"This stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is in an excellent location, and it is very convenient for shopping and dining. The room is spacious and bright, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view. It is so relaxing to overlook the city night view at night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. What I remember most is the service. When I needed a sewing kit during the stay, the staff delivered it to the room in less than 5 minutes. When I checked out, Phoebe took the initiative to ask for help calling a taxi, which was very considerate! The whole experience was comfortable and worry-free, and I have recommended it to my friends."

"The hotel is situated in a residential area, so it was relatively quiet. It's also conveniently located not too far from Hejie Street. I received a room upgrade using my Ctrip points, though the front desk didn't inform me of this proactively. Upon entering the room, there was a faint, noticeable smell. Fortunately, they offered late-night snacks, which was ideal as I hadn't eaten dinner."

"It is clean and sanitary. It has no peculiar smell. The boss will also check whether the check-in staff has brought anyone else in (I was misunderstood by the boss as someone else's girlfriend). It can be seen that the management is quite good, the security is five stars, and the price is very good. "Self-driving, Xinhe Road turn right across the parking pole and then turn right to the underground garage. According to the Tao Xiangyu sign, you can see the elevator when you drive. The front desk is on the 9th floor. Remember to add the front desk WeChat, and you can park for free after you send the license plate number before driving away. Booked a double bed room and upgraded to a three-bed room. The room is large, central air-conditioning, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the bath water is quite big, everyone remember to open the water heater in the closet before taking a bath, and the water will automatically close if it is not available for a long time. A free bottle of pure water per person. There is no TV but a projector, no live TV, and there is 1 and 2 of the central videos that can be watched for free. Go out on the first floor and turn right and then turn right to the food street. Go out and cross the road and turn left and walk 100 meters ahead. There is a breakfast shop, there are small steamed buns and steamed dumplings."

"My friend and I were traveling by car. As soon as we parked, the hotel security helped us carry our luggage into the lobby. The waiter's greeting was really heartwarming! Tea was also brought immediately. The service was really good! The room was also upgraded. When we entered the room, the room facilities were complete and clean! There were two washbasins, and what was touching was that there were also desserts for free! The breakfast was also rich and the environment was good. When we left the hotel, the lady at the front desk gave us hand cream! In this season, it is really prepared for the guests! It is really worth recommending!"

I came to this treasure hotel on the last day of the May Day holiday. It was really full of surprises. The beautiful sisters at the front desk of the hotel provided excellent and thoughtful service! Every time I passed by, I was proactive and greeted with a sweet smile. The breakfast dishes were also very rich! In summary, this is a very suitable hotel for vacation 🏖️Lie down, come here, you can get rid of all the class smell! The scenery is beautiful and pleasant, the air is fresh, the whole resort is a natural oxygen bar, the body and mind are relaxed, you can leisurely watch the sunrise and sunset in the beautiful Yunpan Mountain 🌅 The scenery is amazing! Two things: 1. The shower water was not hot. The temperature was 30℃ that day, and the room had an air conditioner on. However, the shower water was always around 37-38℃, and it felt very cold when I took a shower. I communicated with the front desk several times, and the front desk said that the engineering department had adjusted the water temperature, but after taking a shower for a long time, my wife took a shower later, and the water was still not hot. As a result, we felt very cold when we took a shower. 2. When we checked in that night, the front desk asked us not to open the window. As soon as I entered the room, I checked that the window was closed, but there was a strong wind in the morning, which blew the window open, forming a pressure difference between indoors and outdoors, causing the door to keep ringing, which affected my rest. Figure 1 shows that I took a long shower, but the hot water did not come. The video shows the door ringing early in the morning. I booked two rooms that night, and both rooms had the above two problems at the same time.

I drove to Changde with friends this weekend, primarily aiming for two things: a live performance of ”Peach Blossom Spring” and a stay at the Ligao 1919 Hotel. As soon as I arrived in Changde that morning, I received a call from the hotel. They proactively added me on WeChat and sent me their exact location. Upon arrival, a housekeeper came out to greet me and helped with my luggage. The attention to detail was exceptional! The biggest surprise was the front desk's complimentary upgrade. I already loved my original room, but the upgraded suite was a thousand times better than I expected! The room was beautifully appointed and furnished, with everything I needed. There were L'Occitane shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, a Lifen hair dryer, a perfectly firm mattress, and the room was incredibly quiet! A complimentary afternoon tea set worth 128 RMB was included with the room, and the plates were beautiful! When I returned to the hotel that evening, I was also greeted with sweet yellow peaches and goodnight fruit! The next day's breakfast was the most thoughtful I've ever experienced. We slept soundly until 10 a.m. The beef noodles were incredibly delicious, even better than at Hexiang Noodle House! Every detail of the hotel, including the lobby, reception, atrium, staircases, corridors, and cafe, exudes taste and high-quality aesthetics. I'll be back in Changde and at Ligao 1919 again. I look forward to seeing you again!
