Bilik sangat cantik,romantik,sesuai utk yg nak honeymoon.breakfast superb.tapi part yg tak best is,bilik panas.suis aircond kena lock jd tak dapat nk sejukkan lg suhu.tidur malam sgt tidak selesa.bila call katanya suhu hotel centralized.tak guna bayar mahal tau untuk bilik 5star tp bilik tak sejuk.agak kecewa part bilik tak sejuk tu ye sbb tidur sangat tidak selesa😌hope hotel dapat upgrade perkara ni kerana di sana cuaca panas

We were staying at Studio Unit for RM186 per night (with tax and breakfast) for weekend rate. RM100 in cash for room deposit. The room was clean and spacious comes with kitchenette but there's no mini fridge, coffee or tea provided only a kettle. Wifi is unavailable inside the room. Breakfast was okay if you're not fuzzy. Get a unit at the B block as it's nearer to the reception, pool and the entrance. About 800 meters to the beach but you need a transportation to go to the beach if you're staying at the A or C block as it's a lil bit inside and about another 500 meters from the hotel entrance. Overall it is a good place to relax during the MCO.

I do not understand how this could be a 3-stars hotel. The room was fitly, dirt all over the floor and on the appliances. As soon as we arrived, we noticed the bedsheet with large stains (blood or worse?) and we immediately asked for clean ones. We made the bed ourselves, just to notice that those too had smaller stains. Also towels and shower carpet were missing, so it looks like the rooms wasn't ready. Not even an apology when I report this. The bathroom is what you would expect at a remote bus station, plus mould all over the shower wall. Breakfast was ok, but I still cannot get over why nobody bothered to to clean a floor and provide clean sheet? Please avoid!
