Rumah tumpangan di Kusatsu

The ryokan location is excellent (walking distance from the town Bus Station and Yubatake - Town Central area). Staff is very friendly, pay attention to your requests. it has a small onsen which we used everyday. Simple (but tasty and heathy) breakfast was included. The Ryokan doesn't offer lunch or dinner but there are many nice eating places within walking distance. We stayed 2 nights so enjoyed the amazing night atmosphere/scenery of Yubatake. If we come back to Kunatsu Onsen, we will stay at Ruokan Yoshinoya again.

It was a great hotel, and everything was on spot one of the great places I stayed within, had there a lot of fun and memories, but there were two main problems. The first one is that I didn't have the option to include breakfast in the order, I ordered dinner once at the restaurant there, and it was amazing, worth the money, and a wonderful experience, And the other problem is that the location is a bit of a walk uphill, and it has been hard every time when I got downtown and had to climb back over, btw the zip code was wrong, so I had a rough beginning, and very hard to find the place at the start so travelers, when you are getting there, search on google maps kane midory and follow that or get a taxi to the location, it should be around 1k yen from the bus station so it should help you a lot with that. Anyway, the staff was amazing and helped me a lot there, and I would be glad to come back soon and stay there again with the hope that I could include breakfast with my order next time; either way, I had a great time there, and the experience was amazing.

5 stars!! Very good experience and really enjoyed our stay! We were greeted by their friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very beautifully designed, modern and clean. The rooms were very very clean and big too. There is a foot bath in the compound, free drinks too! It feels like I’m in a resort. The in room onsen was awesome. The public bath is quite average but the onsen water was good. The location of this hotel is quite near Yubatake, about 5 minutes walk. Breakfast was pretty average, just one plate of small dishes. The only downside is that there is no parking available and the road to the hotel is very narrow.

We stayed here for 4nights and enjoyed the convenience of this place. We had a rented car and parking was easy. Room was spacious and heating was very good especially in winter nights. The owners gave us free breakfast on a Sunday and it was very nice gesture. The staff and owner tried their very best to make us feel comfortable, and they are the only ones in Kusatsu that speak a little bit of English to us. All in all, this place was very convenient and fairly accessible. Thanks for having us, will surely return.

家族で一泊しました。車で到着し、駐車場は離れた所にあるため、鍵を渡して駐車して頂きました。チェックインはスピーディー。部屋は和室10畳又は12畳で予約しましたが、4部屋(メインの和室、ベッド2つある洋室、サブの和室、2つ目のテレビとテーブルがある部屋)もありとても広かったです。 館内は少し古さも感じましたが、他のホテルと同程度です。部屋の中は清掃も十分。浴衣にハンテンもあり温かさは問題なし。 温泉は3回入りましたが、内湯と露天があり広さも十分で共に気持ちよかったです。 夕食はレストランでも会席で、量も食べきれないぐらいで、美味しかったです。上州和牛のすき焼きプランでしたが、子供達も絶賛してました。朝はバイキングで和洋あり、温泉*も食べ放題。 立地は湯畑まで徒歩5分と申し分ありません。1階の売店でお土産を買い満喫したステイでした。
