衞生：整體來説很好，一些小細節不是很到位，比如牀頭櫃把手那裡好黏 環境：白天房間內舒適愜意，離萬達很近。我訂的房間是一進門要上一段樓梯，到了晚上很沒安全感（見圖二），外面的樓道也比較黑 服務：非常好，老闆免費給我辦了提前入住，大概提前了2小時。延遲退房的話是30元/小時 設施：有投影儀、氛圍燈，床品很軟很乾凈也很舒服，有一次性拖鞋，另外還有一個一次性毛巾浴巾（還包括其他一些小東西）的套裝是要收費的，29元

首先，地理位置很好，在25樓。停車也方便，老闆非常熱情的接待了我們，而且給我們介紹了整個酒店的風格，我還跟我老公一一參觀了一下，覺得老闆的品味非常好，而且居住的體驗感非常好。有超大的落地窗。所以下次來的話還是會選擇這家酒店

前台姐姐很温柔，房間環境也很不錯。 設施很完全，馬桶是智能的，洗衣機也有，不過就是那個洗澡的和洗漱這些出水的地方用不明白，都是360度旋轉式的，每次熱水冷水都要靠感覺來轉，我和朋友兩個人分別洗澡都要快凍死了，一下冷水一下熱水的，根本調不明白

兩點不滿意：第一：問我是否續房，我説床單太響，提出要換軟一點床單的訴求，老闆從頭到尾不明確回覆沒説沒有軟一點的床單，衹説給我換房，我想着這樣雙方都麻煩，換床單就可以，等到我同意續房後，打掃衞生的人來了才告訴我根本沒有軟一點的床單，以至於我崽兩個晚上都睡不好鬧騰。 第二：我答應續房後，客服很久才回復我對於價格的疑問，我也沒有多看，第一晚攜程162，到店後掃小程序付款150幾，第二晚直接是188，但是我剛看第三晚攜程也才175，按理説在他那掃碼也就160幾，有看我東西多帶個小寶寶就坐地起價嫌疑。

感謝老闆幫我升級了房型，住得超舒服！房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟，環境好，設施全，工作人員超貼心，下次還來。
