衞生：整體來説很好，一些小細節不是很到位，比如牀頭櫃把手那裡好黏 環境：白天房間內舒適愜意，離萬達很近。我訂的房間是一進門要上一段樓梯，到了晚上很沒安全感（見圖二），外面的樓道也比較黑 服務：非常好，老闆免費給我辦了提前入住，大概提前了2小時。延遲退房的話是30元/小時 設施：有投影儀、氛圍燈，床品很軟很乾凈也很舒服，有一次性拖鞋，另外還有一個一次性毛巾浴巾（還包括其他一些小東西）的套裝是要收費的，29元

來過常德幾次，住過的最舒服的酒店。之前來還沒開業，這次碰巧刷到，看了酒店照片馬上預訂。 進房間後太驚喜啦，比預想的還好。看得出是很有品味的老闆，每次細節都毫不吝嗇。衞生也很好，感覺很乾凈，帶的床單四件套也懶得鋪了。👍續住了幾天，每天都被咖啡投喂，haha，手沖咖啡很不錯。 以後來常德的首選酒店。❤️

體驗滿分，首先房間有上下兩層，一樓是沙發衞生間和麻將桌，可以四個人打麻將，我們是兩個人住的沒有使用，超大兩層的窗户相當舒服（忘拍了，衹拍了樓下），窗簾還是遮光的電動窗簾，全屋智能，可以語音控制燈光和窗簾還有空調，真的真的很適合睡覺。麻將桌上還有好運符，適合來打牌，茶几上擺的小麻將和小熊貓也很可愛，好評哈哈哈哈（忘拍了，我直接盜的老闆的圖）。熱水壺女朋友説很好用，還有菊花茶和紅茶可以泡可以隨便喝，二樓是雙人床還有投影儀，可以看看電影和想看的節目，床很軟很舒服。床邊還有兩個沙發，一種是客廳的那種，還有一種是可以半躺着的一個人的沙發，懂得都懂（狗頭）。衞生方面很乾凈，燒水壺也消過毒，看得出來水壺裡麪清理過刷的很乾凈，杯子也很乾凈，床上也很整潔乾淨，廁所乾淨無異味，而且而且馬桶有加熱功能，大冬天的坐上去感動哭了。唯一美中不足的是因為我們去的早，房間剛打掃完，地上有點濕滑。有免費WiFi。老闆親自接待的，非常熱情，是個小姐姐（嘿嘿嘿😈）。

兩點不滿意：第一：問我是否續房，我説床單太響，提出要換軟一點床單的訴求，老闆從頭到尾不明確回覆沒説沒有軟一點的床單，衹説給我換房，我想着這樣雙方都麻煩，換床單就可以，等到我同意續房後，打掃衞生的人來了才告訴我根本沒有軟一點的床單，以至於我崽兩個晚上都睡不好鬧騰。 第二：我答應續房後，客服很久才回復我對於價格的疑問，我也沒有多看，第一晚攜程162，到店後掃小程序付款150幾，第二晚直接是188，但是我剛看第三晚攜程也才175，按理説在他那掃碼也就160幾，有看我東西多帶個小寶寶就坐地起價嫌疑。
