくることが多いと思いますが、蟹の解体に慣れていない人は肉に重きを置いた方が良いかもしれません...朝食はお重、一部バイキングタイプ。連泊だと食事の配慮をしてくれます。十分です。 部屋の広さや内容は様々なので、何か心配がある方は相談するのが良いかもしれません。部屋からの眺めも景勝地が臨めます。 ちょっとした手違いがあったため4としましたが問題ない範囲です。また行きたいお宿となりました。

ロビーに入った途端に魅せられる雪景色　美味しい食事　親切な従業員さん・・・ 建物の古さが気にならない手入れの良さと、広い部屋。無料のソフトドリンクサーバー、フロント周りのフリースペースが有難いです。 貸し傘も、加賀温泉ならではの素敵なデザインですし、雪深い土地柄、豪雪時の貸長靴も用意されていて、きめ細かいサービスで楽しく過ごせました。 加賀温泉駅から、無料送迎を利用しました。　歩いて行けるところに、こおろぎ橋もあります。大雪でも長靴やしっかりした傘を貸してくれるので安心です。

Probably due to the fact that it is at the so called countryside, price is good. It is quite a drive to the hotel. I arrived about 9pm and it was such a dark drive right into the hotel. A local was driving, if not it would have been quite scary. Not so sure if the location is convenient for the usual traveller. I was booked this hotel by my business counterpart for convenience and supposedly close proximity to the factory. Room is big and spacious. I had 2 queen sized bed with a table and 2 chairs. Not typical of japanese hotels. Room looks old style but clean. Facial wash, body cloth (for scrubbing) etc was provided. They have a natural indoor and outdoor onsen. And a bath that comes with it where everyone just showers together. There is also a dressing area where lotion and moisturiser for the face are provided in the women's onsen. Hair dryer too. Not sure about the men's. There's a vending machine area with drinks and cup noodles and also the toy egg turning machines. Breakfast is at level 1 restaurant, Japanese breakfast, served buffet style.

大江戸温泉物語山代温泉山下家（おおえどおんせんものがたりやましろおんせんやましたや）は、石川県加賀市山代温泉（いしかわけんかがしやましろおんせん）にある温泉旅館だ。山代温泉（やましろおんせん）は石川県加賀市（いしかわけんかがし）にある温泉で、北陸3県で最大級の温泉街のひとつとなっている。725年に行基が霊峰白山へ修行に向かう途中、一匹の烏が羽の傷を癒しているのを見たことに始まるとされる古い温泉だ。 2022年6月19日、この日は自宅を車で出発し室津PA〜三方五湖PAと548km走ってきた。 そこから車で、山代温泉（やましろおんせん）にやってきた。今回泊まるのは、大江戸温泉物語山代温泉山下家（おおえどおんせんものがたりやましろおんせんやましたや）だ。玄関でおばあを下ろして、駐車場に移動する。駐車場は5分ほど歩いた場所にある。第1駐車場で、50台ほど停められそうだ。 ここからホテルまで歩くが、雨の日や雪が積もっている日は辛そうだ。山下家（やましたや）の横に、薬王院温泉寺がある。星野リゾートの前を通過。その前にあるのが、「古総湯」だ。古総湯（こそうゆ）は明治時代の総湯を復元したもので、2階の休憩所も当時のまま復元されているそうだ。山代温泉にはもうひとつ「総湯」があり、共通入浴券も販売されている。この日泊まるのは、山下家だ。玄関脇にあるのは、加賀藩主入湯湯壺跡だそうだ。その他にも豊臣秀吉から拝領した石灯籠も飾られていた。大江戸温泉物語とは思えない（失礼）歴史ある温泉旅館だ。内部はこんな感じ。フロントでおばあがチェックインしている。ロビーはとても広い。 建物が3つに分かれており、まず5階の連絡通路で隣の建物に移動する。さらにエレベーターで7階にやってきた。大規模ホテルは部屋まで遠すぎて嫌いだ(汗；)この日は773号室。入ったところに、冷蔵庫。部屋は広く、大江戸温泉物語らしく布団は既に引かれている。15畳の和室だ。窓からの景色はこんな感じ。テレビと金庫。空気清浄機。洗面台。トイレは温水便座。なんと、もう一部屋付いていた。おばあと二人で泊まるにはもったいないくらい広い部屋だ。大浴場に行くので要らないので、風呂はなし。 さっそく風呂に向かう。大浴場にはラウンジがあり、ソフトドリンクはもちろん、ビールやアイスクリームも無料でいただける。大浴場は5階だけでなく、最上階にもある。露天風呂はここにあり、もちろんラウンジは飲み放題だ。6時になったので、夕食会場にやってきた。指定席だが、バイキング。今回は潮汁をメインに取ってみた。おばあはこんな感じ。しっかりデザートも取ってきた。食事を終え、4階の大浴場にやってきた。ここに源泉が出ている。開湯1300年という歴史ある温泉だ。ラウンジは飲み放題で、アイスクリームも用意されている。 大江戸温泉物語山代温泉山下家 石川県加賀市山代温泉18-124 0570-041-261

We stayed as 3 couples with 2 children in the room. We booked three rooms and we had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel onsen was really good, separated into mens & women - it's swapped over each day so you can experience both. There are also several private onsen that you can book as couples. The breakfast teppanyaki was stunning, several courses and quite a lot of food. The location in the town was really good and you can easily walk around the local area. I recommend driving to the pedestrian suspension bridge over a dam nearby (about 10 mins drive) as it is quite breathtaking to walk across this.

We booked this onsen on line ourselves. We have travelled to Japan before and have previously experienced other onsen and accompanying Kaiseki meals. We were a little surprised at the location of the onsen. It was in the suburbs. But maybe that was our fault. The area around did seem to be run down. There were a few sad looking shops around. Some were closed. Maybe because of Covid. Maybe it is not geared for foreign tourists. The building is not modern. It had a faded glory about it. It is large and rambling. Our room /suite had a private outdoor bath. We were actually on the fourth floor. The tap to the outdoor bath would not turn off and was continuously dripping. It was outside so didn't bother us but should have been obvious to staff. Likewise the cladding on one wall was coming off and the tiny garden was scruffy and full of dead leaves. This was disappointing and not up to the standard of other onsen we have stayed at previously. The room however were spotless. All the staff were very good, from check in, to the tea servers, the waiters and breakfast room attendants. The ladies got to choose the colour of the kimono they would wear for the evening, which was a nice touch. The Kaiseki meal was served in the restaurant which had bamboo blinds separating the various tables. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening and thought the waiter did an excellent job juggling the tables. The wine was reasonably priced. The breakfast was buffet style and had an enormous choice. Sadly we had to catch an early complimentary shuttle to the station so we just had a quick breakfast, and truthfully we were still full from the meal the night before. We did not partake in the free ice cream or public onsen so can't comment here. The small gift shop was adequate but lacking in nice little souvenirs of the area. So all in all we had a good experience.

今回久しぶりに使った直行バス客に珍しく話好きがおられて会員情報を交換されるのを聞いていた。皆さん自由時間もそれなりにあって、会員特典だけでなく湯快リゾートの各所温泉やスタンプラリー等の情報に詳しい。 行政サービスの旅行支援の割引やクーポンもであろうが直行バス料金で、特典が使える２月末までの予定は既に決まっているらしい。まあ皆似たようなものである。元気なうちは雪道の過酷な自家用車ドライブや家にこもっているより、寝て行ける冬の温泉は別格なのである。 山中グランドホテルの前身はどうであったか知らないが、ちょっと変わっていたようだ。今回部屋は別館をあてがわれたが、こんな別館があるとは知らなかった。 山中温泉は大聖寺川に沿って開けた温泉街で、国道364号線も南北に沿っているが、国道を隔てた西側の建物が別館で、地下道で繋がっているとは。なるほどそういえば奥に夏のプールもある。いわば国道を隔てた敷地内なのだ。 久しぶりに山中温泉菊の湯に浸かって街ブラ、図書館に寄ればちょうどいい時間になろうか、グランドホテルのすぐ北にあるバス停から路線バスに乗れば昼前帰着して帰りの直行バスに間に合う。 バスターミナルではなく8時9時発栢野行きなら菊の湯に停まるのがあるではないか。などと計画も作ったりもした。 ホテル横(北側交差点)のバス停は北鉄加賀バス「緑ヶ丘」。 よくわからないがバス停は「医療センター前」「加賀ぬくもり診療所前」などとも呼ぶらしい。東側坂下でキャンバスや他社を使う場合至近は「桂木町」バス停となる。 しんしんと一晩中雪が降る。 直前の豪雪ほどではないが、既に歩道は歩けないので長靴を借りることしたが、一番深いのを早朝に試しに履いて外に出てみたら既に膝まて埋まってしまうのであった。これで歩きはとても無理。 朝食を済ませ、ホテルの入り口辺りを見ると、ホテル駐車場坂でスタックしているらしい車がある。その後しばらくして除雪が始まった。 国道まで出てしまえば早朝でもそれなりの交通量があって走れる。しかし出られないのだ。その後ホテルの除雪車が動きだし、出勤や出発で駐車場が落ち着いたのは昼頃であった。 残した市立図書館、冬の鶴仙峡・菊の湯は後日再挑戦することにした。「花彩朝楽」は無理だが「依縁園」宿泊がある。 直行便を気楽に使えるのはいいことである。

外観は古いが、ロビーや室内はさほど古さは感じない。 中居さんは親戚のおばちゃんみたいで、構いすぎず放ったらかし過ぎず丁度いい感じ。 食事はとにかく白米が美味しい。おひつにたっぷり入れてくれて、おかわり分も快く持ってきてくれた。おかずももちろん美味しかったが、白米がとにかく美味しかった。 大浴場は普通。お湯は熱め。カルキ臭さも全くなく肌がすべすべになった。翌朝貸切風呂が無料で利用出来るのは大変ありがたい。貸切風呂は3種類あったが、2種類入浴出来た。 卓球台を無料で利用出来たため、子どもと楽しめた。 中二階にあるライブラリーの本は部屋に持ち込み出来、本好きな子ども達は大喜びだった。大人向けの本が多い印象。 私たちはチェックアウトまで外出する事はなかったが、翌朝ロビーを見ると雨のが降っていたこともあってか貸出用の長靴が置いてあった。子ども用も用意してあり、有難いサービスだなと思った。 帰る時は中居さんが駐車場まで見送りに出てくださり、車が見えなくなるまで手を振ってくれた。 決して高級旅館ではないが、お手頃価格でゆったりと温泉を楽しめる。 中居さんの手厚いサービスを期待される方には不向き。 我が家には最適なサービス内容だった。

We didn't expect much from the huge hot spring hotel, but it was a hotel that greatly exceeded that expectation. First of all, this hotel is basically run by people who understand the great hotel service spirit. I was satisfied with the hot springs, rooms, food, employee service, etc. The hot springs are large and clean, and we were able to experience the wonderful Japanese hot springs. The room was a Western-Japanese room facing the garden and was a beautifully renovated room. The food was delicious and we were satisfied with the quantity and quality. The employees were well educated and responded comfortably. However, I thought it was necessary to improve the fact that the air conditioner outlet on the ceiling of the corridor was dirty. We were able to discover a high-level hotel that comprehensively understands the hospitality of the hotel. We would like to continue to welcome customers who are looking forward to visiting Japanese hot springs and services.　巨大温泉ホテルには、あまり期待して居ませんでしたが、その期待を大きく超えたホテルでした。まず基本的に素晴らしい素材を持っている事です。温泉、部屋、料理、従業員対応サービス等々どれを取っても満足行くものでした。温泉は広く清潔感があり素晴らしい温泉を体験する事が出来ました。部屋は洋和室内庭向き部屋で、綺麗にリホームされている部屋でした。料理も美味しく、量質共に満足でした。従業員も良く教育がされており気持ちの良い対応をしてくれました。　ただし、廊下天井のエアコン吹き出し口が汚れていた点が要改善と思いました。　総合的にホテルのホスピタリティをよく理解しているレベルの高いホテルを発見する事が出来ました。古くなった箇所を修繕しながら、温泉を楽しみに訪問する顧客を迎えてもらいたいと思います。
